We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and our waiter Patrick made the experience absolutely perfect. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our night special. We’ve been to other upscale steakhouses like Mastro’s, but Fleming’s truly stood out, both in terms of service and food quality. Every dish was cooked perfectly, and the staff made us feel appreciated the entire evening. Patrick went above and beyond and definitely deserves recognition (or even a promotion!) for the way he represents the restaurant. Great job to him and the entire team for making our anniversary dinner memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such an amazing experience at Fleming’s! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely exceptional. When we made our reservation, we noted it was our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. They surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary card and a sweet treat for my husband and me—it was such a wonderful touch that truly made the night memorable. A special thank you to our server, Angelina—she’s the best! Her attentiveness and kindness made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout the evening. Fleming’s really knows how to create an unforgettable dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning in the near future.

They asked what we are celebrating when we arrived. As we were seated, there was a card and confetti on our table for our Anniversary. Such a nice gesture. Services are great and they serve high quality of food. They gave you a complimentary box of chocolates too. We had the best experience in this steakhouse. We will be back for sure!

We've been here a couple of times, and both times were great! The food was very delicious, especially the tomahawk steak. The cocktails were all good as we tried several different drinks. The service was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the manager, Sohiel, who was super attentive in check-up on us to make sure everything had met our expectations. Definitely come back soon!

High quality meet, served on point, tasty sides and a good selection of wines. Service is friendly, helpful and quick. Good basis for a nice evening. The place it self is crowded and extremely noisy so that conversations are really difficult.

I always enjoy dining at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse it never disappoints. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently high quality. Their cocktails and appetizers are always on point as well. My husband and son typically order a steak, while I usually enjoy one of their specials. One of their specials wasn't to my liking, it was suppose to be lobster and crab raviolis, but it was more of a wonton wrap then a ravioli. The pasta was hard. Other than that the rest of the food was good. The atmosphere is versatile, it feels casual enough for a regular outing, yet nice for a romantic dinner. I highly recommend it. Make sure you make reservations.

I cant give a half star or this would be 4.5 stars I want to start this review with the highest praise for the bar tender whose name I sadly did not get but he was great, made a PERFECT Old fashioned for my wife and was very attentive even though the whole bar staff was obviously very busy. Our waitress Christina was also great, also very attentive. She to was very busy with several tables including a large group but stayed on top of our tables needs. She checked in at our tables request on a few occasions about whether we were ready for our wine selection until we were, and saw to it that all our meals came out together. She also provided a very attentive table side service with the lobster getting it out of the shell and plated for one of our party. My only disappointment was that my steak and my wife's steaks were not as hot as I would have expected from such an upscale restaurant. The taste and preparation were excellent. We will defiantly be back.

What is the chef or restaurant manager at a $$$$ restaurant thinking when serving a main course (not a soup) in a deep bowl? Perhaps they think: "This will look impressive!" (In reality, it doesn't). The cutlery kept sliding down to the bottom of the bowl, especially once there was less food in it. And just look at the micro greens: simply tossed on top of the scallops, so I had to "dig them out”. It looked messy rather than refined. I didn't like the presentation of the "Lobster Bisque”. First: The rim of the bowl was dirty. It looked careless. Second: The soup spoon was placed on the left, not the right. Sloppy. The steak was good. The recommended lava cake was salty. The staff were friendly and tried their best.

What a bright and beautifully classy entrance and open bar seating. My server was Matt and his assistant was John. They were very attentive, providing excellent and professional service. I ordered the fillet-medium. I was surprised that it was very dry when chewing it but definitely cooked perfectly. No juice was dripping from the steak. The lobster tail ended up getting cold and no butter was served with it. The scallops..the highlight of plate cooked perfect and flavorful. The Mac-n-Cheese was amazing! Ohhh and the brownie was great too ! I will return in hopes that the steak quality has improved.

Fleming’s offers top-tier steaks, great service, and a classy vibe. A bit crowded even on weekdays, so reservations are a must. Sides are limited and wine list are excellent. Perfect for special occasions or a refined night out. Highly recommend!

I came here for lunch but turned into a 3 hour lunch….. service is super slow The waiter was very nice and polite. The service however was horrible . My friends and I asked for non alcoholic drinks. We all got alcohol, I would have cared less but we are all allergic to alcohol and the experience was not good. Food on the other was was the best

We had a company dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. While the atmosphere looked upscale, my experience was a bit frustrating. I was seated right next to a private room, and the door kept opening and hitting my chair throughout the evening—really distracting and annoying. The waitstaff were friendly overall, but some of the service felt rushed—at one point, utensils were dropped onto the table rather than placed properly. As for the food, the steaks had good flavor but were a bit too tough, with a lot of tendon that made them hard to chew. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location for a company gathering. For the price and setting, I expected a more comfortable and polished experience.

We used to really like this place but recent visits had us decide not to come back again due to worse and worse service. My boyfriend and I used to come to this place a lot for birthdays, celebrations, etc. but about 8 weeks ago we went for dinner and our steak took almost AN HOUR to arrive. We politely asked at least three times but it still took forever. The staff was apologetic about it and gave us free soup and desert. It was a rather frustrating experience but the staff had great attitude so we decided it wasn't a big deal. Earlier tonight we went for dinner again and this time service was HORRIBLE. It was like every step (getting our menu, getting water and bread, placing order, getting our food, taking the check, etc.) took so much waiting and we had to keep asking someone to get our waiter. The two cocktails we ordered took 20+ minutes (I checked my watch) and by the time they came, we were almost done with our appetizers. We also had to ask two different waiters twice for our drinks. When I asked our waiter to take the check, he didn't even stop at our table, just nodded when quickly walking by our table without even looking at me. After we paid he simply gave me my card back and said "Here you go", not even a thank you or have a good night. I seriously don't understand this rude behavior. In general very horrible experience and we won't be coming back here again.
