We ordered 4 medium pizzas... When grampa picked up the order they only gave him 3. And I discovered all of my points had been deleted after 6 months... With no warning. Policy they said. Change your points policy.

I like pizza hut more than Domino's but tell me why do they charge for pepper and cheese. Are you going to charge for napkins also? Every time I would place an order the pepper and cheese was complimentary. I Might have to look for a new pizza place.

Ordering online was helpful... except when the order was over 20 minutes late. Online said the delivery time was 5:34 PM, I didn't get my order until 6 PM. I called twice to check on my order and was not offered a comp or anything. I was told by one of the employees that the driver may have gotten lost. I never received a phone call and you would think if a driver is driving around SM they would have a navigation system. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again :(

I saw on other reviews that they dealt with some incompetent people, I had the same experience. Ordered pickup via phone, 8.99 coupon deal personal pizza and 4 wings. Paid on phone then went to pick up, employee there was trying to invalidate my order and I believe was trying to make me pay full price. Asked me if coupon expired, obv would not have used coupon if it was expired. Said the phone tech system made some error, but I was confused IF my order went through and they MADE it, how does it make sense that it was not in system? Overall got the impression that there was some lack of competence and common sense, was little frustrated. Confused themselves and had to correct themselves. In the end I was told I was right then I took my order and went home.

They charge a service fee? Like who does that at a pizza place for carry out. I asked for chilly flakes and they charge 2$ extra for a small container. Same with the cheese… pizza there is not that good. Crust taste like cardboard. The from lobby smelled like sewage when I walked in there. To top it all off, it’s overpriced to be honest

Check your order. We got a completely wrong order and missing the sauce we paid for. I asked for buffalo chicken pizza and got BBQ 🤢. So if you're picking up make sure you get what you asked for.

So I ordered the Box last night and the Delivery guy forgot the Soda and said he would be back with the 2 litter an hour later we realized that he wasn’t coming back anymore so we decided to eat our food and to our surprise they brought us the wrong order and it was some weird pizza nothing we would eat but by now it’s midnight and they’re closed so I decided to call today and I spoke to who claimed to be the store manager by the name of Josh who was the rudest store manager I ever spoken with. He basically told me I’ll give you one pizza thats it take it or get off my phone…. Excuse me but I ordered a couple pizzas, pasta, breadsticks and a soda so be careful buying here check your pizzas before the driver leave

If I could give 0 stars I would , I got food poisoning rn and the worst part about this is I have a fear of throwing up bro I just wanted some pizza and wings it all was going well until I started eating the wings … it isn’t going well anymore I want my $40 back but I can’t find the receipt so I don’t know what to do now 🙁

First we walk into the store. The gentleman at the counter starts asking what we want. I asked is there a menu? And he starts going small medium or large and rushed me to select topping which was half cheese and half jalapeños and onions. Now i expected the crust to be the original pan crust. It wasn’t , the onions were the size of huge quarters. I took the the pizza back and asked him i never ordered the hand tossed pizza and wanted a pan crust. He said this is the pizza hut standard and there is a higher charge for pan crust. Which is not true per the pizza hut website. I said i didnt want this pizza, he literally took the pizza and threw in the trash in front of me. He also said hes been at this store for 7 years and he knows all the standards. And I should’ve scanned the qr code ( which is hidden on a board next to the register). He should have pointed out the qr when i asked him for the menu twice and kept talking to put the order in. Plus i asked for crushed peppers, he said we dont do that and wanted to sell me a bottle of crushed peppers.

At 5:10 a delivery driver came in asked what I was waiting on, opened the warmee that I was standing right next to the whole time, that all other employees already looked in, and pulled out my pizza. So my hot fresh pizza was sitting in a warmer for 20 min. I was very disappointed and was looking so forward to to hot fresh pizza.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in year! I ordered for a gathering. What happened to their original recipe? It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I was highly disappointed.one pizza was way thinner than the other ( ordered both the same.) It also made me sick, had stomachache all night. I guess blaze is taking over all these franchises after all of them changing their recipes. I do not recommend. They also didn’t give me my 2liter Pepsi. 😤

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to go through 2 different people and give my information twice. Both were incompetent. I just hung up because the service was so terrible. It took 10 minutes for them to get my address and name for delivery. And then when asking for specials they had no clue what they were talking about and gave me different prices for the same option. They made zero sense when talking. Hire people who know how to talk on the phone too not just make a pizza. Worst experience I ever had and I love Pizza Hut too.
