Stopped off for some dinner for three people. Went through the drive through, they were fairly busy, however, the line went pretty fast. We ordered a chicken sandwich, Queen hamburger and a vegan sandwich for my daughter, not sure how she does it, but she liked her no-meat sandwich . The chicken sandwich and my Queen burger were nice, hot and good.

Good food. Considering they cook everything fresh, they do a pretty darn fast. It was a busy lunch crowd and they took care of my order in a hurry. I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes. Super friendly staff that is motivated.

In college...this was our favorite to go after a night out. Had not been there for 20+ years. Food was a little different than I remembered, but still amazing. The prices were very reasonable...less than McDonalds and alot for your $.

Want an unhealthy burger that just tastes so good you can't help but eat it even though it only slides down your throat because of the grease? This is the place for that! Great burgers! No kids menu options which is disappointing since the only chicken nugget esque thing are $9 worth of chicken strips but the burgers are still great either way.

Decent burger. Service definitely was lacking to put it mildly. I placed my order online to expedite things a little, knowing the place is popular and busy. Not only was I stuck waiting there for 20 minutes after the pickup time, but two other customers arrived, ordered, and left with their food while I was waiting.

These Kids Take Forever To Take An Order. Very Rude. Hopefully The Can Get Someone Who Can Be A Little More Considerate.

Giving this place a 1 star because the last two times I was there I ordered 2 Jr with cheese and avocado paid extra for and get home my burgers had no cheese or avocado and they were cold. Use to love coming here for their delicious burgers but I don't know if I will be back.

It's a rundown shack with mid-burgers and terrible employees. I waited at the ordering machine for 10 minutes and no one answered. I pulled up to the drive thru after waiting another 15 minutes in line and the high schooler taking my order said that I had to order at the machine. He told me I could order now and and go back through the drive thu or I could park and he would bring the food out. Since I didn't want to wait in the drive thru line again, I parked and waited 45 minutes and he never brought the food out. The burgers were soggy, the fries were lukewarm and I never got my drinks. Getting two combo meals shouldn't be rocket science.

Was in Santa Maria last week. Needed late night food and found good reviews for this place. Get there and plenty of cars in the drive through, I notice there's is a counter to order from. I park and go inside. At least 5 minutes standing there being the only customer inside , no one acknowledging or even a "whats up". I finally order, and the food is ready after all the cars clear out of the drive through. Grab my food head home. Burgers look decent but there's 0 flavor. Little to no seasoning, Bread kinda tough. Fries were bad soggy almost cold. I found it odd that they put the cheese on the bun and not on the actual patty on the grill to melt. Maybe it was an off night. But nothing was good, food or staff. I enjoy hole in the wall mom & pop burger joints! But I'm staying clear. Sorry. My first 1 star review😒
