I had a really great experience at Starbucks thanks to Mary Ellen. She was welcoming, charming, and genuinely funny, and she made the whole interaction feel easy and relaxed. She handled my order quickly and accurately, and I especially appreciated that she took the time to make sure she spelled my name correctly, which does not always happen. It is clear she truly cares about the customer experience. Outstanding service.
Very busy but very quick with your order
Bonnie will make you smile every time with her cheerful attitude! Also the guy with the long hair working the drive thru. I love this location and sometimes go out of my way during my morning commute just for the friendly service.
You’ve got to try the new caramel protein latte! A tall had about 23 grams of protein and it tasted great. Next time, though I will get the low sugar option.
Michele took care of us at check out today, she was awesome. Super sweet to my kids, and got our orders just right! Will definitely be coming here again!
I appreciate the shenanigans shared between the staff and myself. They never disappoint and always fire back, great group of people.
The drink is always on point. Always a great experience when coming here. Especially Ms. Bonnie! She makes you feel welcomed and goes out of her way and to say hello!
Starbucks never disappoints. Whether I need a quick coffee to start the day or a place to sit and get work done, it’s always reliable. The drinks are consistent, the staff is friendly, and I love trying the seasonal specials. Can’t beat the convenience — it’s my little daily routine.
Tim was outstanding!!! Tim came over told me the cup I was interested in how it was recycled witch to me was pretty interesting and also that he took time out to just pay attention to explain there products. Thank you so much for making my day!!! I work in customer service so I like to make sure I take time out to let the company know how lucky they are to have someone like you!!! Have a great day!
I'm a regular customer who always makes a purchase here, EVERYTHING is okay, until ONE employee. This Thursday , I politely asked this ma’am for a second cup of ice for later (which is a simple, standard amenity I've received many times before from other friendly baristas.) and the barista was incredibly RUDE, saying the request was 'too much and I do this every time (yea every time I make a purchase) Very disappointing and unnecessary rudeness from the staff.:(
Clean restroom for my son to use while dad went thru drive thru to buy coffee. However, also allows teens skipping school to possibly be in the bathroom making a child or idk why else teens of opposite sex spend time in the bathroom with booty shorts. Also workers make comments about people who need shelter from rainy storm who are under their umbrellas outside because of company policy, But the policy i found does not say anything about outside. It does say for people to use bathroom or be inside hanging out. Idk be responsible and kind to our communities instead of turning a blind eye to teens making bad choices solely because they bought a coffee. So a coffee and baby at 16 or a coffee and umbrella for someone down on their luck in the rain.hmmmmmmm
At the drive thru, 2 separate orders seemed to be going well. Got to the window, paid for the first order all was good. When it came to the second order things got sideways. The barista, an older gal, realized I had a 2nd order and presented a drink that wasn’t what I ordered. I told her what I ordered- she found it. Placed the drink on the window counter and retrieved the card reader - while she was putting the card reader in reach she knocked over the coffee which spilled and went on my car door. She was flustered , grabbed the cup and asked for a remake. Her remark was “Oh. The coffee is all over your car.” As if I should be ok with that. I’m not. I said I would like a car wash to remove the coffee. I didn’t think it was unreasonable. She became more flustered and made a remark about me, rolled her eyes and got the supervisor. Of course they couldn’t (wouldn’t) come up with a solution other than she would clean off my car. At least she tried. When she asks what I want - I again said a car wash. But Starbucks isn’t able to accommodate this request. She said she would have a conversation with the woman at the window. After all that - I still need to clean my car at my expense for her knocking the drink over.
Edit September 2020. I've come here twice recently and they don't answer at the drive-thru even though they are open. wth? previously, The customer service is always fantastic. And they are very fast. I expect a lot from this mega chain. At one point they kept running out of coconut milk. Also, their prices seem to be steadily increasing. A medium Americano cost more than $3. Even a simple small coffee is going to set you back More than any other place anywhere around here. But I use the drive-thru frequently because the coffee drinks are good and consistent and the personnel always brighten my day a little bit :-)
I opened my cup up and I said to the girl ma’am, this is not correct. She got upset and asked somebody else to make my drink. What is so hard to read what I said online. I don’t understand. I have problems with this place all the time if they do not like to work in customer service Then they need to stop working in customer service. We pay a lot of money for our coffee and so we’re gonna get it the way we want it made.
The idea of adding a Starbucks frappuccino to my curbside pickup super convenient. In reality, you get there then we're going out to you and a paper bag with no straw and you have to go in and get your own straw, Super inconvenient. Adding the Starbucks drink to my order was kind of spur of the moment, not something I really needed or wanted prior to the suggestion when I noted that I was on my way in the app . I I added it because it was convenient and I've spent the last 2 hours and very crowded stores and I thought I deserved it. Would not have purchased it had I known they bring it out without a straw and then when I asked the person dropping off my order at my window if they had a straw the response was no sorry and walked away. Does Target employee very clearly saw me turn off my car and get out of the car and start walking into the store to get my own straw and at no point offered to go get it for me. Then when I walked into the Target and up to the cashier I asked did they have straws she pointed at them across the way and I told her that yes somebody had just brought out my Frappuccino curbside order and delivered it without a straw so I had to come in for one and I can't be for sure what her response was exactly but it was not sorry it was something along the lines of well there you go. So if you're in a hurry and you're using curbside for convenience do not add the Starbucks. This could have been the best frappaccino in the world and I'd still give it a one star. It was melted, no icy bits at all. Quite soupy. And I had ordered it when I was 3 minutes away from the store, which tells me it wasn't icy or Frappuccino to start with
If I could leave a 0 star I would have. I went in today to try and sample a coffee before purchasing. I noticed, they have small sample cups, which are no larger than the cups used when brushing your teeth. The ones used for mouth wash. The manager Traci came over with an attitude did not even give me eye contact, and said"No you cannot have a sample." Continued to work while talking, did not give me an explanation other than No, I'm not doing that". I would have taken the No respectfully, yet it was the attitude behind it. She had such a nasty attitude, and accused me of coming in everyday, which I work, and was not true. This behavior is totally unexceptable, and un called for, from a million dollar industry. We as customers are what keeps the business thriving. Hopefully she can handle future interactions better. I will not be returning to this location, thanks to Traci!
Starbucks app is always having issues. I missed out on the drink rewards yesterday due to the app not loading after 5 minutes. UPDATE... Just ordered a Gande Cappuccino and half of it was froth. Called up there and spoke to Tracy, who was very rude. I told her that I'm going to drive back up there for another drink but would appreciate it if she read the Google reviews on this store... in a very sassy tone, she said, "ok, I will." It's clear that this location does not care about customer satisfaction.
This is NOT a good Starbucks to come to. Seems there are a lot of people with bad experience at this Starbucks. I got booted out at 1:30 pm and they closed the lobby. Had to sit outside. Other customers walked up trying to get inside. Heard one person walk off in anger and said, “It’s always something with this Starbucks.” May be a good idea to shop else where for coffee.
