My boyfriend and I have been looking for "our place" to go for Chinese food in Saratoga Springs. Well after a year of looking we've found Sunny Wok. Hands down best Chinese food in Saratoga, and believe me we tried them all.

The food is amazing. You don't have to wait very long at all, and it's all cooked right there!

Super fast, even when there is a crowd they can get your order finished in 10 minutes. Their food is also really good!

Easy ordering on website. Delicious food and they are not stingy with the more expensive ingredients. Love it!

I JUST hung up the phone from ordering, and had GREAT service. Veyr kind, easy to understand, and when i gave him my number, it SOUNDED like he called me by name, as if they had it in their system from when i ordered here before. which is a very nice, Personal touch. PLUS they have the BEST fried rice and crab ragoons!

Great food, when I order they always fill it to the brim, let's me know I get my moneys worth. Sweet and sour chicken was delicious, the sauce is fire.

To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. My food was hot and fresh. General tso was peppery, spicy, and sweet like it should be! Will be back again soon.

I come here all the time and never have any complaints about anything! I just have to call to put in my order and the lady who runs the counter knows what I order everytime so I just have to call and she knows what I want. Great customer service

Great food from good people at a fair price. Boneless ribs, sesame chicken, general tso tofu, and all their different Lo Meins are delicious. I'd stay away from the vegetable roll.

No delivery, but wow, the general tso chicken, pork dumplings, and crab rangoons are best in the all of Saratoga. Call ahead and the food is ready for pickup fast.

Everything I ordered is sold out. What’s up with that??i have tried a couple different times to order. Are they closing??? Trying to get rid of all the food. I used to like this place but they barely have anything.

Had the General Tso's combination plate - the food was bland and lacked flavor and it was labeled "spicy" but they must be mistaken as to the meaning of the word. The only positive thing I can say is that they got the food out relatively quick and were fairly polite, however I won't be returning.

Called to place an order to be delivered because online says they deliver.. man who answers says "no, only take out" so I say "oh, because online says 'only delivery.'" He hangs up on me. Nope. Never been here and never will. 🖕🏻

Ordered and was extremely disappointed 😞 The egg rolls were sopping with oil and over cooked at the same time. My lunch combo was also unbelievably oily.

First off, they have children picking the stems off of peas, in the "dining" area, "child labor"? Hmm, let's see here, everything is sticky, the tables, chairs not to mention the door was proped open, letting the entire saratoga fly population in, to lay eggs all over, the food took literally 35 mins to cook, they weren't that busy, only one person walked in and everyone in the back was not wearing gloves, they were eating foid over the other food they were cooking- (had the kids working) we only ordered crab rangoons, beef teriyaki sticks and chicken and broccoli- the crab rangoons were cooked in old ass nasty oil, the beef teriyaki sticks smelled like cat meat, (don't ask me how I know) they didn't have any flavor, I guess they ran out of the "teriyaki" sauce.... and the chicken was raw and the broccoli was like eating pinecones- we didn't spend a fortune there, but jesus, the quality of the food, the angry looks from the lady yelling at the kids, and the total lack of cleanliness in this establishment should be enough to make you walk away- do yourself a favor, drive to Queensbury NY, or Glens Falls, NY if you want decent Chinese food- I'm just being honest with this, you can hate me all you want-

The food tasted awful. Every dishes used the same red sauce. The sauce looks like using food colors. Hot and sour soup is sweet soup.

There is no "Gluten Free" on their menu and online menu.

This was a terrible experience. The people had 2 10 year old kids taking orders who didnt even interact with you at all they put the wrong order in so I had to wait for another 30 minutes because the children messed my order up. My wife asked for a small side of sauce that we were charged 3 dollars for and didnt receive that either. So she went back in for it and came out empty handed and said the woman cooking yelled sauce no free!!!. so I looked at my receipt saw it on there showed them that and also noticed on top of it all that they gave us the wrong change and shorted us 4 dollars!!! What kind of business is this?

I read the reviews here and took a gamble eating here. Apparently that was a mistake, because the reviews are SPOT on. I had ordered plain lo mein and pepper steak with no onion because Im very picky, and the lady at the counter was very rude about it. When I got my pepper steak, it was 80% onion! And, for just the two items, the bill was just under $19! I'm not sure if the onion was intentional or an accident but there was such an overwhelming amount that it felt spiteful. Im disappointed because the food was super good, but theyre so rude that I was too shy to even go back in and try to have it corrected.

I was in a rush & placed a takeout order while shopping nearby. I ordered various appetizers along with a main dinner dish. I only ate the spring rolls, fried dumplings & hot/spicy soup. The food, especially the dumplings tasted “off”, so saved the dinner for later. By 4am I was in the bathroom for at least an hour dealing with what I can only assume was food poisoning. I threw out the rest of the food and for the was sick for at least 2/3 days. DO NOT ORDER from this restaurant, or do so at your own risk!!!!

Took three tries to get through to these people and they were not helpful at all. Didn't want to answer questions, just wanted to get me off the phone. Their prices are way more expensive than the menu on Google Maps. In order that should have come to about $20 by the menu was $30 over the phone. I'll just find another place to eat.

Sunny Wok... Well, it isn't sunny! The customer service was about as cloudy as it gets. Don't ask for lo mein as a substitute for pork fried rice, apparently that is frowned upon here. Also, we noticed after we placed our order that the same server who came to the register to cash us out, walked to the back (in plain view) and began hand rolling what looked like raw dumplings, without washing hands or putting on gloves. Neither customer service nor sanitation seem to be prioritized here. We will not return.

The meal was for two people. It was extremely hot so I thought chinese was a good change and he would eat it also. We bought enough to have for a snack later or lunch the next day. Huge mistake. He got General Tso the chicken pieces were the size of a nickle, the sauce on them was barely orange with no flavor. I got Singapore Chow Mei Fun they didn't even get the noodles correct some were over cooked while others were still crunchy like not even cooked. They had plenty shrimp, the chicken surely didn't taste like chicken and there wasn't any pork, carrots or peas. This has been my go to meal for over 30yrs and this was the first time that it was so bad I had to throw it away. 😫 We got Sweet n Sour chicken again chicken pieces so small you tasted mostly batter, PuPu Platter everything over cooked, The good thing they made was Fried Dumplings perfectly done. Just the dipping sauce was overly salty. I believe they just think that we won't drive futher to get good Chinese food because thier restaurant is on outskirts. Well I certainly will be!

We came here from out of state (Truck drivers) walked into this facility for less for 3 minutes and seen the workers in the back cooking with no PPE (gloves) and saw a worker grab food literally out of a pot he was cooking in and continued to throw food in the trash. Following up with that he wiped his nose during COVID. Your welcome.

I keep giving this place a second chance, but never again. I ordered a roast pork egg foo young combo with crab ragoons. The egg roll was soggy with grease with almost no filling, the crab ragoons were the same way. The egg foo young was paper thin and came with a thickend teriyaki sauce (not the peanut sauce it's suppose to have) the atmosphere inside was cold, literally, no heat, their all wearing coats. No more chances.

We also got sweet and sour chicken and it was more like sweet and sour breading. There was little to no chicken in it. We live 20 mins away they won’t deliver to us and all I wanted was the correct meal and they refused to do so.

I've eaten at numerous Chinese food places within the five boros of nyc, in some interesting areas to say the least, and they're was always better than Sunny Wok. Lunch specials have gone up in price while their portions are smaller. Do better!

It looked like a kids meal and the pork fried rice was just rice with a very small piece of pork in the middle cut up ..How pathetic! Get your shit together for your future customers... I won't be one of them ..

Once I arrived to pick up my order I looked at their paper menu, which was different in prices as well.. I called the guy out on it and said you overcharge me and showed him the price that was on their menu! I WILL not be going back because I don’t like dishonesty!
