Outstanding customer service and even better-tasty food. Good value for the amount of food too!

This is one of my favorite Rubio’s locations. I’ve only ordered online but my meals are always ready when I get there and the employees have always been so nice and attentive. The food always tastes good and fresh!

My catering order was perfect, on time, and the food was delicious. A gentleman on staff even helped carry the large order to my car. I have been frequenting this Rubio's for years and it is consistently excellent. Thanks for the great service!

Ok, Rubio’s, I see you! I never really thought about visiting, but all the ads on Instagram kept catching my eye. With Lent currently being celebrated, I decided to give your $8 fish and chips a try. Also ordered the fish sando for $5 and a shrimp taco for $5 -so, $22 out the door, not bad at all. The coleslaw definitely needs some work, and the salsa bar didn’t quite hit the mark for me; I just wasn’t feeling any of it. I mean, you guys have an impressive variety, but one or two of the salsas tasted off. Still, I appreciate the effort and the value. Might come back to try a few more things and see if they improve!

Emergency? That sign exists, it’s not just printed up on the spot. This is tonight, 2/1/2022. The door was closed with this sign up despite online and phone orders having been taken. What’s the emergency? COVID staff? 2 star is from last order before tonight, they barely gave me any fish in my bowl, less than they gave my partner on EITHER of her two tacos!

I ordered a shrimp burrito I feel totally scammed. I talked to the manager and they only put 8 tiny shrimp. It was really just and bean and rice burrito. Definitely not what rubios used to be. So many other restaurants near by I won’t be back. Manager also did and said nothing for the unpleasant experience. On top of that the chips taste like they’ve never changed the oil. Has a bitter stale taste disgusting.

We went in and ordered dinner to go. I got the lobster bowl and it was barely half full. Another guy ordered a bowl and the fish was over cooked. If you pay $15 for something you should at least fill the container and give the customer their monies worth.
