Wow!! This place completely exceeded my expectations. I came in on a Sunday night and the wait was 45 minutes. We were seated in about 25. My bad not making reservations. The service was FAST!! We were eating within 8-10 minutes of sitting down. My boyfriend and I had the 1 lb of shrimp with the kicking style sauce. It was DELICIOUS. Overall, great experience. Friendly staff

BEST SEAFOOD BOIL/Crab legs in town and in multiple States, I’ve had Crab legs in Miami, Atlanta, Las Vegas, San Diego, and several other places around Orange County that claim to be good, and although they might be tasty, Kicking Crab is miles ahead in terms of FLAVOR, consistency and experience. Kicking Crab has always been my go to place since the first time I had it, and I compare other restaurants to their flavor, they have since become the standard. Food always comes out quickly and piping hot, and there are lots of menu items for those not interested in crab legs, specially kids, such as pasta/noddles or fried options. Their sauce (Kicking style) is the star of the show ✨✨ I’m not sure what they put in this sauce but it’s AMAZING, I could drink this thing 😅. Take yourself and your family to any of the locations and be ready to have your palate delighted with a wide range of flavors not found anywhere else. You will come back. I guarantee it.

Our family of five went to The Kicking Crab and got a combo with **3 pounds of shrimp**, rice, sausage, and corn. It was amazing! The shrimp was the star, and we suggest getting it **headless**—way easier to eat. We chose **mild sauce**, which was perfect for our six-year-old but still tasty for us spice lovers. The food was so good, we made a huge mess and didn’t even care. The staff was nice, and we all left happy and full. If you love seafood and don’t mind getting a little messy, this is the place for you! Final Verdict:10/10. We’ll be back for more shrimp chaos! 🦐

The atmosphere when you enter is amazing! The delicious smells and aroma when you enter is unmatched. We waited for an hour however well worth the wait!! Everything was finger licking good and the service was so friendly and welcoming! I can’t recommend enough! I will be back time and time again! I can’t wait to bring my partner!

This place was packed and there was a long waitlist...a good sign it must be good?! I tried the shrimp, mussels, edemame, cajun fries, garlic noodles, and rice. The shrimp was okay. The garlic noodles needed more garlic. There were chunks of garlic, but I couldn't really taste it. Edemame and fries were good. I loved the mussels the most. I should have left out the rice as it was too much food already. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff were efficient. There is a private parking lot and plenty of parking.

Cool looking at first. Felt like the seating was a little cramped. They put what they use for a table cloth upside down so the plastic coating is on top. Condensation from my beer ran into my lap. Ordered a seafood dish that came out in a plastic bowl with plastic utensils so flexible they were almost useless. Everything on the table was a single-use plastic disposable item, definitely not environmentally sensitive. Unfortunately, not someplace I'm looking forward to going back to.

Dont even bother trying to order take out. The website doesn't let you do take out only delivery which adds like 20$ to your order. And if you get lucky that the answer the phone they act like they can't hear you and hang up.
