Opinions de Pacific Catch Santa Clara
Tried the Barramundi Sea Bass with Asian Herb Chimichurri with Kimchi Fried Rice and Sesame Green Beans as veggie sides. Loved every bit of it. The waitress was so kind and professional. She did not even look at the card machine while swiping to avoid seeing the tip amount. That is classy and professional behaviour right there. Also, it must be one of my costliest dinner ever at $39 including tips and taxes. Definitely recommended 👍🏾 Visited on 20.11.2025 Reviewed on 25.11.2025
Pacific catch in Santa Clara was an awesome experience overall. The atmosphere gives off a beach vibe that is well organized and clean. The services were professional and welcoming overall; however, there could be a wait time getting served depending on how busy it is. They offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options; the cusines were well presented, and the ingredients were fresh with excellent quality. This is definitely a recommended spot if you're in the Santa Clara, California area.
Overall good taste, ingredients were fresh. I really liked the miso black cod, it had a creamy and sweet flavor to it.
Great food, service, and atmosphere. I had the sea bass with a side of Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. A gentleman, who might have been the owner, checked in with us about the food and kindly opened the door for us on our way out. A really thoughtful touch that made the experience even better.
The food is great. Atmosphere is super nice. Server Hilario provided great help to our big group. We will come back next time.
We were passing through and decided to stop here for a mid afternoon meal. The fish tacos were absolutely delicious. COD, shrimp, bass, in a taco with fresh slaw and some salsa that was fresh. The Serrano pile had a kick to it if you know what I mean. SPICY…..if you like spicy then order that combo ;) the steak taco was super tender and scrumptious. The environment was calm and collected when we arrived however upon our departure the place was getting busier. We would totally go back if we happen to be near Santa Clara again!!!!
The slightly more wealthy can afford to eat a little bit more healthy, and Pacific Catch that is located in the fairly new live, work, shop, dine complex off 101 is no exception. Seafood options are not as expansive as a traditional seafood restaurant like Market Broiler or Kings Fish house, but what they do they do well. Most everything is light, fresh, and well prepared. The prepared salads are particularly good. Service and staff are friendly. Prices are on the higher side, but Pacific Catch targets more upscale areas. Prices reflect the buying power of the local demographic. On a sunny afternoon, snag a seat in the outside dining area, grab a salad and a glass of wine, and enjoy the Silicon Valley vibe. Bright, airy, and casual , the venue is a good first date restaurant,in my opinion. The relaxed yet festive atmosphere lends itself to casual conversation, and, perhaps a 2nd date.
The rolls and breakfast style sliders were so good. The thai tea has the perfect level of sugar. The service was the sweetest! We went with friends and had a good time here.
Loved this place. Everything about it is so good. We were a large group and the staff manager everything so well. Ordered - coconut shrimp, East coast lobster roll with sweet potato, grilled lobster tail roll, surf and turf lobster roll, pick a fresh fish with sides, mexican salad bowl, wagyu burger. Must try - East coast lobster roll with sweet potato, pick a fresh fish with sides, blood orange sprinkling water
We celebrated my grandniece’s 27th birthday. The food was excellent and the service was generous. Special thanks to waiters Laura and Juan for their professionalism. The ambience was homey and relaxing. The interior decor was simple but elegant. We look forward to going back there. Thank you!

I had the fresh catch special when the broccolini and grilled eggplant. The spices on the veggies was fabulous. That was the best tasting meal I've had out in a long time! Can't wait to come back!!
Great healthy seafood options with generous portions. The staff are friendly, the outdoor seating area is great. Very recommended 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Food is immensely delicious, feels fresh. We had the Ceviche starter (perfectly sour and fresh) we also had the chimichurri sauced salmon with rice and thai brussells… Amazing this won’t disappoint, come thru!!
We were in town for a conference, twelve of us hopped in three cars and gather here. Several nice dishes for non seafood people and a couple for the vegetarian. The place was quite for a Saturday night. I recommend the Blood Orange Margarita, lots of flavor.

Pacific Catch at Milpitas Square was absolutely to my liking. I made sure the beans were not cooked in lard and that the fish was not prepared with wine, and they were very respectful and careful about it. The food itself was fresh, and flavorful. I genuinely loved both the place and the food It completely fulfilled my expectations for a great dining experience. If I were staying in the area longer, I would definitely love to revisit. Highly recommended for both quality food and good service. Although, the table was sticky.. I changed the spot to other table but it was same stickiness
Went for lunch with two co-workers. We were seated inside right away. The staff were nice and attentive. I'm a Pacific Catch rewards member, and I received a message stating that you could have a free shareable if you let your server know. We decided to have the Coconut Shrimp for the shareable, which was very good! We also enjoyed eating the Japanese Wasabi Original Ahi Poke bowl. Here's some of the selections that I've had in the past at various Pacific Catch restaurants that I really liked. Seabass Skewers, Baja Shrimp Ceviche, Guaca-Poke, Grilled Asparagus, Sushi Rolls, Miso Black Cod, Lobster Roll, Taco Plater, Fish and Chips, Kanpachi, Chocolate Lava cake, Pineapple Right Side Up cake, Hula Brownie Sundae. Had lunch with three colleagues today, and although we were walk-ins, we were seated right away. Our server was good, and the Luau Bowl, three of us ordered, was really good and filling. It consisted of Kalua Pork, Ahi Tuna Poke, Mac Salad, Stir-fry vegetables, Teriyaki Sauce, and Sushi Rice. For lunch it was a lot of food.
Great food! Wish they would add oysters to their menu. You can always count on fresh, high-quality seafood here. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
Large portions and tasty bowls! The small bowl seems to be the same portion as the regular bowl, just on a different plate. Also would be great to have the daily specials be more open to other bowl options too. Friendly staff, quick service, and clean restaurant.

Food was good/fresh. Fish was fresh. Service charged an item we didn’t order, otherwise attentive. Table tops were sticky. Have been to other pacific catch restaurants where I liked the vibe better.Restaurant charges 3% for staff. This I support but it could be made more explicit.
Food was good but not worth what we paid at all. Over priced and very small portions. How can you pay $40+ and leave hungry
We have been here several times. Most recent visit wasn't great. Food came cold. Coconut shrimp were almost burnt and cold. Chicken in the tacos was too dry and cold. Service could be better and faster. Had to wait unusually long for someone to take our order. I was charged for an item I ordered but never received; when pointed it out, they corrected their mistake.
This place has some good food on the menu and the cocktails weren't bad. The classic ceviche was fresh and zest which was delicious. I had the Japanese platter and my husband had the Korean platter. Both are pricey but the amount of food and flavor makes up for it. The only reason why I gave this place a 2 is because of the service. Our main server was excellent but her fellow employees were not engaging to the customers or friendly. One person brought our food and, in a monotone/not friendly manner, just said "how are you doing? Enjoy your food." Then another person brought the rest of our meals but did not remove the dirty dishes which made our small table very crowded. And the whole time the rest of the team were sitting up front just chatting away which did not look professional.

Disappointing Experience at Pacific Catch I had a very disappointing dining experience at Pacific Catch tonight, and unfortunately, it was far below my expectations. First, when I walked in, no one greeted me. I stood there for a while before being acknowledged, which immediately gave me a bad first impression. When I was finally seated, my table was dirty, and the cups were almost sticking to the surface. It was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The service and food preparation were also extremely slow. We waited a long time for our meals, and when my food finally arrived, my favorite dish—Surf & Turf—was badly overcooked and burned. It was dry and unpleasant, which was very disappointing, especially considering the price. Speaking of price, I also noticed that the menu has changed. The old menu had photos, which made ordering much easier. The new menu is less user-friendly, has no pictures, and on top of that, the prices have increased. It feels like customers are paying more while getting a worse experience. Overall, this visit was frustrating from start to finish: poor service, dirty tables, slow food, low quality, and higher prices. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I’m not sure I will return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and quality.
The reservation process for our party of 16 was smooth, and our server was outstanding! very attentive, friendly, and the food and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by the hostess. I was the first to arrive, and she was extremely rude from the start. Despite multiple empty tables, she seated another group directly next to our large party and refused, very abruptly, to move them even when both our party and the other guests asked. Those tables remained empty the entire visit. Her attitude created a very negative first impression and overshadowed an otherwise great service experience. I hope management addresses this issue, as the rest of the staff was wonderful.
