I absolutely love this place! Their staff is so genuine, friendly and kind they have the best service I’ve experienced and it’s always like that been there a couple of times and they always leave me wanting to come back specially with their enchiladas sunrise plate, it’s delicious! Definitely a treat to dine here! Also it’s very reasonably priced!

We visited on a quiet Thursday evening with few patrons. The service was excellent. Initially, the chips and salsa made a strong impression; the chips were freshly made and the salsa was pleasantly spicy. We ordered the carne asada, which was tender and seemed fresh. The Salmon Polanco was also delicious, particularly because of its excellent grilling. My wife had the Chicken Enchilidas and were okay to her liking.

The customer service here was phenomenal, the food was delicious, very well-flavored, and seasoned. Their horchata was delicious & quenched my thirst. I ordered chilaquiles con carne asada and that dish was not on the menu but they went above and beyond by making it either way. OMG! The carne asada is divine, the flavor took my taste buds to heaven and the texture was soft. My husband got himself a wet burrito and he says it was delicious and prepared to perfection.

Excellent cuisine Mexican food with awesome flavor. I got the chili reyanos and cheese enchilada plate. Happy hour are a great hit with $6 nachos. Great vibe and friendly sexy staff!!

Absolutely beautiful new and exciting location in the heart of Santa Ana. As a chef myself I am always excited to see a passion filled place bring Hispanic cuisine to an elevated level and Casa Ramos delivered on all cylinders. The menu is a harmony of traditional ingredients mastered in a simplicity that lets the food sing for itself and stand out beautifully on the plate. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner with family, friends, or work events. Amazing atmosphere and location. 10/10 will be returning. Thank you to the chef and owner for providing an amazing family style experience. 🙏🏼

The servers always cater to you, the plates are filled generously, the salsas always taste fresh and I’ve become a regular here. It is truly a great place to stop by at anytime. Highly recommend you checking them out. The tortas and burritos are my absolute favorite! Decently priced and always filling.

Family and I were on vacation from Las Vegas, we were undecided of were to have breakfast and we came across Casa Ramos restaurant, we were so glad to have made them our choice the food was great but the service was out standing. Wanted to go back next day for breakfast but the family slept inn 😂 and we had to check out and head home. We will for sure be back .

This place just opened and they’re already killing it. The food was seriously fantastic—everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The carne asada, “Mexico City” tacos had that amazing char and smoky taste, the chips with salsa came out hot and crispy. Even the rice and beans were next-level good. Portions were generous too. Service was super friendly and attentive even though they’re still figuring things out as a new spot. Only two small things: they only have canned drinks right now (no fountain) which makes it extremely expensive when ordering more than one drink, and the AC wasn’t on when we were there, so it was a little warm inside. Hopefully both get sorted soon because otherwise this place is already one of the best Mexican spots around. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Came in today with my husband and sons!! And i think we found our new spot .. our menudo was so good!! The meat was tender and the broth was rich and full of flavor. My older son had the Santa Fe omelette and he loved it my little one had the kids burrito !! Our waitress was so nice and attentive!! The bottomless mimosa is a great touch for a Sunday brunch !! Thank you casa Ramos for an awesome Sunday

Nancy was the best waitress ever. She was absolutely the best. We went as a last minute mom’s day lunch and although the neighborhood is scary, this place is worth it (maybe not at night). We were treated well and the food was fresh and delicious. No nasty tap water either. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop in. The host kept a smile on and was so polite and welcoming.

The people are very nice. Service is kind of slow. What I really liked was the vegetarian taco. It had real veggies, not just onions and peppers. Otherwise it was pretty average.
