They get five stars because they have PEPSI!!! I love Pepsi!! I was met with a small crowd of BWW Employees ready to seat me and take my order. Everyone was so nice and patient as I don't frequent the place often. You have the option of ordering any kind of burger with the different burger options on the menu, so I ordered the Jack Daddy with a black bean patty instead of the pulled pork and ON MY WORD am I so glad I did because it was AMAZING!!! Super delicious!!

Great ambience with lots of flat screen TVs everywhere and lots of outdoor seating too! Happy Hour until 7pm. Good food and good service. Just note that two thirds of the indoors is designated as bar seating with high top tables, yet only the bar counter itself is first come first serve seating. The high top tables require you to put your name down and wait. The chicken tacos are great. The fried mushrooms are great. The fried pickles are not that great because they're thick sliced and the breading is falling off. The Bourbon Honey Mustard is my favorite wing sauce.

Ordered from here through the app for the first time and I made a mistake. I asked if they could correct it and they happily obliged without charging me extra, great customer service!

New Years Eve at Buffalo Wild Wings on South Bristol Street absolutely owes this review to Manny. The place was completely empty — like, echo-in-the-dining-room empty — but somehow Manny still managed to deliver the kind of service you’d expect during a slammed game night. He carried the entire experience on his own, and not just mentally. Physically too. The man is ripped, and he moved through that restaurant like he was personally responsible for keeping the brand alive. When the clock struck midnight, Manny turned an otherwise droll and dreary evening into an action-packed, wild-winged rollercoaster, and we were all taken along for the ride. It was as if the place was revived, and the power of Manny’s muscles transformed this place into an adrenaline-fueled cathedral of electricity and vibrancy. Attentive, upbeat, and locked in from start to finish. Drinks refilled without asking, food checked on at the perfect times, and zero awkwardness. Manny created the vibe by himself. No crowd, no chaos — just pure effort and professionalism backed by some very noticeable muscles. If Buffalo Wild Wings ever wonders how to run a shift with no customers and still make it feel worth coming in, the answer is Manny. Give that man a raise, or at least let him know he’s carrying more than just trays. 💪🍗

I went after I saw a play, needed a safe space to hang out until my ride could get me. It was convenient that it was open until 1 am. Had the Buffalo fries and a large beer they had on tap. There were lots of people for a Tuesday night. I will definetly come back again.

This place is decent. Customer service is good, but this time when we went there was about 15 tables open and they told us there was a wait. (Understandable probably under staffed) and then when asked about how long we would be waiting we were told they don't give wait times. So that was a first. Our waitress how ever was AMAZING she was fast, nice and very polite. The sauce ratio is a little weird. My plate was almost too sauced as well as my girlfriends sisters plate (we got boneless) my girlfriend got traditional and it looked like they almost forgot to sauce it lol. We had to order extra sauce. But other than that really no complaints

This location was very modern , and the staff was decent. However, the wait time was horrible. On the bright side, they’re open until 2 AM, which is great after leaving the club.

Amending my review: I strongly recommend sitting at the bar if at all possible. The service is much faster and the quality is just as good! The quality of the wings is pretty good (and what you'd expect from a wing joint) but the service is just so damned slow as to not be worth it. Also, we had an empty soda glass waiting at the edge of the table for a refill, and at least different people (including our waitress!) walked past it without picking it up. Our stay was an hour and a half, but we could have easily shaved 30 minutes off if they'd been more prompt.

The food is always what you expect at a sports bar and the service is generally good. However, 2 weeks in a row at two different BW locations my game got changed in the second half after I had been there since no one else was in the bar area. I'm probably done going to BW to watch anything I really want to watch. Each week I asked for a specific game, so it wasn't like they didn't know someone was watching the game. The problem is simple to solve, but it requires and understanding of the problem and a desire to make customers happy.

This is probably my least favorite BWW. It's smaller than other locations. The employees weren't very friendly, and the service was really slow. Other locations have a fun atmosphere, but not here.

This place is super slow they only had 2 servers so expect to wait. I called ahead of time asked if there was a waiting list and they told me there was none, 5 minutes later we arrive and they say they have an hour waiting time made no sense. I asked why they told me there was no waiting Time when I called and they said they thought it was for a vip party. Then we decided to order out order to go and said it would be around 15 minutes and then took about an hour for the food only to get the order wrong. So had to go back for the remaining orders. I always check my orders but when i started to take stuff out the guy there told me they made sure everything was there so no need. We were tired and hungry so I took his word. The customer service was good they were nice and all but gave wrong information and made mistakes on the orders.

first time in my life that they counted the number of wings to give me zero extra... i've been to bdubs in a lot of places, and if you order 15, they dont count they just fill the carton and you might get 17, 18, 19, who knows... this place counted to 15 to be certain they didnt give any extras... i will go to other locations from now on...

Waited 2 hours for a table. We were a big group, and they told us it would be an hour wait. No problem. However, around the 1.5 hour mark, a big group left & the table was left with the cups/food for a good 20 minutes without anyone cleaning it. The hostess at the front didn't seem like the wanted to be there & were no help. We even overheard one saying that she wasn't going to clean up that table. We had to speak with the manager in order for them to start cleaning. 2 of our group members left before we even got seated. We knew the wait would be long, but we were frustrated since the table was empty but no one wanted to clean it.

Food was nice but not worth the price or the 20 min wait for the takeout. Ate at this place 3 times, first time, dined in, was a great experience. The second time we went in, we were ignored and staff were rudely dismissive, so we walked out. Tonight we decided its been long enough that we should try again. The girl at take out counter couldn't even smile at us and spoke the bare minimum to achieve the order. When we went back to collect, we thought she smiled for a second, but no, we were met with the same uninterested, 'here take it and get out' vibe.

This place is the worst for takeout. They constantly forget items or put the wrong order in the bag. Assistant manager is also a jerk and unapologetic when giving out wrong order/cold food. I always have to check my orders here because it's wrong probably 80% of time. I wouldn't recommend this location because the other stores check the order in front of you. The problem is when order is wrong you then have to wait for food and then your other half of order is cold.

The food was subpar. When I asked for veggies with my wings they served me the saddest carrots and celery with a mostly empty cup of dip. Both the carrots and celery we're dry and old loooking. Even though I was told they were 'fresh from the new bag'. the atmosphere was something akin to a Chuck e cheese version of a sports bar. On the plus side the drinks from the bar came fast.

Unfortunately my friend and i came in and our food was significantly delayed, I spoke to Jeff, whom was the manager on duty, and he sincerely apologized, and expedited our order, we had Bill take over on our table, and he responded with immaculate service, was very involved at our table and made sure we were taken care of, food was delicious as always 5-23-17 Wack service, went in at 330 had a beer ordered 10 wings and left after almost 20 minutes of no food, is my review biased based on the fact that I am really hungry, probably. Still the staff was acting laid back, I assume a shift change, avoid the early stages of happy hour. I usually on order to go through the app, since I work in the area.

I hate coming to the BWW but its the closest to my house. The food is always out in one hour. This past visit it was lost and we saw people come in after us leaving before we got our food. Eddy(Edgar) was always checking in us and asking the kitchen where the food was he was awesome!!! He even fought for us to get a discount( best service I have seen at this location). But for the most part don’t come here unless you want poor service and cold food

I have been several times to this location. I'm generally I love going to BWW but this one always smells like poorly cleaned up vomit. It is consistently dirty. The service is also slow and they were out of several things we ordered. Even then they forgot parts of our order and delivered food to us we didn't ask for (and charged us for it.) I will not be returning to this location again.

Server was great. New but tried hard. Management terrible. Came to watch college football and asked for TVs to watch on. Took 30 minutes. Then they change the channel in the 4th quarter, asked what’s up said they change it back and never did. Place was empty so no reason to be this bad. Food is the BW food but….damn. How can you be this bad. I never leave reviews but had to for this. If you’re coming to eat good for you. Don’t come if you’re looking for service and to watch a game.

Lets please start with * There is NO such thing as a “BONELESS WING”, it’s a freakin nugget!! OK… Now, with that out of the way… The service here was absolutely painstakingly slow!! The nuggets were not well covered, the drinks on the light pour and weak and the cost for said items, crazy high. $125 for 3 people to enjoy all you can eat “boneless nuggets”, shoestring fries, a couple drinks and 3 deserts, while waiting 34 min to be served and then 18 min to get second round, that wasn’t even hot… WOW… Then they send you a survey… You fill it out. Let them know of the issues. Do they contact you… NO… Are they apologetic of your poor experience.. .NO…. Going back.. Yep you guessed it… N O !! The buffalo on the commercial should quit the game and go back to singing on the cruises!! A definite NOT WORTH IT!!

At first I thought this would be a 1 star review. The table and chairs were wet and the receipt from the last people was glued to the table. It took at least 15 minutes before someone took the receipt and they didn't even acknowledge us. Finally the server came by and cleaned up the table. She was very nice and helpful. Cannot describe how slow the service is here. Even getting food to-go is a total joke. I have tried to make this location work for well over a year now and this is one of the most poorly run restaurants I’ve been to. Infuriatingly long wait times, even to pick up to-go food, it’s almost never ready on-time when the app says it will be, and the staffing here is brutal. Really a miserable customer experience.

I deliver for delivery apps and spend enough time on the phone to support to understand how the different systems work. It’s pretty simple: an order comes through on a screen, and the person overseeing the pick up orders makes sure the kitchen has those orders coming through. However, and this is not the first time for this location, the kitchen did not make the order. It’s not the host’s fault, I feel sorry for the host actually. It’s the manager telling them to lie that gets me. First the host checked the kitchen and said that the manger said that since the order had Mac n cheese on it and the kitchen was out of Mac then it didn’t show up on the screen. I said well that sounds like your manager needs to figure that out. The host said he would get the manager. When she came over the manager gave me a story about how she needed to check the email, that maybe My delivery app was emailing her. She left. The host came back and asked to read my order off my phone which had 6 or more items, and then they took down the order into their screen. After I had wasted about 15 minutes from all of this the host said that the manager had said my order would come out in 15 minutes. I told them that I know orders do not come out that fast at BWW. They said they were only repeating what the manger had said and I kindly told the kid that I do not get payed to wait and that someone else would come get the order. There really is no need for all of this lying, but also, this poor host is just learning the worst kind of work ethic. I just can’t believe my experience here. This manager seriously thinks that delivery drivers are that stupid. I cannot stand being treated like that, and I do wish that she did not treat her own employees as such as well.

The only thing nice about our experience here was the waiter. Super friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was bland and in small portions. The fact that we are basically forced to order from our phones is very impersonal. We will not be returning here again.

Terrible service. My boyfriend placed an order to go and it gave us over an hour pick up time. I didn’t have time to wait that long which is not the restaurants fault. If I would’ve known how long the eta was I wouldn’t have placed the order. So we went inside to cancel the order. The takeout employee told us he couldn’t help us because he was doing ranch to go containers…okay? So we had to find the manager and he wasn’t very helpful. When explaining the situation he cut us off and said we have to wait and walked away. We waited until he came back out and told him we just want a refund and to cancel the order. He said he refunded us the order and I asked for a receipt which he said he had to go get a copy and walked away. Waited about another 10 mins and still no receipt. I was annoyed how he was acting so stopped waiting and left. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund. My boyfriend and I work in the restaurant industry so we were shocked how the manager Lalo handled this situation. We’ve been dining in at this location for a while now but after this interaction with Lalo i don’t think we will be going to this location.

Dear Buffalo Wild Wings, This is my first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings ever and this has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. What happened when I was there you might ask? I came in the restaurant around 11:07am and ordered at 11:13am. The cashier girl told me my order should be done in 10-15 minutes. Which I listened CLEARLY. I came back to 15 minutes and there was no one at the front desk. I waited for someone to assist me and what happen? I waited for another 15 minutes to finally get cashier girl to assist me for a refund since I basically waited for 30 minutes. The manager(with the ugly attitude) came out and told me,"You know that she told you it takes 20 minutes". I told her," I am late for work and she told me it would be 10-15 minutes" Manager(she raised her voice this time):"I know my cashier would never tell someone that". So I said okay and got my receipt and left. The manager did not apologize. I hope this experience is not in any other Bufflo Wild Wings location. I will not be going to this place again and will be contacting the higher ups of Buffalo Wild Wings soon about my experience. It puzzles me that with the service my family and I received why should this place stay in business. I ordered a simple ranch water (which is just tequila and club soda) and it still came out later than the other tables around us (that were seated 20 minutes after us) that ordered 3 margaritas and 2 beers. After many years of going to BWWs after today I will no longer spend a penny at any of their locations. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant anywhere. Food came out and was already cold somehow. The waiter seemed more focused and goofing off with his coworker than actually doing his job. Never again.

Way too understaffed for a weeknight. It took a server 20 mins to put us on a seating wait list. Once we were sat the service was very fast. We didn’t wait long at all. Lastly, the men’s restroom has to be the nastiest bathroom I’ve EVER been in.

Worst experience I ever had in any restaurant. The manager in this facility is a useless, incompetent & unprofessional. And the waiter Ryan should definitely be in review for his work skills. How can someone miss your order then give you a whole different order, take 30min to replace, then take 50min to get to you, when you had your arm up the whole time, and even send you the wrong bill to pay via text message, cant you be more incompetent?! I came in and had ordered on the app to pick up. After I arrived about 15 minutes after my pick up time I waited about over an hour for the order to come out. There was another guy waiting as well and when asking the manager on duty for help he disrespectfully shooed him away and told him he wasn’t working the take out stand. The girl that was working the station after a while came out and said she couldn’t refund my order because I had placed it online. So I had to wait for it to be done, since I had to wait she offered me a 25% off coupon for when I came back. So I came back today to give them another chance, but the same manager that was on duty that time came and denied the coupon stating it had expired and he had no code to be able to put in. (I hadn’t noticed that it had an expiration date.) I would not recommend coming here.

I visited 3:30 ish today. No hostess at the front, when I was eventually seated the waitress was unable to get me be even handed a menu after asking for one. She just up and vanished. I went and got one myself, looked at the ridiculous prices and subsequently left. Avoid this location.

Every time I come to this location I leave disappointed either with the food or the service, this time the food and the whole dam Restaurant The boneless chicken was hard dry and very small scraps. Our server sat us at a booth whiched smelled of urine, so I figured maybe a child was in the booth prior and may had an accident, so I asked to me moved, the waiter moved us to the bar section and the urine smell was even worse, not sure what was going on but I garentee everyone in there got a A whiff of the terrible smell, Because of this, this is the last time I ever step foot a buffalo wild wings.

It's not possible to give this place zero stars. If we had not talked to the manager I don't believe we would have received our order. We ordered our drinks and appetizers but no one came back to take our order. When the waitress finally came back she didn't wait for a response when she had already passed by and was taking the order from the next table. When she finally passed by again she brushed me off and said she be right back. When she came back she had an attitude didn't write our order down. We waited over 30 minutes to finally see food. This was after an hour of being sat down and talking to the manager. Love the food but not worth the service. Not coming back to this place. Thank you very much to a helpful manager.

There is an extremely long wait for food to come out. Also, who ever is in charge of running the restaurant is really letting the place go downhill. The tables, which take an unreasonable amount of time to get cleaned once someone leaves, are still fairly dirty once seated again. We were served silverware that hadn't been washed. The men's room urinals were over flowing. The floors of the restaurant were covered in food and trash and the place in general was in a deteriorating state. The food isn't exactly cheaply priced so most likely we won't be back.

The worst !! The guy name PHILLIP !!! He took our order and never came out with our chicken tenders and we waited for almost 1 hour and I told him kindly “excuse me, we have been waiting for our tenders for almost an hour” he said “oh sorry let me check on that” He came back and said “oh last minute call, we aren’t taking orders anymore” even though we were there before they were doing last minute calls. And so we told him it’s fine we don’t want it anymore. 20 mins later he comes out with the tenders and we specifically told him twice that we didn’t want the tenders. And then we asked for a manager and he said “why do you gotta do me like that” ???! . And he said it with attitude and he threw the tenders on the table and took them back. Literally and they tried charging us for the tenders when we specifically said that we didn’t want them when we were waiting almost 1 hour. Especially for him to say “we aren’t taking orders anymore” The customers next to us got their order way before us and we were there waiting longer than them and we were there before those customers. That was not ok !! The worst. He didn’t even provide us with ketchup bottle. He gave us ketchup packets (like 6 ketchup small packets) when we wanted the ketchup bottle! PHILLIP DIDNT HAVE THE GUTS TO COME UP TO US AND APOLOGIZE, HE MADE ANOTHER WAITER WHO WASNT OUR WAITER APOLOGIZE FOR SOMETHING THAT HE DID. WHICH IS NOT FAIR AND NOT OK. PHILLIP NEEDS TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH HIS MANAGER FOR ESPECIALLY SAYING SOMETHING DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS US.

Big mistake to ever step foot into this bww. Now I understand when a restaurant is busy you have to expect to wait, but having to wait a full on 30 mins just to get seated was ridiculous. Not only that was the issue though. My server had probably the worst customer service skills i have ever witnessed. I ordered some mozzarella sticks and potato wedges just to start off my meal with my little sister and he came back with them about another 15 minutes later. Ok I understand again understaffing, but after we proceeded to put in our wing order at the WING restaurant, me and my little sister waited about 50 minutes for our server to come back and ask us “did you ever get your wings?” Of course we said no and he proceeded to say “thats crazy!”. Exactly Crazy. After this I asked for the check for obvious reasons and u wont believe this, i had to wait another 40 minutes for my check. A CHECK. If i could rate this place a 0 i wouldve

Kendra (La torta) which is the manager denied us service 45 minutes before closing simply because it was last call for alcohol beverages. She proceeded to deny service after we explained that we just wanted to get food.

Idiots at this establishment. I did a walk in order and gave my order. I had my order repeated to me and got the wrong thing. Incredible!!!! The bathroom looked like a bomb hit it. I am curious how the employees were able to conduct proper hygiene after using restroom and no soap or paper towels available. Floor in bathroom was slick like everyone missed the toilet when they urinated. Stay away from here. Lastly, people were waiting a while to be seated and no one was available to seat them while there were empty tables. One table close to bar looked like that was the staging table for dirty rags. I can keep going but I won’t.

Update.... Was waiting outside to be seated this week and a mouse came running out of the store. For some reason I still ate there. Dirty store and wings where overcooked. This is my good to spot to watch UFC fights. Friendly staff!!! Great drink selection. The new chicken sandwiches are really good. The guacamole was gross so skip that. Also I order to go all the time... Never get fries to go thru will always be cold when you get home.

If I could give one star I would. 10% off for waiting an hour and a half for everything to come out about 20-30 minutes spread out each for 5 different orders. My parents were comped for their 2 hour wait. The waitress told me she "won't make any promises" but after waiting an hour longer we did get our 10off after. After the sass she me, she finally was apologetic but BEWARE! Also they overcharged my aunt and then had to fix it. Just a mess. Not manager in sight.

Poor service: it took very long for our order to get to our table and was wrong even so for most of our party. For example I ordered two sauces for my wings and only received 1 for the order, and all the wings for our group came out cold. Finally, we did not receive any veggies or our sampler and we were hoping to ask cause we know it can get busy but there were no servers in sight. Most of them were waiting by the bar and hanging out together.

The tik tok videos are unfortunately true! I found what appears to be feathers in my wings. So gross! Never coming here again.

The counter was soaked in who-knows-what. I snapped a few photos, but nothing captures the full horror. The layout’s as bad as the upkeep. Cramped, chaotic, and clearly designed with zero thought. Maybe it's the GM's fault, maybe it's systemic neglect. Either way, no one’s doing their job. This isn’t a bad day; it’s the business model. Serve wings, take money, skip maintenance. Investors should be embarrassed. Customers should steer clear. This isn’t Buffalo Wild Wings—it’s Buffalo Mild Disappointment.

Got sat and waited for a while. A server passed our table right after we got sat and said she would come back to help us in a bit but never came back and kept helping other tables around us. We eventually just left after waiting a while since we didn’t even get that chance to order any drinks or anything.

Not a good experience, there is not much staff in the restaurant to help and you have to wait almost an hour for your food. Please check your wings before eating them because the wings we received were not cooked fully.

Ordered endless wings asked one time for 6 more wings, waitress never returned, fountain drinks not filled. An hour later explained to lady who gave us our ticket, she didn’t seem to care.

Went in late night (like 10:30p) only 1 server and 1 bartender on, which is fine, but they limited seating to tall bar tables only. A person in the party isn't "disabled" but is shorter and has a hard time with tall tables and chairs. It wasn't busy. All the tables were empty except maybe the 8-10? Tall tables in the bar area. After being told pointed to the tall table I went to the server and informed he we would like to sit at the low table right next to our tall table. He said No, those tables were closed. So I asked for any lower table. He said they didn't have any open right now because he was the only server. So I asked what he would do if someone came in a wheelchair. He said he would seat them at the booth right there, but we weren't in a wheelchair. I was out of patience and clearly this server is not willing to be accommodating, so we took our business elsewhere. Probably saved us the headache of being served poorly by someone that is likely overworked, underpaid, and not thinking clearly.

I would give a zero if possible. Tonight we ordered at 6 o'clock with a pick up time of 6:40 pm. When I arrived, it was obvious that they were busy and behind. Asked how much longer for my order to come out, and the waiter told me 10 more minutes. The 10 minutes past and I was still waiting. At 7:15 pm my food finally came out. One of my kids side orders were incorrect and I then had to wait again for the side to be corrected. Both of my children were in the car this whole time they're young and they were crying. I asked to speak with the manager to tell him my experience, he was very rude and unconcerned with customer care. I told him what went on and he didn't care and he said he would not refund my order. I asked for my order to be refunded. Maybe a discount for the next time we came or something would've been nice for that amount of time that had to wait and the trouble it caused our family. Another assistant manager came out after I asked to speak to another manager and he did not care at all. I asked for corporate number and he said he did not have it. This gentleman's name was David, the assistant manager of Buffalo wild wings, 530. Again, they were extremely rude at the top. It all off our food was cold and unenjoyable. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. I hope someone from your corporate team follows up because this was unacceptable.

I just came out from an hour and a half wait for an order of wings to go. I had a car full of people waiting with us for the order and it was literally an hour an a half with no apology or explanation of anything. We kept thinking it would be ready any time .The manager just said they had a lot of take out orders. If my grandkids weren’t so hungry ,I would have insisted on a refund. This is unacceptable and we def won’t be going back.

Ordered online on a Friday night. Order was 50m late from pickup time. All the food was cold and sloppily put together with chicken half covered in cold sauce. Food items were missing but another customer was yelling at the front desk and manager was in the back cooking so we didn't get to say anything. I contacted corporate to get it handled but they never responded which is why this place is slipping off the map. Don't go here if you don't have to. It won't allow me to add picture of corporate 2-4 days for response email confirming I tried to address the issue.

I went for dine in, they first made us wait for 45 minutes, then another 30 minutes for the order to arrive. After that when i asked for extra wet wings, they gave me regular wings with no sauce. No carrots and no dip. There were only 2 servers and 1 bartender. Not sure why the management is run is running on low staffing when you literally have 10 unsatisfied customers because of service. The server and the girl in the front were also looking tired because of running due to low staffing. All of the other BWW locations are pretty cool with service it’s just that this location in particular is not very satisfactory.

loud music i waited almost thirty minutes for my drinks and an hour for my food for them to bring the wrong food so i had to wait 40 minutes more for my food so rude call the girl over and she just ignores from bar tender cuase she just talking to the men thier i find that very unprofessional from her she serves thier too too those are her tables too and she just lools and laughs i would not ever go thier again

Bathrooms are disgusting! The stench of urine is overwhelming. The floor was covered in urine. I wonder how gross the kitchen is. There are broken doors and broken toilets in there. The mirror was taken down but most likely it was shattered and they never cared to replace it. I guess they like the vandalism on the walls too(maybe they think it gives it character). Looked like they haven't cleaned the place in a week. Waiting area is torn up too. Be ready to wait there for a long time too since they have nobody manning the front. Have some pride in your business. This visit was extremely disappointing.

Waited 15 minutes for a table and there were very few customers in the establishment. Server took forever to come to our table, brought no silverware, drinks showed up 15 minutes later, wings were very dry and hard. Likely sitting in a warmer most of the day. After all this the server brought my change from my check and it was 20 dollars short. Then when I was explaining it to the manager the bartender came from behind the bar and aggressively approached me saying that I wasn't the cook to quit complaining, it was a nightmare to say the least.

What happened to this location??? I used to love coming here but today my husband and i literally were in the restaurant for about 20mins and not one person came to help us!! The bathroom is filthy!! After our wait we got up and left, we ended up at Red Robin across the street and it was night and day. I doubt we will be coming here again it sucks the let this location go downhill this bad

Walked in for a takeout order and the service was terrible. As soon as I walked in, one of the employees saw me and immediately walked away. After that, several staff members looked my way but never greeted me or asked if I needed help. Another customer came in after me and still nothing. It got to the point where I was about to call the restaurant from inside just to ask for my food. Eventually, the bartender finally noticed us — only because another customer waved her down — and when we finally got our order, it was cold. Really disappointing experience.

My recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the abysmal service we received. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that hospitality was not a priority for the staff. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which resulted in long wait times for our orders and a lack of attention to our needs. It felt as though she was unprepared for the shift, leading to a chaotic dining experience that left us feeling neglected and frustrated. To make matters worse, the food itself was far from satisfactory. Not only did it lack flavor, but it also left me feeling unwell after the meal. It’s disheartening to see a place with such potential fall short in both service and quality. I strongly believe that Buffalo Wild Wings needs to reevaluate their hiring practices and ensure that their staff is adequately trained to provide a better dining experience. Without significant improvements, I fear that many customers will continue to leave disappointed.

I came here while visiting my son. I've been to many BDubs across several states. I sat for 20 minutes with servers serving customers around me without a word except a bus girl told me the bar tender asked me to sit in another area of the bar for no apparent. I asked to speak to a manager after the 20 minutes and low and behold someone came to my table saying it was really busy. Only, as I said, people around me were being served. This is the worst experience at any of the Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to which is so disappointing. I feel, and I do not ever say this until now due to i have family of many races, I was out numbered 40 to one by another race to include employees. I'm 67 years old and this is the first time in my life I have ever felt this way. I will never go to another Buffalo Wild Wing ever again and i will let people i know why. So very disappointed.

I normally don't post negative reviews, but this one is well deserved. The service here was horrible. The server we had, kept hanging out with his buddies at a nearby table. He left out one of our people's orders, then acted like it didn't happen. He didn't come around to check on our drinks. We had to get up to ask for napkins and etc. Overall he seemed like taking our table was an inconvenience. His demeanor was horrible. When we asked for a manager, she was standoffish. We let her know most of our party was finished eating and we were still waiting on a chicken sandwich that was left off the order, that was "coming out soon." She took the meal off our tab, but then asked if we wanted a to-go box because the rest of us were finished. Which was very rude. We had to place our drink order with the manager because the server just avoided our table after we asked for the manager. The second round was only ordered because we were waiting for our person to finish his meal because it came out so late. The atmosphere was horrible. The music was so loud the server had a hard time hearing us when placing our order. The manager was also bussing the tables because the server wasn't around. Two servers on a Saturday night is questionable. One server was on it, but our server kept going out the side door or disappearing to the back for long periods of time or talking with his buddies. Two glasses were broken in the hour we were there. One by the bartender and one from the table with the server's buddies. Both times, people applauded, like it's the cool thing to do. This place is horrible Overall. It is giving bar vibes vs restaurant. Mens restroom full of gang graffiti/tagging. Oh and don't forget the dirty mop water smell when you walk in. When we were done, we had to signal the manager to get us our bill after sitting there for like 15 minutes. The server never came back to our table. This is a prime location, but unfortunately a terrible restaurant. Corporate should really look into this location. It could be so much better with the correct staff.

I placed a pickup order and arrived at the time it was scheduled to be ready. Despite this, I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. When I asked about the delay, one of the cashiers informed me that my order wasn’t ready yet and that she was still waiting on the fries. I followed up again 10 minutes later, and she gave me the same response. When the fries were finally ready, I was handed the wrong order. After pointing it out, she corrected it and gave me my bag of food. Unfortunately, when I got home, the food was not even edible. The wings were stale and hard, and the flavors were completely incorrect. This experience was extremely disappointing not only was the food quality awful but the customer service left a lot to be desired as well. This situation was truly frustrating and needs to be addressed.

DO NOT DINE HERE! I don't post one star reviews often. It's actually rare for me. But I was not impressed with this place. While the service was good the food was undercooked and about half of the tvs (at a sports themed restaurant) were empty with nothing on. On the main TV they had the golden globes on. It took the manager a half hour to put on NFL football. Asked to get the other tvs to have hockey and NFL on and nothing happened. Asked for the manager and she never came. Sad. Don't dine here. Go some places else.

Loved coming here for dinner for the past 8 years and today was one of those days that service and food was horrible. Kade our server would disappear and keep apologizing for the delay of our food. When we ordered drinks he did not ask to see ID for the alcohol which is weird because that is normally done everywhere. Should be something management checks into just to be safe. It took them about 50 minutes to get half the order out to us. All other tables around us that were sat at the same time as us had already eaten and were already leaving. To top it off, it took them another 30 to 40 minutes to bring us the rest of our order which we declined when it was brought out.
