Food was delicious 😋. It wasn't busy at all on a Monday evening. Had a whole section of the restaurant to ourselves. Service was excellent, always nearby if we needed anything while letting us enjoy our conversation.

Birthday's 🎂 are best at Bucca!!! A great variety of wonderful food! Food and family always have a great time, especially when it's delicious too! Chicken parmigiana, chicken alfredo, and of course caprese!!!

Great large portions of Italian food. Great Italian atmosphere and family-style food. Service is amazing with Alex our server. The pope's room is truly a blessed place to break bread with the pope. The family would love to be here and share the a meal.

We were very lucky to get in on Valentines before it got crowded. We went around 3pm and had the section we were in all to ourselves pretty much. They did have a Valentines special with heart shaped lasagna which made the chefs backed up. Luckily we weren't in a hurry at all as we saved so much time starting early. Me and my fiance enjoyed the Margarita Pizza, Baked Ziti and Mozzarella bread. Everything was delicious. Heads up they did shrink their pizza sizes though, which wasn't a problem for our 2 party group but for larger parties, be aware.

I like this restaurant, the food is good and the service is good too. The only issue is the cleanness. Could be better. And the smell inside the restaurant is not good. It smells strong soap all over the restaurant. That took away my appetite.

Our pharmacy staff went to Buca di Beppo to celebrate a great meal together ❤️ it was a very family style atmosphere. The portions were very large shareable sizes. They offer small which serves 3 and large to serve 5. Give them a try. Pricing varies. The waiter was very friendly and efficient.

I'll start off saying the food was good. Family style Italian dining, we ended up getting an order of garlic bread (I recommend adding the mozzarella cheese to it, we had it without it and it was too much garlic for us), an order of the spaghetti with meat sauce, and spicy chicken rigatoni. We enjoyed the meal, took home what we didn't finish and was still good for left overs. The reason for a lower score was the initial service. We walked in and there was no one greetings people coming in, nor to seat us. Stood around for 5 minutes until we went to the "To Go" window and asked for help. Then when we entered the dining area, it had an off smell. The best I can describe / relate it to was it smelled like a restroom, that someone just finished using if you catch my meaning. Not terrible, but not pleasant...you did "get used to it," and forget about it once the drinks and bread was served. If I return, I guess I'll get orders to go from here and not dine in again.

The other food seemed good and well priced for the portion. However im more of a picky guy and decided to get a pizza. The price is a LAUGHABLE $30. When i saw the price i expected a very large pizza but when it came i was extremely dissapointed. For the size i wouldve paid at most about $18. The pizza tasted very similar to chuck e cheese pizza.

I remember the food here having more flavor and being much better. We were there with a large party so that could be why it was lacking what I remembered the last time I was there ordering for just myself. The food was chosen ahead of time and we were all served the same basic dishes to choose from served family style. Ravioli and penne pasta. A Pope lazy susan is always comical to me and the service was excellent. I ordered Tiramisu to go and it was excellent and loaded with liquor. It was a large portion and cost me $25 and was worth every penny. That has not changed and is still one of my favorites.

My order (which was correctly input by the server), came out just plain wrong. Also, my pasta had a few stray mushrooms and peas. Not a big deal you say? It is when you have a food allergy and order something that doesn’t have that ingredient- only to find that the kitchen simply doesn’t care and slaps together whatever’s in their bowls. Overpriced, deliberately priced and sized portions for 2 people or more. Mediocre food. Subpar service. Go anywhere else.

This is unbelievable... I called in to place an order for take out, she takes the order, asks me for my name and phone number, all good. I get here and my order was NOT placed because she didn't understand my name, she didn't take it down and due to this, my order wasn't placed. She says she called me twice to an 818 #, my area code is (323)... the manager says, it's ok, I'll charge you at the bar and your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. No way! At least, I was expecting an apologies.... so disappointed

Went to Buca di Beppo for what was supposed to be a fun family dinner and got stuck with the absolute worst server I've ever had. Purple hair, eyebrow piercing, looked like she just rolled out of a Hot Topic clearance rack and couldn't be bothered to pretend she wanted to be there. Took 20 minutes just to get water, and when she finally showed up she slapped the glasses down so hard one spilled all over the tablecloth. Didn't apologize, just muttered something under her breath and walked away. Ordered the chicken parm and it came out cold—like straight-from-the-fridge cold. When I politely asked if it could be warmed up, she rolled her eyes so hard I thought they'd get stuck and said "kitchen's slammed, deal with it." The attitude was next level. Every time she came to the table she acted like we were personally ruining her night. Dropped the check without asking if we wanted dessert and literally said "I'm off in 10, so..." while tapping her pen on the folder. The manager comped part of the meal after we complained, but honestly the whole experience was ruined by this walking attitude problem with purple hair. Save yourself the headache and pray you get literally anyone else. Zero professionalism, zero customer service skills. Buca needs to rethink who they let represent their restaurant.
