Un locale piccolo e intimo, di quelli che ti fanno sentire subito nel posto giusto. Qui la qualità è la vera protagonista, materie prime eccellenti, scelte con attenzione e valorizzate da una cucina tradizionale che rispetta i sapori autentici, senza rinunciare a un tocco di raffinatezza. Ogni piatto è curato anche dal punto di vista estetico, bello da vedere e ancora meglio da gustare. Il menù cambia spesso, seguendo le stagioni e l’ispirazione dello chef, ed è sempre una piacevole sorpresa tornare e scoprire nuove proposte. A completare l’esperienza c’è una cantina davvero notevole, con una selezione di vini di qualità che viene rinnovata periodicamente, segno di una ricerca continua e di una vera passione. L’atmosfera è resa ancora più speciale dai bellissimi quadri esposti nel locale. Non semplici decorazioni, ma espressione della passione del proprietario per l’arte, che dona personalità e carattere all’ambiente. Un posto dove si viene per mangiare bene, ma da cui si esce con la sensazione di aver vissuto un’esperienza completa, fatta di gusto, cura e bellezza.
Locale che ci è piaciuto moltissimo! Atmosfera accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è gentilissimo, attento e sempre sorridente. Il padrone, giovane e molto simpatico, trasmette grande passione per il suo lavoro. La carbonara è semplicemente la migliore che abbia mai mangiato: cremosa, saporita, perfettamente equilibrata. Tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato era davvero ottimo, preparato con ingredienti di qualità e grande cura. Complimenti sinceri, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Volevo provare la cucina di questo bistrot da tempo, ma gli impegni lavorativi me lo impedivano, finalmente ci son riuscito. La prima cosa che mi colpiva di questo bistrot quando ci passavo davanti era la cura dell’arredamento, persino la scelta del font utilizzato per la loro insegna, davvero elegante. Marzio bistrot si distingue per una filosofia chiara e coerente: la qualità prima di tutto, in cucina si lavora esclusivamente con prodotti freschi, scelti con grande attenzione e nel rispetto della stagionalità. Particolare cura è riservata al pescato: meglio meno proposte, ma sempre di livello eccellente, selezionate in base alla disponibilità e alla freschezza del giorno. La carta dei vini è altrettanto interessante, con una selezione di etichette medio-alte che viene rinnovata costantemente. Una rotazione continua che permette di scoprire nuove proposte, mantenendo sempre uno standard qualitativo elevato. Io ho pasteggiato con un calice di vino bianco St. Paul's Pinot Bianco dell’Alto Adige A chiudere l’esperienza, i dolci fatti in casa, compreso il gelato artigianale, preparato direttamente dal loro. Dopo la cena mi sono fermato a parlare con il proprietario, che con grande disponibilità mi ha raccontato la filosofia del locale, la passione e l’attenzione che dedica ogni giorno al suo bistrot. Il locale non è molto grande ed ha pochi tavolini fuori, è consigliabile la prenotazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. La sera nella quale sono stato a cena io, ho notato una clientela internazionale.

Incuriosito da profilo fb ho voluto sperimentare con i miei genitori. Prodotti genuini e fatti in casa. Antipasto di acciughe con burro e crostini e non sbagli mai,Tagliolino con vongole ben fatto, ottima pasta al pesto e gnocchetti con carciofi. Torta con gelato e tiramisú fatta in casa. Tutto super promosso. Ambiente gradevole semplice allegro. Bravi.
Un vero bistrot da coccola. Servizio attento, pesce freschissimo e ben valorizzato, segno di una cucina curata e sincera. L’ambiente è piacevole e rilassante, con una musica di sottofondo perfettamente in linea con il locale e con il ritmo del servizio. Piacevole scoperta del sabato prima del festival dove gran parte dei locali erano riservati per i dipendenti Rai. Ci hanno promesso un tavolo in 10 minuti e così è stato. Personale gentile e attento, il mio risotto ai carciofi e capesante era buonissimo. Ritoneremo molto presto
Posto fantastico in una traversa molto tranquilla a 2 passi dall'Ariston. Se voleste fare aperitivo, ottima scelta di vini, aperitivi tradizionali ed innovativi, il tutto accompagnato da tapas fantastiche. Per un pasto completo stesso discorso, vini al top ed ottima scelta, con ingredienti di qualità altissima.
Sono rimasto davvero colpito: location curata, atmosfera piacevole e uno staff super cordiale che ti fa sentire a tuo agio dal primo momento. I piatti presi una meraviglia! La carne (una tagliata ndr) era cotta alla perfezione e accompagnata da patate croccanti e saporite adagiate su della rucola. Il tutto concluso con un tiramisù a fine da sogno. In sintesi: posto consigliatissimo per chi vuole mangiare bene in un ambiente accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente! 🍽✨

Marzio mi accoglie da 7 anni ormai. Una garanzia di qualità, cordialità e ambiente. Tra un pasto e un bicchiere se si ha voglia, consiglio di intrattenersi con Marzio per carpirne la passione che lo spinge a dare il meglio e a far vivere ai propri clienti la miglior esperienza possibile.
Posso solo dire che questo posto e staro sempre una sorpresa, ma ogni volta non delude… anzi! Sono anni che vengo ma oggi ne approfitto di parlare di una carbonara da sogno e una tartare che ha sbalordito. La pasta perfetta con guanciale croccante e tutti proporzionato per aver ad ogni morso l’equilibrio perfetto. La tartare era quella del giorni tonno rosso e kiwi. Conoscendolo mi dono fidata e devo dire che e stata una delizia tanto da non aver bisogno di usare alcun tipo di condimenti. Alta qualità e bontà nei dessert con un tiramisù buonissimo e un affogato al caffe con il gelato fatto come una volta. E si sente. Qui tutto e perfetto e di alta qualità. Servizio impeccabile, focaccette in omaggio fantastiche, tagliata di manzo con cottura al sangue gustosissima e veramente morbida per non parlare della maionese fatta in casa, a dir poco paurosa e delle patate al forno più che perfette. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Una carbonara che sa di casa, un tiramisù che chiude in bellezza, un servizio gentile e un ambiente che invita a tornare. Per due romani trapiantati a Nizza, è stato un piccolo momento di felicità al confine: la tradizione romana al servizio della qualità ligure, in un locale dove ci siamo sentiti a casa.Torneremo sicuramente per scoprire altri piatti e rivivere la stessa piacevole sensazione di autenticità.

Marzio Bistrot is tucked away in a small but wonderfully cosy corner of Sanremo, and it truly surprised us with its warmth and quality. We started with two Taglioloni: the Tagliolone alla Carbonara, pleasantly spicy, delicious, and surprisingly light, and the Tagliolone ai Carciofi and cape sante , beautifully prepared and full of flavour. For the main courses, I chose the ombrina alla griglia and a tagliata di manzo. The fish was outstanding — perfectly grilled and elevated by a tasty chickpea sauce that added both depth and originality. The beef, while flavourful, was a bit less tender than expected. What truly sealed the five‑star experience, however, was the owner. A stylish and attentive young man, he immediately noticed the situation, charmed my wife with his kindness, and generously offered us a digestivo to make up for the less tender beef. That gesture alone showed the level of care and hospitality that makes a restaurant memorable.

I hesitated to write this review because Marzio Bistrot deserves all the praise, yet a part of me wants to keep it a secret so I can always find a table. ;) Right in the heart of busy, touristy Sanremo, Marzio is truly one of a kind. The place is small, cozy, and welcoming, with a warm and modern design where every detail has been carefully thought through. The menu has something for everyone: meat lovers, vegetarians, and even vegans. Everything is made with quality ingredients, and you can feel the care behind each dish. Even the pasta is homemade. The food changes with the seasons, the wines by the glass are always well chosen, and there are often new, creative aperitivi to try. Marzio works with genuine passion, aiming for excellence while staying authentic and accessible. A week after my visit, I can still remember the dessert, perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and honestly one of the best surprises I’ve had in Italy. A wonderful place, generous in every way. I truly hope more restaurants take inspiration from this level of care and quality.

Watching Marzio carefully slice it and present it so delicately makes you appreciate the craftsmanship behind every dish. The elegance enters through the eyes and culminates in the stomach with the satisfaction of having made the perfect choice for the night. We left feeling comfortable, welcomed, and incredibly well taken care of. If you're in San Remo, don’t just have dinner — treat yourself to the full Marzio experience.
Marzio was very welcoming and proud of his restaurant. The food was very good. We had the Caprese starter, buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes with fresh basil, followed by a dish of pasta Carbonara and also a pasta with pesto. All dishes were authentic, simple and flavorful… excellent. We finished with the dessert of the day which was a white chocolate bowl filled with chocolate cookies, cream and then covered with hot crème brûlée poured on top which melted the chocolate shell. Also very good.
We are repeat guests – and once again we had a fantastic evening at Marzio in Sanremo. Stylish atmosphere, relaxed vibe and very attentive service. The food is fresh, high quality and full of flavour. Our highlights: • Carpaccio with burrata – tender and well seasoned • Tartare duo with oyster – excellent quality • Truffle pasta – creamy, aromatic and perfectly balanced • Steak – crispy outside, tender inside • Tiramisu – homemade, light and simply delicious The cocktails were great as well, creative and beautifully served. For this level of quality, the prices are absolutely fair. A place you don’t just stumble upon but return to on purpose. Highly recommended for food lovers. We will definitely come back again.

Where the oysters are as fresh as the promises of early summer and the octopus on a bed of vegetables tastes better than any toast to life. It was our first time in Italy, and we chose this restaurant based on the amazing reviews — hoping for some authentic Italian food. We were not disappointed! Every dish, from the starter to the main course and dessert, was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly special. What was meant to be a quick, simple lunch turned into a wonderful experience. Even our dog was warmly welcomed! We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Italy.
What a find! We sat inside and were very impressed with the simple yet elegant interior. The service was attentive, smiley, but most importantly, authentic. The menu was clear and provided plenty of options that you would expect in an Italian trattoria. Marzio took our order and made a suggestion for the starter which definitely improved our meal. The food was exactly what we wanted but far better than we expected. Marzio himself has an impressive CV (Ramsay & The Connaught to name a few); Needless to say we will be back. One of the best meals I’ve had, we couldn’t find a place to have lunch and we asked a local who directed us here… we are so glad they did because the food, service and experience was the best!!! Try the pasta, have the spritz, indulge on the tiramisu!

Loved this meal so much I would highly recommend a visit here - the food, the service, the atmosphere it was all sublime. We shared for dinner (not huge eaters) the Trofiette with pesto, green beans and potatoes- the pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection. For main we had Beef tagliata which was delicious. For desert we had the Pavlovo Supreme - this desert is outrageous and one of yummiest things around!! Don't miss this restaurant if you are in San Remo it's fantastic.
This place is absolutely amazing! 👏 From the service to the food, big compliments.. We (a couple with my mother and two dogs) came here around lunch time, we had the steak and pasta, the steak was very nicely baked to our preference and pasta carbonara was truly the best I've ever eaten! Plus the extra attention and service for our dogs was very pleasant to witness. I hope to come back to this place next year ❤️ I totally recommend this place for a good steak & pasta & dog friendly. Marzio Bistrot located on a pedestrian only alleyway off the main pedestrian only shopping area in Sanremo. The host of the bistrot was friendly and welcoming. We sat outside across a beautiful children clothing store. The complimentary focaccia was delicious, light texture with tasty olive and sea salt flakes. My husband and I could not stop eating them. We had salad nicoise and tuna tartare to start. They were good. Our main courses were the highlights. The special of the day: spaghetti with shrimps and zucchini and white fish with clams and mussels with spinach purée. The house made spaghetti was chewy and flavorful complemented with the tasty sauce with tomato and zucchini. My husband had the fish and was fresh and simply prepared. We were so happy to find Marzio Bistrot on Google Map, a gourmet restaurant in Sanremo.
I found this place via google review and wanted to try during my brief visit in Sanremo. First, restaurant in and out is very cute. I also like their decor, atmosphere and music choice. They gave me home made focaccia which was very delicious and best I’ve ever had so far prior to starter. I ordered starter as Tomatoes with mozzarella cheese with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing and it was very delicious then I got sea bass w vegetables as Entree, the portion was great and very delicious as well. Unfortunately I didn’t try their dessert bc I was already full and had a tight schedule. I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit Sanremo. I’ll visit here again if I ever visit Sanremo in the future. And also the restaurant named after owner Marzio and he was very friendly. They didn’t have an English menu but he helped me with menu smoothly!! 🥰🥰

Esperienza davvero eccellente! Il Marzio Bistrot è una piacevolissima scoperta nel cuore di Sanremo. Il personale è estremamente professionale, cordiale e attento, sempre presente senza mai risultare invadente. Il servizio è impeccabile, curato in ogni dettaglio e con tempi perfetti. La qualità dei piatti è altissima: ingredienti freschi, ben valorizzati e presentati con gusto. Si percepisce grande passione e competenza sia in cucina che in sala.
