Yeti Restaurant is a charming spot known for delicious Indian cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. Customers rave about the naan (especially garlic and basil), chicken curry, and lamb dishes. Service can be slow at times, but the friendly staff makes up for it.

Opinions de Yeti Restaurant Santa Rosa
Probably the best local Indian food I have ever had. They make there own paneer and yogurt. And, of course, naan. And, by the way, their super tasty, melt in your mouth naan are about a foot long. Easily sharable. Service was welcoming and helpful. Come hungry.
Wonderful food, great staff. A must for tasty Nepalese / Indian food.
Friendly and welcoming restaurant with delicious food and kind attentive staff. A pleasure to dine in with my partner and one year old kiddo! Be sure to get the hot pepper soup to start!
This is my goto for Indian food restaurant, especially sense they are on door dash. Love their masala. I'm posting this review for their Himalayan pepper pot soup. It is litteraly the best soup I've had in my life! They should be known for it. Add it to your order!
Great food at a fair price. The Vindaloo was some of the best food I have ever had, although it was a bit too spicy for my fiancé. The Garlic Naan was amazing and their buffet for $15 is steal of a deal. I highly recommended here.
Lovely place. Great food. Nice service. The naan are the best anywhere, especially the butter and honey one!
Best Indian food in the north bay. Period. Best time to go is on the weekends for the all you can eat buffet. A gem in Santa rosa
Probably the best Indian food in Santa Rosa. Convenient location, nice bar and some wonderful option like vegetarian momo and a host of the usual Indian dishes. Sister to the location in Glen Ellen which is also awesome with a nice outdoor patio and similar menu.
Excellent and friendly service. The buffet was delicious, fresh, and had great variety. There is an amazing selection for those with Celiac Disease. Really, the only thing I could not eat was the naan. The food was delicious. The ambience clean and quiet.
Very decent, quiet, and nice Nepali restaurant in Santa Rosa. Their food(specially momo) and service is what makes our experience good.
Really enjoyed the food and prices at Yetis Happy Hour. The vegetable momo is delicious. A generous portion of butter naan was warm and comforting. Tandoori chicken skewers were tender and perfectly spiced.
I eat there every damn time I eat out. Literally the best Indian food in Sonoma county. The portions are great, the food is always so hot and yummy. I constantly do take out and everytime I get so excited to pick it up Omfg the naan bread is large and delicious. I've been to other Indian places and the prices are insane and the bread is like the size of my palm, just sad. The yeti is killing it. Can't wait to order again tomorrow. Cause I know already I'm picking this place when my boyfriend ask about dinner.
Great food! Very friendly staff! Try the buffet!
Have gotten take out from here as well as dined inside. Food is excellent every time. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Portions for both dine in and take out are great for the price. The Naan bread is amazing!! They also have a full bar with great drinks.
We came here for lunch, it’s a very nice atmosphere with comfortable seats and elegant room. The food was delicious and good proportions. The staff was very polite and attentive. A hidden gem
Phenomenal flavors. Generous portions. Attentive service. Wow! Incredible flavors that are just so good. Try the Chicken Korma with, Raita, and Sweet Mango Chutney. Scoop a little of the delectable sauce with your Garlic Naan. Flavor party!
Yeti restaurant is a Nepalese cuisine. It is the best among the best restaurants I have ever been worldwide. The service is great. The food is superb. The restaurant itself is decorated to please the eyes. I highly recommend it. In fact I asked my friends that my special day next week should be booked there. Enjoy!!!
Fresh, bright, distinctly flavored, delicious and healthful food presented beautifully in a welcoming, friendly, happily positive setting. Engaging and very attentive people cooking, serving and tending to you, the customer. Only wish had found the Yeti sooner! Will definitely be back as often as possible and encourage all to enjoy this great find.
Wonderful authentic Nepalese quinine. Atmosphere, location, cultural decor, and cuisine absolutely perfect. Exceptional value. Warm genuine folks who serve the community well Do not hesitate to visit. I exjoyed an extraordinary experience. Big Rick 8/15/2021 Sunday
I know this place for years and definitely my favorite restaurant to get lunch specials or Saturday buffet which you should not miss. The location and inner space and beautiful interior is great for birthdays, anniversaries or corporate occasions.
We stopped in here while driving back from up north and had such an amazing meal. The waitstaff was so kind and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the momo, saag gosht, and bindi masala, and the naan was incredible (the quality and texture puts most naan to shame). Absolutely delicious, can’t wait to eat at Yeti again!
"Absolutely loved my dining experience at Yeti Restaurant in Santa Rosa Valley. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, the full bar had a great selection, and the atmosphere was very welcoming with ample parking. The scenery was just stunning! My friends Chiranjibi Gautam, Madhav Accharya, my sister Bishnu Gautam, and I all had a fantastic time enjoying dinner and cocktails. The owner, Narayan Somname, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a great dining and wine tasting experience. Definitely a must-visit spot!"
This is the best Indian, Nepalese food in all of Sonoma county. Went for the Saturday buffet. Nothing on the buffet disappointed. The huge pieces of Naan to the on point tandoori chicken, every thing was delicious. I would recommend going to Yeti any day of the week.
Yeti opened their second, and larger restaurant in Santa Rosa around 2016 and we are happy they did. The food is consistently good, if a bit overpriced. The location is easy to find, and atmosphere is welcoming, but not elegant. The wait staff seem eager to please and again, the food is really solid. Santa Rosa needs more help with top ethnic cuisine and Yeti fits that role.
The food is excellent the staff is friendly and eager to please and the atmosphere is great. I know that the Yetti restaurant in Kenwood has been very successful for years. I am sure once people figure out how all around great this place is it will catch on. If you have never experienced Mongolian food it is a treat kind of a cross between Indian, Thai and maybe a little Chinese. Try the Tika Masala it's great and the curry(Make sure to specify the heat level on your curry dish!) is great also and the Naan is also delish. I love this spot. They nailed the big 3 for me, Great Food , Great Service and a beautiful spot... Do yourself a favor and check it out.
Went here for take-out again. The restaurant itself has a beautiful, bright, open seating area, which we will be enjoying soon. On this visit, we enjoyed saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, garlic naan, garlic cilantro naan, and vegetable biryani. Sccrrrrrruptious! Every time we get Indian/Nepalese food, I like it more and more. This place is one of the best. My son says he could eat Indian food every day, and I'm with him on that. Back here in January 2025. Eating in this time. The tables are comfy and the service is excellent. I love the food here.
Not as good as Star of India in Yuba City California, but the best around Sonoma County.
Nepalese/Indian restaurant with an extensive menu, full bar, excellent service, and classy, old-style interior. Good parking lot and plenty of room for walk-ins. Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi Tandoori.
Their food is a big step up from the usual Nepalese restaurants. The owners are some of the sweetest hardworking folks I have had the pleasure to meet. Everything is fresh and prepared daily. Yetti in Santa Rosa and Glen Ellen at Jack London Villiage are a dining experience not to be missed!
This is the most amazing Nepali restaurant that I have visited in US. Very high quality food and service. Drinks were equally amazing! Very friendly staff . If you are looking for good food and don't want to compromise quality, this is the place to be. We have had several experiences with Nepali/ Indian restaurants where they don't serve food quality food and the overall standard was always lower. However, Yeti is so different, it doesn't take the short cut when it comes to quality. Will definitely visit this place next time when we are in CA.
We're Indian food aficionados and have tried pretty much every Indian and Himalayan restaurant in the county (and elsewhere on our travels) and this Yeti (we moved into the Rincon Valley area recently) has been on heavy rotation for a reason: The food here is just higher quality than pretty much everywhere else (except maybe for the Windsor Himalayan & Indian restaurant which is pretty equal in terms of quality). You can taste it in the quality of the ingredients and they make outstanding vegetarian dishes here--I have yet to eat one that is not extremely delicious.
Amazing food, refreshing drinks, and perfectly mixed cocktails.
Very nice and attentive staff. The food is excellent. I definitely recommend it. Probably the best Indian food in Sonoma County, I would say.
Great food and always amazing service. Highly recommend this restaurant
They got the best dishes in town and the best customer service definitely recommend.
Fantastic Nepalese food. Highly recommend the lunch buffet.
I am from New York and frequent traveler . I ate best Indian buffet with my family. We ordered momos from menu, it was very delicious. Every food item was great and fresh. I would definitely visit them again. Vinod J. Doddamani
Super friendly, comforting atmosphere tucked under the Redwood trees off two major boulevards in East Santa Rosa. The staff is super friendly and the food is always very fresh. On the more expensive side, but the ingredients reflect the quality and price point. The eggplant potato dish, and the lentil soup have got to be my favorites. The Momo and tandoori are on point. Basically anything you order here is delicious!
Had an early dinner with my son who is close to being a vegan. Hugh portions of excellent quality food at prices that are unbelievably low. Brought in my own wine and total cost of dinner for the 2 of us was approx. $60. bucks Had 4 different dishes and "to die for" bread. Excellent service by very competent woman. I don't like heavy "hot"spices but my son does. Choice of mild, medium and strong . I went mild and it was perfect and my son went in the other direction. This is is very close in taste to Indian food and I wish I could cook as well as they do at this 10 year old restaurant.
A hidden gem. Came here with my very large family. We had 16 people and they were able to accommodate us flawlessly. We ate family style and the server and chef were very helpful in making sure we had the opportunity to try several dishes. I would definitely come back anytime I'm in the area.
I really liked the Tikka masala and the nan. Best Indian food in the area.
My boyfriend and I went here last night. The food is absolutely amazing. The chicken curry was delicious and had the right amount of spice. The lamb vindaloo I think it’s called was good and had that kick of spice that made it perfect. The honey butter naan was delicious as well. Overall a good place to have Indian food. Will definitely be coming back.
Went to this place for lunch and food was very delicious. We had vegetarian Mughlai kofta, Navratan korma, garlic naan, basil naan and Onion pakora. I’ve never had such a soft and freshly made Naan anywhere. Must try their different types of Naans. Service was pretty quick and our server was good. Definitely recommend this restaurant for good Indian/Nepalese food.
Cute and quaint lil place. The food was delicious. Truly enjoy the ambiance and service - Robin was great in recommending dishes to try. The naan was so good and huge - order one it’s plenty for 2 to 3 people to share. ;)
Exotic, outstanding sauces, taste, dishes, a gorgeous atmosphere with aristocratic grace, elegant chairs, furniture, tables; The dishes were brilliant. Grilled chicken, sautéed chicken, combinations with rice pudding and fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits.

Food was really good! Ordered lamb Korma and garlic cilantro naan, my taste buds loveeed it! Hospitality was great! Everyone super friendly and attentive.
Lovely family dinner at Yeti on Saturday night. Every dish we ordered was perfect. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was very special. We have had excellent food and service every time we’ve come here. Highly recommend for authentic Indian food.
We are in the neighborhood and stopped at a charming local cafe for a quick lunch. The experience was absolutely delightful, featuring a quiet, cozy atmosphere, gentle background music, and a menu of delicious, freshly prepared dishes.
We have eaten at Yeti twice in the past few weeks. Both times were very enjoyable. We ordered the fish tikka masala which we found very delicious. The portion was generous and the fish was line caught mahi mahi. The sauce was superbly seasoned. We also ate the saag and vegetable korma, both were very good in our experience. The setting is lovely. The restaurant is large and well decorated. We enjoyed the nature video being played, making the ambiance very pleasurable. The tables and booths provide a quiet space to converse in. The staff was very attentive both times without being intrusive. We will eat here again when we are in Santa Rosa. The business seems slow and we don’t understand why a place that is cared for so well and the food cooked with so much love is not having more customers. Enjoy!
The few times I’ve been here I’ve really enjoyed their food. The lamb was amazing and their garlic cilantro naan was amazing. The staff is super friendly and kind and made us feel super comfortable. I recommend 👍🏽
Were in the neighborhood and stopped for a quick lunch. Absolutely delightful experience with quiet atmosphere, soft music, delicious food. All three of us ordered the set lunch with tandoori chicken at $22. We thought it was a real deal with freshly prepared, hot food, beautifully served, in ample enough quantity to take leftovers home for dinner. The soup and the tandoori chicken were especially delicious. We all decided it was a great place to talk quietly over a freshly prepared, gracious lunch. We will be back frequently in future.

Good food.. We ordered mulligatawny soup, and momos which did not disappoint and some standard veggie curries. The naans were really good.
The food is good and made to order. The naan is particularly soft, fresh, and tasty. The service was prompt, water glasses refilled regularly. The restaurant decor is fine and makes for a special meal out.
Food excellent. Love chicken Tikka Masada and Naan bread. Quiet. Only 3 other tables dinning that night. Appreciated them spreading them out throughout the whole restaurant. No kids menu or options but they did their best
The service was exceptionally good. Our water glasses were never empty. Our meals arrived promptly. The water was polite and knowledgeable. The naan was enormous. Two of us shared two entrees, a bowl of rice, and a naan. It was plenty of food. We had the prawn and basil curry and the chicken vindaloo. Both were good. I will be back.
very good tasting food and the gentleman at the pick-up counter was delightful. but I was shocked to do take-up and get no rice. I only got a bowl of chicken and an order of naan. I have never been to an indian restaurant that didn't give you some sort of rice.
We went for dinner there last night . The food was really tasty and I would go back for the food. The service wasn't that great . After they gave us our food they never came back to see if we needed more water or tea .It' nice looking restaurant inside ...
Their biryani was great, so was the matar mushroom. The food was delivered well ahead of schedule. The momos were a huge disappointment for authenticity and also taste - the typical sauce wasn’t even there. I’d expected the opposite experience with the foods based on what the restaurant claims as a specialty. A restaurant named yeti should have the best momos in town.
I only ordered the veggie momos which were very good. But the wait staff seemed a bit strange when i didnt order more. Mood lighting would be nicer in this restaurant.
My wife and I have eaten at or taken out food from Yeti for a couple of years, and generally love both the staff and food. The only issue we've had is on occasion the vegetable curry is "tired" and overcooked. Otherwise, it's impressive how well run the place is. We have been Indian/Nepalese food fans for over 30 years and Yeti is a delight both culturally and culinary-wise.
Love the food here. Service is okay. Always friendly.
I had a really nice time eating here, it was the perfect temperature with really nice ambiance. The food was very good. I had the Chicken Tikka which was yummy, but the samosa appetizer was absolutely delicious. The naan was on point too. The service was great, aside from us running out of water, but it wasn't difficult to get their attention.
I shared dinner with a few friends here, the food was great (you can see some of it in the photos), but the service was a bit slow at times, and it was not a packed house. This may have been intentional on the part of the waitstaff, in an attempt to give space for conversation and relaxation, but some of my party members wanted more attention (more drink refills and faster check service). Overall I would definitely recommend trying though, just be vocal with your server if you like more attention.
The taste of chicken curry and tandori chicken was good. It was a pity because the amount of chicken curry was small. I had dinner yesterday and when I woke up in the morning, I thought of chicken curry. 😄😋
The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the Naans and dal Bukhara. The vegetarian momos were disappointing, the taste was bland and no momo chutneys were served with them.

Nice restaurant it’s located across from the Pink Flamingo Hotel. I felt like the service was slow and it wasn’t busy. We were seated , water was poured and it took 20mins+ for someone to come and take our order. The food came out rather quickly and it was delicious . We ordered the Chicken Tikka Massala with steamed rice and plain naan . Service was slow to bring out the dessert and check out. We pretty much paid and the dessert came out after . Nonetheless , the meal was tasty and I do recommend .

Very pricey, less (curry) options than more reasonably priced competitors. Nice bar, a tamer selection of foods for the new adventurers, nothing was spicy. The best thing is the naan, so big and fluffy! Like it's made of air.
Decidedly okay, at least for vegans. I attended a birthday dinner here, and I found the food and service to be remarkably adequate. Not great, not horrible. Would I go here again? Only if invited to an event I felt obligated to attend. But on my own motivation, I'll keep looking around elsewhere.
Food was good. Not the best of service. Not very busy but they didn't check on tables much at all. Big portions and great seasoning and spice for what we ordered. First time visiting.
I really like this place but I want to love it which is the reason for only 3 stars.. Their food is good, really good at times. At times, being the keyword. I have found their food to be on the inconsistent side. I usually stick with the same thing and some days it is amazing and full of flavor and so good, and others it is bland and just ok. I typically get the chicken tiki masala and the onion baji. My husband has tried a few different things and has had the same experience. if they could get more consistent with their food this place would be amazing. We usually take the food out but have eaten there and the service was pretty good.
Disappointing. Dal soup didn’t have a single lentil in it. Literally paid $8 for a container of broth (see photo). Meats are clearly not cooked in the sauces they are served in so just lacking that pop you expect from good Indian food. Lamb Vindaloo and Chicken Tikka didn’t have any depth of flavor. Garlic naan and honey naan were outstanding and had generous portions, but everything else was blah. There is a place literally around the corner called Cumin. It is so much better and pretty much the same price. Comparing dishes against each other Yeti tastes like a frozen entree compared to Cumin.
Good service. We got the lunch buffet. The food was ok - the chicken dishes all had overcooked chicken.
We came here for dinner with friends and ordered a bunch of food off the menu. The vegetable Momo, malai kofta and butter chicken was mediocre for the price. The quantities were fine. The garlic naan was exceptional and enjoyed it well. The staff were kind. Great ambience. Plenty of parking available. This place is bit pricey for the Indian food they offer compared to other ones. So plan for it.
Late Friday night dinner prior to them closing. Sat at the bar probably should of gotten a table. Food was made fresh and served hot. Garlic Naan Bread is so good! My husband said his chicken was good I thought the chicken curry was ok. Service ok. Idk if I would go again.
We were looking for an Indian restaurant in Santa Rosa and we almost stopped looking and found this Yeti. Swung there immediately for Dinner. Pretty spacious restaurant. Nepalese and Largely Indian cuisine. We tried Samosa as appetizer and Chai Tea. Tea was served in a soup bowl styled cup and tasted good. Samosa was OK-ish. We ordered : Garlic naans- Bigger than regular size, good right? Began Barta- looks like dal fry, rarely tasted like began barta. Chicken Tikka Masala- Like sweetened tikka masala. Nah! Chicken Biryani- Close to cooker style pulav, chicken was good though. Overall a 3 star rating for keeping the Indian flavor alive in Santa Rosa and humble service.

It was a very nice place with pleasant wait staff. I didn't have the heart to tell them the food wasn't as great as it sounded on the menu... At all. My lentil dahl was brown and full of pinto beans. Nowhere could be found the tomatoes and cilantro described on the menu. My parents ordered Tikka fish and chicken marsala and they also lacked the appealing scent and taste of spices expected from Indian food. We also had to order rice separately with our entree. Finally, but not so bad, was the nan bread orders were "single serve" with one big man piece. It seems customary for Indian restaurants to provide multiple nann pieces for multiple people from a single order. Overall, would not frequent again.
Friendly staff. Beautiful atmosphere. For the price the Food was just ok, chutney was watery, none of the main dishes came with rice had to order it ala-cart at 2.99, the mattar paneer didn't seem the freshest, like it was left over from the buffet, at 12.99 I feel the portion was small. To me this place seems like you're paying for the fancy decor.
Went with family looking for Nepali food, only to be disappointed with the only Nepali food being MoMos. Everything else on the menu is Indian. Naan is good, chicken tikka masala full of sugar and meat was tough/wasn’t fresh. Pallk paneer has no taste and was filled with cream. Atmosphere and service is excellent though.
So disappointed. This was one of my favorite places for Himalayan Indian food. Unfortunately, I hadn't been there since the pandemic started and things have changed a lot. The atmosphere is still great, giving that upscale Asian vibe with big windows surrounded by a forest of trees while being in town and the friendliest service people you could want, but the food quality has gone way down. I used to get big bowls of fresh tasty unique regional food including protein, a veggie, rice, plus a side of nana bread and an Indian drink for under $30. A complete meal with a beverage. However, when I took a friend to visit last week, being so excited to show them this great hidden gem all we got was a small plate of undercooked protein in an uninspired sauce and some rice for the same $30. The protein and sauce weren't fresh or unique. It tasted like anything you could find on a grocery store shelf in a can. It was also half the amount of food and no longer restaurant quality. I know it's tough in the restaurant business these days and I expected the prices would go up a bit because they have everywhere but maybe if they shortened their huge menu to a few high-quality regional specialties to complement their service and decor they could save on food waste and offer a more inviting eating experience for the same price. Otherwise, I'm afraid they will go out of business.
I've had food from Yeti several times and generally it has been pretty good. Tonight, however, we got take out and the Fish Tika Masala was garbage-can worthy....well, my mom (God rest her soul) wouldn't tolerate throwing away "good" food so while someone certainly could have eaten this, I decided I would not. The fish was chewy and the sauce was WAY too "tomatoey". I really could not eat suffer the disappointment so as to avoid aggravating my dead mother (sorry Mom!). We're hoping this was just an off night...let's hope so b/c in this economy I'm not throwing way much!
Went here for lunch at about 1 PM and found the place was not too crowded. The ambiance was great and we were invited inside by a very beautiful Ganesha statue. However, that's where the good part ends. When we went in, there were maybe 2 other patrons. The place started getting busy and others got their food even if they ordered food after us. There was just one server - we know. But, we went in at 1 and came out at 3. That is 2 hours of waiting and having food. The dishes we ordered were not out of place either. We started with Veggie Momo's - they were decent. Our main course was - Mutter Paneer, Dal Bukhara, Chicken Tikka Masala. The serving size of these dishes was less compared to paying $15 per dish. We doubled the Mutter Paneer and the Dal. Dal Bukhara never appeared. The Chicken Tikka Masala was decent. The rotis that we ordered with food was to be made from pure wheat - it was not. We had to order Vegetarian Biryani - worst I had ever had. It was more of a Vegetable Pulav. Did not even get to order dessert as it was already too late for us. The icing on the cake - if your bill exceeds $100, you get charged a 3.5% fee. Definitely not going back here again.

So disappointed!!! We sat down with only a few people in the restaurant and waited over an hour to get served. This place is pricey for the food, and you would expect good service for what you are paying. The wait staff ignored us and the other people around us. We had to stand up and flag someone down just to get attention. Heard other comments from the other patrons about poor service as well. The food was good, but not served hot. The people at the next table over also asked to have their food heated up and asked multiple times for part of their missing order with no response. We never were asked if we wanted desert, anything else, and the bill was delivered without request and no thank you. Just dumped on the table. We are heavy tippers but actually considered not tipping....since it is supposed to be the service you are rewarding. We did tip the minimum 15% only to have the waitress, Jamuna, come back, open the tab in front of us!! and actually look disappointed!! No comment, just turned around and walked away. Will not go back here and DO NOT recommend it.
Most of the food was extremely bland, as if they forgot to add the seasonings and spices. I've never tasted Indian/Nepalese food with such little flavor. Very boring and un-memorable. If you like actual Indian food you're better off with Cumin Restaurant, which is right down the street. Or Kafal or the New Sizzling Tandoor downtown.
Honestly I don't how this restaurant has so much stars. The food was horrible, I ordered Momo and it was 8.99 I think, only 5 couldn't even finish it, worst Momo I have ever had.. And chicken sekua didn't even taste like sekua. I didn't see any Nepali people around just few Americans. No one came to refill our glass either. Horrible, according to other Nepali restaurants I have been too, in other states. I had came to visit from AZand I did not like the service at all.
Very disappointed with the hours. We drove all the way there to find out they closed. The website says 9pm. Then getting there at 8:29 . He said the kitchen closes at 8:30. Cant serve you. We then ask more and he says 8 pm you have to be there to get served. What kind of service is that. Change your website and say you close at 8. This so unacceptable to say the least. Why post hours when you cant abide by them. Not very hard to change the website. We drove all the way from the other side of town.
Extremely disappointed. Called in an order, went to pick it up to find they missed an item. I wasn't going to sit there waiting for the other item while my other food got cold, so I left without dumplings. Got home and the food was good. Very pricey. Charges $2 for rice, that doesn't come with your $16 chicken Tikka Marsala. Then, they charged me twice. Called to clear up the mess and the manager hung up mid conversation. I have to go all the way down there so I can show them my statement to prove they charged me twice. Waste of time and money and no offer to compensate at all for any of their mistakes. Will not return or recommend this place.
Even though I work 2 blocks from this restaurant, I will never return. The food was good, but not good enough to return after the extremely rude behavior of the woman in the kitchen. Upon being seated within view of the kitchen, we heard this woman's shill angry voice and saw her looking at us. What the heck? I was in a happy mood, but this was weird! When the food was served, she placed both entrees in front of my friend, and acted is if I was not there. When we told her that the one entree was mine, she refused to serve me. She just pushed my entree towards me 2 inches, leaving the naan in from of me. Weird. I will never feel comfortable returning there.
I went in to pick up an order, he told me 5 minutes, then I asked him again after 10 minutes, he said 10 minutes again, not a word of truth, there was a male waiter with braids inside with an extremely bad attitude, he also told me that he owns the restaurant! I've never met a restaurant like this! You can't treat customers like that! If I could give 0 stars, I would never give 1 star!
Everything is overpriced. The food we ordered came out at different times so everyone started and ended differently which is not how you serve a meal not to mention we each only ordered one thing. Our server a younger man was hostile and aggressive when we asked we be served at the same time. He mocked and argued with my mother when she told him her soup was cold. This is hands down the worst restaurant experience I have had in thirty five years. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was disgusted with the service and ashamed I brought my family here. I would have given them half a star but that isn't possible. If you want to enjoy a meal stay clear of this place.
First of all Kudos to the location, decor and for the service but very disappointed with the food they serve. I ordered a beer(yeti beer) they say its brewed in house Nepali beer, beer tasted like water. Since the name is yeti restaurant so I thought their might be some nepalese cuisine. So I ordered sekuwa coz only food they serve Nepali was momo n sekuwa. Surprise... they serve tandoori chopped in 7 pieces with Indian dressing as Nepali sekuwa. Very disappointed since they have 2 flags in front of the door ie flag of Nepal and US but only 2% of the menu was from Nepal. Please don't use the Nepali name and serve 98% Indian food. Didn't try the Indian I hope its good but not a big fan. Hope this review would be viewed positively. <See the image for sekuwa and correct me if I'm wrong>
Came here looking at the reviews but the food is bad. When complained about an item on the menu, the chef told the server that he knows better. Good luck if you want to eat here.
Went to this restaurant for lunch today. I was charged $40.00 for lunch. I ordered chicken tikka masala, rice, and regular naan. That’s all I got for $40 bucks. No drink, no salad, no vegetables. And the service was terrible. I was treated like a name and a number. I felt I got ripped off by these ridiculous prices and the food was mediocre. I will not be back, ever.
So disappointed in this restaurant. We love Indian food and had high hopes. We were excited to see paneer masala dosa in the menu but it was basically a crepe with sauce on it. nothing was in it! The rice has no flavor, the dal also had no flavor. The only good thing we got was the garlic naan. The restaurant was empty when we got there and yet the two tables that came in after us got their food and left before we got our main dish. The waiter never came to check on us. Not sure how they stay in business?!
Terrible staff. A waiter invited a customer to fight outside. Customer said “ok, come outside”, manager involved the situation. The waiter didn’t even take off his apron and took a break. He literally kept working after the escalation. And restaurant staff was %100 at fault.
