So I’ve been going to this pizza place since I was a kid so over 25 years now! The dough for the crust use to be a bit thicker but since then they’ve maid it a bit thinner! Still tastes great and definitely my go to pizza in SF!!

Just good pizza. Not too thick, not too thin. Crust is a bit buttery so I eat the ends. Sauce is savory and just the right amount of cheese - Been eating here for 20 years!

This is one of my long time personal favorites. 8Excellent place for pizza, whether just for a slice our a whole pie. But they do do much more then just pizza. Burgers, pasta, salads, and more. Open late for that late night craving. And the only reason it costs me so much when i go there is because i order a family size pepperoni pizza (pepperoni is beef, which is an additional plus for me being Muslim.).

Polk st., at least the part of Polk that Napoli is located is saturated with pizza places. It's a wonder they are all able to stay in business because there is nearly one pizza place, or at least place that sells pizza per bolck around here. I can say without reservation that Napoli is my number one! Aside from the pizza bring delicious they are also unusually friendly, and generally cool folks.

This place is a gem. It's the late night place to go to get something to eat, especially if you want something good. There's not a lot of staff but the guy works wonders. The Napoli special is my favorite pizza I could eat seven times a week. It's conveniently located it's small and homey, which is nice. It's also in a great neighborhood.

This place is a gem. It's the late night place to go to get something to eat, especially if you want something good. There's not a lot of staff but the guy works wonders. The Napoli special is my favorite pizza I could eat seven times a week. It's conveniently located it's small and homey, which is nice. It's also in a great neighborhood.

Hands down the best pizza place in town, they will always be my “go-to” spot. Fairly priced, excellent customer service. I’ve never felt anything less than truly valued as a person here! Seriously Remarkable!

There has been a couple of times on a weekend where has been way too full I have decided to go across the street to the other pizzeria where they sell it I think it's what you call New York style but when I tell you how it looks and how it taste lm so disappointed and get mad at myself for being to lazy to stand in line! The older gentleman that works at night time I think he works every night but two nights a week he is the best when it comes to customers he listens and is understanding very polite and always has a good attitude no matter how tired he might look at 4:00 in the morning he still has a smile on his face with a good attitude!

Honestly it wasn't bad, not the best pizza I've ever had but they sell it by the slice and I wasn't terribly hungry. On the plus side my gsd puppy found a friend in the owners son that fed her pepperoni lol she thanks you :)

Still open for slices and full menu to go or delivery. Always very kind and accommodating if I order something special. Oh yeah they are open very late alt least l2am sometimes 3/😊

Honestly the pizza is AMAZING! The pizza guy was very nice and sweet. If you are paying with a card, it will cost you an extra .75¢. Otherwise the pizza is very savory, saucy, and it melts in your mouth. One problem I had was the extremely sketchy. I saw two people exchange goods.

Vegetarian Food Review: They made a delicious vegetarian pizza slice fresh ($5) at midnight for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and someday I will be back. Unassuming place but if you are in town and need late night grub just go there. All fresh stuff and great customer service.

Vegetarian Food Review: They made a delicious vegetarian pizza slice fresh ($5) at midnight for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and someday I will be back. Unassuming place but if you are in town and need late night grub just go there. All fresh stuff and great customer service.

The pizza here is great, the 2nd best I have ever tasted, unfortunately the owner only takes cash and doesn’t even have an ATM to get the cash so at 1am when you go there if you have no cash you just have to pass on it, would be cool if they modernize and take debit cards or at least accept venmo or zelle payments

Waited a long time (around 40-50 minutes) to make a small pizza. They failed to give me an accurate estimate on the waiting time. Seems like it is best to order ahead at this place. The pizza quality was good though.

This has always been my favorite pizza spot. I decided to order delivery since it was cold out. They offer free delivery. My order $30 so I figured it was enough for delivery. I also gave a $5 tip. Only 1 block from my house. The guy had an bad attitude when dropping off. If you are going to be rude and be mad you have to do delivery then don't offer it. He got upset because I asked him to wait in the building. I even came down to get my food. Looking for a new pizza spot.

Also, they treat different Muslims in different ways depending on where you are from. If you are black Muslims then you won't get the niceness level. If you are black and Muslim you won't get the same level of welcoming as their skin tone Muslims. You can see that they will even smile but if you are black they will assume that you don't even speak Arabic but will assume that their people are the only type of Muslim. I visited one time and the older guy was very nice. However, the younger guy their is absolutely terrible. They have so much bias. I'm sitting here know and noticed that the other customer is paying when he received the pizza.

Delivery was fine, but definitely some of the worst pizza I've had, and I also had what I hope was a beard hair in my pizza. What sauce there was tasted kinda odd. I would not recommend, and I'm not someone who's normally picky.

Pizza is definitely good but last 2 times I tried to call to order, noone answers the call, so placed online and still waiting on the order. Not sure if it will come or not, to bad its a decent spot for a quick order before this recent change.

Asked for Hawaiian slice without bacon, two guys at the counter swore it's not bacon it's all beef they said. They served me a slice with bacon on it. Unfortunately I believed them. I regret believing them. What they said was not true. It was bacon. They were not honest people. Both men transgressed against their own belief. Besides what they did is legally wrong. That's malfeasance. Will never go there again.

I live around the corner from them, but they have been throwing trash (i.e., piles of their fliers) in my building doorway. I’m never going to eat here given their disregard for their neighbors’ right to live peacefully without being inundated with their garbage. Stop the unwanted solicitation already!

unfortunately, the "marinara" lasagna is full of red bell pepper. not marinara :( it frankly made me sad, because I hate red peppers and there is no indication that the marinara option includes soooo much of them. I'm annoyed and sad. ordered late because that's what was available, but it left me disappointed enough to take the loss and order fast food because I disliked it that much. This is the worst thing to experience after a 10 hour shift (in the restaurant industry ((Italian)). ) P.S. the included bread was just a microwaved sesame French roll. this place is the worst PSA: red peppers do not belong in marinara. please stop doing this for everyone's sake.
