Great service. The server was fluent in english and was very warm. He went extra miles to make sure he gets me a good glass of wine. The food was amazing.

Dined here a few times during my stay at the Ritz Carleton in Santiago. The food and service here was excellent!

Absolutely fantastic! Service was exceptional, very personal. Food was the best I've had in months. The Ossobucco empanadas were sensational, and the filet was superb as well. I will probably come back again before I leave.

Un lugar al que recomiendo ir! La comida es excelente, con gustos distintos y una carta muy amplia. El servicio fue espectacular. Como intolerante al gluten, debo decir que cumplieron y más! Muy atentos con los detalles. Hicieron que nuestra experiencia sea aún mejor.

Cool and fancy

Incredible only begins to describe Estró Santiago, the combination of extraordinary service and amazing food make Estró Santiago a must for Brunch or any other occasion. We can only hope you have Sebastian as your waiter, while he had a number of tables to look after, the individual attention he gave us made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. His knowledge of the wines is very helpful and assisted us in making our selections throughout our meal. The variety and quality of the food will blow you away, the salads are out of this world and the Chefs clever combination of greens and meats is both unique and delicious. There is a dish for everyone at brunch no matter the taste in foods but aside from the delicious variety of dishes the fact the Chilean wines are included make this an absolute must. I must admit the Pisco sour was my favorite and it doesn’t take many of these to feel very festive. Estró Santiago is the right place for a special occasion, time with family or just a desire for an amazing meal and experience.

Absolutely worth a visit. I have eaten at plenty of high end, classy and fancy restaurants, this one has by far the best value for money for a restaurant of that category especially when compared to other restaurants in Chile. Fairly sized portions, great ambiente, delicious food and great service - shoutout to Jose who was our waiter for the night. The Angus striploin is a must try - very unique taste. Its a shame I didn't get to go there earlier. 100% reccomendation

After almost 24 hours of traveling from Seattle to Santiago, we decided to grab a quick bite in our hotel before turning in for the night. however, this "quick bite" blew our minds! It was not until later when I did the research and found out Estro is a renowned fine dining restaurant - we are so lucky to dine here for our first dinner in Chile. We ordered ceviche and mushroom dumpling as starters, both are very delicious. The ceviche is made of fresh tuna and seaweed, full of citrusy aroma and taste; The dumplings are a bit spicy, and juicy, reminded me of the comfort food from home. We ordered seared hake as main dish - that's the one truly blew our mind. The smoky smell you can taste from the smoked but fresh fish meat, the absolutely delicious and rich sauce made from mussel, and the texture of rest of the ingredients - serrano ham, artichokes, beans and more. Whoever created this is a genius! We enjoyed our dinner very much! on top of the fantastic food, the service is impeccable - our host was accommodating, and our server (wish I got his name) is very knowledgeable of wine and food pairing. Thank you all for the wonderful dinner!

Good executive lunch of 23KCUP- three courses and water with soft drink. Massive portions both for starters and mains with the two amouse bouche of onion bread and tuna cone. tuna cone was excellent the onion bread less soo- too yeasty. We had a chap called Camilo who was excellent and had great knowledge of wines as well as places to visit related with wine. Food: starters: tuna tartare was massive portion and excellent.The egg Benedict salad was tasteless and unimaginative also lacked seasoning. The main of veal was massive again- bit of the fattier side : tasted like beef cheeks, was good. Desert: both the cheese cake and Bavarian mouse was very average. Once again excellent value for money with courses and portions. Amazing service from Camilo.

Their lunch menu is the best value for money you can get in this part of town. Professional service.

Fue menú ejecutivo, me gustó la variedad que ofrecían, el tartar y el plato de fondo con polenta estaba muy bien logrado. Quizás el postre no era lo que esperaba, se veía más bonito que de sabor.

Very nice atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was delicious. Starters - tuna ceviche (it is not the typical ceviche, it is more like asian style, but very good), the king crab may not have been full of flavours, but this is a subjective opinion. Main dishes - angus steaks each kind very good ! i recommend that for sure. The food was nice, drinks and wine was too, overall we were satisfied with the dinner. The only thing we did not like was the fact that the waiter came to us only twice within 4 hours we spent there ! My recommendation is that you could make a better service, in that case you would have many satisfied customers and also more food/drinks ordered and higher tips ! This “small” fact like nor coming to us to ask if we did like the food or want anything more causes not our full satisfaction. Just take this as a recommendation to get better in the future. Good luck !

I'm temped to give it 5 stars, but to me nothing deserves 5, no one is perfect, but this place comes close. Very good service, The food was wonderful, beautifully presented, perfect proportions, so tasty that you almost wanted to lick the plate. Wthout doubt one of the best restaurants in Santiago. Highly rcommended.

Not bad, not awesome , fair...

I rarely eat at a hotel restaurant unless needed as usually they are average but this one had good reviews and usually a Ritz restaurant is worth it. The meal started well with friendly service and the Salmon tartare cones. They were delicious! The tables on the patio are wonderful. We ordered the salmon and the Sea Bass. I was particularly looking forward to having Chilean Sea Bass while in Chile. Ironically the salmon was the hit and the Sea Bass was dry. Also, after we chose to order just a glass of wine each instead of a bottle, our waiter abandoned us. He stopped checking on us and we had to ask for the check (albeit typical in Chile) after quite a long wait. Please note this isn’t a bad restaurant, it’s just not consistently great for a 5 star hotel. There are many options for good dining in Santiago, this one is average for fine dining.

Brunch at Ritz is the best you get in Santiago. Unfortunately only food wise. I have been going to this wonderful Sunday brunch for over two years now. What amazes me is how Ritz manages to keep a very high standard of food while, in the very same time, their service is getting lost. Sunday, 2nd of February 2019 was again such a day. Empty plates were stacking on the table for 20-30 min and in all this time, nobody would come to clean up. The same happened with the drinks. A generous variety of drinks are being offered but there is nobody to offer it to you. We have been talking on several occasions to the waiters, but nobody seem to care. As a client you felt there is no manager behind, whatsoever. Funny thing is that the waiters would always find time for private conversations or to check their mobile phones while customers were desperately looking for some kind of attention. It is not the first time that this is happening and on every occasion I had the chance to speak to someone who was in charge, thinking that I would do them a favor instead of publishing a negative comment online. However, not that the situation did not change, but service becomes every time worse - absolutely no Ritz-Carlton standard. However, the price remains as high as before - which it would be fine if they would have at least someone to fill up the glasses and clean up the tables.

Not worth what you are paying, especially in the vibrant gourmet neighborhood of Isidora. Food was delivered cold and then only lukewarm. We had to change our wine and main course selection as they had run out of inventory. Service was its only saving grace.

I had the risotto with artichokes and crawfish. It looked so tasty, but it was too salty. I couldn't finish my meal. The wine was great though
