This is the best Starbucks in Fresno. The staff is very good at their jobs. They have never mest up any of my drinks.

Went through the drive through and made a large order with multiple Frappuccinos and special order drinks. The entire order was correct and the customer service was excellent- I half expected a groan for the large labor intensive order but the rep was very nice, positive and helpful. Very genuine service and we all appreciated that!

This place has the best customer service in my honest opinion. Even when they mess up my drink (it happens esp if theyre busy) they alway fix it with a smile and a great attitude. The place is super clean. Over all this place is my go to when I really need that pick me up. The staff is my favorite thing about this starbucks, they always greet me by name and ask how im doing. I have been going to Starbucks several times per week. We have one within my workplace. I can honestly say I have made friends with some of the employees there. They give fast, friendly service that is consistently high in quality. Their new mobile app ensures that I can pick my coffee up as I walk in to work. The River Starbucks at Seattle Children's is the best.

This starbucks was so friendly! We had a car full of family who never go to starbucks therefore making it a complicated order but they handled it so well! We went through the drive thru and Chris had helped us greatly. Even gave my dog a little cup of whip cream! Really did everything to make us happy. We most def gave them a tip and a big thank you.

Starbucks is not necessarily the best bang for the buck, but there product is top of the line. My small town Starbucks has the friendliest staff, great...no, fantastic customer service and it is perfect to stay in touch with friends and small town business meetings.

This is a very nice Starbucks coffee place. The staff here have always been friendly to all customers that I've experienced. Their products (coffee and food items) are good, but moderately expensive. This particular Starbucks has a drive up window, but that line can be very long at times, so your better off parking and just going inside if your pressed for time.

Shout out to WILL who provided me with the BEST customer service ever! He gladly took my order this morning and shared a few laughs along with the other employee who joyfully handed me my drink and gave a beautiful smile! I had a gift card to use so I have come a few times on weekends. I've had the same gal assist me each time. She remembered my name and a bit about what we talked about during my first visit. I don't normally get fancy coffee drinks so I asked for her recommendations. I am familiar with nitro coffee so I did the nitro with sweet cream (both times I have visited). Very happy with the service and product.

Great customer service, and very clean. The bathrooms you can tell are cleaned really well often, and the out door patio seating was very well kept up. I saw no trash on the ground or on the tables. This is a quick coffee break place for when you are in a rush and on the go. And also a nice relaxing place when you have time to kill and meeting up with friends.

The baristas here are amazing! And the customer service is exceptional! If they messed and order up they'll fix it right away plus let you keep the other drink. It is always clean and the employees always smile at their customers.

Working on a project in Sanger and I’ve been coming to this specific location pretty often these past couple months. The drive through is usually pretty packed, but if you drive by the front there’s usually few customers inside. I would recommend not crowding the drive though if you can and go inside. The staff is super friendly and care enough to know your name, ask how your day / morning is going and even have a little conversation with you. (Not typical of today’s culture) My food and drinks have been awesome, and the staff works their tails off to get your order to you quickly. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve gone to and would recommend to anyone!

Great menu, great employees, but they forgot the dessert I ordered in the drive-thru and by the time I realized it I was all the way home. I called them and they apologized and told me to just drive around and they'd give it to me, but I was already home. He did apologize though.

It's like waiting to get on a free way not big enough for the amount of people waiting all the time to get a cup of joe

The drive thru line is usually full, but it moves quickly. Don't count on getting the specialty drinks (ie, Unicorn Frap) here; they always run out within a day or two

They are doing the best they can. I just feel they need help. This pandemic has caused the lines to get really bad and they are backed up. I wish there was more the community could do to help them better.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Don't come to this one often. But they are consistently out of product. Like iced coffee and raw sugar. Management needs to step it up a little

Starbucks is the greatest coffee from different flavors from hot to cold coffee and don't forget the ice teas. My sister would always treat me to black tea and believe me it's the best. After ordering you can sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. Or if you like to go through the drive through for your convenience and order your favorite drink then pay at the window and off you go to your next stop.

Would give it a 5star if it was not for the bad service I recieved through the drive-thru. I visit often and never had an issue until today. Young lady was rude and it seemed to bother her when I told her she mistakened my drinks. Once I got my drinks she was quick to shut the window & did not bother to say good day. Bad customer service, but overall great drinks !

I still think they put the wrong cream into my drink lol. The long lines here male it a long wait for your drinks. I know they are the only coffee place like this here, but I wish it would be a bit more consistent.

I am often cynical about the quality of Starbucks locations. Because they are chains they look and feel identical everywhere, which sometimes means identical mediocrity. This particular Starbucks was like others in most ways, but had two noteworthy exceptions. One: the bathrooms were pretty clean. This is important since now that everyone knows that you can walk into any Starbucks and use the bathroom without buying anything, the bathrooms are often like public restrooms in cleanliness--meaning filthy. This locations bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Although the bathroom did have hair on the ground, some Fresno state student must have groomed herself in the bathroom. The second notable difference is that the customer service was surprisingly satisfactory. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and green tea. They must have forgotten the tea, and when the manager realized this he made an earnest effort to make up. He promptly brought the tea, gave me a larger size, an extra tea bag and a gift certificate. I know its just a small gesture, but it was the extra effort that mattered. Maybe it was just one particularly good Starbucks worker, but this location surprised me in a good way.

So i will keep it short and sweet but real and honest. I only put up two pics because well it's a Starbucks and they all pretty much look the same. Also pretty much the same on thier menu with the added ability to ask them to custom mix a coffee or drink for you. What i really like about my Sanger Starbucks is the friendly and talkative demeanor of it's employees. See asking me what my plans are for the weekend and then really taking an interest and conversating with me goes a long way. They really make efforts to make you feel welcome and you leave bumped up not only by the drinks but by the staff. They have always gotten my orders spot on, its clean well kept and service is fast as can be depending on how packed it is. I highly recommend them and will even go as far as to say. If you happen to find yourself driving up 180 to Kings Canyon National Park, and want a great coffee or frap. Take 5 minutes and check them out in Sanger Ca. Update: I've had to lower thier rating here at this Starbucks for this one reason alone. Over the last month or so they have consistently been out of different things for thier drinks. Such as sweet cream, or different fruits or flavoring. In order for me to give a place a 5 star or my own 5 thumbs up. It has to be spot on in all areas. Im sorry to say right now they are dropping the ball a little. So just be aware they may be out of your favorite stuff. So for now they only get 👍👍👍👍 hope they remedy this problem soon cause i really like this place.

Today's experience was better than normal. Usually the service is ok, the wait in line is ridiculous & takes about 30 min, they are usually out of stock on items, never have any cups or houseware products, drinks don't taste the way they're supposed to.

Coffee is great. But the wait is horrible. The drive threw is always busy and moves really slow? Nice Barista's, clean environment, good location. Otherwise would be a 5 🌟...

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks drive thrus I have ever been through. Every time I come here it takes at least 20-30min to get through, even if there are only a few cars ahead of me. Also, they need to figure out their product ordering because they are persistently out of popular items.

I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, and when the woman handed me my frappuccino it was dripping. I had to pull over and clean myself and my car.

I love the mobile app feature because I can order in advance and and not wait in line when it's super busy, however, three times now I have been told to wait even though my drink was on the counter ready for pick up. All the barista had to do was hand it to me, but instead she either continued to make a drink or proceeded to start on another drink order. My drink was sitting... Done! Literally, she just needed to hand it to me. One time ok... But three times now! The reason why I order in advance is so I don't have to wait. This has been the same barista by the way... She isn't rude or anything, but seriously, if someone's order is ready, you can take a second to hand it to them rather than making them wait. Ok rant over.

SLOW omg don’t go here if your passing threw or need to be some where within the hour. NOT to mention the drive threw line will block the outlet line if you get the right person not paying attention.

Out of Selma, Parlier, Kingsburg, Fresno, Clovis, this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to, I go almost daily to Starbucks. I can literally drive to Parlier and back and get a drink faster there. Drinks aren't always made correctly. It's such a bummer because understaffed workers are usually friendly. Also the parking/drive thru situation is so bad, almost a fight among cars on the daily. This really is the toxic Starbucks of them all 😕

Everytime my wife makes an order shes disappointed. Either too much ice, no Carmel when paying for extra, too much cream, ect. I get it your the only one in this area but some consistency would be nice. Update 3/19/23 - The drive thru is so severely favored that even if you walk in to avoid a giant line you will still wait over 20 min for 1 non coffee beverage.

I was in line for over 10 min they just looked at me and never came to ask me anything. They had 5 workers and no one bothered to look at me.

Be careful. Look at you statements if using credit cars or debt card. Been double charged numerous times. Didnt notice until i started looking at card statements.

Worst Starbucks ever. Hard to get in, hard to get out. My egg & roasted eggbite was under heat and served messy in the bag. No little cup cake holder like they should be served in. I opened the bag and thebeggbires fell all over my shirt.

It's Starbucks what can I say Lol no5 my kinda place and the only reason I was there was to use a gift card that I had for almost a year because I found out that they have fruit drinks so I got a strawberry lemonade something or other and it was 7 bucks maybe six bucks so yeah that was pretty good but it was all ice and some chunks of strawberry

Not the best Starbucks I've been too. You will have a to wait if you go through their drive. Even if there is no line they can be slow and check your drink before you leave. Don't go in the evening also. They do close early. Google and Starbucks app have incorrect times. App says 10 and came at 6 pm amd they were closed and this is a weekday as well. Not sure what's going on but hopefully you have better luck than me.

2 days in a row I had to cancel my “order ahead” order. I understand things happen that are out of their control, but then maybe they should turn off the order ahead feature. Never ever ordering here again.

What happen been coming here for three years at least once a day never had a bad mocha fast friendly and clean service. Went inside and the place was a mess the employees making coffee look like they forgot have to shower and groom themselves for work. A simple white mocha again taste like watered down toilet water. Won't be coming here again.

This Starbucks has long drive thru wait times. Every time I come, last time they didn’t charge me accordingly and messed up my drink. I asked them specifically what I want and they still weren’t listening, it’s like they’re in a hurry and just nod and redo the same mistake. Not very happy with this store, wish there was another one closer by.

Always disappointed me, the staff always make fun of my accent. I asked a question to the girl on the drive-thru and she laugh at me. I was trying to give them a 3rd chance but I think I am so done. So I left empty handed and I had to drive all the way to Fresno to get coffee for our event.

Very disappointed. Employee Sam needs to be trained professionally. She was very rude and talks like she is yelling. I had a retailmenot app as I get deals and coupons and Starbucks is on this as well. When I showed the coupon, the employee keep saying and yelling that you can't use this and I said your doors and every where it says the 50% off deal. She would not listen. This is very unprofessional customer service. Please provide better training to Employee Sam. I don't think she is suitable for her position as with my experience.Very very rude employee Sam. My Java Chip tasted like water, I added A shot of expresó and it tasted like water and espresso. Mind you I waited 30 min for my drink I’m soo disappointed never coming here again .

This post is solely based on outlets. From what I noticed most of the outlets are based around one corner/area which made it difficult to charge my laptop. More outlets are needed. Some airports I have visited have outlets connected to the tables/chairs...Starbucks should look into doing the same.

The ladies are great friendly it's more of my drink is always ALWAYS wrong. I order two the exact same way wrong wrong I don't ever have time to go back and get it fixed so I always try and drink what was made but never gets finished

Worst and slowest Starbucks I ever been too! The employees are in no rush WHATSOEVER so after you wait 30 minutes for your drink. It taste burnt and is never consistent. I live in town so unfortunately I frequent this one a lot and it’s the same thing every single time!! When I mentioned how it takes way to long the only response is “drive thru is for convenience not speed” they don’t care! I can’t wait till Dutch opens up. They actually know how to manage a line!!!

They can't serve me a hot coffee to save their lives 😂 avoid this location at all costs. Universally despised by the local town so much that corporate built another Starbucks a mile away.

Ordered my hot peppermint white mocha, Didn't drink my drink until I got home, n reliazed it was made wrong, because label said peppermint white mocha, but it was just mocha in the cup, went back n just got an exchange, no refund or any apologies for the inconvenience.

on my way to school i usually order from the new starbucks by chipotle but i decided to go to this one today and let me tell you.. it said my order was ready within 5 min, when i got there 10 min after the notification that my order was done they had me park out front for 5 minutes.. its sad ill keep going to the other one for now

This Starbucks location does NOT know how to make a drink. Ordered an Ice Americano with creme. What I got did not taste like an Americano at all. It was a watered down iced coffee with way to much creme. Just a nasty flavor.

This Starbucks honestly sucks lol. I love my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos and every single time I have ordered from this particular location it comes out horrible! Ive never written a review but this last order really did it for me. I got a cup of oat milk basically lol.
