A great hard-working store with a high demand. Everyone here does their best to work and they serve the customers right. I order a pizza online and it was done wrong but they fixed the problem quickly without hesitation. It’s a hard-working store and I appreciate it.
Next to Salida Little Caesars, this location's stuffed crust pizza is top notch! It must be the Mater Dei influence.
Hell it was a really good pizza, only cost me $0.10 more than my go to Little Caesars, and it seems like it was 'Little Caesers Lady's Night's because I walked in and from the left wall of the store to the right wall (with pizzas in both displays like pillars of cheese and pepperonis) behind the counter, ALL BEAUTIFUL LADIES ready to give me my pizza (upon paying of course)
They upped their game. They have a thin-crust pizza the is amazing. And, their new online ordering system also makes it near contact-less when you arrive. You can open the oven that is specific to you and the QR code they send you.

FIVE STARS FOR STEPHANIE! Tonight 1/27/26 at 10:45pm! She took my order with minutes to closing. And the quality was NOT lacking, pizza came out piping hot and ready like it was ordered any other time. She greeting everyone with a smile and was kind. Would return to this location to be served by her any day.
Pizza is always fresh, customer service is great. Clean store and there's always peperoni pizzas available in the warmers Ready to go. I always drive to this store even tho i live 25 minutes away.

Store Location Number: 3266 I have the app on my phone. I created the order at 7:42 pm. I was notified at 8:18 pm it was “In The Oven”. I arrived at the store at 8:48 pm to find about 15 other people, some very upset, asking where their order was. There were about a twenty pizza boxes stacked four high on top of each other, and confusion about who was in charge. I stood in until 9:15 pm. When I got to the front and gave my name they sifted through the stack and one lady went & grabbed the order of crazy bread. She said, “We were just waiting on the crazy bread.” But, the food warmer had been full of orders of crazy bread since I had arrived. There was no apology. I had guests at home waiting for this food and my girlfriend was embarrassed and upset. The waiting time was excessive and completion time reported in the app was manipulated back to 8:41 pm. But, I waited another 30 minutes at the store. There should be integrity in the numbers reported by the store. *** To provide an update: the manager called me personally to apologize for my experience, and also provided a financial remedy for the inconvenience. I believe she went above & beyond my expectations. Therefore, I have revised my rating based on my recent experience. I understand that there might be hiccups on a busy Saturday night, and I took for granted all the times they got it right. I appreciate the overall commitment to customer service and recommend that you give it a try.
This is a very busy Little Caesars. Maybe one of the busiest. Low cost pizza that feeds the family is always an easy choice. Their new pizza puffs are ingenious.
Great food, price and service, its better to order online because id you dont you will have to wait a long time. There's always a lot of homeless asking for money outside. Staff is friendly but always busy

Best little Caesars pizza in town. Others re-heat and serve to customers day old pizza. This little Caesars serves fresh, piping hot pizza. The downside is that there's usually a 10-15 min wait for your pizza to be made. If you want to save some time, order through the app. 10/10

It's not so fast because it's always crowded even the parking is just as crowded and small. The area around there isn't nice looking. The pizza is still great tasting and the prices are always resonable that's why I rated three stars instead of 2.

I placed an online order at 5:50, get there at 6:05. When my turn comes up, I'm told it's not ready yet and it'll be a few minutes. No problem... until it's 6:30 when I finally ask them when will my food be ready. The girl checks the hot and ready area and is been sitting there for who knows how long. Literally (not figuratively) at least 20+ people got their orders before I did, including other people who had to wait until it was just me alone in the chairs for 5+ minutes. I'd hope for better service in the future but, since I'm moving in a few days, it won't help me in the slightest.

**Extremely Disappointing – Unprofessional and Unapologetic Service** I had a terrible experience with my recent online order . Not only was my order not ready at the time it was supposed to be, but I also noticed other customers were waiting for up to 30 minutes for their online order as well. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting in long lines and make the pickup process faster, but that was not the case here. I understand delays will occur but It seemed like no one was prepared or bothered to manage the orders properly. The employee (Ethan) I interacted with was incredibly unprofessional—no apology, no explanation, and instead of being helpful, he was very dismissive and a bit confrontational in front of other customers. It's clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully, management will take notice and address the issues with their staff.

Never ever have change which I don't understand why it's already after 3 and twice before also had the same problem. Last year they treated my brother-in-law unfairly until i went it. The cashiers ALWAYS have attitude ALWAYS doesn't matter if it's the fat one or skinny one. I'm calling corporate something needs to be done with this store. I recommend using more gas and driving to the one on 1st.
I had call to make an order and they Place me on hold which is okay. But I was never put on hold they just place the phone down. So I heard everything that was going on.Then they continued with the phone call and I can hear them discussing how he can't pay over phone only online or in person. They talk for about 5 min. Afther they had Finnish with that call the phone started ringing and I heard the employee answer and continue with the new phone call. And while she was taking their order most likely she's had forgotten about my call when she placed me on hold and hung up on me.

This place is soo bad. Nancy at the register is lost. People kept coming back to get their pizza cut. My order was placed and was told 15 minutes. I came back in the 15 minutes and some people would walk up and get their pizza. One lady ordered her pizzas and received hers before mine. These employees really need fixing. But then again the manager might be just like the employees. Garbage place. I will take take a bit of a drive and try another.
Came here for the first time with my wife and it was the worst experience ever! The young girl in the front was super rude. We couldn’t even ask any questions without her rolling her eyes and having a sassy attitude. We will never be coming back here again. I rarely write bad reviews but this time I felt like it had to be done. I don’t recommend anyone to come here to grab a quick meal.
Really bad service very slow and dull cashiers, angry Moo of line they had of people waiting and they did had workers I saw like 6 of them in the back making pizza and no thing was set to be ready I didn’t get a apology for my order being late I waited 30 min for a delivery to be ready for pick up and told me wait extra 45 minutes I wasn’t waiting I was tired it was Sunday night 8pm this location needs to be reevaluated. Had to call to get a refund since I didn’t get a pizza and wings took my business somewhere else
I ordered a 2 liter soda I PAID for with my order and did not get it. Why would I order it if I didn't need it with my meal. I called 5 times and no answer!!! 2nd time this place didn't get order right. I ordered it to be delivered for a reason too. So I had to eat pizza with WATER!! I will be getting a soda or money back tomorrow
Customer service here was COMPLETELY RUDE. They didn't have the drink I paid for in the fridge so I asked to pay the difference for a two leader, she went and grabbed a warm drink and didn't allow me to finish my requests. I also asked her for my order by name and she said I must have a code. I eat little Ceasers everyday and this place is the most rude I've ever encountered.
If you get to an establishment 20 minutes before they close you should be able to order something other then the premade pizzas that are in the warmer. For the employee to tell you that they cant make you crazy bread because they close in 20 minutes is just poor customer service. It appears from the other comments this store needs to do some customer service training
Have to say I'm disappointed in this location. When I ordered with the app pizza portal I didn't receive my while order. The employees didn't use the pizza portal and instead just handed me the pizza. I get home to only realize they forgot my bread sticks and dip. Called to get a refund but manager told me I have to drive back to receive refund... Not driving back for $4 refund... Train the employees to use the portal and not say the order is complete when they forgot my side orders.
I been to 5 different Little Cesears in Santa Ana, and this location has the worst customer service. I called to place my phone order. The lady who answers mumbles her greeting and I didn't understand what she said. I had to repeat my order like 3 times while in the background you can heard load music and laughs. In different occasions I had called 4 times and they don't answer. I end up going to the one on 431 E. First st. You have to wait 10min to 15mins because they never have pizzas ready to go. Unsatisfied customer service.
Ordered delivery and you guys made our door dash delivery person wait for someone ELSES order so that you can give him both of the orders. That caused my order to get delivered an HOUR later. And were only 1 mile away. That is BS. Plus our pizza was delivered almost less than room temperature.

Worst customer service took wings back to get a refund and they tell me they can’t refund me the wings but they will charge another pizza and soda and give me a refund for it like how are you going to charge me a meal twice…
Came in it came out to 7.67 paid 8.00 and told me it had to be exact change What kind of business they are running Made me go next door to get change in order for them to sell me a pizza
I placed an online order & got an email saying it would be ready in 45 minutes... I didn't get my food till 1 hour & 30 minutes later. When I finally got the pizza home I realized 1 of the pizzas had little to no cheese & was undercooked (to the point where the cheese wasn't even melted) another 1 of the other pizzas had the wrong toppings

Food quality has gone down the drain. I doubt the popular items are made fresh, after a single day the crust/bread turns nearly rock hard. It seems like the employees make them a day or two before so they have less work to do. And if it is made fresh, it's made poorly.
Absolutely horrible like why are we not cooking the breadsticks I put my order on line it told me my order was ready but then when I got there and put my coat in there was no breadsticks inside of the pickup oven where are my breadsticks there was nothing in there when the door opened she said oh hold on a second she went in the back then came back out with my breadsticks about 5 minutes later and they weren't even cooked they were disgusting like you guys make two or three things pull it together I used to be a manager of like three or four different Little Caesars Pizza about three decades ago I know back then there was definitely standards and these are low low low low low low standards definitely not Little Caesars Pizza standards from the early 2000 late 90s also it was pretty disgusting that one guy came from around the back ring somebody up then grab something from underneath the counter then turn back around and walked over and grabbed a handful of pepperonis and started putting them on the pizzas and putting them up for proofing and waiting to be cooked so whoever ate pizza off that rack got some disgusting pepperonis that touched the cash register and whatever else his hands touched I'm assuming he didn't wash them most of the day I ate like one breadstick and after all that I just completely felt nauseous and was like okay I really don't think I should eat these after everything and the fact that they are not properly cooked so yeah won't be going back to that Little Caesars

All he had to do was hand me my pizza that I had ordered thru the app due to there pizza portal not working. Made me get back of the line. So I canceled order ridiculous.
if I can give it no stars I would. ordered online for delivery at 9pm and it took them a hour to make my food only to just cancel it. never again.
It took 30 minutes to get two pizza out ai was parked out side and I could see the employees standing around and talking they were not busy at all I called 20 min in to it and the guy said it's almost ready when I finally got my pizza edges were burnt they clearly left it in to long and my pizza warm at best as if it had been sitting for a while Wost Part was the kid took my cash wearing the same gloves he used to make the food. I doubt he changed them.
