Goog food and clean place to have a meal. Noe (...I'm not sure about the name) is extremely helpful and attentive.

Buen sitio para ir a desayunar. Abre pronto, y en el centro si quieres desayunar no hay muchas opciones. No suele haber mucha gente por la mañana, se está tranquilo. Tienen wifi gratis, así que para trabajar un rato bien. Tienen la comida habitual de VIPS. El lugar es amplio y se está cómodo.

We visited VIPS for dinner, and while the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were attentive and polite throughout, the experience was somewhat marred by the lack of stock on many menu items. It was disappointing to arrive with high expectations and find several options unavailable, which significantly limited our choices. Even so, the service was friendly, the explanations clear, and the team very professional, trying to offer alternatives. Overall, it was a visit with good service, but their stock management could clearly be improved to ensure they can deliver what they promise on the menu.

We were here on Friday, April 18th, at around 7:30 PM. When we approached and wanted to enter, we were stopped and not allowed in, told we had to wait for permission. We waited for 15 minutes!!!!! No one paid any attention to us, even though there were plenty of free tables. But since it was a holiday and almost everything was closed, we were forced to stand and wait. I have never seen such disrespect for customers anywhere!!!! It's outrageous! For this attitude, I've lowered my rating to 3☆. The food was delicious. The management needs to explain to the staff that people standing in line are potential customers. They should at least be seated at tables and offered menus and drinks, instead of keeping them in line for 15 minutes.

Necesitan contratar a más personal, había pocas chicas, y no daban a basto, de todas formas , siempre fueron educadas y amables, no se dejaron llevar por la presión. Eso hizo que tardasen más de 20 minutos en atendernos. La comida llegó templada casi fría, y la cuenta tardaron otro tanto en dárnosla. Calidad precio, más la espera, no me compensa. No volveré a ir.

"Abre a las 10". MENTIRA. Voy para desayunar antes de comenzar el camino, me hacen esperar para nada y me dicen que no me dan de desayunar que no abren hasta que enciendan la cocina. ¿No saben vuestros empleados que eso se hace antes del servicio? Ha sido el 11 de Diciembre de 2025, espero que los dueños del local tomen represalias ante un trabajo mal hecho.

Experiencia horrible, fuimos cuatro y solo nos sirvieron la mitad de lo pedido, luego cuando fui a reclamar me dijeron que ahora nos daban el resto después de media hora más esperando solo nos sirvieron parte de lo pedido. En resumen dos horas para que nos dieran la mitad de lo pedido y eso que apenas había gente esperando. Lo seguro es que ahí no volveremos

Después de esperar 20 minutos a que nos atendieran, tuvimos que ir a la barra a preguntar si servían en mesa. Una vez atendidos y comentándole, que teníamos un poco de prisa (después de 20 min de espera), pedimos y a los 10 min nos dicen que no tienen vainilla, cambiamos el pedido y después nos dicen que si tienen. Al pagar nos piden disculpas pero todo fue un despropósito.

Hoy estuve esperando a que abrieran para tomar desayuno en Vips Cancelas y me fuí porque eran 10:10 y seguían cerrados. Tienen un cartel con el horario que dice que abren a las las 10:00. Las dependientas dentro tomando su desayuno. Incluso tomé fotos.

Fui a xenar con mi familia y la mayoría de lo que queríamos no había existencias, de postre solo tenían brounie y después de más de 10 minutos esperando decidimos pedir la cuenta porque no tenían ganas de traernos el postre. Vergonzoso es decir poco

10:22 de la mañana, entro en el local las chicas en cocina, hablando de sus movidas, me vieron perfectamente y una de ellas sudó por completo de mi. La chica que me atendió nada amable, la verdad. El ambiente? Llegué y por que vi en Google que estaba abierto, por que si no pensaría que estaba cerrado aun teniendo la verja abierta. Todos los empleados menos el cocinero de barba…me miraron con cara despectiva, cosa que trabajando cara al publico es bastante de probable Un 0, por lo que veo nadie tiene ganas de trabajar

Yesterday's visit was the last straw. We are (were) regular customers, and in recent months the service and food have gone downhill. The photo shows my daughter's plate, untouched—the amount of food is astounding. The potato wedges on our plates were ice cold. We asked for them to be heated or replaced, and after 10 minutes they brought them back just as cold. The dessert menu, after we asked for it and went to get it, never arrived. Not even the children's menu, which includes dessert, and we left without it. And the most unbelievable thing is that there were literally only four tables, but we had to wait ages for everything. I sincerely hope you do something about this, because many reviews mention the same thing. We knew this place when it was doing very well and had high quality. It's a shame, but after giving it many chances (since we work in the hospitality industry and know that things don't always go well), we won't be returning.

This is my second time here. My second chance. The first time was a disaster, food-wise. The second time, I didn't even get to eat. The blonde, curly-haired waitress decided she didn't want to work anymore and felt it appropriate to insult me ​​and the entire table for trying to get service, even though there were only four of us in the place. She was having a great time talking and doing absolutely nothing. At this point, I doubt there's any kind of supervision at this place, given all the complaints I've read about this particular waitress and the overall service. I'd rather they just close the door.

13 euros thrown straight into the trash. I went for the first time yesterday. I ordered a calamari sandwich to go. The staff was friendly and quickly handed me my bag with the sandwich inside. When I got home and opened the box containing the sandwich, I was shocked and realized why there's almost never anyone in this place. The problem isn't the staff, but the value for money. The sandwich was tiny (one of the smallest I've ever seen), the calamari was rubbery and dwarfish, possibly due to having been refrigerated longer than recommended, and the bread was tasteless and not very fresh. This whole fantasy dinner was accompanied by 10 potato wedges. The sandwich was so bad it ended up in the trash, and all I ate for 13.45 euros were those 10 potatoes. Definitely not one to go back!

We arrived at 10:00 p.m., and our food didn't arrive until 11:15 p.m. The burger in a smash sandwich was raw. The €12.45 Caesar salad was ridiculous. The pancake from the children's menu took 30 minutes after we ordered it, and it was raw.

The meals are so expensive and the portions are small comoared to the price you are paying, the burger bread was not fresh and the chips that you get with your is just a tiny portion. To add to all this when you buy a menu you don't get a drink you have to pay an extra 2,75€ for it. For the price of that meal I could have stuffed myself in any other restaurant in the center. I don't recommend this olace for anyone.
