Staff was courteous and very helpful. We sat in these really comfortable sofa chairs next to an electric fireplace. Food was delicious too.

I really like the quality of the burger and fries at Wendy's. I usually get the Biggie Bag, which gives you the double burger, fries, chicken strips and drink at just the right proportions so you're not stuffed but fully satisfied.

Wendy's salads are really delicious. My favorite is their Chicken Berry Burst Salad. Today I bought the Chicken Apple Pecan Salad-which I'll have for lunch tomorrow. For the money they are worth it and for the taste, they are fantastic!

Went to Wendy's today. Was in the drive thru, and went to purchase my food, but didn't have enough funds in my account. My card declined, i was embarrassed, because it didn't go through. That biggie bag saves my life when I'm running low on cash or forget my card and only have a few bucks in my pocket. But when I do buy big I get the pretzel burgers they are absolutely delicious I only want pretzel buns now .

We went through the drive thru so I'm not sure how the atmosphere is. The burger i got was well prepared, although it reminded me of their old commercials, "where's the beef!" But I did get a small burger but I didn't think the meat patty would be that small. The server was helpful and the service was quick

Best customer service I've had at a Fast Food chain in a very long time! They were very helpful with my large order. Highly efficient with getting it out to me. Everything was accurate, nothing missing and nothing incorrect. My order was a "togo" order and the gentleman even helped me carry everything out to my car! The food was so tasteful, warm and satisfying. Thank you so very much for everything! Other fast food places need to step up their game.

Can't go wrong with this Wendy's. The food is good and the staff is so quick at the drive thru. I've been inside and they do take a bit of time to get your order to you but it's because they're dealing with the drive thru which they manage really well compared to other fast food chains. The staff is really nice and the manager is really friendly. He asks everyone how their day is going. Highly recommend this location.

I visited this Wendy’s location at Norwalk boulevard and imperial highway tonight and the service i received went above and beyond any fast food restaurant that I’ve previously visited in my 28 years being alive. First off, the young man that took my order at the drive up ordering board was very friendly and patient. The man at the window when I payed and received my food was also very friendly. The French fries were out of this world amazing they were very fresh and not salty like a lot of fast food places make them. My spicy chicken sandwich was also amazing and the Coke Zero I asked for was cold and refreshing. Please give all of these employees a fair raise as they all deserve it.

Nicely remodeled. Very clean and prompt in receiving my order. Everything was done correctly. Very exciting for me as I am a very fussy eater. Friends lunch the same, correct, fresh. We are definitely going back. Just a little bit difficult getting there.

Only drive thru when visited. The drive thru entrance, and parking lay out is weird and confusing.I hope management can do something about it, or at least find a way to signal it better, not only for Wendy's, but for the rest of the businesses.

Dined in during a busy lunchtime. Even with many people at the counter, the cashier (liseth) was patient when I had multiple questions because I wasn't familiar with the menu options. (I haven't been to a Wendy's in over 10 years) The food arrived hot and the 🍟 fries were especially good. Not over or under cooked. I had to edit this review because as I was leaving I decided to try a frosty! (The flavor connected to the Netflix show, Wednesday) It was incredibly good! Overall a really good experience.

I love the Free Style Coke machine they have. I took one star off the rating because they ran out of large cups and gave me a medium but charged me for the large. They did ask if I wanted my money back I just asked for 2 extra chicken nuggets as a make good. Also some of the flavors in the Coke machine had run out and they did not have replacements on hand. How hard is it to order your supplies so you don't run out?

I ended up grabbing the French toast and some sausage patties the patties were a big square that was nice for my kids but to be honest my kid wasn’t impressed . the French toast was tasteless saved by the syrup and the sausage tastes like it was in water so I wouldn’t go back for that but the restaurant appeared to be clean we couldn’t get inside to eat due to lack of workers calling in but they were polite and courteous in the drive through and my son who likes another restaurant French toast he didn’t even eat it all

Clean and tidy. This store is run by a good manager, only drawback is sometimes the newly hired people get stuff wrong or give you a rude stare if you have any requests.

I like this Wendy's. It's just been remodeled. Staff is friendly. Parking lot and drive thru a little small and strange. Always busy. Food is good except there are times that the French fries and nuggets have been sitting there cause they made too many. Oh and no WiFi.

Confirming Renee's review from a month ago, this location still has its doors locked despite being listed as allowing dine-in and carry-out. There are still no signs on the doors to this effect, and there are no COVID restrictions in place to demand this. Short staffing shouldn't affect whether people can walk inside to get their orders. At this point I still haven't received my order and the updated app doesn't confirm its status clearly. Wondering how hard I'm going to have to knock on the door to get my food!

There's always a big line for drive thru and it's the worst drive thru...and to get off there's always homeless people blocking entrance. It was a rainy day and the floor in the dining area was wet and slippery. Service wasn't good; I was made to wait even thought I was the only one in line. I wasn't greeted.

My son wanted Wendy's and this was the closest to where we were. We walked in and the first booth you sat has a huge hole in it. The whole interior needs to be redone, looks dirty. There were only 2 workers so we had to wait to be helped then get our food. The soda machine was out of most of the sodas. The food did taste ok, the only saving grace.

I ordered with the app at least 20 times. I live next door and go here 3 times a week for the last six months. Put the $7 coupon in my cart (basically buy a burger get $7 off a second burger) but when you change your burger (I removed onions) the app keeps the coupon in the cart but removes it from your order. I didn’t notice this and was charged $15 for two burgers! I told the lady at the cash register and she said come back tomorrow and we will straighten it out. To make a long story short, this whole thing took me an hour the next day. Over a $7 coupon! Called Wendy’s corporate, They keep telling me the coupon is still in the cart then they sent me to the store. the manager fought with me for 15 minutes over this coupon!!! With customers waiting. He’s telling me, “why are you making a big deal out of this?” What!?!? Your app failed and you’re fighting with me. I told him I spend $25 a week at this place. I asked if he cares if he loses a customer. He gives me $7 cash out of the register and tells me to never come back! Funny thing is the lady at the cash register recognized me (ive seen her over 50 times) and says, “hi you were here yesterday. Do you want to talk to the supervisor about the coupon?” He comes out and he’s yelling right off the bat that this happened a month ago. He knows is happened yesterday, but he starts with a lie. Why???? Wendy’s, if you don’t want to honor your coupons, stop giving them out. I’m banned from this Wendy’s. I’ve been going to habit, rally’s and will get my chicken sandwiches from popeyes when it opens. Me and my family will never go to Wendy’s again. I wanted to try the Wendy’s breakfast but I was banned by the supervisor. I gave two stars because the food is good but the supervisor is grade F... As a business owner myself, Why why why does this even happen?!?! When ANY of my customers had a problem with a coupon, my employees ALL said, “sorry the coupon didn’t work, I just refunded your credit card.” Thats for anyone.

Really starting to hate this location. It's a franchise so prices are higher than a corporate store. They don't have a lot of employees so not sure why they raised prices when aren't really paying for more employees at $20 an hour. Over a year ago they started making their burgers and patties smaller. You pay more for less. And they don't allow you to use $1 drink coupon for a soda in the morning, but you can get a soda with a combo. I found a couple of corporate stores not too far away so I will just go to them from now on. Too bad since this one is 5 minutes away but to pay more & not get what I want is a deal breaker these days.

This Wendy's has f*c#ed up managers. They don't like you calling corporate on them. The manager will ask you why you called. I would give the store a zero if possible. The cashier lied to me about my purchase and did not want to show me a receipt until I demanded the receipt, then I saw that she had overcharged me and did not apply my app promotion like she should have. She would not give me a refund and was very rude and disrespectful. I later talked to the store owner since this is a franchise and he did not care. The food I received was cold, not satisfactory and I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. I definitely recommend staying away from the store as they are dishonest, do not serve quality food, and do not care about your experience as a customer. I was craving WENDY'S today so i stopped @ this location today ordered a few items everything else was okay except for my crispy chicken sandwich. or should i say CRISPY CHICKEN CARDBOARD.!!I took the first bite and i literally felt like i took a bite of a piece of cardboard, it wasn't fresh @ all it felt like it was just sitting there for 3 hours. i got out to complain and asked for a fresh one, and the cook was being rude and i heard her say "is this too hard for you." she was having a bad day i guess.

11/06/2024 Received the receipt for my order at 12:29pm. Received my food at 12:42pm. Fast food means fast, regardless of the lunch rush. Management is to blame.

I do a online order to pick-up inside and I order online since I only have 30mins for lunch, on the app and I've done thise before the lobby was open, today they closed lobby over half an hr before 10 when the window clearly says dine-in close at 10pm and now I can't est mu lunch.. they ignored me when I asked why our the time they close it until I told them I was there for a mobil order... I worked fast food and that's just not right, to order ahead and to be forced and ignored

Sorry to say it but this place has really taken a dive. It yous to be good. But the workers are just terrible. My most resent visit, was over charged almost $10 dollars by the drive thru lady who was obviously on drugs with all kinds of soars on her Hans and arms. And the food tasted like it had been sitting around for a bit. I know people make mistakes with I can handle but I don't want to be eating food from drug soar hands. Maybe she needed th $10 for a sack. Never again this location.

Yesterday I had a bad experience, I placed an order online, went to pick it up at the drive-thru, they gave me 2 packages and 2 drinks, then they closed the window, I ordered 2 hamburger combos with 10 nuggets, which were free due to the promotion, I thought they were inside the bags, but then at home I realized that they gave me my incomplete order and without the nuggets, I will have to change restaurants

I showed up at 10:31am and they did not want to seve me breakfast. Can someone tell me why the feel the need to sound absolutely absurd and say that they turned off the grills for breakfast. I still don't understand the mindset of some of these restaurant employees. Do better and get proper customer service training.

Messed up my order ..I was the only customer there and you forgot bacon on my burger and you put all condiments on when I asked for ketchup only. Its really not a hard job. Not worth spending gas money to go back. Also just looked at my receipt and I was charged for a completely different order that was not mine and is not what was in the bag, I will be stopping by tomorrow to speak with the manager as nobody is answering the phone.

My family and I frequent this Wendy's a few times a week. We went to Wendy's 9:51 before the dining room was about to close. I have the receipt, I ordered the same thing as before, a Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag, and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag for my mom and brother. I ordered a 10 piece Spicy Nugget and large fry for myself. I ordered the Biggie Bags with plain sandwiches, as always, and I had a very long wait. When we got home, Mom's Crispy Chicken was not plain, had mayonnaise and lettuce (not what I ordered) and the bun was soggy. My brother's Jr Bacon Cheeseburger similarly had everything on it too. Nobody ate, except for me and my nuggets, except there were 2 plain nuggets among my spicy nuggets. It was a very disappointing experience.

Me and my family were in a hurry so we decided to go to Wendy's thinking it would be a quick meal. We ordered our food and waited but we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food and still haven't gotten our food and we were in a hurry so we had no choice but to leave without getting our food and wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe and I had a sticker of the brand of tomatoes still on the slice in my burger!! I was laughing I know things happen but really you didn’t see the sticker when wrapping the burger come on now and you want you charge $25 for 1 ranch.

DT order taker took my order incorrect and incomplete. All she said was anything else.. while verifying the order in my car the manager took out 2 bags out the window for the next car. That was completely unnecessary, I felt rushed. the service was bold , Order accuracy is a big opportunity for this location. Needless to say managers need to be trained in customer hospitality.
