This was actually one of the best Carl's JR I've ever been to the amount of money it cost to eat at this fast food you always hope for cleanliness and great customer service. I feel that customer service nowadays is dead and hard to come by but we were greeted by sweetest lady she took our order. She was very helpful and full of information. She made everything simple. Even after our interaction with her the next person that we spoke with was just as sweet. I believe it was then the manager. Our food was really good and the presentation was awesome. That never happens. They also still have the burrito menu which is slowly disappearing. I highly recommend this location and if we're ever on the road and just so happened to be around we will be stopping back in thank you so much for employing such wonderful people. Other locations would benefit in learning what customer service looks and feels like.

We stop at this location close by freeway, their burger quality is excellent very fresh juicy , staff is very friendly, inside is clean and outside has a plenty parking spot Carl’s Jr never disappoint, comes here and food is always fresh and delicious price is reasonable if you want a good burger unlike other fast food . Service is excellent and well kept. Spicy western is delicious a kick of jalapeño on my favorite burger wow!!! Service is excellent

Carl’s Jr. hits the mark when you're craving a big, bold burger. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff were surprisingly friendly for a fast-food spot. Drive-thru was a little slow, but the quality of the food made up for it. Definitely one of the better burger chains.

Carl’s Jr is the best of the fast food burger joints, IMO. Yeah, people spout about other places with long lines, but while good, they’re overhyped. I honestly don’t eat fast food very often, usually only on trips. I have to say that this was the cleanest Carl’s I’ve ever been to, with the friendliest staff. We stopped in a little after 11am on our drive to Truckie. The place was empty. Onelia was so friendly and kind, making small talk and actually bringing our food to our table. The restrooms were clean. My wife ordered her normal Western meal, while I tried the spicy western. It was good, but if you’re a spice lover, hit up the El Diablo burger. My only complaint was the price. I know inflation is everywhere, but the cost of one meal and a burger shouldn’t be $30. We didn’t even order anything for our kids. We just let them eat my wife’s fries. Some fast food giant will discover if they make prices reasonable for families, they will inspire loyalty. One last note, my wife was disappointed there wasn’t a changing table in the restroom for our infant. Otherwise, kudos to this location and the staff!

I like Carl's Jr for their Angus burgers. The menu is a little hard to understand but it looks like all the main burgers come in a regular version and in an Angus burger version. I used to be able to buy a $6 original Angus burger but the menu no longer lists this item. The Angus burger is apparently integrated in and is a customer specified option with all their other burgers. Like all fast food places Carl's Jr has really raised their prices. A Big Carl Angus cheeseburger with fries and a medium drink was $20. An edit: November 2025 (a year later). 5 stars earlier, now downgraded to 3 stars. Sadly the angus premium burger is not available any more. I tried the Big Carl and it had a very thin burger that could not be browned and keep it moist. So I had a grey colored low quality hamburger. I won't be seeking out Carl's Jr any more.

My famous star looked like a sloppy Joe. The amount of mayonnaise was unbelievable, everything was falling out. The service was unacceptable, the man in front was rude and kept shrugging his shoulders everytime we asked him a question. I would honestly go through the drive through and avoid dine in. I only rated 3 star for atmosphere because I was with my family.

We had not been to carls Jr for 2 years after the 666 advertisement for el diablo. I think that took it too far. I am a Christian. We finally decided to go have a western cheeseburger. First of all the prices are outrageous! The drive thru attendant did not smile. Did not give off the vibe of loving his job.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through lane, (which i would have been more than happy to do had my food been hot and fresh), it was more disappointing than frustrating to get my food after I sat there waiting for it for 20 minutes. While my food sat there, "prepared. I'm still waiting in the drive-through... Food is just geting colder.. I'm still waiting for it... Lets be serious, i was charged nearly $40 for a cold burger and fries and stale chicken stars after we, the food and myself, sat there as its got cold... 40$ for a meal i couldn't eat. What a waste of 20 min of my time because whoever was working was too "high" to complete the order by handing me the food after it was done cooking. CARL'S!! If your prices keep going up, the quality shouldn't be going DOWN. And as high as the prices are for two meals and no boze, the purchase should come with a waiter, even in the drive through.
