Wonderful dining experience. Very clean fur fast food place, clean restroom, all you can drink soda machine, friendly polite staff that smile. Across street, but a long block, from court house, social services, and Norwalk AMC. Plenty of parking although kind of shared with Jack in the box, and Denny's. Quick service for must part, lunch time does have a lot of people. Not super big for parties but big enough.

Came in for a fast lunch , ended up waiting 30 min for a chicken sandwich. There was no input on what was the long wait . There were about 10 people waiting inside and a long Drive through line .

Messed up my order ..I was the only customer there and you forgot bacon on my burger and you put all condiments on when I asked for ketchup only. Its really not a hard job. Not worth spending gas money to go back. Also just looked at my receipt and I was charged for a completely different order that was not mine and is not what was in the bag, I will be stopping by tomorrow to speak with the manager as nobody is answering the phone.

My family and I frequent this Wendy's a few times a week. We went to Wendy's 9:51 before the dining room was about to close. I have the receipt, I ordered the same thing as before, a Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag, and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag for my mom and brother. I ordered a 10 piece Spicy Nugget and large fry for myself. I ordered the Biggie Bags with plain sandwiches, as always, and I had a very long wait. When we got home, Mom's Crispy Chicken was not plain, had mayonnaise and lettuce (not what I ordered) and the bun was soggy. My brother's Jr Bacon Cheeseburger similarly had everything on it too. Nobody ate, except for me and my nuggets, except there were 2 plain nuggets among my spicy nuggets. It was a very disappointing experience.

Me and my family were in a hurry so we decided to go to Wendy's thinking it would be a quick meal. We ordered our food and waited but we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food and still haven't gotten our food and we were in a hurry so we had no choice but to leave without getting our food and wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe and I had a sticker of the brand of tomatoes still on the slice in my burger!! I was laughing I know things happen but really you didn’t see the sticker when wrapping the burger come on now and you want you charge $25 for 1 ranch.

DT order taker took my order incorrect and incomplete. All she said was anything else.. while verifying the order in my car the manager took out 2 bags out the window for the next car. That was completely unnecessary, I felt rushed. the service was bold , Order accuracy is a big opportunity for this location. Needless to say managers need to be trained in customer hospitality.
