We visited this restaurant and had a truly enjoyable experience in every way. The welcome was impeccable, the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful, and we immediately felt at ease. Expectations were high... and they didn't disappoint! We started with amazing sushi, and I can still taste it. Next, we ordered paella... what can I say... delicious! Highly recommended for those looking for quality, courtesy, and a relaxed atmosphere where they can enjoy excellent seafood.

I often go to this seafood restaurant during my work lunch break, and it's become a go-to. The fish is always incredibly fresh, cooked with care and respect for the ingredients. The restaurant is very nice, refined, and welcoming: it manages to please everyone, offering sushi and traditional and original dishes. The staff is extremely kind and always available. There is no private parking, but it's really easy to find a spot near the entrance. What would I have added to the menu? A list of ingredients with various allergens. Highly recommended!

Saturday Night I asked for paella without peppers and other intolerances, and chef Gianmarco accommodated me with a delicious and super tasty paella. We also tried the tuna Genovese roll, which was truly amazing. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended.

Three of us went on Friday evening, with reservations. The atmosphere was elegant and spacious, with tables positioned to maintain a comfortable level of intimacy. The staff was young and friendly, perhaps a little inexperienced (small mishaps could have been avoided). We ordered six pieces of shrimp in three different breadings (tarallo, panko, nachos) as an appetizer, sushi (12 small tomodachi pieces), and a shrimp and scampi paella for the main course. Everything was very tasty and light, the paella prepared according to the traditional recipe with quality ingredients. The bill was €53 each, including a bottle of water, a bottle of Greco di Tufo wine, and a dessert each (I ordered the millefeuille, which was excellent). We'll definitely return to try the other selection of first courses.

We were passing through and stopped for an aperitivo. We ordered two spritzes and some sushi. The sushi was delicious, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. We stayed for dinner, ordering more sushi and pasta dishes. All the ingredients were top-quality and delicious. The interior is meticulously designed. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend stopping by!

Excellent seafood and a refined, meticulously maintained venue, the Santupietro restaurant combines meticulous attention to detail with the refinement and quality of the ingredients, expertly crafted by its chef Gianmarco. Raw seafood that literally melts in your mouth!!! Try it and you won't regret it...even for a simple aperi-sushi dinner with friends in the evening.

Beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming restaurant. The dishes are carefully prepared, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. I ate really well, especially the main course, which was rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and timely. A place I would gladly return to.

Intrigued by the reviews, I wanted to try this restaurant in the center of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. The atmosphere is very refined and modern, and the welcome is warm. Sushiman isn't open on Monday, so perhaps this should have been specified when booking. The raw fish we tried was amazing, the paella was good, but I was a bit hesitant about the hot appetizers; the seafood flavor was lost among the various flavors of the ingredients. Giusy served us, always smiling and ready to accommodate our requests.

Cibo nella norma, ma prezzo decisamente alto. Nella paiella che cosa 25 euro c'erano 2 cozze, 1 vongola, 1 scampo e 1 gamberetto... decisamente troppo poco. Non credo ci tornerò. Locale un po troppo scarno
