Customer service is great, all staff members are very helpful and friendly. It's very clean inside, very well kept up. Food is delicious, everything is served fresh. I definitely recommend trying this establishment. I recommend obviously the chicken nuggets, but I went with the spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

I went to this location for Uber delivery, and as I was waiting, I heard laughing and noticed a few tables playing a game of what appeared to be bingo. One of the customers playing asked another customer, " Have you done this before?" And 2nd customer responded."No, i haven't." Them the first customer said," Me neither, this is so exciting!" This is very cool and looks like a fun way to meet other people and enjoy some really delicious food!

Today was not one of them I order a chicken grill sandwich with lettuce wrapped and I paid 2 dollar + for guacamole and there was not guacamole in my sandwich. Today was the first time that I wasn't satisfie with my food. It was a shame.

First time here, wasn't too busy. Couple cars in the drive thru and a handful of served customers. Went inside to order to go, greeted when I walked in. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with all the pickles and a large drink. What I got was 1 spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. Maybe I should've turned up the volume of my voice but it seemed like the associate heard me when I ordered. However,I don't remember him repeating the order back to me. Aside from the order being wrong, the sandwich was hot and tasty. Was offered sauce twice. I'll go back, but speak loudly and clearly next time.

Paid over $20, can't even get the pickles on right

Went to get food on the way home from work 10:15 p.m. after a long day just to find out the closed 45 minutes early. I was soooo disappointed I had to drive out of the way to the next one who was open when they were supposed to be. The staff probably closed early so they could get off early. I even saw a few more cars that had to turn around because they were closed. Please hire more responsible closing staff.

On top of that the lemonade tasted like watered down lemon juice. Eliminate tasted as if it was water with just enough lemon put into it to change the color. If you would have been where they forgot to add sugar I could have just done it myself but once I added the sugar it still didn't even taste good. Out of all the Chick-fil-A's I have ever been to I never thought I would have found a Chick-fil-A that actually had terrible food. Response to owner: No thank you, my review was not to get anything free, or to have it "made up to me". This is more of areas from my short experience that needs improvement. If I come in early in the morning there shouldn't be any excuses. I can say more such as the batter in the afternoon needs to be sorted more to have a more even coating and it doesn't taste like complete batter. I suggest spending a bit more time with your team to ensure the food is top notch to match the staffs service. That is one thing I can't deny about Chick-fil-A. The staff is always great.

Do not come here very bad costumer service!!! 10/21 a lil after 7pm I was in drive thru and all of a sudden they stopped takimg orders on the side of the drive thru i was at when i was next in line, so they were helping only one side ot the drive thru, i coulnt back out because cars were behind me , so I had to go forward, i was also stuck there for a while because i had to wait for the cars in front to pick up their orders as htere was no way around them, for some reason they have it blocked, so, I finally make it inside to place my order since drive thru was useless, I tell them what happened to girl at the register, she didnt seem to care. I then asked to speak to a manger when I received my order, tha manager lady didn't even apologize, she just said the headset had died and thats why they stopped taking orders, couldn't even say sorry, zero apologizy, NO APOLOGY AT ALL for wasting my time, zero empathy, just dismissive, insensitive and APATHETIC attitude!!! I recommend whittwood location they have better service there!!!!!
