Hay que hacer cola ya desde las 12:30 si quieres entrar para poder comer para las 13/13:30, si llegas mas tarde te va a tocar esperar porque se llena en nada. Se come de menú del día a 14€ en el que entra, primero, segundo, postre, agua, pan y café, servicio rápido y buena atención, están pendientes de todo. La comida genial, buena cantidad, buen sabor, para mi un 10!! Cuando vuelva ya se donde voy a comer

I went there just after the 12 o'clock Pilgrim's Mass with the Botafumeiro, and there was already a huge line (about 15-17 groups). When the doors opened at 1 PM, the server came out to take down names, and they called us when a table was ready. I was by myself, but they still gave me a table (thank you!). ordered the menu, which included dessert, bread, and a bottle of water and water and bread were already reday set up. The portions were superb, and the taste was excellent-I honestly felt like I had two main dishes. The dessert was amazing too. The service was fast but never rude (which I really appreciated). You can tell they serve quality food here. And it was only €14. I recommend this place 200%!

You should definitely try this place if you visit Santiago. After Our Camino the best food we had in all our trip . Very affordable Price with amazing staff 👌 so welcoming and calm and always have a smile with all of them even it's too busy. The food is so delicious. We went actually twice with my wife. We would recommend all the dishes.

I highly recommend pilgrims pop by here for a meal after the Camino! The €14 pilgrim menu is a steal, with three tasty courses, bread, and bottled water. It’s close to the cathedral, and the food’s proper good—especially the fresh squid for both starter and main. Only downside is the chips are a bit soggy.

The place to celebrate after completing your Camino. 14€ for an appetiser, main and a dessert. Started off with the Galician broth and it was filled to the brim with various ingredients and tasted so rich. Next, the grilled sole was nothing short of great. Gigantic and fresh, with the flaky meat falling off the bone rather easily and tender. Last but not least, chocolate mouse was a satisfying end to the entire lunch.

Excellent authentic Galician food. An honest, down-to-earth approach: very good ingredients, very well prepared, efficient service with a smile but with no BS, very generous portions at a very reasonable price. The crowd reflects exactly that - a mix of locals, pilgrims, younger and older people, families. If you want to be pampered go somewhere else. I'll come here again in an eyeblink. The pulpo is phenomenal and I could order it even when it wasn't on the menu. Gluten free options and surprisingly good awareness to dietary requirements.

Best service in all of Santiago. I ordered the pimientos and salmon. The fish was a little dry but the peppers were great. Lots of fried potatoes per usual camino fare. For the price this is one of the best deals in town. The waitress was helpful and spoke English.

I suggest you to go to "Casa Manolo". They have a pilgrim's menu for just 12,50€. Quite affordable compared to other pilgrim's menus. Delicious food and professional staff. You have a wide choice of fish and meat. But if you fancy something tasty , you should definitely go there! 😊 I went there twice in a few days.

Hay que hacer cola antes de que abran porque van sin reserva. El sitio es grande y atienden rápido. Consta de un menú bastante variado con agua, pan, y postre incluido por 14€ Si quieres comer bien y sin gastarte un dineral este es tu sitio.

Si buscas relación calidad-cantidad-precio, este es tu sitio. Eso sí, prepárate para esperar. Nosotras estuvimos 1 hora haciendo cola, por lo que recomendaría ir a primera hora para coger mesa en la primera tanda. Es verdad que el servicio es un poco atropellado y acelerado e igual merece más la pena pagar un poco más por tener una comida relajada. Excelentes los pimientos del padrón y el pollo asado.

Un clásico en Santiago Lo conozco hace años haciendo el Camino de Santiago. Buena comida en cantidad y calidad. Bien cocinada. Muy buen precio y muy buena relación Calidad / Precio. Un punto negativo por el que no puntuo con 5 / 5 es por el estado de los Servicios. Si das 200 comidas debes prever que la gente va a utilizar los aseos. A pesar de esto y de las colas que suele haber, Muy Recomendable.

Menú por 14€, incluyendo a parte del primero y segundo, agua y postre. La comida en general estuvo bien. Suele haber un poco de gente, pero no tardan mucho en dar mesa.

Pasamos por casualidad y decidimos quedarnos a comer aquí. Mientras hacía cola leímos las reseñas y la verdad que no engañan. Comimos bien, solo hay un menú pero completo y para todos los gustos. Por cierto, el bacalao....Buenisimo Sales bien lleno y con ganas de decir que vayas a visitarlos.

Comida casera. Dentro del casco antiguo. Zona peatonal. Comida casera. Cocina propia. Éramos 6. Pedimos todos de menú. No es la mejor cena q nos hemos hecho en Santiago xo bien. No entra la bebida si el postre.

El menú estaba muy bien y costaba 14€ sin bebida, es un sitio grande donde no reservan así que haces cola hasta que te sientan, tienes varios primeros y segundos a elegir, me encantó la caldeirada de calamar , escogimos de segundo bacalao y codillo y postre flan de cafe. Todo muy correcto.

If you arrive to Santiago de Compostela at time of lunch, this is a nice place to stop and eat a Pilgrim's menu. Food is great, options for all and price is fair. There's maybe some waiting time before you get a table but once inside, service goes really fast.

Service was excellent friendly and fast despite being super busy. They also did a good job of writing names down for groups and table sizes and accommodating everyone bc there was a huge line outside. I had lentils and ribs. I also asked for my dessert to go and the server gave me an extra slice of torts just to be nice. Great way to end my trip the last night I was in Santiago

The food is served very promptly, with hardly any wait time. One thing to note: the menu mentions "chips," but these are actually crisps. It's a small detail, but it is worth knowing to set the right expectations. For starters, the meat croquettes were delicious, with a crispy exterior and flavorful filling. The salad was impressively large—generous enough to serve as a main course—and equally tasty. The white asparagus, though unexpected in colour, was tender and subtly sweet, adding a delightful twist to the meal. Additionally, there was a mix-up with one of our main dish orders—it was either beef or veal that was served instead of chicken. This led to some confusion, as the dish appeared undercooked at first glance. The staff were quick to apologise and replaced the dish without hesitation. While the ribs were flavorful, they did have a fair amount of fat. Another member of our group found that her fish was served too cold for her liking. Despite these minor issues, the overall value and central location make Casa Manolo a great choice for a casual meal in Santiago. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others looking for good food at a reasonable price.

This is a very popular restaurant for menu del dia in Santiago so be sure to queue before they open if you want to dine during the first lunch rush or get your name on the waitlist. It is cafeteria style food where it is already prepared and ready to be served very quickly. The portions are very big, but the flavour is not great. We enjoyed our appetizers, but the entrées were quite bland (just salt and pepper).

The tapas are uninspiring. Overdone peppers, overcooked octopus, overcooked scallops, undercooked potatoes, disgusting croquetas that are almost cold, it could go on. Really there was nothing good or tasty here. The menu is a good value and pagine that is worthwhile. Overall, the food quality is just poor.

After a long walk for 5 days; I welcomed a recommendation about this place. I was shocked at how bad it was. Felt like we were in a food hall ready to feed the mass! Ordered the Milanese Schnitzel; cardboard would have tasted better! You can put large plates of food on the table but when it’s covered with shredded ice berg lettuce, it’s not hard to make it look full. Then there were the staff, all bar one; rude, racist and I did not see 1 single smile from anyone! I would avoid this place like at all costs!
