I hate coming to this location because they never have ice cream and they always seem to have problems with the app. BUT I work over gearing and sometimes I don’t wanna have to drive all the way to another location. I ordered a Big Mac meal and my fries came out half filled and cold, and my burger ordered with just mayo, cheese and onions came out with pickles which is whatever I just pulled them off. They weren’t busy though so idk why my food was cold.

They charge for sweet and sour sauce. Completely absurd and arbitrary policy. I asked for some when I went to pay and the lady said to ask at the front so I did then that lady says she has to charge me...after I already paid. Completely unacceptable. If you can't afford your sauces for your customer. then this store should be shut down.

This place is in horrible shape. The booths are taped together and or have holes everywhere. The bathrooms were a mess and unstocked. 1 of the 2 soda machines was not working. Our hamburgers were cold ! The place generally is unkempt. The upside, most of the staff were pleasant.

Went to use a buy one get one free McCafe any beverage, and I was told that their frappe is not a item on their McCafe menu. Even though it's posted in big pictures all over the restaurant. McDonald's manager refused to honor it since it's not a hot drink. Are you serious I thought any beverage meant any beverage, why send out coupons if you can't use it. Waste of time and completely disgusted with the manager and staff which fought with me over the coupon. Shame on McDonald's for false advertising. I'm done with them, I never trusted their plastic chicken nuggets, or their smokeable fries.

I asked for more mayo and the manager just took the burger from my hands and licked it!! I asked for a happy meal, and got a DISAPPOINTMENT MEAL. Cant believe they let anyone run these places. I’m a late night dasher, so I rushed to this location over 10 min before closing so I can use their restroom. I usually will buy a drink or dessert so I’m still a “paying customer.” I saw a lady walking out, so I confidently walked to the door, only to find it was locked. This employee pictured near the door signaled they were closed. I pointed at the bathroom so maybe he could see I just needed to use the restroom and let me in. But nothing. This sign at their door is pointless when they won’t follow it themselves. You can see the time stamp the picture was taken.
