Just left a few minutes with the best customer service! Nate was extremely patient and always finding ways to help us out even though our food was taking a little longer than expected, he made sure that he felt very sorry and made us laugh throughout that wait time. This is one of the better locations out there. The service is honestly really good. Our server was Bailey, and she was the best server we’ve had than any other locations. She was very attentive and very welcoming. I would recommend this Olive Garden on service alone. Food was good as always.

My family and I came to this Olive Garden in Santa Ana and the food was great. It was my first time here at this location and it was my family’s second time. But what was even better was the service by Gage. He really went above and beyond. They say first impressions is something you’ll never forget, and we will surely not forget Gage’s. His initial approach to our table was awesome. He came with a smile, so energetic, great charisma and amazing work ethic. He always made sure if we needed anything else or any refills and didn’t make us feel forgotten like we usually do when we go to other locations. Our food came out in a timely manner and super hot. I had a very nice experience today at the Olive Garden in Santa Ana. I arrived around 12 noon on Saturday and this was a good time to eat there. We were seated right away and I noticed the 1950's Italian crooner's music being piped through the restaurant which brought me right back to when I was a small lad at home with my family for Sunday diner. For lunch I picked The "Tour of Italy" plate with the house Salad and Bread Sticks. The salad was served with Tomatoes Red Cabbage and Croutons. I loved the tangy Italian dressing and the bread sticks were soft inside with a slightly crisp buttery crust. The "Tour of Italy" plate was marvelous, the Chicken Parmigiana had a crispy outer shell that did not get soggy with the sauce and cheese that was draped over the chicken. The Lasagna Classico was just how I like it, firm but not too wet. The Fettuccine Alfredo had the best sauce. it hit all the buttons. The server was attentive and it was an overall wonderful experience.

Jesus was highly attentive, kind and approachable. He offered great recommendations to fit our needs and let us try a wine. Jesus checked in on us at all thr right times. Food came out hot and hot. Everything was delicious! Thank you for your great service, Jesus!

This was our first indoor dining experience in almost 10 months! Olive Garden did an excellent job spacing out patrons. There were at least 2-3 tables between each group dining. Every host, server, and staff member wore a mask. The food was delicious! We ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, Lunch Fettuccine Alfredo, Kids Cheese Pizza with fries, Asiago Tortellini with Grilled Chicken, and the Giant Stuffed shells with grilled chicken. Salads and breadsticks were brought on regularly! We were all so very satisfied!

Parking: We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. There's a large parking lot, but it was very busy. Finding a spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: Just like any other Olive Garden, there's a wait outside and packed indoor and outdoor. Since we opted to dine outside, we waited less than 15 minutes to be seated. There's a cover and heaters around the outdoor seating. Service: Thank you Miranda for the exceptional service! She offered our dog some water, and I appreciated her for also being discrete about surprising my CIL with a cake for his birthday. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied, waters full, and cocktails refilled. Throughput was surprisingly quick after ordering considering how busy it was. Food & drinks: I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara, and my other cousin ordered a Shrimp Scampi. I also ordered the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade. We chose salad and soups for our appetizers. The bread is toasted to perfection as usual. The shrimp and chicken were cooked and seasoned well. The sauce was creamy, and it coated the pasta evenly. The spiked lemonade was fruity and strong. Pricing: Prices are what you'd expect from a supply chain restaurant. I honestly dislike supply chain restaurant prices, but we enjoyed everything.

Not only is their customer service one of the best I have seen at an Olive Garden in years, but one of the freshest made food. Our food was right out of the oven with fresh bread and soup. Years, coming to this place, food is ready well, but the place stands for the way their waitresses handle service. People responsible for handling the hosting sometimes are a little distracted but not to get mad. Waiting on weekends, maybe I a little bit too long.

Food was great! My only issue was our waiter Miguel M. It was our first time visiting this location and we had certain questions and he was absolutely very dismissive. He kept cutting his off whenever we'd ask. He was very attentive but we truly just didn't like how dismissive he was. It was a regular old Olive Garden but with a twist, like they tried to incorporate a bar/club inside and the waiter had a sad look in his face as he attended us, probably just a long day. Outside there was a nasty smell and when you enter it turns into a less pungent smell of toasted bread and garlic. They atended quickly but still feel like they didn’t find us “family” as the slogan says. Kind of depressing. But either way the food was abundant, the taste was typical, and the waiter kept a good tab on us knowing a lot about the plates and the wines.

It might be that I am hungry when I go, but the food is delicious each time. The service is pretty good but there were times where the waiters have completely forgotten about us. The food made up for it though! I love the staff, I know they have a lot on their plate, quite literally since they are coming in and out of the kitchen to deliver food.

I use to attend the Olive garden across this place (main place) but I really enjoy the interior and faster service here. Even my family was surprised on the timing to get our plates. Although I do it sucks you can't split the salad and soup ... So just a heads up. Other then that . Prices have gone up by a dollar per plate from a year ago. Wait time for a table during dinner is roughly 20-30 minutes. (A little recommendation for food.. try the chicken and shrimp cabenera and ask the server to split it for two. Trust me.... You'll get full haha, also keep in mind a lot of Disney tourist come to this place. So just heads up )

Hold off on the whole negative comments and reviews about "Olive Garden not being a real Italian restaurant". Regardless they started from somewhere and worked to be a Nationwide family food franchise. They did well somewhere. For the VAST majority of my visits, service is great and the food is delicious. Even if it's not "Italian food". I love their Zuppa Toscana. Change my mind. Table service and random wine tastings make this place even more enjoyable. Great deals and Veteran Friendly!

This place is good. Usually I come over with my friends. Customer service is good. Waitress are really polite My usual favorite is egg parmigiana and gnocchi soup. Always the best. While checking out they provide some complimentary mint chocolate treat if you don’t get, do ask them. It is one of the good chocolates since it’s their signature chocolate- quality is good too. Ordered wine- price was not bad.

We ordered our food to go over the phone and I picked it up a few miles away from where we were staying. It was pretty good, but the Togo staff was extremely nice and professional. For many years, Olive Garden has been one of my favorite restaurants. I can say that all was good, I liked the environment even though in this new location they don't have the grades decorations they had at the Main Place Mall. AndbMy Mother and I were in the restroom, just about finishing eating, and I had given my card to the waitress to pay... when we came back, our table wasn't available and my food to go was placed on one of the head rest from a waiting area sofa...this I didn't like, it was not correct..not to me... anyways... the shrimp scampi was not my favorite there... I still love Maggiano's and The Cheese Cake Factory Shrimp Scampi...No other restaurant makes it Delicious like them😊

Loved this restaurant when i ordered a entree there was a salad or soup included. They give some menu and crayons for the kids and garlic bread to wait. They dont take reservation, so we jad to wait 40min to be steated!

No complaints from us. We showed up on a Thursday around 6:30 pm. The wait was between 10 - 15 minutes for a party of four. Parking can get hectic, especially on the weekends and evenings. When we parked there was still visible empty parking spots, and we left around 7:45 ish, cars were waiting for empty spots. Front host was not too welcoming, not very approachable, a “Good evening” or a “Welcome would be nice.” But she did acknowledge us as soon as we came in! But our waitress, Shyne, was awesome, attentive, excellent recommendations, very kind and professional. Our food came out fairly quick, they were busy. Everything was as ordered, food was good and tasty. Good restaurant! Recommended!

They try their best to give you good service. I appreciate that a lot. The evening I went, we had a server in training so there were other servers helping him out. When he told us the dofferent soups, I wish the trainers would have corrected him (at least in private) about how to pronounce some of the names of the dishes that were typical Italian restaurant staples like minestrone soup. The server pronounced it as "mine strone" instead of MIN-uh STRO-nee. Servers were very friendly as were the hosts at the front.

Olive Garden is what you expect overpriced food with mediocre service. The servers didn't wear gloves before putting their dirty hands on our plates. Also we walked out paying well over 100+$ for a family of 4 so yeah sucks for us but that's the reality these days.

Food is alright. I hadn't been to olive garden in years. But it was last resort.

Family place for the weekend

Mobile order needs serious work. Never got text confirming pick up is ready. Arrived and called to say stall number, said it would be out shortly, waited 15mins. Still nothing. Had to go in to find food sitting there, no attempt to bring it out or communicate anything. Do better.

Food was good, but the server did not tell us that a little plate of marinara would be an extra $5.99 and the bread sticks tasted like they forgot salted butter so just sprinkled salt on there directly: very salty. The seating procedure was a joke, assigning 7 people in a 6 people booth, and refused to re assigned us to a bigger table. The food order got all messed up, appetizers never came out, no refills, nobody removing dirty plates. Really bad and uncomfortable experience at this location.

I ordered a take home spaghetti "with meat sauce", and got the world's saddest dollop of meat sauce. C'mon Olive Garden? What is this? If I wanted to add my own meat sauce, I would have just made the whole meal at home. Maybe next time I will? :)

The table are unclean and forks are not wash well no one want eat things using that. water stain all over iron tools, the way manager solve the problems are useless.

The more you order, the more you are appreciated. It means more money, more tips. I don't like this feeling. I mean the service was fine but I felt the waitress frustration at the same time. They rushed you, ''eat and go ". The food is good but not the real Italian flavors. The manager was on the phone the entire evening!!!! Anyway, I was disappointed. I wouldn't go there again for sure.

After a busy day, we decided to have lunch at Olive Garden in the City of Santa Ana - Main St., CA. My wife’s soup (Toscana) had a dark broth and a strange favor. It was immediately sent back. The Waitress brought a new bowl and the color of the broth was completely different. Even the waitress commented see noticed the difference. My wife asked for the Manager, who never came. My wife’s Ravioli arrived Hard and Crispy as though it had been kept under a hot plate for a long period of time. Again, my wife asked for the manager. I asked for a second helping of Bread Sticks, and the waitress brought me two. The waitress never offered or brought additional salad. The Manager, who had the appearance of a teenager came to our table. My wife explained our disappointment in the food quality. All she said was, “I can have it remade, or you can order something different”. No apology or offer of a free dessert or a discount. The manager did bring me additional salad and extra sauce for my wife’s ravioli. By this time, I had already finished my meal and we didn’t want to waste anymore time. My wife and I boxed up our meals and left. In our opinion, Olive Garden has gone down in the quality of their food, but continue to keep their high prices. We were not treated as “Family”.

Dined at this location Saturday night. Ordered soup, salad and breadsticks, along with my friend, and an order of chicken Alfredo, and the Alfredo sauce for dipping. The waitress completely ignored our table, we had to ask several times for our salad and which they only brought enough for 1, and our Alfredo sauce. Never got a refill on our drinks, had to ask several times for a refill of ice tea and Diet Coke. Finally, when the waitress came to our table and made eye contact with us, I asked her if she was going to bring our salads and she had the nastiest attitude. Our soups were cold, the salad that we finally received, had an overload of onion and dressing, when we asked for no onion on the salad. She didn’t even offer to put cheese on it. Let’s just say it was a horrible experience and I will not be back to this location.

There’s a reason why every waiter says “can I get you started with any appetizers?” This means the appetizer will keep you occupied before the food gets delivered. Apparently our waiter, Nick, forgot this golden rule. When I brought this up, he looked dumbfounded but it is his job to check on the food. I didn’t make a big deal about it since I didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s night but mine definitely was. I hyped the appetizers and sometimes, the only reason I visit. I still tipped but maybe cut back on the tables if it’s a busy night. I think I could’ve overlooked it if the waiter was more personable. Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this Olive Garden. My spouse and I arrived about 30 minutes after opening, only to be told there would be an hour-long wait. That in itself was frustrating, but what made it worse was what we saw: only about eight small parties (2–4 people each) were seated and being served. I took a look around and counted at least four hosts up front, four employees in business attire, and around ten servers actively working the floor. With that many staff on hand and a mostly empty dining room, there is absolutely no reason we should’ve been told to wait an hour. It felt more like mismanagement than anything else. This location has clearly gone downhill. What used to be a dependable spot for a nice meal now feels disorganized, uncaring, and poorly run. Very upsetting and frankly unacceptable.

Walked into the restaurant about an hour before closing so I would like to give them the benefit but the place was filthy, we got seated after walking through a bunch of trash on the floor. Once we were seated I looked behind me to see spaghetti on the booth. Service was very poor and rushed. My drink was empty and not refilled until I asked, and when we weren’t even finished eating our waitress came over and told us to pay our bill so she could clock out. Very poor experience.

Where out of breadsticks even tho it was still 2 hours till closing. Then they told us that after we already got an appetizer. And then after asking for it to go it took a whopping 20+ minutes just for the appetizer. I didn’t even wanna keep waiting I just walked out, time wasted and 15 dollars down the drain. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location(hostess with the spider tattoos also seems to not wanna be there)

Most horrible dinning experience I have ever had happened yesterday there. Everything was great until upon leaving. Our waitress came over apologizing over leaving a salad bowl with our dirty utensils still at the table, the most confusing thing is I had no idea why she was apologizing. But apparently another person that works there let her know we had been making not nice comments about her and her service and flagged her down to get the dirty plates removed from our table. I was like “what the hell? We never said anything or flagged no person down to come over??!” A lady in a wine colored shirt literally came over to our table and asked if they could remove it and we simply said “sure, thanks”. Understanding our servers position, it was still super incredibly embarrassing and harassing to be put in that position about us making comments about our server that never happened. Looking back now I felt like we got out in work “drama” and used as pawns. Very under professional of the lady and came and took our plates and then ran off to our server and told her we said things about her which was never true. I told our server to bring her over and we could clarify these allegations; but of course she didn’t want to come because they were false. I asked to speak to the manager and although he gave me a 25$ gift card for my experience… I could tell he could care less about the whole thing. I go there so often with my family and friends it’s crazy now I gotta reconsider ever going again now.. so humiliating.

This location is usually my favorite location. However, yesterday 9/1, we had a bad experience. The napkins and silverware were dirty, I asked for another set, and it never came. The zuppa toscanas potatoes were super hard couldn’t even bite into them. Service wasn’t good. The server wasn’t attentive. She seemed bugged by the napkin situation. Because of that I didn’t remind her about anything, I felt more embarrassed. I don’t know if we’ll go back to Olive Garden. We were very disappointed since we go there at least once a month.
