Big tasty burgers and hot crispy fries at this place. What more do you need? You'll pay a little more than at the chain restaurants around here but the food won't be as plentiful. They have $5 deals if you don't want to go for the big combos. Anything on the menu is good.

Great chili cheese fries, great hamburgers, great service. I just wish they didn't toast the hamburger bread from the outside, but all I have to do is ask and they do it my way. One of the cooks is humble always with a positive attitude.

Place is dank af or better put, it's great place if you're looking to get: a burger, burrito, salad, etc. without having to spend a lot of money. They try their best to keep it clean and I appreciate that a lot. Definitely plan on coming back again for the burgers at least lol.

Used to live near Jim's burgers #12, my family loves a good burger and Jim's is our #1 local burger joint. The staff are friendly and if you eat in you get more fries. I've moved an hour away from there but when I visit I always bring back Jim's.

Its good filling food. They serve turkey burgers and vegie burgers and good ol beef burgers. They have green salads and if you order onion rings youll get a brown bag filled with onion rings. LARGE portions low prices. Not as low as a jack in the box but way better.

Lately this has been my go to mostly because the line at Tams in Norwalk is too darn long. Very similar menu but most importantly same seasoned fries as Tams. They have an awkward drive thru but at least they have one. They also have ample shared lot parking spots if you choose to dine in.

In my opinion this spot has a better tasting and more filling Bacon/sausage and egg breakfast plate and the service is very friendly. For breakfast I recommend this place over the other nearby spots in the area like this one.

I love the fries here. Since new ownership place is always clean and everyone is so nice. Fast service too they just need to get a new drive through system

The burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were excellent though. The workers were nice. The overall experience was just ok

Their hashbrowns are awful. Which makes any breakfast that comes with hashbrowns awful. The owner should spend a few more bucks to get decent hashbrowns. The staff is friendly

I have come here several times because of good food. Unfortunately today I had a poor experience. The cashier was handed back the restroom key from a customer. She took it and proceeded to handle my food without first washing her hands. She touched my fries with her bare hands. I asked if I could get new fries and told her the reason. She agreed. She still didn't wash her hands and handled other people's food, napkins, and utensils. When my food was handled and brought over by the cook, I explained and I asked if they were the same original fries I had turned away. Sarcastically he said "no, they look similar but are not the same". Needless to say, I could no longer enjoy my food nor could I trust my fries were a new batched and were handled with care to cleanliness. So sad about having to choose not to come back again.

The food is good especially the hamburgers and fries but the fried chicken looks big and barley has anything chicken inside they also don’t wear gloves and touch your food with their bare hands

The Food is good when made properly but there are things that they let slip hoping people won't notice but expired Sauce man that is disgusting and it only horrifies me what else they have on there shelves or fridges collecting dust and expiring. Food is good but not great. Or at least not the best quality for a place that makes you wait 40 min on the drive through. It should not 45 minutes waiting for just 1 large french fries order.

So you drive up to their menu order board and find out that their intercom system stinks, ok after a lot of repeating I finally arrive at the window and repeat the order again a six pack of cheeseburgers . We wait 15 minutes arrive home and find out there is no cheese in our cheese burgers which is upsetting. I return immediately with my order and explain to the person at the window the problem, instead of apologizing and replacing or offering to correct my order she decides to argue about who was right or who was wrong. I then tell her to please look up my receipt it was not even 10 minutes , she could not find my receipt and she did not give me one either long story short they did nothing but argue, I thanked them for my now soggy burgers ant told them to expect this nice review. Management must teach this crew that you do not argue with a paying customer that you must supply a customer with their receipt Incase of a issue with order , they lost a good paying customer over cheese on a burger which they billed for.
