Came here to celebrate my CIL's belated birthday. We chose this location specifically because they have outdoor seating and allowed us to bring our dog. Parking: We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. There's a large parking lot, but it was very busy. Finding a spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: Just like any other Olive Garden, there's a wait outside and packed indoor and outdoor. Since we opted to dine outside, we waited less than 15 minutes to be seated. There's a cover and heaters around the outdoor seating. Service: Thank you Miranda for the exceptional service! She offered our dog some water, and I appreciated her for also being discrete about surprising my CIL with a cake for his birthday. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied, waters full, and cocktails refilled. Throughput was surprisingly quick after ordering considering how busy it was. Food & drinks: I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara, and my other cousin ordered a Shrimp Scampi. I also ordered the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade. We chose salad and soups for our appetizers. The bread is toasted to perfection as usual. The shrimp and chicken were cooked and seasoned well. The sauce was creamy, and it coated the pasta evenly. The spiked lemonade was fruity and strong. Pricing: Prices are what you'd expect from a supply chain restaurant. I honestly dislike supply chain restaurant prices, but we enjoyed everything.
We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden, and our waiter Jorge truly made the difference. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring the entire time. His warm and friendly energy made us feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to receive such heartfelt service. Thank you, Jorge, for making our visit so enjoyable!
Came for lunch, it was so delicious. We got salad, soup, and chicken tortellini Alfredo, chicken was so so good! A nice crunch on the outside but sooo juicy and delicious on the inside , the kitchen knows what they are doing back there! Our server Yudi was so sweet, attentive, and on point, she offered us refills at the perfect time. Her great energy and attitude was contagious, she’s the best NEVER LET HER GO🫶🏼🫶🏼
Top notch Italian food ... Especially for a chain restaurant. Out server was fast, friendly, and efficient. Her right biceps was strong from hearing all that cheese onto salads... And anything else we wanted it on. We all had different dishes from lasagna to shrimp to fettuccini. We kept sharing and couldn't decide which was best .. All of them!

The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff were all so lovely, especially the South American lady ( Brenda) who served us. She was genuinely warm and made us feel very welcome. They even surprised us with a yummy cake that said “Welcome to the US” on it. Such a sweet gesture! Highly recommend this place
I just bought to go and all I have to say is that the whole atmosphere felt cozy the staff of Olive Garden very attentive ,and the Manager Andrew very sweet guy . Was concerned about my waiting and even offered me a free drink raspberry lemonade this was my choice to go . Thank you I will certainly come more often
We had an outstanding experience at Olive Garden thanks to Mr. Arturo! He gave us top-notch attention from start to finish — professional, kind, and genuinely attentive to every detail. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and Arturo went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Olive Garden is lucky to have someone like him. Highly recommend asking for Arturo if you want the best dining experience!
Our server was Grace and she did above and beyond! She was quick, kind and helpful! She walked us through everything when we had questions about the menu and made sure we had our refills with all our sides and drinks! She always had a smile and I saw she still had time to help fellow coworkers, would definitely would ask for her next time!
Carlos is a wonderful person and server that's the reason we came back, Jay was a great host letting us choose our booth. Everyone there seems to really enjoy their job. Thanks again to hiring such a great crew

Attended dinner with a group. We were seated on the patio. I enjoyed it, because the weather was perfect for it. The drinks and food was served quickly. It was delicious. My food was filling and yummy. Our waiter Gage, along with the other waiter/bus boy were very helpful and made the experience so much more. Parking was great, I had very little trouble finding a parking spot. Overall, the experience was amazing. Also, we got to sing along to Happy birthday, which is always fun.
If you’re looking for The Authentic Taste of Oliver Garden and a very great and wonderful restaurant than this Olive Garden is the perfect place for you and the family. Not only is their customer service one of the best I have seen at an Olive Garden in years, but one of the freshest made food. Our food was right out of the oven with fresh bread and soup. The manager was very kind and noticeable at all times, asking if we needed any at all and this was at a busy time it was busy but everyone (staff was in great manners and very respectful as well as courteous. No complaints from us. We showed up on a Thursday around 6:30 pm. The wait was between 10 - 15 minutes for a party of four. Parking can get hectic, especially on the weekends and evenings. When we parked there was still visible empty parking spots, and we left around 7:45 ish, cars were waiting for empty spots. Front host was not too welcoming, not very approachable, a “Good evening” or a “Welcome would be nice.” But she did acknowledge us as soon as we came in! But our waitress, Shyne, was awesome, attentive, excellent recommendations, very kind and professional. Our food came out fairly quick, they were busy. Everything was as ordered, food was good and tasty. Good restaurant! Recommended!
They try their best to give you good service. I appreciate that a lot. The evening I went, we had a server in training so there were other servers helping him out. When he told us the dofferent soups, I wish the trainers would have corrected him (at least in private) about how to pronounce some of the names of the dishes that were typical Italian restaurant staples like minestrone soup. The server pronounced it as "mine strone" instead of MIN-uh STRO-nee. Servers were very friendly as were the hosts at the front.
We got the endless pasta and it was great. The service by Jasmine was top touch always make sure we had enough drinks and food for the night. Pasta was good and delicious. Great place for friends and family to hang out and eat.

The table are unclean and forks are not wash well no one want eat things using that. water stain all over iron tools, the way manager solve the problems are useless.
Walked into the restaurant about an hour before closing so I would like to give them the benefit but the place was filthy, we got seated after walking through a bunch of trash on the floor. Once we were seated I looked behind me to see spaghetti on the booth. Service was very poor and rushed. My drink was empty and not refilled until I asked, and when we weren’t even finished eating our waitress came over and told us to pay our bill so she could clock out. Very poor experience.
Where out of breadsticks even tho it was still 2 hours till closing. Then they told us that after we already got an appetizer. And then after asking for it to go it took a whopping 20+ minutes just for the appetizer. I didn’t even wanna keep waiting I just walked out, time wasted and 15 dollars down the drain. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location(hostess with the spider tattoos also seems to not wanna be there)
Most horrible dinning experience I have ever had happened yesterday there. Everything was great until upon leaving. Our waitress came over apologizing over leaving a salad bowl with our dirty utensils still at the table, the most confusing thing is I had no idea why she was apologizing. But apparently another person that works there let her know we had been making not nice comments about her and her service and flagged her down to get the dirty plates removed from our table. I was like “what the hell? We never said anything or flagged no person down to come over??!” A lady in a wine colored shirt literally came over to our table and asked if they could remove it and we simply said “sure, thanks”. Understanding our servers position, it was still super incredibly embarrassing and harassing to be put in that position about us making comments about our server that never happened. Looking back now I felt like we got out in work “drama” and used as pawns. Very under professional of the lady and came and took our plates and then ran off to our server and told her we said things about her which was never true. I told our server to bring her over and we could clarify these allegations; but of course she didn’t want to come because they were false. I asked to speak to the manager and although he gave me a 25$ gift card for my experience… I could tell he could care less about the whole thing. I go there so often with my family and friends it’s crazy now I gotta reconsider ever going again now.. so humiliating.
This location is usually my favorite location. However, yesterday 9/1, we had a bad experience. The napkins and silverware were dirty, I asked for another set, and it never came. The zuppa toscanas potatoes were super hard couldn’t even bite into them. Service wasn’t good. The server wasn’t attentive. She seemed bugged by the napkin situation. Because of that I didn’t remind her about anything, I felt more embarrassed. I don’t know if we’ll go back to Olive Garden. We were very disappointed since we go there at least once a month.
