Was very good! I got a Classic burger and it was juicy and right! Recommend going there with family! The waiters were nice, also. No reservations were needed at that time since there were many spots open. And the tables are ready with Salt, Pepper, sugar packets, Syrup, Strawberry Syrup, Blueberry Syrup, and Butter Pecan. You can also request ketchup and hot sauce If you like. 10/10.

Great place nice people and fast food for after a cross country meet

The workers were very kind and light hearted. One in particular was cracking jokes and lighting the mood fir the whole restaurant. I've never seen someone act so cheerful to be working in an IHOP of all places. Good food too.

As a targeted individual I rarely feel comfortable in any establishment. Let alone receive friendly service. Especially during this quarantine and on Memorial Day no-less we were able to dine in peacefully. I am thoroughly impressed. 5-Stars!

Open 24hrs so a perfect spot to come for late night treat. Came with my mom and ordered some delicious crepes. We stayed for about 2hrs at night just talking, waiters were polite. Not busy at 10pm on a Sunday night.

We went there for the $7 dinner special. Delicious and great service.

We went later in the day (around 6-7pm) and the place was empty. The waitress was super friendly and attentive to our table (the waitress present on 11/06 deserves a raise). She would notice we needed refills before we did 😅. She would complete our requests quickly. The restrooms were spotless. The tables were all clean and ready when we walked in. There was plenty of parking. We'll definitely be returning soon.

Were greeted right from the beginning. Always a nice touch. Our group of 3 were seated right away. Waitress was accommodating and handled our order to perfection. Food came out hot & fresh. Waitress checked in on us periodically to make sure we didn’t need anything. There is just one tiny thing going on is that it felt a bit transactional. They were nice & pleasant but it’s my only item I observed.

I went here, real late at night since it's open 24 hrs. And other than my girlfriend n i, there were 2 ladies who got there at the same time as us, and a gentleman that walked in a few minutes after us. It was nice. Relaxing. Very very clean. The service was awesome. And I plan on going back tonight. Only thing I wish could be better about the place is the prices. But then again, every place u go the prices have gone up. And this place beats fastfood 4 sure.

I love our a.m server MIGUEL and TONY. They served w a smile and a salsa dance! Our pancakes were nice and fluffy. Our coffee and hot choco are refilled right away. Food was served properly and fast.

All you can eat pancakes! I only had 4... They are sooo good tho. The tbone needed some salt and pepper. Everything else was 😋. The new IHOP on Bristol was pretty clean. The wait staff was very nice and very attentive. No complaints.

I'm from out of town so the food was good here but very understaffed. I didn't mind but 3 guys running the whole restaurant did a good job handling all the customers.

Good was great server was good but it's hard to believe that ihop only had one server at night with so many guests.I hope he's paid well cause even tho i know the service easy slow it wasn't his fault he's only one man with about 15 to 20 guests.

The food was good, wasn't over the top, but everything was made correctly and pretty fast. Our waiter was pretty attentive, but considering we were the only ones there, I could not give an accurate assessment of the service. The atmosphere was great, though, no one there. I give 4 stars only because I was not able to really get a good assessment of the place, but I would recommend it.

They were Ok food but service not so good at all. And they were super slow also. So I was expecting better costumer service.

Compared to IHOPS in the area the food was excellent nice and hot and the way it should be. Just a small spike in rating for things out of their control. Dining room is shaped like a cafeteria and the service was definitely delayed but could be due to covid. Overall good experience!

Amazing service and surprisingly good food! Came in on a rainy afternoon with two friends after we cut a ton of weight for a competition and were itching for a feast. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler, Classic Burger, 2x2x2, Quick 2-Egg Breakfast, Buttermilk Pancakes (x2), Strawberry Banana Pancakes, Bold and Spicy BBQ Omelette, Hashbrowns, Chicken Fajita Omelette, and Brunch Burger. It might’ve been the lack of solid foods for a few days, but damn did everything pretty much crush all our cravings. I expected much larger portions, but given the size of our order I think that was a bit of a blessing in disguise. The food doesn’t quite exactly take up an enormous amount of space or require large plates, but we were plenty full and satisfied. The chicken in the fajita omelette was surprisingly tender and still juicy, which I really didn’t expect from a diner. The brunch burger contained a variety of textures from the breakfast ingredients, and in general the hashbrowns weren’t steamed to mush. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy. Nothing that’s gonna knock your socks off, but nothing that will disappoint you here. Except the bold and spicy BBQ omelette. That was quite dry and felt slapped together but I’m giving that a pass considering it’s a limited item and the restaurant was packed. I’ve got to commend the service and staff. They were very friendly and accommodated my last minute order of the omelette. The restaurant was incredibly packed and the waiters were still friendly and served our orders within about 5-10 minutes. Our table was also cleaned quickly before seating, another plus! I rarely leave chain diners satisfied or even recommend them, but for the first time I’m actually itching to go back here.

I love this restaurant but let me tell you everything I ask for I didn't get everything was wrong the guy taken the order didn't listen I could tell he wasn't listening to me from the second we started anyway I had to ask for things when I got there and they weren't in the bag and when I got home the my omelet was made wrong so I just let it go but I wasn't very happy usually I don't have this problem here

The pancakes were not really good cooked when i tried to cut them just the edges were well done but the middle part needed more time to be cooked the guy that served us coffee spilled some and almost burned my wife bad service not really good food. I highly not recommend it.

Well the bathrooms are very clean and they do have restrooms for customers to use it's just the service was pretty slow for the time we went he's figured be pretty fast but it was all right overall. I mean I rather go to the Costa Mesa IHOP better service but this is where my friend goes so I accompanied her there. I will show you this they do play very good music you know those oldies, pretty cool.

Not much to say about this particular iHop, but service is bad, atmosphere is lacking and food is so-so. Kind of pricey for 1 adult and 2 children under the age of 4. We got out eating $75.00 worth! So why do I go to iHop? It's my tradition to take my grandsons to iHop for breakfast!

I'm gonna assume they were having an off day. Because it wasn't That busy, for the service to be as slow as it was & for our food to not be hot when we received it. It tasted fine, but was only warm, not hot. We were afraid to said our food back, considering how long it took to get the first time. I Have had better experiences here in the past.

We had an ok experience, I don't think we will be dining here anymore. Silverware was dirty. The host poured my coffee, then I realized my mug was dirty once I was half through with my coffee 😳. Nothing wrong with the food. Our server was kind but distracted with the rest of the employees. I had to go up to the front podium for my bill. If you like Ihop take a few more minutes driving down to Costa Mesa, hands down you'll enjoy you meal there.

Honestly it’s not bad per say, nothing is wrong, just damn is Dennys and norms priced more efficiently and in my opinion taste better. I say take your money to a smaller owned dinner then here if you want good food.

$7 "deal" had smaller pancakes, not too surprised there. But, for $7 not too bad of a deal. And orange juice now has free refills. But, I do not forsee returning. You can get a better breakfast elsewhere.

Came this morning to eat some breakfast with the babe! It was really early so it was nice to have the place sorta to ourselves. 😉 Miguel S. Helped us out ! He was very kind and had a positive attitude which I really appreciated especially very early in the morning! We both got breakfast combos . He got the french toast with strawberries and bananas (even though he didn't ask for bananas),egg whites with two pieces of turkey bacon, ham,&sausage, and hash browns! I ended up getting the tres leches pancakes with two pieces of bacon , scrambled eggs and hash browns. We also ordered two coffees. ☕☕ He also got an orange juice!🍊 Definitely store bought juice not fresh o.j. The food tasted good but it really wasn't that good of an amount for the price we ended up paying... The plate was pretty large compared to the food on it. There was a lot of space left. We ended up paying $50 for both of our meals 😬 which was a bit ridiculous especially for the small size of food we got. We usually go to NORMS because we can get almost the exact same thing for more and a lesser price. But we did enjoy the positive attitude and energy. They really are 24hours . (As much as I love NORMS & we stopped by before we came here too, unfortunately they were not open which I thought was strange especially when they are usually open 24hrs.) And it was around 5 am.🤷🏼‍♀️ Over all it was nice just to go out and eat breakfast, not satisfied with the total cost for only two people but it's okay. Ended up giving Miguel a $20 tip for the holidays! 😊☃️❄️

I ordered pancakes and coffee . I didn't get my coffee till after I got my pancakes . Then I didn't have any silverware to eat with. I had to ask for more butter because they put like a teaspoon lump on ot so they gave me another teaspoon lump and I had to ask for more.

Waited a looking time to order main meals. Utensils were dirty, they didn't have straws, no additional napkins provided when asked. Restroom stinks real bad in this location. Salad was bad. Won't be returning, avoid if possible.

The first time in California and wend to I hop after a full day. The server that took our order was great the that sat us down made us wait behind other people to get water and drinks. This was very disrespectful to me and my family because after being seated before others and ordering 10 minutes before the walked in the restaurant. I have issues every time I go. Something happens. Today I decided to place my order online and eat at home to avoid the issues. I guess not. I got there when I received the condiments I told her I don't need them you can have them back. She made a face, okay. Then I asked if I can some butter that they scoop instead of the pre packaged one. She said that isn't for take out people. I have gotten it all the time to go. I told her please sit me and I want 1 pancake with tons of butter. Doni really need to say that or do it? Don't be lazy. I was gonna tip $4 for butter not anymore.

Had dinner here on 6/2/22 for happy hour since kids eat for free. The food was ok. Was looking forward to a nice hot coffee to go along pancakes, however, it was cold. Asked for more coffee but there was no difference. I think it was due to it being in a thermal carafe instead of the coffee being freshly made. At least the waitress was nice and pancakes were decent.

So I've been here before and service was great! Food was also great! Went back and everything was horrible! Service was very bad, and there were only two tables with customers. The appetizer sampler... well, look at the picture. Could have at least took a little care when "throwing" everything on the plate. It tasted as bad as it looked. Very disappointing.

came here in a large group and i never got my food. 45 minutes passed and the 40 people i was with all received their food & finished eating while i sat here angry and hungry. I am still angry… and hungry. Don’t come here.

1 star is too much for this place but I wanted to write this review because the food I order to go was such a bad experience .Food looked and taste like it was days old and avocado was so dark and nasty and they forgot to put my 6 dollar fruit and when I went back ,they were giving me attitude. I went back because I live close and it was 6 dollars for fruit.I regret going back for the fruit because it was in the tiniest paper cup and was frozen and old and not fresh at all .worst take out experience I’ve had .

Horrible place I went here on my OWN BIRTHDAY just to cry in the lobby i wasn't even allowed 3 mins already considered "loitering" the manager had no feleignd just laughed it off while forcing security to call 911 in the end I was allowed to do it in "unprotected" area which is the El Super just a few feet away. Tuesday around 9:20 pm service was terrible, I ordered a turkey melt with a salad , our waitress bring the melt with no salad until I was almost done with the melt, brought the salad and i had no refills and haven't offered refills. Never going to this IHOP location EVER again.

I ordered Bell peppers inside my omelet and they forgot to add them. Ordered toast was never brought also ordered A jalapeno was also never brought. I Ordered a soup and The server brought it almost to when we were done eating. My omelet came with unlimited pancakes and I only got one.They never gave me my refill For pancakes so I decided to Just get the check but I asked the server to take The items I didn't receive off my check she didn't want to and just gave me the money in cash I don't know why. It may not sound bad but it was a bad experience.

I was there with my husband this morning and left extremely disappointed. The gentleman that served us didn't just bring our order wrong but did not care to fix it. When he took our order he didn't write it down. I wanted the Swedish crepes and he brought me strawberry. When I told him, he just removed the topping and brought them back plain. I went to IHOP just for the Swedish crepes.

I don't know where to start.. Talk about the worst experience ever in an ihop. After driving six hours from vegas to have an amazing breakfast with my best friend, this is what I get. I had called the day before to verify That they had boysenberry syrup And they told me they did.. If they didn't I would have ordered something different. But after getting my hopes up, I'm really looking forward to my amazing breakfast with my best friend I place my order of my pancakes and specifically request that That they bring the boysenberry syrup the waiter said he was going to check on the syrup and came back to tell me that DON'T have it anymore 😡 even after the verified they did the day before..I ended up reordering chicken strips for the same price..THOSE come out over cooked and hard. I could have gotten the same thing at jack in the box alot cheaper and more food. Overall this was my worst experience ever with ihop ..we ended up have a amazing breakfast across the street at Dennys. Basically what it comes down to is im heading home back to vegas with a nice full belly from Dennys and a amazing day with my best friend

Bad service and overpriced food. I dont mind spending money when it is worth it. My mom wanted to come here because she loves crepes. I hadnt been to IHOP in years so i said why not. I ended up spending over $50 for crepes some egss, bacon and coffee. On top of that our waitress was rude and not on top of things. We had to go to the register to ask for the check because she never cam back to our table. It was a bad experience overall.

I was pretty bummed about this visit. I went during the night so it wasnt packed yet our waiter was very hard to flag down. The pancakes, believe it or not, tasted dry. I got the all you can eat ones and usually they are rich and fluffy but these looked (I know the weren't) like the microwaveable ones. No amount of syrup seemed to help them. It was pretty sad, it was my first bad experience at an Ihop. The host was helpful though even though she was new. There's plenty of parking opportunities.

So my parents and I came to this place when they called us and sat down they left and after 20 minutes they came, took down what we wanted to drink then another 20 minutes passed and took our order. Many minutes passed by and they still haven’t brought us our drink ( which was coffee) they ended up bringing the coffee after they brought us our food. Worst experience ever would never come again..smh

They don't check the bathrooms regularly. I had to use it late at night and the check list sheet was blank for most of the day!

Absolutely the most akward and uncomfortable experience. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and took forever to get to us. It was late at night and not very many people there. Manager was very nice and the only ok thing about this location.

I thought I go to IHOP the morning for my son birthday. He requested pancakes. I thought how fun would it be to have pancakes at IHOP. Everything went well food was good nothing spectacular we ordered Two breakfast omelette with pancakes , One breakfast sampler and one kids pancakes. Why did my bill come back $80.15 not including tip. For three breakfast plates and a kids meal. I’m still shocked about how much I spent for pancakes. I’m leaving this review to bring awareness about these outrageous prices. I feel like I got robbed. I feel like I would have been better off going to a steakhouse.

Ordered through postmates pancakes were good but the free cinnamon dippers they gave me were horrible , it tasted like dipped salted donuts . No where was cinnamon on the donuts .

Yesterday, my husband and I went to this place to celebrate our kid’s graduation. 1) we waited like 30 minutes to get inside, 2) IHOP has no enough personnel to attend all the costumers that were inside, 3) the waiter couldn’t handle the situation with more than one costumer and didn’t take our order correctly, he was a mess. We had to pay a lot of money for a poor service, waited more than enough time and the food wasn’t even good. I think we are not going back to this one. 👎

Party of 4, ordered 4 dishes. All four of them had the wrong food menu and had to keep sending dishes back to the kitchen, making our wait time significantly longer. Despite it being a kitchen error, server wasnt very helpful either when she even came out with the wrong receipt.

Don't bother ordering food online from here. Even if you do it directly from their website and even tho the confirmation email specifically says to contact the restaurant if there's a problem with the delivery, they absolutely don't care and will refuse to help. My order showed as delivered but it never got to my door. Called the restaurant per the instructions in the email, the manager told me it was nothing to do with them, they can't help, it's out of their hands. They're happy to take your money, just don't expect what you paid for. Absolute fraud.

Came on the weekend with my family. The wait time was 40 mins. We were really sad when our kids weren’t able to choose from the minion meals. They told us that those items didn’t exist. The family that was seated behind us and their kids were eating the minion pancakes. It was just a small problem, but that was the whole reason for our trip. Our host was Juanito he was lovely.

Very poor service. They got our orders wrong, refusing to change it for the correct one. Ticket with the wrong orders and more expensive that what we actually ordered. Instead of bring the right ticket, Waitress questioned us if we were going to make a problem from the difference and just rudely took it out her own purse.

Upon entering, the front was empty, not really busy. I was standing there for Atleast 5 min which I found irritating because there was 2 girls and one guy with curly hair just talking on the side near the kitchen where the POS system is at. He finally took me to a table which was dirty lmao, didn’t bother cleaning but hey it’s ihop what do I expect yk. I ordered my food so clearly. Quesadilla, extra cheese, jalapeño inside with avocado (she literally offered it also) prompting me to say yes and as soon as I got it none of it was inside, I didn’t get my side of pancakes either which I had to ask for. (It’s my money and time so ofc im gonna be writing my experience.

The food took over 45 minutes at a "fast food" restaurant the foid would've been okay if I actually had it and the atmosphere was the same as any Ihop

I have been to IHOP at different locations but this one was worse. Waitresses were rude and I felt I was ignored by the waitresses. As soon as I mentioned my preferences about food (like I don't eat meat and I want the meat to be taken out of my food) he showed an unpleasant attitude as if never seen anyone before from different cultures or religions. I felt that I was racially profiled. When I wanted to pay my check I went to front desk and showed her my check but the lady at the front desk asked me what I ordered and for the second time I showed her my check she took the check and left the front desk. She went to another customer’s table and started taking their order while I was still waiting for her to take my check. I think the staff at this location needs serious training.

As soon as i walked in, the morning server with the long pony tail was going to tell me to leave until i said table for 1. He hesitated and brought me cold warm coffee and was going to give me the check when I said I want to order pancakes. He said oh okay, and then went to go attend other customers and he commented in regards to me. When he brought my order tossed it on the ground and gave me a dirty look. Honestly I felt profiled as if I were homeless. That's messed up. But when gay men came up to him he gave them special treatment and gsve them food for free. That's all wrong in every direction. Also the waiter does not clean the tables next to me. That is so gross for a restaurant. I wonder if they clean their dishes. Last time I come here. Dennys js getting better with this but ihop going down hill.

I came here recently with friends expecting a welcoming and good experience but no as soon as we walked in one of the workers gave us a dirty look because I guess we came in a decently big group of 7 people so they sent us to the back but that's fine I didn't care that much the part that made me angry was that our waiter greeted us with attitude and asked if we just wanted the free pancakes from national pancake day since this day was on national pancake day or if we were going to order aswell telling us that if we ordered something from the menu he did not want to split the check, he did not even let us decide when he took our menus. He then brought our pancakes and ignored our table I then told him we wanted to order something and he Rudely said "what do you want" I politely asked if he could bring the menus and he said that he did not want to have to split the check that is why he have us the option of just getting the pancakes, he then left and ignored our table completely.
