With this review, I'm judging Vergnano coffee as a product. For me, it's the best coffee in the world, perhaps also due to the fact that it's the oldest Italian roaster, having been around since 1882. Whenever I can, I try to buy their coffee and/or drink it at one of the cafés displaying their logo. Another source of pride "made in Piedmont" and, as one of their ads said, "a coffee you don't take, you choose." As a final note, I once saw that they'd opened their factory to the public for tours; unfortunately, I wasn't able to go, but I hope this initiative will be repeated.

Great company, friendly and efficient staff, quick loading and unloading, and quick paperwork. Coming from the ring road exit, the office building is on the right, with the loading/unloading warehouse opposite on the left. There's space in the driveway in front of the loading/unloading warehouse to unhook a trailer, but be sure not to obstruct the bus's passage.

It's not a public place; I was there for work. It's the headquarters of Caffè Vergnano. There's only one bar inside, but as far as I know, it's for employees only.

This is the company's office. Park your car along the road and walk onto the company's premises. The girl at the reception will give her your car's number and tell her where you'll be taking the cargo. She'll tell you the ramp number. Across the road from the office are warehouses. Drive there, load up, and after loading, walk back to the office with your CMR.

Very good coffee, excellent quality and value for money. I'm not sure who the HR director is in the North, but from direct experience with workers in central Italy, I know the one in the central area should be fired. The workers are always under pressure and/or extremely stressed, often missing ingredients or being "bad" (their words, not mine). I don't understand what happened; I've been using your services since 2013, but I've NEVER seen such conditions in the premises. EXCELLENT COFFEE (in the cup).

I used to bring material and as a warehouse it is very well equipped, nice reception office, and the company headquarters but it does not sell to private individuals (I think) very spacious and well located place, additional warehouses facing the road

Excellent coffee, but the company is owned by terrible entrepreneurs, capable only of operating towards customers on the edge of illegality, and sometimes well beyond that limit, bordering on, if not outright, extortion. They are supported in this by a team of lawyers who seem like dwarves when it comes to morality and professional ethics, but above all, incapable of understanding the world they live in. Therefore, only non-Vergano coffee.

While on vacation in Puglia, we stopped for an aperitif at Cavour 23 in Bari on Saturday, July 3rd. The table staff appeared listless, "it was hot." We waited at least 8-10 minutes before they brought us a menu and then came to take our order. But the very negative thing was that with two aperitifs costing a total of €14 (a non-alcoholic drink and a spritz), they didn't come with a small bowl of chips and maybe a few olives. When we asked, we were told they were paid for. I thought this was very inappropriate for any bar, even the least sophisticated. They bring you something with the aperitif. We found the whole thing very unprofessional. This review is directed at the Vergnano company, which I consider very reputable, but sometimes a visit to a site that bears your name wouldn't hurt.
