One of better Wendys I've been to. Their fries always seem fresh, and they don't skip any steps on the burgers. Drive-thru is reliable and efficient. Bathrooms have always been clean. Staff are professional. Doesn't ever seem to get too busy, which makes it a nice reprieve for anyone on a long haul.

This is one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to. They are consistently accurate with my order, I've never had an issue with their service members and they're food is always fresh. Thanks for your crews hard work. I've been going here for over a year now.

Went through the Dive Thru. Burgers, fries, chili are always fresh and hot. My new favorite is a double Dave's burger and asking for bar b que sauce with it. So delicious. I tried this at another burger place and didn't taste as well.

The management knows how to run this location. I have worked at this location before and customer service also exist in the business of songwriting so I've learned a lot about customer service working in food.

this Wendy’s NEVERRRR misses. The employees are so kind and fast at all hours of the day. The food is always so good and tastes rly fresh imo. There are rly good offers and rewards if u get the app, i save a LOT of money. There are never long drive thru lines, and the drive thru always moves pretty fast. The also have the coke freestyle machine so they have a lot more drink options than most places. I like to park and eat in the parking lot but it can be kinda creepy cuz it’s in a not-so-nice spot

I spent several hours in the store waiting for my vehicle to be fixed at a nearby auto repair shop and found the store to be clean and nicely remodeled. I was shocked to see that the interior of the store is open until 2am. The work staff were very polite and quick with our order. The bathrooms were clean. The food was very good and hot. The tea was good as well. Nice job guys!

Line was forever long so I was hesitant to get in line because i hate waiting forever at a "fast food" place. I was pleasantly surprised with the line moving so quick. There are times a places line is shorter and I had to wait longer than I just did. Great Job taking care of customers and filling orders very quick. And then....the icing on the cake...my order was correct. Fast service and they got my order right!!! Thats what I Love. Thank you for the amazing visit and I know I wont hesitate next visit.

Such a pleasant staff. They were all smiles. The young lady that took our order was very helpful, patient, kind and so polite. When the staff is this outstanding, it makes it a better place to want to go back to. So keep up the good work and THE NIGHT TIME STAFF IS AWESOME. Good job in finding them.

I forgot how delicious an original Dave’s burger was. It was phenomenal!!! The fries were a little cold, but that’s OK. The burger made up for it and a Sprite. I mean, I don’t drink soda a lot, but it was hittin!!

The guy working the drive through tonight is the best drive through worker that has taken my order in months. He was super nice, asked about what I wanted and didn’t want on my burger, AND remembered the sauce. Food was great and hot, shout out to bro he actually made my night. Dude will actually save this wendeys, give my man a raise for his efforts

Decent fast food. Better than other Wendy’s I’ve tried. However, for the amount of visitors, the restaurant was quite understaffed, which lead to longer wait time and relatively unfriendly staff

Waited several minutes to order at the drive thru speaker. Repeated our order twice and still weren't heard. Got to window and settled up. Fries were fresh and frosties were good.

I love this location, it's well managed and the food is always good. However I am deducting a star because I *frequently* order takeout and pay the upgrade to make my side a Baked Potato. When they are out they *almost always* just give me nothing with my order, when it would be easy to at least make a substitution. Bacon Cheese Fries instead of Bacon Cheese Baked Potato would be just fine. I know stuff runs out and potatoes take a long time to cook and don't hold for very long, but at least put some regular fries in the bag. They would come with the combo if I didn't pay $1 for a potato, so it's weird not to include them. I wouldn't mention it all if it happened seldom, but it's more than half of the time I order.

The food was decent for fast food. It's the server that was outstanding. He made sure to verify my order and offer me other options. And he was very friendly. It's in a hard to get in and out of spot. But other than that it was nice.

I love the "Baconator". The young man at the drive thru window was exceptionally sweet. The location in Szn Marcos was precariously located in a triangle. Watch out driving thru.

Someone messed up our order. We were in the drive-thru, and the poor employee at the window was fed up with the wrong orders coming from the kitchen; they were apparently getting yelled at by the customer before us. So, after the previous customer sped off, when our order was wrong, they looked about to have a meltdown. I let them know what was wrong and that if they needed me to pull over in the parking lot, that would be okay. It took them 20 minutes to get our order right. Any excess wrong food or drink we received from Wendy's went to a homeless couple that was hanging out under some shade in the parking lot. The food was great. The chocolate frosty was so good. I tried the caramel frosty, too. It was so yummy. 😋

Seemed understaffed as the employee taking orders at the register and ringing up customers was also manning the fries and helping a bit in back. It was not busy when I arrived at12:05. The inside was clean and cozy with tables having a partition so you had some privacy during your meal. I liked the set up. Drink variety was better than most with a machine, see photo, with numerous different options. Ordered a triple meat with cheese and no bun. Came with fries and a drink. The fries were very good, fresh hot and crispy. I would give them 5 out of 5. My meat Pattie's were not hot, kind of slightly above room temperature. Not sure if they premade them? Not hot but had a good flavor. I would rate 4/5. Total was $13.75. I have been disappointed at Wendy's before but I would rate this one 4.5. I need to try them again and get the baconator next time.

It pretty good. Order taker friendly and efficient. Order was right. Food was okay My Jr B acon Chese Burger was however another story. The bun swallowed my lump of grey burger that was 2 inches smaller than the bun was grey tasteless and slipped together. Far below what I've seen Wendy's standards.

I had the chicken sandwich meal. The chicken had a great flavor however, it was very tough! It must have been old, maybe even reheated. If not for the flavor being so good they would have scored a ZERO STARS. I realize that isn't possible when scoring so one star. But the comments would reflect a zero star rating. 😡

They didn't get our order right and charged us more than they should have. There seemed to be a language barrier--I am not sure if the young lady taking our order understood everything I was requesting. Their container with ketchup packets was gross--dark sticky dried up ketchup was all over many of the packets. The employees were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer was available. The dining area seemed clean. We were the only dine-in customers.

Food was cold again my nuggets and hamburger my baked potato was cold, raw and hard couldn't even eat it they knew that because you can't cut it!! Calling to tell them so I can bring it back when traffic slow down but they keep picking up the phone and hanging it up this isn't the first time I have got bad service. (4 days later I gave Wendy's another try I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with fries my order was really good so I updated my rating!!)

I was told no Ranch dressing was available and my food was cold . I used to like Wendy's Fries , but they are not the same , they taste like cooking oil. I don't know is Wendy's changed their oil to save cost but it does not make a better product. I also suggest they make their FAMOUS Chili w NO BEANS as an option..

3 stars for food and order done right after confirming the order was correct 4 times. However worst customer drive thru service experience. Management, encourage your employees to have better communication and listening skills, and general quality customer service at the drive thru. Your female employee appeared under the influence of a drug at the window last night, Completely spaced out.

The customer service by Daisy was horrible, she couldn’t multi task and forgot that I was there for an order. However Joe came and made up for it. He intervened by being very nice and apologizing for overlooking my order as well as quickly resolving it. I’d say he’s the only person at night with great social skills and leadership.

This Wendy's is out of quite a few things all the time ! They never have shakes when I go to this location pretty much guaranteed they won't have shakes from my experience. But when I have been able to actually order a meal they have available I wanted I have no complaints. The order has been right and hot.

Our order was fine. But I was tired and wanted to go home and take food to my family. If not I would have called the manager to the drive thru window to let the Hispanic lady at the fryer to stop eating the fries! I'm sure there are health regulations that they go over when you start the job. I steadily looked at her so she'd know I was watching her but she continued. I even told the young man at the window as he handed me my food. He just laughed it off. I don't think he knew how to react. I've been trying to call today to speak with a manager, but no answer.

Ordered the double with bacon, ended up with no bacon. Was upsold a cookie for 99 cents, had to ask for it. The beverage bar didn't have any straws or sweetener. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience. I don't recommend this Wendy's at all.

When we went in, there was no one in front to take orders. Waited 10 minutes and decided to go through the drive thru. We waited there for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of us that ordered, picked up and left before we could even order. Then they didn't have one of my items available and had to tell me when I finally made it to the window. Overall, a fiasco. There were 5 employees working!

Started placing my order through the drive through and the lady taking the order walked off. Another lady took my order but I had to start over again. When I pulled up and they opened their window it wreaked of marijuana. The employees all looked high and they didn't give my drinks I didn't remember until after I drove off. Food wasn't good, the fries were stale.

I went at lunch time, you would think everything would be fresh. But my fries couldn't have been more stale. And I don't know why, but the bottom bun of my burger fell apart. And my Dr.Pepper was very flat. My last couple of visits to Wendy's were very disappointing.

This place rips you off for the highest price. I ordered a Baconator. The meat looked days old and for something with that name, I expect more than 3 pieces of 2-inch long bacon slices. The girl at the drive through didn't even look at me while handing me my receipt. I guess I won't be eating at Wendy's in this area. Between San Marcos and Kyle, neither of them are worth it.

JUST PAID 15 DOLLARS FOR A DOUBLE BACONATOR, SUPPOSEDLY, AND I HAVE NEVER TASTED A HORRIBLE BURGER IN MY LIFE. FRIES WERE COLD, AND 1 LITTLE PIECE OF A NASTY BACON. THIS PLACE IS STUPID EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY OF FOOD. THIS PLACE USE TO BE AN AMAZING PLACE TO GO. BUT NOW GREED AND STUPIDITY HAS TAKEN OVER LIKE ALL OTHER PLACES. SOON THIS PLACE WILL GO UNDER. JUST A MATTER OF TIME.

Who in the world manages this place? This is bad beyond belief. The soda machine is out of everything except melo yelo & root beer, there’s some kind of sludge flourishing in the mango juice(look at picture), they don’t have lids for the cups, salad apples were really mushy and “off”, like they froze it or something. The lights in the men’s bathroom don’t work & no soap, there’s a major fly problem in the women’s bathroom & the entire restaurant floor is slippery like a skating rink - as if they cleaned it with a mop covered in cooking oil. Nobody in the drive through & nobody in line should’ve been a bad sign. I recommend you avoid this location until they can get a proper manager, it’s like they don’t even care lol.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Had a big stain of mold on my chicken sandwich upon taking a look at it, besides that, it only had mayo and that was it. Where was the tomatoes and lettuce that usually comes with it? Also asked for ghost pepper ranch and they just gave me BBQ, looked at it and asked for the right sauce and the girl taking my order just gave me a stank face. If you wish to feel depressed or disgusted, then go right on ahead. But other than that, this place should probably be inspected by the health inspector, for the sake of everyone's health!

Arrived at 12:45am drive thru to pick up a mobile order, a lady told me to wait a moment through the speaker. She did not reply again until 10 minutes later at 12:55, she told me that they were now closing because the nugget/fry machine didn't work. I only had one 4 nuggets on my order so I said I didn't need them and would accept just the multiple sandwiches and drink on my mobile order. She didn't respond so I asked if I could pull forward for the rest of my mobile order and then the drive thru lady started yelling at me in spanish saying they were already closed. I get it if you have to close early because something isn't working, but it's unacceptable that I was made to wait 10 minutes in drive thru just to be told they weren't going to help me after all that time, and then yelled at when I said I didn't need small item they were unable to fulfill. Horribly unprofessional and that's not even mentioning the pattern of closing the store early this location has fallen into the habit of doing.

Worst wendys I've ever been to. It sucks that this is the only wendys near my house, because I love wendys. But I have literally never once had a good experience here. From the EXTREMELY LONG wait, to the WORST customer service, out of probably ANY fast food joint I've ever been to. And that's no exaggeration. I've been to locations where the staff didn't even speak the same local languages, English and Spanish, and still gave me better service.

Pulled up to drive thru behind a car, sat there almost 10 minutes, NOTHING!!! finally drove away. This is typical for just about every Wendy's I've ever been to. Exactly why I never go back!!!

My vehicle was being worked on so I could not use drive thru. I ordered pickup inside in the app and walked over to get food. The doors were locked. Someone told me to use drive thru but I told them about not having my vehicle. They said they would bring my food to me. I waited 45 minutes knocked on door multiple times and they would not answer anymore I never received my food. My vehicle was finished after 1 hour so I left. Now I'm just waiting for a refund. This location used to be great. Not sure what's going on now.

When I come here they are almost always out of something and you wait in line forever just to find that out. From their staple salads to even ice! I went in at 6:30 pm and the lobby was closed. However I did see a customer eating inside. He let me in after i knocked. When I went up to the front i asked if the lobby was closed and the employee said yes because there was only 2 of them working but i saw at least 3 people in the back. Dont waste your time coming to this location. They need a whole new management and it starts at the top. On a brighter note. The other wendys off I-35 in san marcos is SOLID. They never disappoint.

I love Wendy's food from biscuits and gravy to the chili. Recently moving to San Marcos and having a bad experience, I chalked it up to a one off. After multiple second chances, my family will not go back...no matter how badly we want a frosty in the Texas heat. Today they were out of coffee. Out of coffee! So ordered a diet coke and got brown seltzer water. The Jr bacon cheeseburger had all the right ingredients on a less than fresh bun. Oh Wendy's, I have loved you so. You are breaking my heart.

I like to believe restaurants have bad days, however every time i come to this wendy’s seems to be a bad day. Most recent time i went I received a wrong order, I went back to get my order fixed, they took quite some time to get back to me, only to get back home and see that they handed me back the same exact order. Not to mention, we weren’t told that they were out of fountain drinks (apparently), which would be fine but when I told the cashier the drinks I had his response was, well this is all we have, instead of simply saying “hey we’re out of drinks do you want a water bottle instead”. Maybe it’s just me but every time ive come it’s bad customer service and wrong orders. This is coming from someone who had worked in food in the past, understanding how things can be.

Stephanie at Wendy's needs a crash course in customer service. She couldn't even get my order right, then had the audacity to argue with me about it. And don't get me started on her attitude - zero respect for customers. Plus, chatting away in Spanish like I didn’t understand. Rude and unprofessional.

New guy working the front (Alex) had great customer service & friendly smile upon order. Stood in line for about 10 mins listening to the Manager (Jose) talk ugly to his employees in front of a busy lobby. Props to the new guy for not loosing his cool. I literally wanted to reach over the counter and grab the manager by his ear & ask if that was his son how would he feel if someone was speaking like that to him. Definitely seemed like the manager was in over his head & clearly did not schedule accordingly.

Horrific service at this wendy's, I've gone here sporadically for about 8 years and it's taken a huge dive. Expect to wait for an extraordinary amount of time in the drive thru with no communication, followed by possibly no communication when you get to the window (my food was handed to me by the employee while they were facing the opposite direction, just kind of stuck their arm out and waggled the bag.) Honestly just avoid this place so maybe it'll close down from lack of business.

Well, I'm so disappointed. First I asked for a large water, when we got to the window she gave me a small, and said since its free they cant give me a large, i even offered to pay for it and I drank it b4 we even left the window, and no straws. Second, I was asked if I wanted cheese on my double bacon cheese burger only ketchup. Then we were told you have to large the whole meal instead of just the drink like my husband wanted. Then, to top it all off, we get back to our hotel room and no bacon on my burger, and the fries were cold and half filled.

Absolutely HORRIBLE and GHETTO customer service. Whatever woman was working the drive-thru at 830 pm on 7/22/2023 was so trashy, rude, and ghetto for absolutely no reason. Turned around and went to mcdonalds next door. The customer service was 10x better there. i wouldnt be happy either working at a wendys, let alone on a saturday night. Gotta be so miserable.

Came to this location around 8pm. Slow line but not my biggest concern. Ordered the #8, The Big Bacon Cheeseburger, and when we left found a small cheeseburger in the wrapper. Went back, waited in line again only to findout then that they did not have the correct bun and when giving us a replacement, just took The old burger, put another slice of cheese on it with some of the appropriate condiments. No apology or refund offered. We know it was our old burger that we handed over cause it was cold, not remade.

Ordered on the app, $15 worth of food. Get to the drive thru to find out they didn’t have half of what I ordered. Couldn’t cancel the order so I was told that I’d have to call in the morning to get my money back. Called, spent 30 on hold before I gave up. I tried going online and the app to submit a complaint on their forum, but the forum was broken and wouldn’t let me input my address. Figured I’d go into the store to see if there’s anything that they could do, they couldn’t do anything and I didn’t feel like eating $15 worth of food that I purchased for me and my friend by myself. Don’t go here.

To wait in a long line, i would think my food would be fresh. Chewing on the fries seems like dirt rather than salt. I ordered a chicjen sandwich that taste like they just reheated it and put it in a fresh bun. All this after i spent 30.00, I give this place chance after chance. I have ordered from here several times and i always have an issue and they never fix it. Thanks but no thanks

Don't go here!!!! The drive thru cashier on Saturday Feb 10th around 6pm stole our debit card info and charged over $600 worth of stuff at random stores! This has also happened to others at this location. Beware this sketchy place

SLOW SERVICE. ordered a sandwiched. Watched them wrap it by the window, sit it in a bag with napkins and then stand around. I didnt order fries or anything. I've ordered coffee before and it came out cold. Giving myself 15 extra min in the morning should be enough time to stop and get food. But not for this location. Kyle location is a lot better.

literally the worst experience at a chain restaurant. we ordered ubereats and got two 10 piece meals and they only give us our fries. like how do you forget both chicken? pissed cause now we had to go and get our chicken which defeats the purpose of ubering and they knew they messed up and didnt even care. then we get home and they give us the regular nuggets instead of spicy AND gave us the wrong sauces. Like how hard is it to read a ticket and get the right stuff?

This Wendy's is awful! The staff is incredibly slow as well! I went to the drive through Sunday night around 11:15 and sat waiting for an answer at the intercom with no response for 10 minutes. I drove up to the window and 2 employees saw me, locked the screen door (what it looked like anyway) and disappeared into the restaurant. Please get better staff, this is ridiculous! The 2 cars in front of me sped off and so did the 3 behind me. If your employees don't want to work then they should be fired. The staff peered around the window to check if I was still there and when they saw me disappeared again. I also called the store and no answer. I work in the service industry, I understand being annoyed at ppl coming late, however you still have a job to do. I came at 11:15 and they close at 3am, there is no reason they should not take my order if they are in the building.

Went thru drive thru it was quick service EXCEPT for the fact that the Food was old cold and disgusting ! Old cold fries and very few of them and old cheeseburger , meat cold bread hard and veggies limp & drowned in mustard ! I’d rather wait longer in line to receive fresh food ! 😞 Do better Wendy’s !!!!

Worst fast food I've ever had, burger cold said no mustard I'm allergic they gave me lots of mustard, sandwich was awful, they replaced it with even more mustard?? Third sandwich was old & cold fries were room temperature and sucked chicken nuggets were hard cold and tasted gross and they didn't have soda?? Lady on register doesn't speak English it was hard to communicate.. don't eat here I'm afraid of getting sick.. wendy's should close this dump down!! The floors are so dirty and sticky the bottom of your shoes stick.. the bord of health needs to get involved!!

My coworkers had the worst experience with this Wendy's. They yelled at them in the drive threw after hearing they had a coupon, both employees had brunette hair; one had a osu sweat shirt. They slammed the cashier window in their faces and give the wrong frosty and lied about it being the right flavor. It was overall just horrible customer service. Neither one of my employees said anything to them further... Just so they wouldn't get anything else wrong.

Lived in San Marcos about 3 years now. Both Wendy’s in San Marcos suck! Doesn’t matter which one I go to food is always cold and they take FOREVVERRR. Stopped going because it stopped being worth it.

Sitting in line at the drive through right now after standing in side the lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged only to be told that the lobby is closed and that they won’t take my order and after asking why there wasn’t a sign or anything on the door to let the customer know that the lobby was closed the manager rolled her eyes at me and just walked away I have attached a photo of who it was

Worst wendys I've ever been to. The people there get offended if they actually have to work and do their job. Very snappy and rude every single time I've gone. Not to mention all my food was cold. They served it cold. Had to change something with my order and the girl looked at me like i had just insulted her entire lineage. Like damn dude. If you're gonna act like that, QUITTT.

Fries were cold. Hamburger was cold also and cheese wasn't melted. They gave us different fries. Coke machine not working. Tea was rancide. Eating area unclean. Rest room was nasty. Worst Wendys I have ever been to

The new drive through cashier was absolutely the worst staff employee ever! She made me wait an hour, one freaking HOUR to order my meal. When I pulled up, she took my card and gave it back without a receipt. What's worse is there was no straws or a spoon in the bag and my frosty melted. I waited for an HOUR to get everything in the car. Not impressed by this girl who glared at me antisocially without even displaying a have a nice day with a damn smile on her face. Please, Wendy's staff, fix her attitude about working for you so I can have someone who wants to work to serve me happily. If she doesn't, fire her and get someone else with more experience please.

I have been to this wendys on 4 seperate occasions over the past year, for the express purpose of getting a chocolate frosty. At each of those times they have not had it available because the machine was broken or they were only making vanilla or seasonal frosties. Furthermore they are rude about it when you try to order one , like they're tired of people asking for it, as if its my fault the machine is broken. Either fix the machine or find it within yourself to realize NO ONE WANTS A VANILLA FROSTY.

I love Wendy's but this restaurant has been consistently bad. The chicken nuggets and sandwich were both tough and shrunken as if it was cooked hours ago. The burger was the same. This has been the case four of my last times there! I told you I enjoy Wendy's but this is it for this location.

The restaurant that was once a good place to go is No longer worth the trip, I order breakfast sausage egg and cheese biscuits x 2 , paid leave get back to my place and have a sausage biscuit only x 2, called the restaurant no Answer, what a surprise!! Dont go here its poorly run, that's why the parking lot is always empty! No Longer a Fan! sorry Wendy.

Absolutely trash service and time of sale has taken over 30 minutes without anyone else at the parking lot or in the drive through. I've seen 2 employees leave with open toe shoes while another finishing up what I would assume to be a spliff. Lack of leadership and compliancy for mediocrity is the cause of this mess.

I don't often, if ever, leave bad reviews. However, it appeared no one at this location knew what they were doing (limited to my interaction with the cashier and one who appeared to be a manager). The store was clean though. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing it was clean because people are avoiding the place. I don't blame the employees, it just seems they need training. Employees should remember to review orders before charging customers (especially because they don't seem to know how to correct an order). If a to-go order has more than two drinks, it's worth offering a drink holder. If you see customers waiting in line, don't just stare at them confused while literally not doing anything else. They'd like to order.

Absolutely ridiculous. I place my order and I click the button that says “go ahead and make order” 15 minutes later I pull up and I walk in and my food still isn’t done and they just start on it as soon as I walk in? And that would be fine if they wanted to wait till people are there to make an order if this other guy didn’t pull up for his online order and it was already ready? Make it make sense????! Oh and when I finally got my food after almost 20 minutes my food was cold and I was missing an order of nuggets?????????

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible, I tried to start conversation with one of the employees at the window and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Then I get my food and it is cold and there is a fly in my lemonade. Will not be going back here anymore.

Both my husband and I stopped here for a quick meal around 10:30pm before heading home from visiting family and we both violently threw up once we got home. I had the Chicken BLT biggie bag and my husband had the Baconator. Definitely not stopping here again.

Is ALWAYS out of several items (if you want a vanilla frosty especially good luck), always seems understaffed. I’m assuming management here is absolutely atrocious and managers should be replaced IMMEDIATELY. Out of buns, frostys, and fries is just embarrassing learn how to do your jobs. People who work the window and register were nice though I will give them that.

For $16.65 ordered two honey buddy combos The biscuits are hard to bit. The chicken was burnt. My wife got Carmel frosty Cream Cold Brew When she took a drink the milk is expired. What happened to Wendy’s. If you are going to advertise on t.v. I hope it’s good . We won’t be ordering from this location. Thank you for the good memories wendys

Don't come here at night. Staff so dense they'll have 2 orders and give you the wrong one. Never count on getting a receipt either gon here a couple times and have never gotten one. Went here tonight idk who's order i got and idk what i was charged for. I didnt have the time to do anything about it then. No where near $18s worthy for sure.

I went to the Wendy’s 2/27/24 at 12:32 pm and The girl at the drive thru with Brunette hair was beyond rude!! Her attitude was so ugly and I loved the use of vulgar language when the machine wasn’t working for her. I mean, I am not a saint but I know not to use curse words in front of customers. I would love to give a name but I wasn’t given a receipt nor given the total. I’m not even sure how much I paid. I would have liked to order more but her quick to “pull forward” after every sentence, I just couldn’t. After our transaction when I said “thank you” I got the window slammed in my face. Yeah… this place was real great. Definitely will NOT be back

I want to start off by saying this is by far the rudest fast food place I've ever been to and I travel alot. The manager on 5/12/2024 @3:32 p.m. taking the orders through the drive thru was extremely rude and should not work serving customers. She has no customer service skills. She didn't know how to communicate and she refused to help me with and order of cheese. She stated that at this location they don't sell the cheese cup and I told her they always have. They charge almost a dollar extra and told her to charge me for cheese but she refused. I explained to her they always have sold me cheese on the side for my fries she said No! This is unacceptable and I'll be reaching out to corporate they should not have people especially a manager working serving clients. It's the issue at hand here that she was extremely rude to me and my daughter.

Placed order on the app. Drive thru speaker told me they couldn’t find my order and to pull up. I gave them the order name and they told me they didn’t have it. Without offering a solution or help, they took the order of the person behind me and ignored me. After confirming it was the correct store address I was still not offered any solution, I would have happily just replaced my order. Cashier was clearly annoyed with my situation and I left without placing another order. Can’t get a worse customer experience

Ordered ahead in the app. At the window they said to pull ahead and wait and the food would be right out. Waited over 20 minutes before going in to ask where the order was. Turns out it was sitting on the counter. Two cars came and went after us and no one was in the lobby so it’s clear we were just forgotten about. They tried to give us the food that had been sitting there but we demanded they remake it fresh. The manager initially refused but ended up remaking it. Will never return to this location.

Might genuinely be the worst place to get food in town. I waited close to 30 minutes after being told to park on the side of the restaurant, and watched every car there after me get their food before me. I only got my order when I asked an employee who went outside, and that took another almost 10 minutes. If you’re thinking of getting anything here, there’s a McDonald’s right next door that’ll do a better job.

Terrible. Do not go here... I'd love to get into the details but I dont have the time to type all of it out. Didn't even end up getting anything! I drove all the way to the next Wendy's (which was awesome) to get food like 12 miles out of my way, just because this Wendy's was so terrible.

I ordered two Texas double cheeseburgers and they came as singles without cheese, upon calling the location and Reporting the issue, the guy told me I couldn't have a refund, I asked for the manager and the person on the other end of the phone asked if I spoke Spanish when I asked to speak to a manager, I responded no, they said oh well that's not going to work because they only speak spanish, I then said that's fine I will still speak to them, to which he refused to let me speak to his manager and said that's not going to work boss you have a good night, and then hung up on me.

When I came in tonight the guy in the front who was the only one in a black t shirt and black jean saw me ran to the back and got some female to come take my order and as she was coming up to the front counter she ask what's wrong and the guy responded was I don't want to that guy (me) I don't why he said it especially when I didn't do anything wrong and all I said was hello and this is the service I get sorry I was an issue for you I will take my money else where next time

I don’t want a cold burger served fast as hell. Please take a few extra moments and do your job correctly, this mess was barely acceptable when they only charged $6 for a combo, now they start at $11. Paid an upgrade for a large cold brew and only got a small. The young man at the drive through was very polite despite everything, it didn’t look like he was getting the help he needed though.

Got turned away at the drive thru with only 3 cars in line because they said they were backed up on DoorDash and uber eats orders and weren’t taking any new food orders, at 12:40am. Online orders that the restaurant is losing money on to fees shouldn’t make it so you’re turning in person customers away. It’s not the workers fault but there needs to be better management of online orders/turning them off when you can’t keep up with in person customers.

The service is the only thing that is good here. The food tasted old as hell. The bathroom was nasty and god forbid I want to get Ketchup because there were no condiments containers or silverware anywhere to be found. Needless to say I will not be back ever. All my food came out cold so I sent it back they were rude so I said fine I don’t want anything except my shake so refund me the manager proceeded to say we don’t give refunds and snatched my shake. I took a deep breath and said ma’am (the Supervisor)I am not the one. Waited a few minutes and I got my money back. The shake wasn’t even that great.

ordered a burger with no cheese and some nuggets. Was given a burger with cheese and no nuggets and when I asked them to remake the burger, they gave me a bunch of attitude. Food was mediocre at best, even for Wendy’s. just go to one of the other fast food restaurants immediately nearby and don’t waste your time!

I work food service, so i typically try not to leave negative reviews as i understand errors happen. however i have NEVER received mold in my food before. I ordered doordash due to finals week, and seeing this in my drink ruined my one “cheat” meal of the week. I know the restaurant industry is gross, but seeing this amount of mold tells me their tea machine has not been cleaned/emptied long enough for it to grow mold. so grossed out.

Do NOT waste your time....Wow...terrible service. We sat at the intercom maybe 3-5 minutes no "hello" or "be right with you" then we had a mobile order. The lady handed us this mess of a sandwich. We left before checking, after seeing this..ugh.. drippy egg yolk all over the sandwich as well as paper, we decided to return. There was a different employee who was absolutely offended that we would even suggest getting this remade. Like who wants a cooked egg sandwich. To be fair, some of the white is cheese sauce... but half RAW egg, including egg white, LIKE NASTY RAW. Overly nasty employees and obviously sub-par food. YUCK

I Went through the drive-thru and ordered two number 9 meals. When I got home I opened my burger and I took a bit. While holding it I seen mold! I spot the burger out and took it back for a refund. The lady at the window was an older Hispanic lady and had a hateful attitude. I gave her the burger and she looked at it and said she would be right back and before she closed the window I told her I would like a refund. She then processed to bring me another burger and I told her I didn’t want it, I wanted a refund and she snatched the bag from my boyfriend’s hand and through the bags hard in the trash can and slammed the window before giving me my money back. She didn’t ask for my card but she gave me cash. The total was $28.34 and she only gave me $28 back. I just drove off. A very hateful lady. Don’t eat here!

Every time we come here it gets worse and worse. They never make the food right and the quality is always bad. Ordered a Jr bacon and there was no bacon. Chili didn't have the cheese or onions I paid extra for. Don't even have to say anything about these fries. How lazy can you get? Noticing a trend here in San Marcos.

I am a huge fan of Wendy’s food. Unfortunately, I discovered a very gross surprise today from this locations drive thru this morning...but only after finishing my drink (barf)to pour out the ice before trashing my cup. I have been a regular at this location for a few years, but not anymore. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, at least now you know the risk.
