I definitely enjoyed ordering from the 2 for $6 menu but the highlight of my visit was dessert! Who knew something called a strawberry cheesecake stacker could be so delicious? My suggestion for those who love their sweets as much as I do: Order some funnel cake fries and dip them into your ice cream.

Oh my goodness, the Mango Fruity Freeze Slush is gooood! The slushy part taste like you are eating fresh fruit!! 😋 I bought the large size for $2.99 + tax. The slush has small pieces of Mango 🥭 on the top of the drink. Even more delicious! 😋

I don’t get the bad reviews. using the coupons, this place is not only one of the best values out now, it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen in my life! The food is excellent! This is a great place! 2 for 1 items. Nothing beats the value and taste in this city. Nothing!

Love! Love! The fry's! And the value menu is awesome for hungry teenagers! Plus, hardly any of these around so if you see one and your hungry, you must stop! Prices are affordable and the food is ALWAYS great, and the service is fast.

The fries here are always fresh at this location. Not sure if this was a temporary thing, but the drive thru intercom used an automated service, so you'll need to keep your drive thru orders simple to avoid complications.

I went to this Rally's because they shut down the one in Huntington Park and man I miss the one in HP! This one just doesn't hit the same. The burger barely had any lettuce and what was in there fell out the bottom. I asked for no tomato and I got tomato. I only got one little tiny ring of onion which the purple Onion is what makes it a rally burger. The fries and the milkshake are the only thing that saved this place. Order was messed up at first but they offered to fix it for free right away as they noticed. Was an overall awesome food experience for such a cheap deal. From the moment I pulled into the clean, well-maintained parking lot, I felt a sense of nostalgia. As for the food, the burgers were just as delicious as I remembered from my childhood—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Rally’s is definitely our guilty pleasure! They have tasty food and their prices are reasonable. The loaded fries and great. We also tend to get the 2 for $5.50 (it used to be $5). Today we tried the apple pie and it was delicious. Again, this place is one of of our biggest guilty pleasure but we definitely look forward to having Rally’s when we can.

Delicious food with lots of calories (my favorite lol) best frys in the world, good customer service . My only complaint would be that it's not the cleanest establishment. But still, food so good I'm coming back for sure!

Delicious burgers! Just wished there wasn't homeless in the parking. We didn't feel comfortable eating at their patio so we drove across the street to Dennys and ate in our car.

Great priced value meal, burger, fries, chicken nugget and drink under $6.00 bucks not bad the fries are great! You'll definitely want more fries. Rallys really has one bad set back the drink is way too small as they don't offer re-fills on any size.

I timed it, it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the order window and take my order. I called the place several times to even get someone to pick up the phone, I knocked loudly on the windows and yet still. 8 minutes? I was the only person there, there wasn't even a line. I love the food but the service could use a little help.

Good place for a quick bite to eat. They do accept EBT as this location. The only thing I don't like is they limit you to only 1 refill of your drink. Probably due to the homeless people in the area that try to take advantage.

The fries are the best. There burgers are alright. They need leaf lettuce because that ice berg isn't cutting it . The lettuce is always looking old and soggy. Just like the tomatoes.

The drive-thru ordering experience was very poor. Absolute zero on customer service. I had a difficult time ordering a combo meal and plain burger. Employees did nothing to make sure the order was taken correctly. The food was good though.

I never been here before, so I decided to try it with my boyfriend. The serves was fast and patience when we were deciding, however they messed up our order. The fries were over cooked, and they got our drinks wrong. I also asked for 4 ranches which individually are 43 cent I paid for 4 and only got 2. I just hope next time I go it will be a good experience.

Having a truck is an issue here but the food is good. Best fries ever. Driving my truck through the drive through, I noticed, no one was answering on the order screen. I figured it didn't work, but the 2 cars in front of me were taking a long time. The first guy finally got his food and left and the second guy pulled up and then just left... I then noticed the person behind me in a car started ordering at the menu. So I pulled up and was told "sorry sir, our machines don't pick up trucks or suvs very well." since I ordered at the window. I got my food in about 4-5 minutes including order time.

It's chill. The employees are a little without a smile and too direct. Almost cold. It's a good spot. Right in the corner is the block. You can sit and enjoy your meal on the patio benchs. Just be aware of the homeless, if theirs one sitting he might stare you down for a fry. 🤣 You enjoy your meal. 😅

The food is great. Cant ever go wrong with rally’s but the service is absolute trash. It’s always the same girls and they show they hate what they do. It’s so off-putting. They always miss something in the bag if you ask them to correct it, they snatch the bag from you. This last time I asked if I could add a drink after paying, there were 2 cars behind me but I had waited about 15 mins already for my food and the monotone woman at the window stated “no I can’t do that, I have too many cars waiting” but I still had to wait another 10 mins for my good to be handed to me. Which made no sense if I needed to continue to wait. If you’re looking for some good fast food joint with terrible service, this is it.

First time having Rally’s. When I ordered online to pick up, I must’ve missed a .99¢ loaded fries upgrade. I asked at the window of I could still upgrade on the spot when picking up my food as I saw the sign there. I was told “I had to pay online for that when ordering” but not sure I heard a proper “yes” or “no” or offered a solution. Bag was out the window, I heard “thank you” and they disappeared. I think they are “busy” but didn’t see a line in the drive-thru 🤔 I genuinely wondered for about 5 seconds standing there if they would help me or if my transaction was finished. As a fellow business owner, I know the importance of the best customer service possible.

Ordered two double big Buford combos, chicken bites, loaded fries, funnel cake fries, and two apple pies for $25. I would say that was alot of food for the price. No long lines and food was good.

After the pleasant order and being handed back cc & receipt. All the employees disappeared and were hiding out of sight. The expeditor handed my order and did not follow up asking if needing anything else. I checked the bag and there wasn't any sauce for the cheese sticks. Took a long time to flag someone w/ poor attitude down for sauce. The experience was terrible as was the Big Buford, fries, and cheese sticks. Only thing decent were the sodas ordered. Never again Rally's Norwalk. You've gone so far down the hill, not sure how you improve. I'll wait for management to contact me to come back.

My first time trying out this burger place. I ordered 2 Apple pies for like a $ lol they were ok nothing special about it. A spicy chicken sandwich which was kind of disappointing, there was no real taste of it being spicy or any pepper at least. It even had the greasy fiber prints on the buns lol. I also ordered Boneless wings with spicy buffalo sauce and again not very tasty plus a bit dry. Extra sauce will cost you .49cents lol. On a positive note the fries 🍟 were decent. This place does not have the option to eat inside, only drive through and a small window on the side. There are a few tables outside for eating and there is parking.

came here late on either a Friday or Saturday, but STILL the drive-thru was horrible!  It took over 30 minutes, just to put in an order.  Then for such a simple order, it took another 15 minutes. After waiting that long to finally reach the telecom to place my order, an employee comes out to remove the cone from the second window! Rally's should be more efficient and not make us customers wait to long for "FAST FOOD"! So disappointing!

This particular location needs help! I only give is (2) stars because I grew up on the franchise, however, this location is very dirty on the outside & inside. The drive-through sensor barely works at times. If walk up to the window to place an order, you could be waiting for a while for a few reasons: the staff may not see you at all because of the design, which makes it difficult to notice a person standing there, which also creates a blind spot. When placing an order, some staff make ignore you because they feel you are trying to order from the wrong window, but its not clear to which window to order from! There's is no outside speaker or some kind of device to lest customers know there order is ready so you constantly have to go back and forth knocking on one of the windows to see if your order is ready. The staffs appearance is not the best at all. Very weird when ordering a shake, it really does not taste like what you're ordering. If order a banana shake, it should taste like bananas and not over sugared ice cream. You can't much of the inside but I'm almost certain, if inspected, we'll be able to find a lot of code violations.

They refuse to take the survey coupon. The cashier said it’s their managers said it. I do the survey and get the QR code. I explain to them but the cashier insisted said they are not able to scan it or use the code at this location. The manager need to talks to the corporate about the survey. It’s on their receipt.

The food isn't bad for the prices. Pretty good value. The thing that makes going to this place is the staff. The woman at the walk up window earlier today was openly hostile toward everyone in the line. When I got to the window and received my share of rudeness, I asked if she may have been having a bit of a rough day. She responded that no, she hadn't and she was just fine. Which leaves me only to the conclusion that this is her daily demeanor toward paying customers. That is atrocious. I understand that since this location accepts EBT, the customer base may be lower income individuals. But lower income doesn't mean lower life form. I'd imagine that the EBT money is still green in the eyes of the owner, so treating walk-up customers like they're bothering you should be a big no-no. The new law in California that entitles fast food workers to a decent $20 an hour wage should have the added benefit of courteous service, since it's a better paying job now. It appears as though that concept of improving the customer experience has been lost on this place. 2 stars with hopes of a better experience IF I come spend my money here again. PS... Next time someone orders a brisket sandwich, put some brisket on it. 🤦🏽‍♂️

It never fails, they can never seem to meet the demands of service. You will ALWAYS be waiting a LONG time to get your food. And it seems like they just put the burgers together without any pride in their job. Even if it's 5 min away from me, I rather drive to the one on Artesia (Bellflower/Long Beach area) to get way better service and faster!

This establishment is poorly managed by the night shift supervisor norma thats what she said her name was. They have very bad manners and when i went they have music that was very disrespectful for my children i thought it was a bar instead of a fastfood restaurant. They took 15 mints for 2 hamburgers and i felt very dissatisfied with their service. I hope corporate does something to change this people and does something to offer better service to its costumers.

I visited this Location last night on Thursday 8/9/18. The customer service was horrible. I was rushed to order in the drive thru and adter i completed my order it was not repeated back to me to make sure order was correct. When I get to pick up window I was not greeted at all and was just given my total and did not repeat my order. I asked if she could read back my order so I can make sure they got everything I wanted and the girl did it extremely fast not even caring that I can barely grasp what she was saying. After I paid I was given my order and I asked for a bbq sauce abd a ranch and was told I could only have one sauce cup and there would be a charge of 44 cents for extra. I reminded her that I ordered a chicken box and 4 burgers and fries but she said no. This policy is ridiculous I feel I should have been given at least one more sauce. But most of all the customer service needs to be improved employees dont seem happy to be working there.

One of the worst experiences I had, was there Saturday night and waited for 15 min at the pickup window just to order fries. The fries were apparently fresh said by the employees but they were unseasoned & weren’t up standard for past rally’s fries I had. Pretty disappointed

This location has gotten 3 orders wrong, so far. The first time, they forget the extra cheese that I paid extra for on SIX sandwiches. I paid $4.80 for extra cheese on them. The 2nd time, they did the SAME thing. Forgot the cheese on 6 sandwiches. Tonight, on our 3rd order, they FORGOT 2 entire fish sandwiches, 1 baconzilla, 1 bacon chicken sandwich, the funnel cake fries AND the cheese. On top of ALL OF THIS, their phone number isn't in service. What the heck.

Well food was truly good fries were super fresh but they did have us forever on the drive thru window we had 5 combos I asked for mustard and only received 2 packets

This review is gonna be for the broomstick eyelash girl that worked the drive-through today at 6:24 p.m., who gave the most abysmal service. Like, is rally's holding this girl hostage? Isn't min wage 20$/hr now, and the customer service is somehow WORSE?! We tell her SEVERAL times we wanted chicken bites or bufford bites (what the receipt said), maybe we didn't call it by its proper name. But bites is typically a BITE SIZE food item. She proceeds to tell us that they are, in fact, tenders. Ok, so we pull up to the window, then she asks "wait you said the bites?"( So now you remember that you do sell something bite size?) at this point she's evidently annoyed. We asked for sauce, she said it didn't come with sauce, and we had to pay 54 cents. so we paid for our sauce and left. I'm glad you used MIGUEL'S log in to take our order so I wouldn't know your name. Find a job you like! Or CHEER UP.

I bought Rally’s for the first time around 5 pm yesterday and it was delicious. I wanted to show my wife how good it was so i bought it again today. Unfortunately, it was the worst food I’ve ever ordered. The chicken poppers were rock hard, fries and ranch were missing. The hamburger was boring. I though “there is no way I ordered from the same restaurant” but it’s the same place. The taste and quality are so inconsistent and someone at that restaurant should test it out themselves! Eat around 12 one day and 5-7 pm the next day. I’m disappointed and wish I could return the food.

It began as a delivery, we didn't get all of our order and we had items we didn't order. I drove to the restaurant. They offered to remake the order only for me to get home and have cement fish sandwiches. I worked fast food as a manager, I know the tricks. They took the fish off the sandwiches I returned and dropped it in the fryer to heat it and let it go to long. You couldn't help but know they're over cooked. I was just disappointed with the entire situation. I will never eat there again.

Came to this rallys, and usually other rallys hamburgers sell me buffalo chicken Sandwich. The manager Vilma said she couldn't do it. I told her to charge me extra and she said she can't do it anymore. Vilma is very unprofessional the way she talks to the client's. No smile, bad people skills.

I my orders were horrible each one . The chicken strips looked like they were made last week!!!!!!!!! And the BBQ bacon was with crumbled up bacon . And the FRIES I love there fries but not these they were made when the strips were made never will go back here 😡

Horrible experience I ordered almost $40.00 in meals and boy must I say. Health department needs to pay this place a surprise visit. My spicy chicken sandwich tasted like its been in a food warmer for a day or more, the lettuce was all soggy it look like it was tossed in mayo before it was put on the bun. I ordered Rally’s from Uber eats for my lunch break. It was going to be an hour wait for my food which was understandable. I waited an hour and twenty minutes for it and my order all of sudden got canceled. I didn’t get a notification from the driver so I had to call Rally’s myself. They didn’t pick up so I had to call Uber customer service. And they told me that the Rally’s had some missing items and couldn’t fulfill my order and that’s why it got canceled. I would’ve appreciated a message from Rally’s or at least a call but they couldn’t do that and my time and lunch was completely wasted. If you want to order them for your lunch break I HIGHLY don’t recommend them.

Long time fan and consumer of Rally’s / checkers. Today was the last time I will ever go to what has become a socialist company. $.49 for sauce for chicken nuggets. Might as well list the cost of the item $1 more. Drive-Thursday had him on if robot talking so they saving money there but can’t treat paying customers with respect. Shame grew up eating Checkers in Georgia will just be a nostalgic distant memory.

I guess this specific Rally's was bought out by some corporate "elite restaurant group" with their big sign in the drive thru and let me tell you this Rally's is no longer worth going to. I used to get the baconzilla all the time. Every time I did in the past, the burger was juicy, had lots of cheese sauce coming out of the burger, and had thick cut bacon. The last two times, it was no longer wrapped in foil, which was the first sign they they started cutting costs. Of course as soon as I opened it up, I was greeted by a sad looking excuse for a "baconzilla" that looked like a plain double burger with barely anything added to it, no more cheese pouring out the side with lots of ketchup, and even the patties didnt quite seem the same although im not sure if those are indeed different. The biggest kick in the face, though, was the switch to that cheap jack in the box stye bacon that's super thin, and they barely put 2-3 strips on it. Compared to them putting at least 4-5 thick cut pieces in the past. If you want what you pay for, don't come to this Rally's. I just hope the one in bellflower wasn't bought out too cause that's the next closest one.

Really bad customer service the attendant girl who was at drive-through very ugly attitude and poor customer service. My burger was cold and smashed it’s unfortunate because I was really craving this place it had been years since I had it back in Texas. I also dislike that you no longer speak to a person you speak to a computer that that’s who takes your order and when you drive up to pay then you speak to a human.

They don't have them here in Orange County anymore, they used to be two locations. Now you've got to go search for them

rip off nickle and dime you for sauce unlike any other competitor. service is slow or non exsistent. burger was stale so was the fries. no free refills, plenty of parking but the area is a little rough around edges. its fast food at the end of the day wouldnt recommend spending more then 5$ here. dennys is across the street can get a burger fries and a milkshake if you have time to sit and eat. why would i go for the same experience?

Ordered a mix and match and the kid was telling me I couldn't mix and match?!THEN I waited for my food for 40 MINUTES and then I knocked on their window and they were purposely ignoring me... and once they finally heard me they said I could only order drive thru even though I already ordered! And then the manager or whoever the lady with the fake lashes says that she never got the order on her screen?!? Does good customer service exist or even matter anymore? I placed a mobile order in hopes of expediting the process, I waited 20+ minutes before even being acknowledged outside the pick up window. I knocked on the window several times and got no answer. When the employee finally answered she had a horrible attitude and was flat out rude. Anyways, train these employees to be kind and generous. The customer keeps you all in business, remember that!

I am not certain what I consumed, but the meat I was served did not appear to be 100% beef patty. It also did not have bacon strips as depicted in the company's image instead i was given bacon bits. I previously had the opportunity to try the smokey BBQ bacon burger, and I could discern that it was made with a fresh beef patty with the 2 bacon strips. It is quite expensive to pay 15 dollars for all of this low-quality food. The photograph I captured fails to accurately represent the subject, as its appearance in person is significantly worse.

Just came from ordering through drive through and ordered a cheesecake sundae I was so close to finishing my ice cream and noticed a fly inside my ice cream 🤢🤮 how disgusting who knows if I ate more without noticing wth!!!!!! Be I don’t even want to eat my food and just spent over $30 for my family and I 🤦🏽‍♀️😡

I recently went around after 10pm Monday Sept 13, 2021. I ordered the 2 for $6 Double Rally Burger with Cheese and Double Spicy Chicken along with the loaded fries. Everything was cold or had tasted as if it had been sitting a while and seemed all food prep was thrown together like one patty was smaller than the other, felt like a junior burger. I remember when rally used to be more quality. Used to look like the picture...I ask for apple pies or ice slirpy and they said they didn’t have none. Whats the point of advertising if you dont have it. False advertising. Anyway the burger tasted better then the spicy chicken. Chicken tasted rubbery. I don't think I'll be going back for a very long time. Workers acted as if they they were just there make another buck. No effort or enthusiasm. No great customer service.
