They provide the daily special course. I really enjoyed not only delicious food and kindness of staffs. Although here is the restaurant where locals usually visit, they tried to serve even a foreigner like me with patience, who aren’t able to speak Spanish. If you want to experience the local vibe, here is the best option!

The seasoning was excellent, the salsas were delicious, but not spicy. There were six of us, and it took over 40 minutes to be served. I think if they were a little more organized, they could improve the service. The service was very friendly. The turkey with purple cabbage was something new and very tasty.

Nothing like what Quintillas once was... With the Guerrero flavor... Today I went to lunch and among the variety on the menu, they offered me consommé or watery soup as a starter... I thought I'd order the soup; which had a sour taste and tomato custard, clearly a soup from days past... For the main course, they offered me chicken with mole and tuna croquettes... I thought I'd order the croquettes; the coldest croquettes I've ever tasted. The rice tasted like it was going to be thrown away that very day because it was so sour, not to mention the salad, with burnt (red) lettuce that was dubious to wash... The most tasteless water I've ever tasted; I wouldn't even know what it was unless I asked. The tortillas were all stuck together and sticky from being microwaved... The salsa was served in a bowl with dried salsa residue on the sides. The crockery was dirty, the most ordinary plastic cups, and not to mention the cutlery; with food residue in the back slot. The staff was dressed in dirty civilian clothes, without caps or masks, holding their noses, handling dirty material, and then serving plates and grabbing the cups where their mouths are... Anyway... $95 was all I spent to make me want to go back to this place...

I'm not mentioning anything about food since they didn't serve me, it's changed too much, the same people aren't in the kitchen anymore, the waitress who served us to bring the coffees took more than 15 minutes and when we asked for our order they hadn't even started it yet so we better cancel, before it was wonderful, you entered the place and it made you hungrier than you had before because it smelled so good

The food has recently declined in portion size and quality. Plus, you never find a set menu anymore. It's just a matter of preparing what's better to order a la carte because you pay more. There are a lot of flies and the occasional cockroach. The waitresses are no longer willing to work. The place has become so overcrowded that the service is piecemeal and grudging. I hope they open another similar place in the area soon; it's sorely needed.
