Sonic is great it's a relief that I can go 20 to 25 miles to go to Sonic to get it feels like home back in Oklahoma the food is wonderful I love that chili cheese tater tots it's just really fantastic but I just don't like driving so long to get there too bad they don't have a sonic closer to me cuz I would go there every time instead of Del Taco I've been reading some if y'all review and I'm sorry y'all had a bad experienced but don't y'all think it could have been y'all having a bad day I know when I do I don't have patience and when I did go up there the rootbeer didn't taste like root beer so I just told them and he changed it sometimes people do make mistakes because there only human and sometimes after or even during the epidemic it's really hard to find people who really don't want to work or just being lazy u know I really feel sorry for food services there really getting a bad rep. Please I know I love this place and I know a lot of would to if u just be patient and more understanding with people cause it is the people not the food please don't let people ruin a good place that has good food sorry for it being so long

Honestly, Sonic is always good and reminds me of home. However, this particular location has been awesome. The manager, Chris, dealt with a situation that we had due to our order being wrong. He was innovative, compassionate, and professional while addressing our issue. The next time we came into the store he remembered us and acknowledged us as return customers. This type of customer service also reminds me of home; it is nice to have small town manners in a big city.

Great for a late night bite. I enjoy getting late night tots or mozzarella sticks and a large drink. Drinks are 1/2 off in the app as well! Plus the app ordering connects to the screen at each car stall. Pretty cool, solid service.

I love all the employees. The drinks are awesome. Favorite food here is the number 5 with chili cheese fries and a mango slush. Definitely coming back. Plus watching people skate. Chey Is awesome and fast with service and super friendly.

We only ordered drinks! My daughter tried the Witch's Brew Slush and loved it:-)! I had the dragon fruit Red Bull and it was worth the drive! Plus the customer service was great:-)!

It's hit or miss on the food. Let's be honest with ourselves it's fast food. But the reason you come to Sonics, or at least my reason, is the shake's and slushes. All their shakes are delicious and their slushes are refreshing and best enjoyed with their happy our prices. The service can be hit or miss.. from meh! To great. The line can get pretty long at times, mostly during happy hour. Still a good spot for a quick bite or nice treat.

Delicious boneless buffalo wings. Tasted like I was at the fair! The drive up slots were a bit small, so the young lady bringing us our food couldn't get to either of the front side windows. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there.

The snacks and drinks are awesome, but meals are fine as well. But we really love the cheddar jalapeno bits, soft pretzels, shakes and floats. I tend to go late so I have not had an experience with the car hops, but the drive thru is still fine. I've not had a quick drive thru experience either, but I don't expect one with so many drink options.

Slow service (20 minutes?), but the food and drink orders were correct. We did have to ask for the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks even though we told them our sauce choice when we ordered. Food was hot and good, but the milk shake was more liquidy than it should be. It was probably made first and had to wait for the food to be delivered. Why not keep it in a refrigerator until the rest of the order is ready?

Drinks are outstanding. They are the key feature of the place. Pretty much anything you order drink wise, is amazing. The food, however, is mostly just okay. Nothing too exciting about the food. So if you want to be refreshed with a nice cold drink, go here. If you want to be satisfied by food...eh, you can still go here, but I'd consider other options as well.

Happy hour (2pm-4pm) is ALWAYS a plus. Service here is prompt & nice. There are certain times when things are forgotten or there are mix ups but it happens. Overall great value for what ever you decide to get. 👍

Another place that no matter what time it is or how many people are there they always are in such a rush. Nothing is more annoying then when you are ordering for more than one person and the lady cuts you off 5 times thinking your order is done. There will be no one in line at all and they act like there's 90 people waiting. Snapchat can wait a couple mins, do your job correctly. Also what is up with this place always having the drive up things closed no matter what time it is and they will say it's closed but then I'll see someone order there 10 mins later. Get yourselves together and hire some people that actually know how to work or want to.

I'm gonna assume it was because it was Saturday and they just got busy, but I wasn't impressed. (They did have a few cars in the drive thru but only like 3 parked in the car hop and it was around 2pm) I ordered with the app, checked in and then when my order appeared on the screen we waited like normal, but after it said it was on the way the screen reset. I waited about 5 minutes then pushed the button, waited for someone I asked about my order since it disappeared from the screen she asked the name of the order and said sorry it would be out asap, and I still waited several minutes after that. I can understand busy but this was ridiculously unorganized, and I probably wouldn't go back to this location.

Skip this one. Staff excel at being friendly and helpful. This is a 5 star for friendly. Problems: Half naked homeless man dancing naked. Not the restaurants fault but it led to unsafe feelings. App refused to work. We ordered, but order barely went through, after 10 minutes of staff searching for order. Drive in booths had no menu boards working AND no signage giving notice. Food.. Double bacon cheese burger was good. Popcorn chicken Lukewarm. The fries were so cold that they were room temp. Leather like and old tasting Tater tots barely better, but at least tater tots taste better cold. Soda cups had lids that were not able to be sealed. Meaning we struggled to keep from spilling on ourselves as we pulled out. Shake was good. Find a different sonic , this one has seen better days.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was okay. My shake was pretty good. They got our order wrong which was a bit frustrating. I suppose part of it was my fault since the order was clearly shown on the screen and I should have checked it more thoroughly. The difficulty in communicating while giving our order took away from the fun atmosphere of the 50s style car hop. They do have some pretty good deals on shakes (after 8 PM I believe) so I might go back for that since they have a very good selection of shakes and other drinks.

The staff were doing their best during Covid and on a Sunday. After a considerable wait time, the food was OK, but nothing to write home about. The issue for me was the price. The price for 3 combos and 2 kids meals, without shakes or special drinks - just burgers, fries, and Sprites - was $40. No special sandwiches and no substitutions. That is way too much.

The food is great. I hope they keep open because there aren't many Sonic's around here anymore. The service isn't the best though I waited like 30 minutes one time and the other time I waited 10-15 minutes they aren't very predictable when you order outside by the tables.

Half off on Tuesday too! Grab a shake and a few burgers for each of the lads and pop into one of the stalls to watch the carhops flail and enjoy the novelty of drive in stalls. An interesting and memorable experience.

This location is closer to me than the Costa Mesa location on Harbor. I only come here when I am too lazy to drive to the other location. I used to come here often and they messed up my order many, many times. Bad customer service. Sometimes the drive thru line is long and it moves very slow. On a few occasions, I came a few minutes before closing and all the lights would be off and they'd refuse to take anymore orders.

I wanted to show the kids the car park service. I pressed the red button and waited a long time. Then the screen said to press the button again. So we just went to the drive Tru, the guy seemed to be rushing us and even got our order wrong. Food was not awful but not great.

I called the lady at this Sonic and said you have the $1.99 quarter pound burger they had a promotion for a quarter pound burger for $1.99 the girl on the phone said yes we have it so I drove over there go through the drive-thru and she said they don't have it anymore. The time gas energy wasted.

The slushy's and Chicago dogs are the only things my husband and I get here. The rest well it's kinda not amazing food. You get what you paid for basically. The only reason I give these guys 3 stars instead of 5 is they will usually mess up your order. If they have the new screens whole you order telling you what you ordered them they probably won't mess up as much. If they don't have the fancy new screens we'll be prepared for at least one thing being wrong... Mainly the flavor of the drinks you may have ordered will be wrong then. Today I went and they took over 30 minutes to bring out one Chicago dog (forgot the tomatoes) and tots and 2 drinks.

Got the entire order wrong. It's kind of weird. The person repeated my order back to me so it was correctly put in. Everything was pretty simple (especially for Sonic). Large popcorn chicken combo no sauce, with honey mustard dipping sauce, tots, strawberry sweet tea extra ice. What I got: Large popcorn chicken with BBQ sauce, tots, UNSWEETENED tea almost no ice and I wouldn't be able to tell if there was any strawberry added except there was one small piece at the bottom 🤷‍♀️ For almost $12 I'd hope they'd be able to get it right. I'm just glad I don't usually go to this one. Next time, I'll just pick a different location.

I realize they were busy, but I was also hungry. I pulled into a stall and immediately pressed the button for service. The screen said that they would be right with me to take my order. I kid you not, I waited 13 minutes and no one ever came back to acknowledge my presence or to hold on. I just backed up, drove away, I went home and just ate leftovers. Thanks Sonic! You saved me 15.00

Expect an extremely long wait. And if you order on foot expect to be ignored. We waited 30 minutes for out food and got the large for everything. They hardly put any toppings in the ice cream and there were hardly any fries, which were also soggy. Overall, expect a wait and for them to be very light on anything you ask for.

We frequent this location often and usually have some issue with order correctness but not a huge deal. On this particular day we ordered 6 of their shark week drinks, one strawberry slush, one strawberry limeade. All 6 shark drinks were made with out strawberry and we received two strawberry slushy. Our 15 minute stop with six kids in tow turned into a 35 minute ordeal to get our order fixed. The waitress person wasn't understanding what was wrong with our order so we waited for the manager. He was helpful and corrected our order as quick as he could.

The attention to detail skills the team at this location has is lacking. One of their team members at the drive thru almost forgot to give me my change one time. Another instance here, the staff took 15 minutes to deliver my order and mixed up the order with another customers. Half of the items in our bag belonged to the other customer and vice versa. If you really want Sonics, you could try going to the one down Harbor, but I would stay away from this one entirely.

Lol why is this sonic's so terrible? I'm temporarily working locally and have stopped by here a few times.. They keep serving my chili chese tots in the bag vertically. ????? One of the worst sonics I’ve been to. First they have half the self service devices closed and when asked they didn’t say anything about the other half being open. Then after getting into the drive thru line, they say they have ZERO ice cream available so the whole frozen section isn’t orderable. Wasted a full 30min here for nothing. Would not recommend this location.

They closed the stalls before 9pm had to go through the drive thru. Ordered their Cheesy Bacon stack. Very disappointing... Just look at the picture. Where's the Bacon? I also ordered extra pickles... 3 pickle slices? Oh, I asked for extra mayo, guess what? Yup no mayo to be found. Only good was the tater tots, nice & crispy. I gotta be honest and in not expecting much and I don't go often but I continually get disappointed by the quality of food. Jack in the crack is a much better choice.

Every time I sit at the booth and press that button to order no one ever answers. I could sit there for 20 minutes with nothing. Then I go to the drive thru and then service isn’t even up to par either. Like I’m not asking for much. I’m not picky. But I just want a soda sometimes and what could’ve been like 10 minutes turns into 30-40 like that’s a joke.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches both were cold and hard. My chili cheese fries were packed in a hotdog tray and placed in the bag vertically all the chili and cheese got stuck on the bag. My recesses pieces shake toppings was were not mixed. This is my first time ever complaining about fast food, that’s how bad it was.

Came for a late night drink and got in the drive-thru line at 11:50. Open sign was on along with all the lights so I didn't think there would be a problem. Finally got close to the front (it did become midnight by then) and the car in front of me was told they're no longer taking orders since they're closed. I completely understand since nobody wants to stay later than needed, but I was still surprised to be turned away while waiting before closing time. Luckily, the location off Harbor closes a couple of hours later so I just went there.

Horrible! I parked in a "slot" and pushed the big red button, and the screen told me I would be contacted by staff shortly. I tried pressing the big red button several times more when it seemed I had been forgotten. After fifteen (or twenty) minutes I went to the drivethru line, but I was angry. I asked for fresh food because I knew the online order was getting cold by then. I got more upset when the girl pushed the lukewarm bag at me. I am afraid that I lost my temper. I don't remember what I said. I will not go back.

I had 6 drinks. JUST drinks. And I was there 40 minutes waiting for our drinks, so we went up to the door to ask where the drinks were. They told us they hadn't even started making the drinks. We waited another couple minutes, they still didn’t start the order. Listen to the reviews, they have 3 stars for a reason. Many people didn’t receive their food when I was there and they left without anything.

Wow that was a terrible fast food experience. I got three sandwiches, one of which was a chicken sandwich. Took one bite and the caked on breading came right off like a stale potato chip. The piece of chicken was so overcooked that it was very tough, flat, and rubbery. Top it off with a giant round piece of the lettuce that was from the core of the head so it was all white. Basically inedible. Worst chicken sandwich I have ever tried. Makes chic-fil-a look like fine dining in comparison. Never again, Sonic. How is this place still in business?

I was just there and I order some caramel shake and he said he didn't have any shakes I try to order slushe and didn't have any either so I ask what you guys have and he said just lemonade and I said give me a minute to se any other item at the menu and he said if you are not ordering anything can you leave the drive thru so what's the point to be open if you don't have anything at the menu or you dont want to work so stupid.

Went to pick up two UberEats orders for delivery. They only had one of the orders and claimed to have never received the 2nd order. Per their instructions driver's can pull into a stall or drive thru to pick up orders. I pulled into a stall and they never came out after repeatedly attempts to push the button. Finally after almost 10 minutes, I went to the drive thru. Asked to speak with the manager and her explanation was lame and didn't make sense considering they normally come out to your car. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

I pressed the red button to order, but it turned off in about 5 seconds, with no prompt that my call had been made. Thinking I had just pressed it too softly, I waited a minute and then pressed it again. This time the prompt that staff would help me shortly popped up on the screen, but after about 30 seconds the red button stopped blinking. I gave it another 6 or so minutes and then left. Could I have jusr gone through the drive-thru and then parked? Sure, I'll admit that. But then one has to wonder why they even have the parking menu available if they're just going to force everyone to use the drive-thru or leave. Why not just cone off all the parking spaces? Whatever reason I was blown off, well good luck with your business, I guess.

If you like to waste your time and not be helped come here. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. After 10 minutes it said someone was on their way. After waiting for 20 min i went to the front and they didn’t even have the drinks ready. This place will leave you annoyed. Get a mcflurry at mcdonalds across the street.

I ordered on the app , went to stall , checked in….. everything showed up on the screen .. it took 40 minutes to get the food !!! I had to press the Red Sonic Button tons of times and finally had to call them !! Very Bad Customer Service, they kept hanging up on me ..Food Cold and Lousy … … ok that’s all folks !!

Once again I get played by this location. I thought ice cream is easy and very hard to get it wrong. I was wrong. I ordered a small cheese cake ice cream and I added brownie and caramel. When the lady handed me the ice cream I noticed it had chocolate chips pieces sprinkled on top with nuts. No caramel. I told her I think it’s wrong I ordered the cheesecake ice cream. She said yes with caramel I said I don’t see the caramel she said it’s inside. I pretty much got vanilla ice cream chocolate chips And brownies….🤬🤦🏾‍♀️

Car stalls weren’t working with no communication to the customer - I tried two different stalls because I had placed an order online. The red button blinked and the screen even said I’d be helped shortly. After almost twenty minutes, I went to the window to try pick up my order inside. They told me to go through the drive-thru, which was easily about a 30 min wait because they were backed up. I would’ve left and gone elsewhere if I hadn’t already paid for my food. My entire lunch break was wasted on waiting for food that I pre-ordered and subsequently pre-paid for. One of my worst “fast food” experiences to date and I won’t be returning.

I don’t even want to give a 1 star. Ordered food at 11:45 for me and my todddler ( hamburger combo with tots and soda, 2 corn dogs, small tot and small tea). When I pulled in I was the 4th car parked. No one was in drive thru. At about 45 min mark, still no food. Car hop lady was taking orders to other cars after me and drive thru was rolling smooth. I saw her and asked when is my order coming since it had been 45 min. She said we are trying to small orders right now. WRONG ANSWER. I’ve been in the food business, it’s first come first serve. Second— my order is not a big order. Simple easy order. Another 10 mins rolls by and I see other cars not happy either. I pull my car in line for drive thru since they seem to be getting helped first. When I pulled up, she said oh you were in a stall and I said yes now it’s been one hour since I ordered. Another 10 mins go by I get my order and I asked for refund. She said I can give you one but I need the food back. Oh hell no! I left with my food. Come to find out the order is not even complete. Missing the two corn dogs. I called them up and told them and demanded a refund. She said you can come back and get the corndogs. I said no give me a refund. Ordered at 1145am. Food given to me 1:02pm. There is no excuse for fast food

Bought two cookie dough shakes for my family members and each cup only came with two or three little pieces of cookie dough at the top the rest was all vanilla to the bottom. Very disappointed.

This is my first time coming to sonic’s ever and this location has drove me away from sonic permanently The wait time is what really bugged me about this place There’s no justifiable reason other than poor management and sloppy leadership as to why it takes 30 minutes to get your order when there’s only two cars ahead of you and only one car in the bays

Everytime I come here these kids mess my order up, give me attitude, then half ass fix it! I prder a shake, no whipped cream, they put mountains of whipped cream on it! I give back to get it fixed, theu just wipe it off, and I still taste it! This store sucks big time! This is my 3rd, and last time dealing with it! If they keep going like this, the owner is gonna have to close, because the employees do not care at all! Smh!

I went today and tried 2 different order lanes when I pushed the button no one came on to take my order so I went through the drive through line and it took me 25 minutes to get 2 cony dogs and 2 iced coffees the hotdogs were cold and not cooked it’s like the employees thought the chilli would heat it up and don’t get me started on the iced cold brew coffee if was basically water with cream no coffee whatsoever! If I was the franchise district manager I would fire this operator and the whole team for making the sonic franchise look so horrible!

I placed a mobile order for 2 shakes at 7:44 pm on Friday 6/27 and nobody ever brought my order out I was checked into spot 11 waited for over 45 minutes until i walked up and was completely ignored never got my order and paid for it and waited an hour, also the last 3 times I came here they said they were out of ice cream....super disappointed im only leaving this review because I never got my order and I paid for it

I ordered food for everyone in my car and my food did not come (double cheeseburger plain). I hit the button again and let them know I was missing my #2 meal, but I did get my drink. They said they never charged me for it so I made another purchase. Again I asked for a “#2 meal plain with meat and cheese only”. They bring out the food again and the burger has everything on it. I normally never say anything and would just eat it, but I had an allergy to something on the burger. I pressed the button a third time letting them know it wasn’t plain and they brought out a single cheeseburger plain but not a double. By then I just sucked it up and ate it because I hate being difficult, but it’s just upsetting to pay for something and not receive it.

Every time I come to this location they take over 10 minutes in the drive thru and 20+ in the stalls. Today was the worst having me wait over 30 minutes for 3 slushes. They kept saying they lost/couldn’t find the order. They said they didn't know who the online order was for because it said "unknown" as if I didn't check in at stall 16 and called them. I didn’t want to avoid this location since it’s the only one in Santa Ana but I can’t deal with this nonsense.

Probably the slowest drive through ive been too. Yall know im right. But ill still eat here. Just hurry up with my order. - April 2023 Second time, 2 months later, I'm the only one in the drive through, 12pm. No customers in the parked spots. 11 minutes, just sat there and waited. Second visit at this Sonic late night and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff seemed argumentative and had attitudes right from the start. Moreover, their drive-through and stalls were incredibly slow compared to other Sonics I've been to. Disappointed with the service overall.

Me and my friend really wanted a sweet treat so we ordered the brownie blast and we might as well have gotten vanilla. There was no brownie at all and barely any chocolate! I'm very disappointed and upset.

I placed a mobile order at Sonic that was supposed to be ready at 6:58 PM. Per the app’s instructions, I parked in a stall and pushed the button. I let the switchboard operator know I had a mobile order, and she said the food would be right out. After waiting 40 minutes with no update or food, I pressed the button again. This time, I was told they weren’t taking stall orders and was abruptly disconnected before I could respond. We pulled into the drive-thru, which took another 15 minutes. Once we got to the speaker, we were told to wait a moment—then disconnected again. To top it off, there was no apology for the miscommunication or the fact that they had clearly lost our order—and the food still wasn’t ready. Even if I wanted to cancel the order at that point (which I did), I couldn’t because I had already paid through the app. What was supposed to be a simple dinner date with my husband turned into an hour-long mess with zero accountability and horrible customer service. Completely disappointed

Worst Sonic EVER! Not only was the cashier a rude jerk we waited in the front of the line for 10 minutes for ONLY a large order or mozzarella sticks and small tater tots. When I asked why not took so long he just shut the window. And come to find out we only got 6 sticks so we paid for a large and didn’t get a large. Called the supervisor # several time no answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to the other one up the street. Much nicer. Oh and we got ranch for mozzarella sticks even though he said there was marinara. He must’ve been on something. Worst customer service. Worst sonic! Never again!

Horrible! Pulled into a stall, pressed the button and didn't get a response for over 10 minutes. Wasn't even that busy. The manager of this place needs to be fired and the staff retrained. If someone atleast acknowledge my presence and said they would be with me I would understand but to be ignored, didn't realize Sonic customer service had fallen so far

*UPDATE* I placed a mobile order and waited 35 minutes for two pretzels, three drinks, a Cony Dog, and a wrap. After.20 minutes, my husband asked about our order and we were told to wait in our car. No update was given. After 30 minutes, I got out to ask about our order. I was told it was coming. No apology. No update. Nothing. Just a door shut on me. 35 minutes later, my order was brought to the car and the order was incorrect. I was too frustrated to bother asking for my order to be fixed. The drive through was moving and all the other cars came and went. Don't mobile order here. The discount in the app is not worth the headache. *Precious review* I placed a mobile order and arrived during the assigned window of time. Our food was not prepared, even though the mobile app said our food was on the way. After we waited a while, the food never came out. I was able to flag someone down at the door and was asked to wait. The person that answered the door told me my food was still being prepared. I waited 5 to 10 more minutes before someone came back out with my food.

I grew up at sonics in the south and these locations are embarassing. No workers. No good food served. No working stalls. Next to homeless hangout. Always a long wait for ordering and getting food (like double the regular time). When they forget something you can't get a home of anyone to fix it. They don't respond to customer complaints and have very apathetic workers.

I just came from a drive through order that took over a half hour to get(second in line). My first and last time at this establishment. The #4 and two hotdogs were old. The corndogs were rubbery and taste frost bite. The hamburger patty smelled old. They charged $25 for old food. By the time I got home, I started throwing up. My client is an elderly lady and I hope she doesn’t get sick like me. The only good thing was the cherry limeade. I called the supervisor number and it’s no longer in service. The establishment number has been busy. I’m concerned about purchasing this food and getting sick. Please don’t waste your hard earned money and time to come here. Please don’t take the chance of getting sick.

I was in the drive thru no one answered waited for about 5 mins or more still no answer so I decided to pull up to the window instead. The girl working told me I had to go back in line I told her I wasn't going to do that because I was saying "hello" "hello" in the speaker & no one answered! She said she would take my order only if it wasn't going to be a lot which it wasn't I literally just wanted a mini blast so when I told her what I wanted she told me that the machine wasn't "working" yet they always say it's not working. 🙄

There’s not a single reason a fast food place should be making you wait an hour for food, mind you I put a Mobile order in for pickup. If I knew I’d be wasting an hour in the drive through line I would’ve just gone to Chilis or a sit down restaurant, absolutely unsurd. Hire more people or make sure your workers can keep up with the demand. I wasted gas just sitting here waiting when you could’ve just brought the food out to the stalls if I was going to have to wait that long. Updating since I received my food, I’ve nerve gotten a breakfast toaster and they used the end of the bread, it’s always regular pieces of bread. It takes the flavor/taste away, not to mention it was barely toasted, I’m not sure what these people are doing At this location. I only give reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad service/food and unfortunately this was exceptionally bad. I would never spend my time and money coming back to this location. Try an other Sonic in the area and they’ll do 10x better, service and food.

working girl works terrible. I asked twice when my order would be ready. They don’t answer my question. They’re not preparing my order. I left there cursing. The girl in the kitchen is working with bare hands. She picked up the fallen chicken with her bare hands and put it back in the box. No one has to eat food from your germy hands. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE AND DRINKS I also had a rude worker who was rushing me and asking me "it that all?" multiple times before I was finished with the details of my order. Really garbage service. Not sure what he deal was, but it was Oct 13, 2025. I asked for a cheesecake shake and she just gave me vanilla, which I found out at home, so thanks for nothing I guess. There's also kids drinking underage in the corner of the parking lot. Not coming back.

Who ever wants a working today! Sep. 9 at 12:25 pm is absolutely 2 worried about talking 2 her co workers then actually doing her job. The app wasn’t working saying, “having technical difficulties “. Told the worker and we didn’t get our half off drink. When I pay she drops my car on the floor and I have to open my door, get out of my car and grab that card. She hands me my drinks and both drink were watered down with barely any ice. I didn’t even get the right drinks. I asked for slushies. Do your job ugly

Waited over 30 mins at 3 different stalls to get no answer. The “red button” just times out after a while. No out of order signs on the stalls. Decided to try the drive thru last but they weren’t making any shakes or slushes at all. This is at 3pm on a Sunday. Big waste of time.

Don’t go here!! Terrible wait time! Terrible service! Never again!! I went here twice. Once for a burger, the other for a slush. Both times they took an ETERNITY in the drive thru. A skeleton crew is not beneficial during busy times of the day, especially when there are promotions like the 1/2 price shake after 5 pm deal going on. I ordered a small chocolate shake through the app at 5:22 pm as an ASAP order (which said would be ready by 5:28 pm). Walked to Sonic and checked in through the app at 5:30 pm. Waited until 5:42 pm to press the red button and tell them my name and what I ordered. At 5:54 pm is when I received my shake. The girl apologized profusely for the wait. It seemed like only 2 people were on shift with a huge line of cars waiting in the drive thru and a couple in the stalls. Customers were getting out of their cars to confront the workers about their orders. Or they would leave the stall and use the drive thru. Doesn't that seem excessive? The poor workers are doing all that they can to get through the orders. Why not make it easier for everyone by adding 1 or 2 extra people during the rush hours?

I ordered 2 burgers, and they didn't put any lettuce, frys were cold and half way full. If you're raising the prices at least don't be cheap when serving.
