I’m a nurse with a long commute home after working 12. Thank goodness TB opens early! I have been a early morning visitor for awhile now and really appreciate the early staff at this TB they always have a smile and never seem to be annoyed to have to serve someone so early. So a big thank you to all the early workers!!
Those new kiosks where you have to take your own order are pretty dumb and fast food employees get paid $20 an hour crazy
This location was so clean and we were greeted immediately with friendly spirit. It was refreshing to see the positive work ethic. You could see into the kitchen that everything was so clean. Also each item was made with balanced amount of ingredients like Taco Bell made when I was a kid. It was nice to see the quality and how the staff took pride in their work!!

Just a standard taco bell. Clean inside, but the restroom was out of soap and paper towels during my visit.
Still like the food overall, but last visit our taco fries were cold (like they weren't fully cooked). Price seems to be going up too 😣

They r adding some healthy food that is not only good but good for you. They have a very good healthy salad that is black beans, little rice salad makings & what meat you choose I like chicken.

Food quality is alright. A few times the customer service has been lousy and they've messed up my order. Other than that, yeah pretty good.
I love the fact they have incorporated the self-order kiosk now... its faster and easier... you literally order without having someone to wait for your answer as you're searching the menu
The meal was prepared quickly and was well prepared. I ordered the cinnamon bites, what i got was something thay couldnt even be sold in a day old bakery. So very stale. disappointment 😯

The food is good and you can get a lot for your money. It doesn't have the best flavor but it is pretty good. If you come for breakfast, go to the one by the Edward Cinema 10 they serve the breakfast more fresh. The hash browns here are stale 98% of the times I come to this one.
The food was good but when it came to the drink it was a no I originally ordered a mountain dew blast and when we picked it up they said there was none so I got a wild strawberry blast I took a sip and it tasted like straight up gushers it was just syrup

I was told I needed to order on the machine because they didn't have enough staff after I stood at the register for about 5 minutes. Didn't know this. Then my food was not as I ordered but I knew the lady behind the counter was already in a bad mood due to the other lady not satisfied with her food before me. Will not be going again.
Not good. Clerk did no know how to use my gift card. No manager on site. I was broke this particular day and didn't have the gas to go across town to eat there. I called the south side Taco Bell and had the manager explain to this stores' clerk on how to use my gift card. I ordered 2 Taco Supremes. They forgot the sour cream. I brought them back to the counter to get some. They threw the in the trash. Had I known he would do that I would just have asked for additional cream on the side. That is waste, but I understand the safety protocols. Also, as usual, there was an extreme lack of hamburger. I could barely see it under the sour cream and could barely enjoy my meal. I know it can't look like the adds, but it gets ridiculously lacking on so many of my visits there. It feels like a rip off sometimes. You're hot sauce is so good that it almost makes up for my anger. I know it's impossible to tell these kids to be more caring during taco assembly. This is just a job to them.---frustrating. Just a bad day for me. Overall, I rate your company an A-.
I love tacobell and I've been a loyal customer for years but I think it's time I stop going. Every time I come here either my order has wrong or missing items. I came today, Monday, April 26 @2:30pm and I ordered just a steak quesadilla with a burrito, a crunch wrap combo and a cheesy first potato. I get home and I am missing the Steak Quesadilla that I PAID for. Not coming here ever again.
My husband and I were at Taco Bell on North Broadway across from near CVS on Sunday evening. I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with no Sour Cream and with 4 extra cups of Nacho Cheese, as my husband was yelling this to the girl at the ordering area , she repeated every word my husband said abt my order. Then he went on abt his order. He ordered 6 reg tacos and 1 chicken Burrito. He yelled out to the girl at the ordering place. And again she repeated everything back to us. Each time it was right. Well when we got our order we checked the bag and as always and I mean always the order was wrong all the time . My 4 cups of Nacho cheese were not there and we told the girl at the drive in window the the order is wrong again. And we told them " Why is it at every Taco Bell where ever you go, any neighborhood, any County, and city, any state, your employees can never get any order right. Anywhere. This happens to us everytime we go to your restaurant. Also they shorted my husband of 1 of his tacos. The girl at the drive thru said that the girl taking our didn't here that we wanted 4 cups of nacho cheese. And right away I yelled out she is lying because she repeated to us back 2 times. And I asked why is it that they can never ever get the order right. We have had it with Taco Bell. We will never go back again. And we would encourage others to do the same. We are not the only ones. For now on we are going across the street to Del Taco. They can get an order straight almost every time. You must hire the stupidest people where ever you have a taco bell. Where there is a Taco Bell you can be very sure you will not get what your ordered " Guaranteed "! Bean burritos were nothing but tortilla & didn't have any onions either, the tacos had very little meat, this order was over 50 bucks but wasn't even worth it this trip we were very disappointed

WORST Taco Bell EVER. I am vegetarian so as far as fast food, Taco Bell is my go to because you can replace any meat with beans. This Taco Bell is by my house and I drive all the way to the old movie theater (Bradley) Taco Bell to avoid this place. The lines are LONG and the take forever, the food doesn't seem fresh and the customer service sucks.
Rudest customer service ever!! On 9/16 at 7:45pm the cashier who was a young guy all flexed up (wierd)! Had a super aggressive posture and never said hello, thanks, nothing!! Clearly the kid works out alot and thinks he is a tuff guy. But dont work customer service if being nice is beneath you!!
I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch with Steak and they say “we charge extra for steak” . It’s fine not a problem , but when I get my gordita crunch I opened it and literally had like 5 to six little pieces of steak spread out . Terrible ! Worst of all time . The experience was so bad I took the time to list this post . “Oh and we charge extra but put a little bit of steak” .
The service and the quality of the food is terrible. If I could give them zero or minus stars and still write a review I would. They'll give you food that's lukewarm and then lie right to your face about what's in the bag when you ask is this or that in my bag.

I went in the drive through and they only got half of my order right. The other half was just random stuff that added up to about the same price but wasn't anything I would order. One item isn't even on the menu. It was a regular taco with a flour tortilla on the outside. Nothing between the tortilla & the taco! Terrible dinner!!!

Its the closest taco bell to my house so i still end up going there quite a bit evem though they have yet to give me all the food i ordered. Maybe someday. Oh and a new one tonight: crushed the shells of my tacos. .. i was wondering what they were laughing so histarically at but now I guess I see how they get through the night shift. Drive thru employee that takes your order was drunk out of his mind reeking like alcohol simple 4 item order took dam near 10 min to get across to him felt bad for the young guy but took that long and my order was still incorrect this is the second time I catch him intoxicated and messing up my order due to him being heavily intoxicated reeking like he’s been drinking heavily. That’s a strike out with me have had a really bad experience since I’ve ordered at this location only took two times. Ordered chalupa supreme only meat in one corner and a pinch of sour cream on the opposite end. Also ordered a bean and cheese burrito went to eat it and there was no dam cheese. This Taco be scamming us, worst Taco Bell in Santa Maria especially 5pm and beyond.
The service inside the store is slow, you will wait about 10 minutes to be served and the customer is treated poorly. In my personal opinion, it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, I would not eat there again.
While I was sitting trying to enjoy my food, one of the new employees was getting trouble for an extra zipper on his pants. While my food lacked meat. I feel like the attention to detail is on the wrong thing. To the guy that got in “trouble” THEY NEED YOU, YOU DON’T NEED THEM!” That’s why there is a “we’re hiring” signs posted. And if the manager is going to be negative about the fact he didn’t get trained properly, look into yourself first. Why isn’t he getting trained properly? Why are you worried about a zipper, instead of food going out right? Why are you worried about getting flowers at work instead of guest and staff are happy?
If I had the option I wouldn’t give them any stars. The employees are so mean and treat you with no respect. I got my food and gave me my tacos all broken into pieces. The drink I ordered didn’t have any flavor it literally tasted like water. Worse Taco Bell I ever been too. Someone named Marisol was the person who took my ordered and does not have any patience. Never going back there.
Can’t do zero stars or else I would. Ordered a beef chalupa NO BEEF all lettuce. Ordered a rice n bean burrito extra beans. No rice and it was literally folded in half and falling apart. Just take the drive to South Broadway this staff just halfasses your order. Every.Time. Im just fed up and finally wrote the review.
Waited at drive thru for 3mins, no one attended us. So we went inside and the lady was on her cellphone talking with someone! Took about a minute or so for her to notice me. I ordered and then to make things worse she got my order totally wrong! Disappointed!

About 1030 at night I get to taco bell north side of town in the drive thru people literally ordering and at window only i see them get handed one bag. Service at night is terrible. Plus the cashier asked to you want sauce I said yes mild please the kid goes off doesnt comeback for almost 5 minutes and almost forgets my bag with burritos and didnt even put sauce or napkins horrible service at night
Always mess up on custom order ... I could understand if it was once in a awhile, every single time i go through drive through... I have to check and yuppers..... Not plain.. I mean how hard is it to read the telepromt or screen ? And for the inconvenience, its not like the employees are sympathetic or apologetic, they are rude and almost annoyed that... U came back to fix. If done correctly the first time, believe me .... I wouldnt be returning... So soon after my firat visit (5 mins prior) LOL...
Horrible customer service. No one was at the front registers. I made eye contact with a worker and they just walked away like they didn't see me. After getting my food, i was going to ask for a drink carrier because mg hands were full. I was waiting for a long time hoping someone would see that there is a customer at the front. I just walked out. Not returning anytime soon
I have been to this specific Taco Bell twice in the last week and both times they have taken forever in the drive thru. The first time we ordered nachos and they gave us chips with no cheese. So this time, we ordered Cinnabons and they said they were out and offered cinnamon twists instead so we said sure. We made sure to check our bags before leaving the parking lot because of the cheese incident last time and they didn’t put the cinnamon twists in there. So I went in with my receipt and after waiting in line for 5 minutes I told them we never got our cinnamon twists. The girl told me they didn’t have any but I could have an empanada. I explained to her what the drive thru girl said and she was like “well we don’t have any” so I just asked for my money back. She needed a manager’s approval and the manager just gave her his key he never came up to apologize or anything. I would rather drive farther away to a different Taco Bell than go to this one again. They have yet to give me all items in my order and their customer service is awful.
Ordered a chicken power bowl and they forgot the chicken. I also paid for extra ranch sauce and they put less than what normally comes with the meal. I tried calling and it’s an answering machine stating that I am calling during peak hours 👎🏻
I’ve eaten at Taco Bell locations all over the country and I’ve never experienced service this pathetic. If a paying customer wants their food made correctly, then it should be done correctly period. No one is going to be happy getting slapped with some half-assed meal. I gave the guy my order with clear, detailed instructions, but instead of doing what literally every other fast food place does read the order back to make sure it’s right he didn’t bother. When I went back to address the problem, the so called “person in charge” flat out refused to fix it. I told her I didn’t like the food (which, by the way, I paid for), so why should I be forced to eat something wrong that I don’t even want? Instead of doing her job, she got snappy and told me in a rude tone, “Tell me next time.” I cut her off because there shouldn’t BE a “next time.” He should’ve gotten it right the first time. I only got my food fixed after I gave her attitude back which says everything about how unprofessional this place is. We’re talking about something as basic as nachos and cheese, and she couldn’t handle a simple fix. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, and I’ll never come back to this location.

This location and others within this franchise are very skimpy on ingredients. There is hardly ever any cheese on their product. I can count the strings of cheese on my taco every time I have spoken with the manager about it. She is rude. I have spoke with the franchise ops person. Still nothing has been done. If you go to other TB’s outside of the franchises district you get a total different product. They actually put cheese on their tacos. Today I ordered a double decker hardly any beans. I had to open it up to find the beans. I ordered a double decker from TB in Goleta yesterday my double decker was dripping with beans. The product in this franchise is terrible and not what t should be.

The single worst Taco Bell in california. They deliberately screw up every order and will literally give you and empty tortilla. Go to a different Taco Bell. This one has some serious issues with quality control. Attached is a photo of their “steak chalupa supreme” 🤣
A number eight with a burrito supreme missing two tacos. Went through a drive-through came home noticed I was short two tacos. Tried calling the store to let them know of the error that they made on my order. Needless to say I got an answering machine and I can’t leave a message.

I told her I didn’t like the food (which, by the way, I paid for), so why should I be forced to eat something wrong that I don’t even want? Instead of doing her job, she got snappy and told me in a rude tone, “Tell me next time.” I cut her off because there shouldn’t BE a “next time.” He should’ve gotten it right the first time. I only got my food fixed after I gave her attitude back which says everything about how unprofessional this place is. We’re talking about something as basic as nachos and cheese, and she couldn’t handle a simple fix. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, and I’ll never come back to this location.
Took way to long to take my order ive been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to ask what i wanted and keep in mind the restaurant was EMPTY,food was okay i guess
This location and others within this franchise are very skimpy on ingredients. There is hardly ever any cheese on their product. I can count the strings of cheese on my taco every time I have spoken with the manager about it. She is rude. I have spoke with the franchise ops person. Still nothing has been done. If you go to other TB’s outside of the franchises district you get a total different product. They actually put cheese on their tacos. Today I ordered a double decker hardly any beans. I had to open it up to find the beans. I ordered a double decker from TB in Goleta yesterday my double decker was dripping with beans. The product in this franchise is terrible and not what t should be.
This was not worth what we paid for. Our order was all messed up. Tacos were horrible. We had someone else's order and we didn't have time to go back. This place needs to be looked into. This is not the first time, going to call corporate lol
Ordered chalupa supreme only meat in one corner and a pinch of sour cream on the opposite end. Also ordered a bean and cheese burrito went to eat it and there was no dam cheese. This Taco be scamming us, worst Taco Bell in Santa Maria especially 5pm and beyond.
The service inside the store is slow, you will wait about 10 minutes to be served and the customer is treated poorly. In my personal opinion, it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, I would not eat there again.
Drive thru employee that takes your order was drunk out of his mind reeking like alcohol simple 4 item order took dam near 10 min to get across to him felt bad for the young guy but took that long and my order was still incorrect this is the second time I catch him intoxicated and messing up my order due to him being heavily intoxicated reeking like he’s been drinking heavily. That’s a strike out with me have had a really bad experience since I’ve ordered at this location only took two times. The regional manager should do a surprise visit to take a glance at my experience and see what happens around here please correct this issue Taco Bell
While I was sitting trying to enjoy my food, one of the new employees was getting trouble for an extra zipper on his pants. While my food lacked meat. I feel like the attention to detail is on the wrong thing. To the guy that got in “trouble” THEY NEED YOU, YOU DON’T NEED THEM!” That’s why there is a “we’re hiring” signs posted. And if the manager is going to be negative about the fact he didn’t get trained properly, look into yourself first. Why isn’t he getting trained properly? Why are you worried about a zipper, instead of food going out right? Why are you worried about getting flowers at work instead of guest and staff are happy?
