🍽️Crítica🍽️ Nos a sorprendido bastante este sitio ya que veníamos con unas expectativas muy bajas en relación a la carne en la isla y he de decir que nos hemos confundido pero bien porque la carne estaba espectacular, tenía mucho sabor además de traerte las brasas para que le des el punto que tú desees hace que les de mis diez!! - Pedimos de entrante una ensalada payesa que estaba muy rica, de aquí destacamos el sabor de los pimientos además no la trajeron un poco caliente lo que le dio otro punto. De segundo pedimos chuletón para dos y como dije antes la carne tenía mucho sabor además de traerte las brasas para que te lo hicieras a tu gusto. - De postre pedimos una tarta de queso que estaba normalita ya que a nosotros nos gusta más cremositas no tan mazacotes y una greixonera que está sí que estaba muy buena. ✅A destacar: - Si chuletón a la brasa - La rapidez de sus camareros - La greixonera ❌A mejorar: - Su tarta de queso, que debería estar un poco más cremosa

What a discovery! Can Pilot is this unassuming restaurant in the village of Santa Gertrudis that serves some of the most authentic Ibizan cuisine I've ever tasted. The lamb shoulder was cooked to perfection - tender, flavorful, and clearly sourced locally. Their sofrit pagès (traditional country stew) was like a warm hug on a plate. The wine list features excellent local varieties I'd never tried before. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, with locals and visitors mixing seamlessly. The owner, Carlos, even came by our table to chat about the island's culinary traditions. This is the real Ibiza, away from the party scene - don't miss it!

I love going to this place! Our friends are big meat eaters, and it’s perfect for them. You get raw meat along with a BBQ to cook it yourself. We especially enjoy the BBQ'd vegetables. The service is excellent, making it a great spot for family and friends, though it’s probably not as suitable for a romantic outing we've seen couples. Be prepared for the BBQ smoke, which can be fun but may not be for everyone. Overall, the service is outstanding!

It was a great restaurant, looks small in the entrance but spacious inside . I really enjoyed the smokey flavor of their meat where they have an open bbq area that is visible to the diners. I give 9/10 for the food. 9/10 for the atmosphere. 10/10 for the service. Oh the price on their menu are reasonable. The restroom was clean and elegant. Smells fresh .Overall , its highly recommended . When you come to San Rafael its a great place to dine in.

Absolutely incredible steak house restaurant. You order, they immediately bring you a tray of the raw meat you literally just ordered and they bring a table top BBQ to the table. You cook it exactly how you want it. The meat is of a very superior quality and tastes incredible. The staff are friendly and attentive, very good service. The atmosphere in the restaurant is buzzing, with everyone enjoying themselves. Highly recommended. 5 Stars for everything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh tasty Bbq cooked to perfection is your thing? Friendly service is what you want? A very good and affordable wine list is what you like - well this place has it all. We went for some amazing starters which were manchego cheese and bellota iberico ham. This combo was really tasty and the ham was carved from the giant whole ham. For mains we had the beef steak and the swordfish combined with veggies and chips/fries. outstanding. For drinks go for some of that good red from Ribera del Duero (we had Pago de los Capellanes 2018). To finish this exciting experience we had local flao and coffee. 100% worth the trip. Make sure to reserve a table as this place gets crowded.

If you like barbeque, go there. Great meats, great sides! Very friendly service, good prices. I do not recommend to take the barbeque on your table. The guys on the big grill are real professionals and will grill your meat lots better then you could ever do this! A bottle of Can Rich is the perfect companion. Make a reservation!

Si eres carnivoro y te gusta hacerte la carne a tu gusto, esta es una muy buena opción. Carne rica con un precio aceptable, aunque algunos adjetivos de la misma en carta deberian de cambiarlos por mera precaución. Me gustó mucho la calidad de la carne, y el servicio. Y la sangria de cava estaba riquísima! Lo que más me gustó de la cena fue la greixonera, es de las mejores que he probado en la isla. Lo que no me gustó, es el olor que te queda en la ropa y el pelo después de comer en el interior del restaurante, es cierto que es especialidad la carne a la parrilla pero parece que otros restaurantes tienen mejor ventilación, por no hablar del calor que hacía a las 22 de la noche.

Es un lugar que a simple vista parece un mesón de carretera, sin embargo aunque las vistas no son las mejores recomiendo probarlo, pues calidad-precio es muy buena. Te ponen un producto muy bueno y sin duda recomendaría probar el chuletón que son 25€/pp, además te lo ponen con una parrilla para que cada persona pueda acabarlo en la mesa al punto que prefiera; como guarnición las patatas con ajos y pimientos fritos porque son espectaculares. Los postres son un poco caros, pues rondan los 6,9€ sin embargo se nota que son caseros y están riquísimos.

Uno de los mejores sitios para comer carne a la piedra de Ibiza. Se pasa un poco de calor, pero con lo rica que está la carne se te pasa. El vermú que bebimos estaba realmente bueno.

El entrecot súper bueno, la ensalada pilot estaba rica. Lo demás estaba muy hecho, habíamos dicho que poco hecho. Las patatas muy aceitosas para mi gusto. Calidad precio para estar en Ibiza está súper bien!

Comida muy bien, servicio deficiente. Recogían los platos sin acabar. Camarero joven sin empatía con el cliente. Solicitamos taxi y que nos buscásemos la vida. He ido varios años y lo he recomendado pero no lleva buen rumbo. Ya no es un sitio que recomendaría. Una pena siendo una leyenda.

Opinion personal y que tengo intencion de dar una segunda oportunidad. La primera reseña tenia bastante texto pero he decidido borrarla y resumir. Hemos ido 6 y hemos comido 3, por una “gestion discutible” de los tiempos. Por favor, si vais tan increiblemente mal de “materia prima” y tiempo, advertirlo a la gente. Llevabamos 1 año diciendo de ir a comer y ha sido muy lamentable. No todo el mundo quiere chuleton…. Esta critica es CONSTRUCTIVA, para que en un futuro, se eviten estas situaciones. Mas comunicacion por favor…. Porque seguramente nunca os faltara el trabajo.

Muy entreverado el servicio, los camareros sumamente apurados, el que nos tocó a nosotros casi nos tiro en la mesa a la pasada el pan con aleoli. La comida nada del otro mundo y bastante caro. A lo que le dicen escalope de ternera no tiene nada que ver a las milanesas, que nosotros conocemos, chuletas de cordero muy buenas pero sin guarnición (?), postres comunes, buen café. Gasto tres personas € 80. No hicimos uso de los baños. Salón lleno de humo.

Mucho olor en el lugar con la cantidad de personas y de mesas que hay haciendo humo todo el tiempo. Me parece que a esta altura deberían tener extractores de humo adentro de todo el restaurant que quiten el humo hacia afuera, mucho calor, la calidad de la comida es de media calidad para aquellos que sabemos y conocemos la calidad de la carne es de media calidad. La velocidad de atención es excelente, veo que le falta capacitación al Personal mucho ruido dentro las mesas muy cerca, unas de otras. En relación a la calidad, precio, el precio es caro

What a disappointment! Wanted to take my friend there who came from England and who worked with Jamie Oliver in Oxford. We were treated so rudely and unfriendly it was offensive. We were asked to come back in 10 minutes while they decided if they had space for us or not. The place was about to open and empty so we asked if we could get a drink while we were waiting. The guy at the bar said really unapologetically to leave the premises cause they were closed. Extremely poor customer service, rude, unfriendly, offensive. Horrible experience. They obviously have enough clientele to afford to be rude. The food might be tasty (?) but be ready to be treated like they can do without you. There are a lot of meat restaurants around town and many nice people running them . Swerve it !
