Carls Jr in Lathrop is one of best place to eat. Their food is fresh and prepare well. Also it has one of the best customers service, especially Sierra Wood is one of best people that work there. She is so friendly and caring of customers that come there.

The guy, Jeremy, working the graveyard shift alone at 3:45am is always friendly, helpful and makes buying a burger a pleasant experience. Even when he's having a rough night. Food was fresh and the order was correct. They need more employees like Jeremy. Thank you!

The manager there was awesome! I guess they were short handed so he was being the cashier. I ordered a couple of things and he suggested a meal that would save me money AND I got a cookie with it soo.....YEAH!! Will be going back for the better than average fast food AND the incredible service!!!

Well, OMG I WAS WRONG AND I'VE BEEN MISSING OUT. I am currently struggling to lose weight and have only eaten controlled, smaller portions and have lost 24 lbs, and it was 9pm, just got out of work, in surgery. So hungry the smell of the bovie made me hungry. Don't judge me, lol. But, FRFR, I was starving and determined still to make my best choice. And wow, they have this insane menu! Like the tacos!! The burgers!!! Nom nom noM!!! The burritos!! The green chili burrito!!!! Where has this been all my life?? Basic ingredients, all brought together like magic!! They sell the Mexican coke!! Like one stop and shop for this fat chick. And, my weight was only .2 from the day before and, I did guzzle that coke like crack, it was like the icing on the cake. Patient care is stressful, and I eat, if I don't have my family around me to feed. I know who cares? Right? But I do, so much you can see it, with me weight. All of that is a miserable cycle that usually sends me to sleep, on the couch. But I cut this huge burrito into pieces, and to my surprise, I never crashed to sleep like my norm. I felt good, and my blood sugar was only slightly elevated, as I am diabetic. Weird for a drive thru these days. We will keep coming and sharing a better review and MUCH BETTER PHOTOS!! We both are Autistic, he has Asperger's, well, his type, and only HIS is A**bergers. I'm sorry this review is so long!! Namaste.

Had dinner here on 5/29 & it was piping hot & good. Customer service was nice and friendly which was shocking bc they all looked to barely be 16 lol. My double bacon western was great. The fries hot and fresh no complaints. Went back the next morning and same friendly service. Burrito for breakfast nice and hot. Went back for dinner, quesadilla and tacos were on point. Customer service was friendly with 3 different shifts and food hot and fresh so Im pleased!

This was my first time at this location. I kept getting coupons so I finally made it there for breakfast. I was surprised to discover that discount with the coupon was $2.94 off for the breakfast burger ($7.23 original price). The burger was huge as much sandwiches from Carl’s are known for. Very delicious with a burger patty, cheese, bacon, hash brown, and a sweet tomato-based sauce. The drive-thru wasn’t very busy at 8:30 am on a week day. The service was fast and efficient.

Honestly it's a Carl's jr. There is no atmosphere, but it was clean, the service was great because they didn't mess anything up and they were friendly. Food is always Hit or Miss but this one is pretty good especially for being 24-hours. Get the fried zucchini if you want an amazing nostalgic delicious snack for $2 (with coupon).

Quick service, fresh food, friendly staff all combined made for an excellent experience on a Friday afternoon! Enjoyed the opportunity to get a quick meal for the family while out on the road. Even with a line, the drive thru window was served quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for a quick meal. The kids meals are also a good size for the price!

The thing I like about Carl's Jr is unlike the burger joint that has the jingle, you really can have it your way. Want any of the burgers in a lettuce wrap? No problem. Want to try one of the new burgers with the Impossible burger even though it's not on the menu? Go for it! Want jalapenos on that? Yes please!

Love this location! Been at all different times and they have always gotten my order right and made fresh. They are usually very thorough while ordering and I think that makes a difference. Typically, you don't have to wait very long either. Friendly and eager staff! Definitely worth your stop getting on or off the freeway!

This was actually one of the best Carl's JR I've ever been to the amount of money it cost to eat at this fast food you always hope for cleanliness and great customer service. I feel that customer service nowadays is dead and hard to come by but we were greeted by sweetest lady she took our order. She was very helpful and full of information. She made everything simple. Even after our interaction with her the next person that we spoke with was just as sweet. I believe it was then the manager. Our food was really good and the presentation was awesome. That never happens. They also still have the burrito menu which is slowly disappearing. I highly recommend this location and if we're ever on the road and just so happened to be around we will be stopping back in thank you so much for employing such wonderful people. Other locations would benefit in learning what customer service looks and feels like.

Cris-cut fries were a little hard, but aside from that, my western bacon burger was good and the lady at the drive-thru was pleasant.

Ah, the Honorable Carl’s Jr. The gourmand’s choice en route to Yosemite. My main gripe is the $9+ price point for a vegan burger. Like, seriously? Delicious but expensive.

Got 2 Bacon Western Cheeseburgers, and I gotta say it wasn't bad. Service was quick and polite. Shake was kinda thin but it made it easier to suck through the straw so I don't mind.

First of all, they have wifi available so that's always a plus. Employee up front was professional and food was served at a timely manner. Only con was they need a remodel but restuarant is clean so I'll give it a 4 star rating for fast food choice.

Employees are generally friendly. Good portions with a fair price. It takes a bit to get your food but it will be fresh. One can tell the food hasn't been sitting under a heating lamp.

Typical Carl's quality food, and the service is great. I showed up in a bit of a lunch rush and there was one lady who I believe was working 3 registers simultaneously. It was seriously impressive. Got lunch very fast and had a great burger.

Carl’s Jr. hits the mark when you're craving a big, bold burger. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff were surprisingly friendly for a fast-food spot. Drive-thru was a little slow, but the quality of the food made up for it. Definitely one of the better burger chains.

Carl’s Jr is the best of the fast food burger joints, IMO. Yeah, people spout about other places with long lines, but while good, they’re overhyped. I honestly don’t eat fast food very often, usually only on trips. I have to say that this was the cleanest Carl’s I’ve ever been to, with the friendliest staff. We stopped in a little after 11am on our drive to Truckie. The place was empty. Onelia was so friendly and kind, making small talk and actually bringing our food to our table. The restrooms were clean. My wife ordered her normal Western meal, while I tried the spicy western. It was good, but if you’re a spice lover, hit up the El Diablo burger. My only complaint was the price. I know inflation is everywhere, but the cost of one meal and a burger shouldn’t be $30. We didn’t even order anything for our kids. We just let them eat my wife’s fries. Some fast food giant will discover if they make prices reasonable for families, they will inspire loyalty. One last note, my wife was disappointed there wasn’t a changing table in the restroom for our infant. Otherwise, kudos to this location and the staff!

We were there for a drive through and it took qutie a while to get our food. There were only 3 people in front of us, but they must have been short staffed since it took so long.

This WAS a great Carl's Jr, but over the last few months they can't seem to get orders right. I mean, the jalapenos on the Guacamole burger are a nice treat but without the GUACAMOLE it's not really what I ordered, is it? And no, this isn't the first time my order has been messed up. This is probably the 6th over two months. We used to be regulars. But I think we're done with this place now.

I love Carl's Jr. But this one has terribly slow service. It doesn't matter if you go through the Drive-Thru you're going to wait at least a minute for every $2 you spend. No bueno when you have 4 hungry kids. I don't mind waiting if it was just me. Quality is okay...but time is money. And they certainly won't be making it if people leave because they have to wait 15 minutes for a single meal.

I like Carl's Jr for their Angus burgers. The menu is a little hard to understand but it looks like all the main burgers come in a regular version and in an Angus burger version. I used to be able to buy a $6 original Angus burger but the menu no longer lists this item. The Angus burger is apparently integrated in and is a customer specified option with all their other burgers. Like all fast food places Carl's Jr has really raised their prices. A Big Carl Angus cheeseburger with fries and a medium drink was $20. An edit: November 2025 (a year later). 5 stars earlier, now downgraded to 3 stars. Sadly the angus premium burger is not available any more. I tried the Big Carl and it had a very thin burger that could not be browned and keep it moist. So I had a grey colored low quality hamburger. I won't be seeking out Carl's Jr any more.

My famous star looked like a sloppy Joe. The amount of mayonnaise was unbelievable, everything was falling out. The service was unacceptable, the man in front was rude and kept shrugging his shoulders everytime we asked him a question. I would honestly go through the drive through and avoid dine in. I only rated 3 star for atmosphere because I was with my family.

Make sure they give you a receipt after you pay cause when I went the girl there sure can't hear. I ordered crisp cut fries with my order and I got something wierd covered in batter, nasty by the way. Another thing make sure to ask them to read your order back before you pay.

I got the new "Hot-Honey Chicken Sandwich", And I have no complaints about the meal. It was fresh and it was good. But the price points are rediculous. For 1 meal, upgraded to large, But if you want criss cut fries they give you a medium instead of large even thou you pay the extra almost $2, the price I paid was almost $19.00. Nothing special added, Just a plain bun, crispy chicken with some honey on it. I could eat at a decent restaurant for that price. Shoot some even a nice steak dinner. The price is my only complaint thou. No fast food restaurant should cost you $20 for a single meal. That's a little overboard.

I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger. The onion ring in it was the worst I ever had. It was dark brown, stone cold, had burnt ends on it. It was obvious it was made early this morning, or yesterday. I showed it to the lady at the front and she just said ok, and that was it. What a dump

I stopped to order a take away cheese burger meal. After I opened my bag, I found the meat was burned and hard. Tomato slice and onion rings were soggy and seems old. Bread smells. French fries were cold. It ended up in didn't eat the meal. Only, I drank the soda.

Carl’s is my favorite go to burger. This place disappoints so badly. On two occasions, they failed to do the burgers correctly. It was way off! I can’t stand this place. If you’re going to open a chain restaurant, know people expect to pay for the food they order just like how it should be. Don’t change it or make up something because you think you can get away with it! Don’t rip people off!

Simple order for two people. only 9 total people in the store. 6 of us waiting to get our food. About a 20 minute wait start to finish and the order was incorrect. A chicken burger rather than the fish burger ordered and the fries were oily, limp and Luke warm. Our order was 19.99 and we threw away most of the fries. Additionally, ice tea and lemonade taps were empty leaving only the sodas as a choice. The bathrooms were filthy and not usable. Not your brightest moment Carla Jr. 🤔

Gilled bar-b-qued chicken sandwich, large fries, & large coke ---> Fry's were limpy (almost felt like they were wet), now about that sandwich: I'd swear there was mustard on those buns, although I couldn't find any... End result: approximately 45 minutes later..... Guts a hurtin, cheecks a plnchin, & head a spinnin !!!! Will NEVER eat there again. Way over priced, as well.

Ordered a Western Thick burger combo and it wasn't one even though that's what I paid for and the fry box was about half full . Don't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off. The beef patty was the same as the regular famous star , not the thick burger one.

NO PICKLES, NO TOMATOES.. What was the first thing I saw in my burger? A bright red, thick TOMATO? I ordered it stating NO pickles, NO tomatoes. And confirmed it after looking at the screen that showed NO pickles and NO tomatoes. Had 2 meals and it was over $40. The burger had hardly any sauce, one small piece of lettuce had to ad my own at home, i highly recomend not going here. The food was at least fresh though.

Ordered a Santa fe chicken sandwich the chilies was 1 inch wide by 1.5 inch long the chicken was so small it didn't even cover 1/2 of the bun( not exaggerating). For kicks and giggles took the sandwich home and weighed the chicken by itself on my food scale, It only weighed 1.2oz. I could understand if it was a cheap sandwich but it cost over $9. Not worth the money

We had not been to carls Jr for 2 years after the 666 advertisement for el diablo. I think that took it too far. I am a Christian. We finally decided to go have a western cheeseburger. First of all the prices are outrageous! The drive thru attendant did not smile. Did not give off the vibe of loving his job.

After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through lane, (which i would have been more than happy to do had my food been hot and fresh), it was more disappointing than frustrating to get my food after I sat there waiting for it for 20 minutes. While my food sat there, "prepared. I'm still waiting in the drive-through... Food is just geting colder.. I'm still waiting for it... Lets be serious, i was charged nearly $40 for a cold burger and fries and stale chicken stars after we, the food and myself, sat there as its got cold... 40$ for a meal i couldn't eat. What a waste of 20 min of my time because whoever was working was too "high" to complete the order by handing me the food after it was done cooking. CARL'S!! If your prices keep going up, the quality shouldn't be going DOWN. And as high as the prices are for two meals and no boze, the purchase should come with a waiter, even in the drive through.
