Omg they have been around for a while now in Saugus, and I have passed by many times thinking that they won't have anything for vegetarian people since it's a sushi spot. Boy, was I wrong! I was alittle under the weather and wanted Pho, and once I got there I placed my order and noticed the sushi menu. Saw a baked veggie roll, she suggested it was worth the try and you wont be disappointed! I'm so glad I finally tried and found my new favorite spot.

Food here is always delicious. We love getting their poke and cut rolls.

My husband and I drove from Bakersfield and stumbled upon this place. Decided to stop and try their AYCE dinner. About $46 per person. We don't eat sushi rolls, only nigiri and everything was excellent. The sushi was cut so evenly and made with care. We will be back!

Good portion on the sushi rolls with many options. Friendly people there. Good prices for the rolls. They also have poki, ramen, and pho for more varieties.

We ordered 3 items to go, and only 1 item out of 3 tasted exactly how we like it and worth the price. We highly recommend the Luis Hand Roll without jalapeños and mild. Please don't ever order the Chirasi Bowl, it turns out to be pieces of sushi on top of a bowl of plain rice, with a side of seaseed salad. They did not serve soup or anything else, so it was pricey and the sushi tasted meh. Yellowtail roll was okay but not exciting. We didn't order Pho or anything else for there is any place to sit properly to enjoy soup or other dishes.

Food is decent. We like the pho and sushi. The atmosphere is not great due to how depressing and unwelcoming it feels. Service is abysmal to the point where we didn’t even get acknowledged walking in. Ended up walking to I Love Sushi instead and won’t bother with this place.

The first visit was great. My second and third visit the portions were less and the table service was terrible. I had to ask the waitress for everything from napkins to a drink.

First time here, I ordered 3 bowls of Pho and some egg rolls to go and the broth we got for the Pho was terrible. Very oily and bad taste. I love pho but this experience was very bad.

Service is terrible here, very slow when it was empty at lunch, my second time here giving it another chance and I won't be coming back. Price is 36 for lunch for all you can eat, Wow! They give you wayyyy too much rice per piece and purposely don't give you your whole order, they do it very slowly to try and fill you up with a mound of rice for each piece of sushi and not bring everything out at once like other places. They play dumb like they forgot something, I wrote 3 things on the sheet and it took and hour and half to get those 3 items. If you want all you can eat rice for 36 bucks for lunch this is your place! What a joke! I will only go down to the valley and get all you can eat from now on for 22 bucks for lunch way better quality, service, and not wait 2 hours for my food when it's not even busy. They did the same thing to me both times I ate here and could barely get any food for all you can eat. I really got tired of waiting for the few small simple plates of sushi we ordered. They play games here and for the price you pay plus everything was served on styrofoam plates like you were at home barbecuing in the backyard instead of being in a high-end sushi restaurant, avoid this place definitely not worth your time or money.

Co Worker and I went in on our 30 minute break. Only one other party seated at the time. He ordered a Poke Bowl, I got fried rice, we ordered two miso soups and a calamari appetizer. Took 35 minutes for the appetizer, 40 minutes for the Miso and 47 minutes for the dishes. Needless to say we had to take it to go by the time we got it. The rice was bland, my friend didn't even finish the poke, the "Tempura" calamari was simply panko crushed, and the Miso was basic. And it's LOUD inside. The music was cranked up so loud we had to yell seated across from each other.

We ordered 2 New York steak Bento combos. One came out with pink meat even though it was ordered well done and the other order came without the salad rice and everything else that comes with the combo and when they brought out the meat it looks like it was freshly microwaved with boiling splattered sauce on the plate. If you ever overly cook something in the microwave you will know what I mean. We told the waiter and he said no that stick is well done and wasn't denial when you can see the meat was not cooked from a distance. I spoke to the manager about the combination Bento boxes and she just said if you don't understand something then you need to ask with an attitude. Absolutely will not come here again
