Incredibly welcoming and hospitable. For mother's day, I went all over the place looking for a blueberry yogurt cake. But almost all of the places I called/went to were out of this cake! Given that this was my mom's favorite cake, I knew I had to find a store that carried it. Enter this store, the only store that still carried some. I so grateful that my unexpected journey was finally coming to an end that I decided to treat myself to a sweet foam cold brew. Unfortunately, they were out of the foam, so I was definitely a little disappointed. However, the owner was so gracious and made a fresh batch for me on the spot! I could not have been more happy walking out of that store with a cake in one hand and a yummy cold brew in the other!
Just went in for the first time today grabbed a piece of their seasonal mango and cream cake, my daughter had the raspberry and custard puffed pastry. My cake was fresh and light. It was like eating a little cloud of fresh mango and whipped cream. We will absolutely return. And they also have fresh baguettes!
Truly the best place — with the kindest staff! Thank you so much for letting me in even after closing hours so I could buy cakes for my daughter. Your warmth and generosity meant a lot. Girls, keep shining and growing — you deserve nothing but the best! ❤️
We ordered for 4 Amazing Cake slices and all of them were so amazing. We personally loved the Blueberry Chiffon Cake slice and yes Mango Mousse was also delicious. The owner of this place Kim is so friendly and kind. She is a very customer friendly person and she would make it a point to give her best and valuable service to everyone. I would recommend my family and friends to visit this place for sure in the near future, God willing things get better soon. I would give this place a five star.
Went to this place for the first time this evening. The people working there were very friendly. Right from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Then the mouthwatering selection of fresh baked breads and cake. Everything looked delicious!!! I got an Americano, which was perfect, a ham and cheese on baguette, with really good Dijon mustard and their mango coconut cake. All was extremely good. That was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long while now. A very good baked bread, will make all the difference with a sandwich! Also the atmosphere was nice too. Again, I have to say, they are extremely nice in there. Superb customer service. Wish I could more stars!!!
Paris Baguette exceeded my expectations. It’s a wonderful spot to indulge in delicious French-inspired treats and soak in a bit of Parisian charm, right in the heart of the city. Whether you’re a pastry enthusiast or simply looking for a delightful café experience, Paris Baguette is definitely worth a visit.
Great place to hang out on a weekday if you plan to come sit and so some work. You fill find a lot of people here during the day and during wewkenda
This cafe is my go-to place for a good quality time with my family or just by myself. They always have freshly baked and delicious pastries. Their coffee (Lavazza) is pretty good and always fresh. Their sandwiches are always fresh and very tasty! This particular cafe is the cleanest among all other Paris Baguette cafes I've been to in the bay area. The manager is really great! She makes sure to do her best accommodating any requests. She is very pleasant and knows how to make you feel welcome. The internet in the cafe is fast and very reliable. I've had many meetings there. The sunlight shines through the cafe in the evening, and the place is well-lit in the night time if you want to do work or simply chill and relax.
Lots of pastry options and cute cakes, even at the end of the day. I had a really good blueberry custard filled thing that was sweet and flakey and delicious. The employees were also very friendly and thought to ask about our allergies when we asked for a tart that ended up having an almond cream, so we were very appreciative because we hadn't been thinking about that at all. Very warm atmosphere, it would be a nice place to sit and work over coffee and a pastry.
So many varieties. We tried some of them. The blueberry cream brioche looks nice and tasty but honestly, I didn’t like it much. It’s okay but not great. I thought it was cake but it’s actually buns or bread. Not good. However, I did love the pepperoni pizzetta and hash brown bread. Their cakes look amazing too!! I’ve tried some of them in the past and loved them. Definitely coming back again in the future. 🥰💕
Order : Red bean sugar donut, Chocolate croissant and lavender macha frappe. Red bean filling was dense and every bite nom nom. Chocolate croissant was flaky and rich. Macha got too much frozen ice, nevertheless, really good. PS: Ambiance mellow and place too clean.
Always delicious and always fresh! Great quality, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I love this place — always happy to come back
We got a strawberry soft cream cake and whole red bean bread for New Year’s eve. They both were delicious. The cake was amazing (not too sweet) and full of fresh strawberries in the cake layers as well as on top! Highly recommend this place.
Nice place for afternoon tea time. Plenty choices of pastry. Quick & friendly service. You'll get your pastries warmed up if you dine in
Such a beautiful and delicious coffee shop with super amazing cakes and pastries! Leaves Starbucks miles behind. My favorite go to is a vanilla latte with mocha cake. It’s just what one needs after a long exhausting day. I also take my birthday cakes from here as they are the best I have had. Try it out and you might just fall in love with this place.
Tuesday Jan 24 2024 excellent counter service small peanut butter cookies yummy. crab coquette not I should of waited to hear up at home. tried mango mousse. no public restroom 🚺 🚻 😖
Loved the place😊♥️ Kind service and delicious baked products. I got a soft cheesecakes( strawberry and cheese) they were soft and mild sweet. I got the macaroons which were yum too. I could not resist buying more. I loved the croissant that i ended up buying one more. Fresh and soft. 😊😊🥰

Love the French pastries and dishes. The cakes are perfect. The staff is helpful and willing to do anything. I really like the atmosphere. Really recommend this shop!
I love Paris Baggette and their mocha coffee is the best. The pastries are expensive. They're worth the cost.
Just tried their Korean Coffee it was delicious and lady barista made a great coffee i have been going to this spot to do some work online or to finish paperwork for work when i am in the area and these guys do a commendable job. Staff is friendly and courteous and food is very delicious here fresh baked goods and they have sandwiches on sale sometimes. The dining area closes at 830pm. Great Korean Iced Milk Coffee here!

Plenty of pastry, bread options. Very colorful. Only 4 stars as the flavors did not match the authentic taste especially for Tiramisu (that mascarpone and coffee flavor was missing). The mango coconut cake very tasty but could feel the artificially flavor(essence) lingering later.
A great place to get some pastries. I love their ambience and display of food. I think this was one of the biggest Paris baguette I’ve been to and they had plenty of variety of pastries like Dubai chocolate pastry and mochi donuts. We went to get a cake for my cousin and we got pistachio strawberry cake.

The staff is so kind. One thing to mention is the quality of the pastry. The berry tart was soggy because it was not served fresh. When I tried it at another location, it was so crispy. I hope they maintain the freshness of the pastry quality and offer more savory pastry selections. The portion of ham and cheese was very small on the large plain bread.
I ordered a few items from this bakery for a birthday celebration: a chocolate hazelnut cake with Nutella, a cappuccino cake, and a croissant donut with Nutella. Overall, the taste was alright, but I wasn’t really blown away. The donut was a bit disappointing—it was served cold and lacked that rich Nutella flavor you’d expect, especially since it’s named after it. If you're going to call something a "Nutella" donut, it shouldn't feel like you're skimping on the main ingredient. As for the cakes, they were decent. I preferred the chocolate hazelnut one over the cappuccino. The frosting on the cappuccino cake tasted off the next day—I actually had to scrape it off. The chocolate cake was better, but again, the Nutella flavor just didn’t come through strongly, which made me wonder if it was barely there. Not terrible, but not something I’d rush back for.

The cakes are great. It was about 8pm, they wouldn't let us sit inside at the table, she said, "I've already cleaned and closed the area." We sit outside and use our iPhone for lighting.
Please label the food carefully. Chicken sandwich was really ham.
Sunday Morning shift service is so bad. The lady who has short hair didn’t even ask if I wanna dine in and just pack everything in the bag… it looks like she wants to kick me out or something. I’m pregnant my second kid and I was with my first son. I’m a Korean who loved Paris Baguette brand since I was young. I purchased sandwiches 2 drink, and 2 bakeries . Of course it is dine in…. This employee made me felt so bad at Sunday morning. She even decided to no tip option for herself(?) she didn’t even rotate screen for me for tipping. I think she should be trained more. (She tied her hair)
My parents ordered me some cake and other things for my birthday from the Paris Baguette website. They forgot to deliver the cake which was more than 70 % of the cost of the order. I called them and there was no accountability on their part.
The women manager on 04/13/24 at 6pm (claimed to be the only one there) was completely impolite and denied giving me a spoon even with purchase. My boyfriend asked for a spoon and she said “we don’t give them out” in which he proceeded to say “do I have to buy something to get one?” and she still proceeded to say no. I guess even as a paying customer you are denied a spoon. Another customer asked for a spoon prior to purchasing a large cake and she proceeded to say “we don’t give out spoons for cakes.” That’s absolutely ridiculous! The manager caused annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, and made us very upset, and argued for a good 7 minutes to me about denying me utensils. The manager didn’t display courtesy or kindness at all, and I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed, left the store in tears. I left feedback on the actual website, hoping they do something about the leadership behavior.
It is unfortunate that we spend good amount of $ here. When we asked for a cup with lid for 4 shots of expressal, we were refused to get a cup. We offer to pay for a cup. He said no. We have to buy a drink for the cup.
Ordered a pastry that’s meant to be served warm, but it was still cold. The girl at the counter said their toaster was acting up, and when I mentioned the pastry was cold, she just said she couldn’t do anything about it because of “cross-contamination.” No solution was offered, no apology, nothing to make it right. Such an unpleasant experience. Make sure your food is properly heated before leaving this place doesn’t seem to care much about fixing mistakes or customer satisfaction.
I was really disappointed with my visit to Paris Baguette. The pastries looked nice, but they were stale and had an artificial taste — definitely not fresh. The donuts, in particular, were especially bad: overly oily with a strong, unpleasant fried oil flavor that completely overpowered everything else. For a place that markets itself as a premium bakery, the quality just isn't there. Not worth the price, and I won’t be coming back.
Server was rude, came from the back when I arrived. I said good morning and told her the name for my order, she couldn’t return a good morning, the order wasn’t ready. She then grabbed the receipt with my order on it, appeared to roll her eyes then started to make the order then when she was done puts it on the counter and says mango then turns back around. I then asked for the servers name to include it in the review, but was told by the gentleman at the register that they can’t disclose that. As far as the drink goes , it’s decent but a little plain.
Terrible service. I saw cockroach running. Also name says baguette but it doesn’t even sell baguette. Total scam
I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this location. My friend and I ordered the sweet cream cold brew, and was initially told they were out of sweet cream and that it would take a while. That was understandable — delays happen. But when we finally received our drinks, they tasted rancid, as though the sweet cream had gone bad. We politely went back to the counter just to inform the staff — not asking for a refund or a replacement, simply trying to let them know. Instead of listening, the employee was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were told, “I think you’ve never had cold brew before. It’s the coffee, not the sweet cream.” She refused to even consider the feedback, and the tone was unnecessarily condescending. The way we were treated was unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was truly upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff better on both quality control and customer interaction.
Horrible customer service, we ask to get some forks since we buy a whole cake and we plan to eat the cake here, the cashier said they have exact amount for each slice, but assuming we buy the whole cake we don’t even deserve some forks? I asked if I can buy it at least but she denies in a rude way. At 8:30 pm she say we have to go, even when is more people in the place she only ask to us, she is so rude.
I love the food at Paris baguette but omg at this location at Santa Clara, CA by el Mercado is the worse they never have enough pastries it was 3:30 they have all one side empty so sad to come to this location!
Nationwide Paris Baguette can warm up my croissant but the lady here is extremely unprofessional. First they charges us and then said can’t be warmed up. Had she told us earlier it was fine. Then she also said there is a sign that says can’t warm up. Which clearly isn’t there. Then she said that there is a traniee so can’t refund. So dear owner of this store. Please train your staff or put proper and absolute accurate signs. The contradiction of their talk and the signs that are already there is hilarious. I don’t know how is the staff so unprofessional for such a nationwide chain. Extremely rude and ready to pick a fight. Attaching pics for reference. Nowhere does it say that specific items can’t be warmed up. Retrain your staff pls who said there is a sign for “can’t warm up” and clearly mention this, failing to do so be open to a refund. if you can’t meet a nationwide Paris baguette standard
Disappointed. Had high hopes coming here to get a little dessert this evening and left very disappointed. Table was dirty and had to clean it off myself. Fruit Tart had a good flavor but the crust almost broke my plastic fork. Cheesecake was good. Originally went in for creme brulee and was told they don't serve it at this location. So make sure you know that before going! Also, wanted a decaf cappuccino and was told they "no longer serve decaf." Their hours said they closed at 9 pm, but we were kicked out at 8 pm. Employee said if we want to stay we would have to sit outside (in the cold). The kicker was my drink! I ordered a Lavender Matcha Frappe... it had ZERO lavender. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location.

12/29 3:58 PM I bought bread and a cake at Paris Baguette, but the inexperienced employee didn't put the cake in the bag and proceeded with the payment. When I got home, I realized the cake was missing. I contacted the store, but instead of apologizing, the employee thought for a moment and then said something like they remembered. When we explained that the employee hadn't put the cake in the bag, the employee said, "You don't need to yell at me?" We weren't yelling at you. Do you think every customer who calls you is yelling? Employee, an apology should come first. Haven't you ever dealt with customers before? You didn't put the cake in the bag and processed the payment, and now you're lecturing us? You need to handle customer service properly. It wasn't even busy, so what were you thinking that you forgot the cake? Handle customer calls and in-person interactions properly. Don't talk or act like that towards us. Apologize first, okay? It seems you still have a lot to learn. And of course, you should give a refund; we shouldn't have to go all the way back there, right? Act properly, don't just foolishly defend yourself. ^^
