24/9/2025 De visita a San Sebastián(Donostia). Paramos a comer en Restaurante TRIKUHARRI , y fue un acierto!! pasamos 2 horas antes y reservamos mesa de 13´30 a 15´00,parece ser que es recomendable reservar porque esta muy concurrido, nos atendió OIHANE ( espero escribirlo bien) y fue una atención espectacular ,, en todo momento estaba atenta de nosotros y del resto de clientes , nos comimos una ración de mejillones de roca, espectaculares, era para compartir ! y 2 platos de entrecot con guarnición(pimientos de padrón y papas fritas)estaba en su punto🥩😋 y de postre una torrija para compartir. Para repetir!! si vuelvo por la zona ya que vivimos bastante alejados. No me gusta recomendar porque cada persona tiene sus gustos pero en mi experiencia es totalmente positiva.

De cine. Se come mejor que bien. Carta más bien corta que larga pero todo está ideal. Muy cerca de la playa de Ondarreta. Muy recomendable!!

Llegamos por casualidad buscando un sitio donde comer cerca del hotel y ha sido todo un acierto. Hemos comido de lujo y el personal nos ha atendido muy amablemente y muy bien. Han sido muy atentos también con nuestro perro! Hemos estado muy cómodos en la terraza. Relación calidad-precio muy muy buena! Guardamos esta taberna para futuras ocasiones, sin duda!

Un personal muy amable y atento, pedimos unos vermouths y nos recomendaron uno casero hecho con sidra que estaba ESPECTACULAR, pedimos varias tapas a compartir y nos parecieron increíbles tanto de calidad como de cantidad, pedimos: - calamares fritos: buena cantidad y se notaba que el aceite donde lo frieron estaba limpio - mejillones: con tomate, Pimentón y un toque picante, muy bien de cocción y muy buena cantidad, aunque eran pequeños lo agradecimos ¡ya que eran como pipas! Buenísimos - txipirones: imprescindibles, con pimientos, setas y jamón serrano, una MUY BUENA combinación - Huevos con patatas y chistorra: patatas muy bien pochadas, los Huevos en su punto con una yema líquida y la chistorra buenisima,¡ para acompañar con pan! En resumen: un lugar donde volver y disfrutar , enhorabuena!

Hemos comido muy bien, brochetas de gamba y panceta, sardina ahumada y bravas para compartir. De plato fuerte una merlucita, ventresca de atún, canelones de cordero y magret de pato, todo muuuuuyyyy bien,el único pero, el café, bastante flojo, pueden cuidarlo un poco más.

Vinimos por recomendación local y acertamos. Es un local típico de San Sebastián chiquito y coqueto. El personal muy atento y amable y la comida era excelente. Probamos platos típicos y nos encantaron. Muy recomendable, ha sido un placer 🫶🏻

Estaba todo muy rico, una calidad muy alta, no es un restaurante de alto copetín pero la calidad de la comida está muy buena, merece muchísimo la pena probar su carta. Nosotros comimos brocheta de gambas, alucinante de buena, pinchó de chipirones a la plancha, muy ricos, croquetas de jamón riquísimas, y luego ya de plato principal ventresca de atún y brocheta de rape con langostinos. Todo riquísimo, y de postre torrija casera con helado y queso idiazabal con membrillo. Todo muy muy bueno a nivel de un buen restaurante.

Atención y trato excelente, la camarera sin tener reserva nos dio una mesa que llegaba más tarde aún estando el local llenísimo, la comida buenísima nos quedamos con ganas de probar más cosas pero lo pedido fue suficiente, calidad precio perfecta recomiendo probarlo, no descarto volver en estos días.

After trying several places in the old part of town I couldn't help to get the feeling that the constant flock of tourists trying to find an empty chair had led them to get cocky, so we decided to go off the beaten path and explore the less popular parts of the town where we found this gem. In a city that is _de facto_ a sea of places to eat is hard to stand out and yet these people have succeeded, the reasons can be found among these reviews. Our food was delicious, the place although small and busy doesn’t feel cramped (although it’s advisable to call first in order to secure a table) the young lady who waited on our table couldn’t be nicer and everything we ordered made us realize that at the kitchen they know what they're doing. There are fancier places in San Sebastian, of course, but if you factor in the prices you pay here for the food this may very well be Donostia's BEST. That simple.

An outstanding restaurant in a non-touristy area! I'd already spent an evening in the the Old Town and would be happy to avoid it for a couple of years. The busy street of "Matia Kalea" and the Antiguo area of the city in general is far superior (in my opinion), and I'd be happy to eat there daily. TrikuHarri Taberna Jatetxea is an absolute gem of a restaurant filled with locals enjoying authentic Basque cuisine. My wife and I had a decadent lunch of mussels, sausages, salads, potatoes, croquettes, beef cheeks, and a grilled fillet steak, topped off with an 8km walk along San Sebastians beautiful beaches.

Dinner on our last night in the wonderful San Sebastian. Our waitress was lovely 13Aug and despite being particularly busy because of the festivities always had a smile on her face...Makes all the difference. Thank you for a great meal and the Godello wine was excellent and amazingly well priced, so we had 2 bottles 😋

Mouth-watering food with amazing service and ambiance. If possible, make reservations online, else there could be a bit of waiting or denial of seating if the place is fully booked. We tried mussels, patatas bravas, and squid, and all of them were very tasty. Also, the price is very reasonable and the portion size is very generous as well. Highly recommended in the area.

Eskerrik asko! This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is diverse and delicious. They have outdoor and indoor service, we sat outside and the service was fast and friendly. We chose an array of pintxos and portions (large sized dishes) for two separate visits. The pork cheeks, prawn skewers, and scallops were exceptional for a menu that didn’t have a bad bite. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Already dreaming of returning. 🤤

Saw this restaurant while walking around the neighbourhood, it was packed, which is a good sign. So decided to give it a try. And I’m so happy I did try it out, the food here is really yummy. Best dish for me was the pan fried squid, it tasted so good. Only dish I did not enjoy was the pan fried fish, too many scales, but everything else was good. Service is abit slow, cause they have only 1-2 staff, so just be patient, but they are all really nice and friendly.

I went here May 2024 and the food was absolutely amazinggg. The cold soup (which I think is called salmorejo) was unreal. I'd never tried cold soup before and I couldn't get over how good it was. Equally the squid, prawns, potatoes were all beautiful. And all of this plus 2 drinks for 35€! I've told everyone I know about this place. I'm back in San Seb this summer and I've already decided I'm going back 😍

You don’t really have to go to old town for good food. They have best mussels and squids. Price was reasonable. Glass of wine is also so cheap, so it is a loss if you don’t drink wine. Also the best part is they are dog friendly and super nice!

We went for dinner here while visiting San Sebastian. We booked afew days ahead but when we arrived, no reservation, however they manged to squeeze us in an hour later and I am so happy they did!! Its a small tavern that is bustling with locals, lots standing outside just having drink, and pintxos. The food was amazing, we had a variety of starters, the squid and pork cheeks are a must!!! For mains I had the Hake, husband had a prawn with cod in a bisque style broth. Son wanted hake but only 1 portion left so he had a steak which was also amazing. We had 6 glasses of wi e amd 2 desserts and our bill was just €105!! We couldnt beleieve we had such AMAZING food for so little. Highly recommend

Amazing food and service. This restaurant is A MUST try if you’re in San Sebastián. Highly recommend these dishes: mejillones de roca, merluza fresca, Carilleras en salsa. Just amazing flavors and everything cooked to perfection.

Our first night we decided to have dinner in this little tavern that was just 5 mins walk from our hotel. Walking up the side street we could hear an absolute buzz of people and as we walked around the corner there must have been 60-80 locals all standing outside this venue enjoying the beers and summer weather. We stopped and looked at each other thinking there was no way we would be able to get in but looking closer inside we decided to give it a go. We waited about 10mims for a table with a cold glass of Keller beer. I picked the duck breast and the wife a few dishes of pntxos, one of which was the beef cheeks. I have eaten very many duck and beef cheek dishes and have to say this was the finest plate of food I have ever tried. Like the owners say this venue is very unpretentious but it doesn’t have to be when it serves food of this quality and value. We are only in town for 2 nights but we will be back here for lunch and possibly dinner AGAIN!!! The Keller beer is great too.

Small tavern with pintxos bar in the front and a small restaurant in the back. We had not eaten anywhere as good and cheap as here in our whole stay in Donostia. Everything fits, service, food and ambiance. Only the noise becomes unpleasant as soon as it gets crowded. The friendly and quick team is to be praised. Also try the great starters like fried squid and chicken.

Everything we ordered was so yummy, especially the eggs with potatoes, foie andJamón 💯😋! We did really enjoy the authentic taste of the food. We also noticed that there's no tourist but local people come here to eat so you know it must be good! The price, the quality, and the service are all great. Highly recommended 💯

As I stepped into the cozy little tapas bar tucked away in the winding streets of San Sebastián, I knew I was in for a treat. This place was a far cry from the flashy, overpriced bars that lined the main drag. No, this was the real deal - a place where locals gathered to unwind after a long day, and where the food spoke for itself. I sidled up to the bar and ordered a glass of red wine, taking in the sights and smells of the bustling kitchen. The air was thick with the aroma of sizzling seafood and sizzling meats, and I could feel my mouth starting to water. I decided to start with the grilled calamari - a dish that can be a real hit or miss in some places. But here, it was perfection. Tender, succulent, and charred just enough to give it that smoky flavor I love. I paired it with a crispy, salty batch of fries and savored every bite. Next up was the lomo - a Spanish pork loin that's traditionally cured and air-dried. But here, they grill it up fresh and serve it with a side of garlicky aioli that packs a real punch. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the aioli gave it just the right kick. But what really impressed me about this tapas bar was the laid-back, unpretentious atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, and there was a real sense of community among the patrons. It wasn't about being seen or showing off - it was just about enjoying great food and great company. As I finished my meal and paid my bill, I couldn't help but think that this was the kind of place Anthony Bourdain would have loved. A hidden gem that's off the beaten path, serving up amazing food without any of the pretense. If you're ever in San Sebastián, do yourself a favor and seek out this little tapas bar. You won't regret it.

Been to a whole bunch of pintxo places, but this one is one of (or the) best. A bit out of the city center (10min walk). Fully of locals. And the food is very nice. Highlights were the grilled sirloin with poached onion (super tender and juicy) as well as the txistorra (pork sausage plancha). The txipiron (baby cuttlefish) was great too. We re-ordered these items several times as they were so yummy and cheap (less than 3 euro per portion!). Service is very very friendly also. For both food and experience, full marks. Highly recommend to visit this establishment when you are in San Sebastian!

Buen bar para tomar unas cervezas y unos pinchos. Hay mucha gente siempre, por lo que es recomendable ir con tiempo o reservar. Recomiendo la chistorra, el pincho de merluza o el pincho de chipiron. El precio es razonable
