The Cheesecake Factory offers a very inconsistent experience. Sometimes the food and service are great, and other times they fall well below expectations. The quality really depends on how busy the restaurant is and who happens to be working that day. On good days, the food is fresh, well prepared, and served in reasonable time. Portions are generous, the menu has plenty of options, and the cheesecakes are consistently good. When service is attentive, the overall experience is enjoyable. However, during busy times, service often becomes slow and disorganized. Orders can take a long time, food quality may suffer, and staff can seem overwhelmed. Communication is sometimes lacking, and attention to customer needs drops noticeably when the restaurant is crowded. For a restaurant of this size and reputation, consistency should be a priority. Customers should receive the same level of food quality and service regardless of how busy the location is. Overall, The Cheesecake Factory can be a good dining option, but the inconsistency makes it unreliable. It is enjoyable when everything goes right, but disappointing when standards are not maintained.

The Cheesecake Factory is a must for us when in Cali, although my favourite dish is not on the menu anymore. However, the food was great, but tge service was a little slow although helpful and friendly. It was not busy so it was relaxed and of course we also enjoyed the dessert. Never enjoyed the lighting in there though, makes me feel like I'm going blind.

The food was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service. Although we had to wait approximately 25 minutes due to not having a reservation, it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere strikes a wonderful balance between cozy and elegant. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and the staff kindly surprised her with a small cheesecake topped with a candle. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pretty good food. However, the ahi poke chips would have been better with more toppings. It had mostly mayo sauce. Very skimpy on avocado and tuna. Half the chips were left over.

Ordered the chicken wrap appetizer, lettuce wraps were all wilted. The soup and sandwich lunch was delicious, as was the grilled chicken salad. Lunch portions were plenty! Had the "fresh" strawberry cheesecake there - very yummy, with 2 raspberry white chocolate cheesecakes to go - even MORE yummy.

I want to start by saying I'd rate this CF 4.5 stars. The food is very good, and the atmosphere is friendly. We had a group of 7 that was seated promptly and served relatively quick considering the number of patrons present. But there were a couple of issues that made the experience a little less than great: the tables and menus were so sticky - especially the menus and it was incredibly hot inside the restaurant. These things probably had everything to do with the 100*+ heat and large crowds. But it detracted from the typically awesome experience we have here. Other than that - food and service were good. Would definitely recommend - just not on 100* days.

The food was good, as I had the chicken katsu, while my family had other items and they said it was decent. The service wasn't worth the $115 I spent. The hostess said that she was going to text me when they had an available table and she never did, and luckily, my Mom reminded her and we were finally seated. Our waiter didn't have a care-like attitude. After placing our drink orders, it took him a while to bring our drinks and bread, as normally, this is instant at other locations I've been too. After getting our drinks and bread from other servers, we then waited longer for him to bring us straws. He never did, as other servers did provide us straws right away. After receiving our food, he never checked on us and see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. I think he wanted us to be done quick because he kept watching over us, and when I asked him for the check, he brought that really quick and attempted to sound friendly, which I didn't appreciate.

We were celebrating my nephews birthday 🎂 and told the waiter and he gave me 2 options a single dessert 🍨 which everyone does or a cake at full price. I said the single dessert 🍨. I had celebrated my day a few months ago in a different cheesecake but in Glendale and I got a slice of cheesecake. For him they gave him a tiny pudding 🍮 and didn't even sing. When asked about the singing the said they dont sing anymore. He also mentioned they removed about 40 items from the menu.

Wide open restaurant with tons of space. Lots of tables indoor and outdoor. The bar are is a decent size too. For all the table and people eating, I didn’t get the jammed pack vibe. Spacing of tables is great. We started off with the avocado egg rolls. Those were very yummy. It was shy of $17.00. For my drink, I ordered a pineapple mule. The turnaround time to get my drink wasn’t good. I’d give it 20 min and that is being generous. To top it off, the drink wasn't good. I had about 3 sips and left it. My guest ordered a Mac and cheeseburger rare. The burger was cooked as requested and the taste was yummy. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. I have the seared ahi tuna with rice. It was good but I wouldn’t order it again. It was too sweet. Finally dessert!!! I had the banana cream cheesecake. Light and fluffy, yet at the same time rich and creamy. I wouldn’t go back for the food but I’d go back for the cheesecake.

It was about a 30-40 minute wait which was expected for a Friday night. After being seated we were greeted with the server telling us she was filling in because the original server was on his break. She said his name was Patrick. We ordered our drinks and started to figure out what we wanted. When she returned she dropped off bread and drinks and said she would be back to take our order. 19 minutes later she came back. My wife and I order for us and our kids. I ordered a couple of appetizers to start with. About 10-15 minutes later we were out of drinks and no appetizers still. I was able to ask someone for refills that were walking by and asked where our server was. They said they would check and comeback with our drinks. 10-15 minutes later a runner was bringing out our food with no appetizers. I saw a young man helping the table next to us and I assumed that was Patrick. He never came by our table to ask if we needed anything or if everything was okay. I walked over to him and he was counting his cash at an order tablet. I asked if he was our server and if he was Patrick. He said he was and I started to explain that we never received our appetizers and that we had just started our food and would like refills on our drinks. I told him to forget the appetizers as we got or food. Minutes later he stopped by to ask what our drinks were. Food was good but just took way too long to get. The service was not worth the money. You can tell that he knew we were not happy. When he brought our drinks and sauces I just asked him for the bill and containers to go. Another 10-15 minute wait and he returned. What really got my upset was he had the nerve to show me the receipt and tell me that they took the appetizers off and they were not going to charge me. For what? Something I never got. What is the joke of a piece of cheesecake you sold me for almost FIFTEEN DOLLARS?! It looks half-eaten, and came with 2 small strawberries. I've come to Cheesecake Factory for years (never this location) but wow, never again.

My husband and I took our 3 yr old granddaughter to dinner last night. The restaurant was not busy so we figured we would have a nice dining experience. Unfortunately, despite plenty of servers we waited over 15 minutes to get soft drinks. Then another 20 minutes for our dinners which were cool to cold. Our server did not ask us if we needed refills and we did. Our bill was $140 with tip. We don't go out to dinner very often due to the cost. It would be nice if a business would show their appreciation for our patronage by doing a good job. Not planning on returning.

The food was disgusting. I didn’t finish it nor want to take the food home. My partner ordered a steak medium well. The steak was bloody probably could it hear moo. Ordered my daughter the marinaría pasta it was hard. She didn’t eat it. My partner said “who ever thinks this is good probably doesn’t know what good food is”. They are other places that doesn’t break the wallet but have really good food.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I have dined at this location many times before. We stay over in Valencia often during our long drives. The last two times my family dined here were in November with a server named Adrien who gives stellar service. In fact, the second time we came, he stayed later and took our table. I don’t know who the server was tonight but I walked out before receiving my meal. It was a female with dark hair. I made a reservation. We were sat quickly. Then we waited at least 9-10 minutes for the server to greet us. I asked my husband to go to the front and have us moved but the server arrived as I was telling him. She took our drink order and food order at the same time. She didn’t seem keen to serve us but I let it go. She left and was gone for more time than it takes to get four drinks. We got our cucumber appetizer before getting drinks. We sat there for a few more minutes before she returned with drinks for us and another larger party. It was clear that she cared for more the larger party where she believed she would get the bigger tip. The larger table had drinks and bread. We still at this point did not receive bread. I walked to the front to ask the host if we could get bread. I was quite aggravated. I wanted bread before my order came. I gave them my name so that they could locate the table I was sitting at, but they did not know and I did not know the table number or the server’s name. One hostess asked the other host to follow me to my table. Instead of getting us bread the host proceeded to speak to the server who was busy putting an order in for her large table. There is nothing like watching two people talk about you and then knowing you have to tip one of those people. Clearly we were low priority. We decided to leave. I refuse to tip someone who does not earn it. I’m tired of giving my money to mediocre servers. I told the host at the front and the manager that I would pay for what I ordered. They could not figure out what table I was at and the manager left to find the check for me to pay. But as I was speaking to my husband, he asked me why I should pay for a drink I didn’t consume and order that was not delivered. He was right. We left before the manager returned. I came in tonight after driving 6.5 hours from Phoenix in crappy weather expecting to use my bonus gift cards I got from my gift card purchases in November. I should have asked for Adrien. I am tired of getting ignored by servers who judge me because I have kids. And nobody can tell me different, I worked and managed in the industry for years. I had enough tonight. I’m so very disappointed as I was looking forward to Cheesecake Factory. This is the first review I have ever left like this on Google, but I’m in my feelings about the experience.

Saturday 12/27 1pm. When our ahi tuna nachos came out with only a few pieces of tuna, we asked a server if they could ask the kitchen to add some tuna to the plate because what was served to us was a plate of fried wontons with a few pieces of small ahi tuna ( we counted 5 small pieces). The waitress, who was NOT our original waitress pointed to one piece of fish on the plate and said "there's fish right there". We asked for a manager. After a few minutes, the same waitress returned without a manager, with the same plate of nachos, and said that if we wanted to add more tuna they would have to charge us. We said absolutely not, just take the appetizer off the bill. I mentioned to her that I didn't appreciate her comment either, to which she rolled her eyes at us and walked off with the biggest attitude. No apology, no attempt to correct or make the situation right. Needless to say I had to track down the manager myself, explain what had happened. We canceled our lunch order and left. I cannot believe the level of poor service at this location. Any other restaurant establishment would have just remade the order correctly. But if you want eye rolling and attitude instead, by all means this is your spot.

Sunday Breakfast Disappointment We came in for breakfast this past Sunday to enjoy a meal with our family. The initial greeting was warm, and our drinks were served promptly, which we appreciated. It was clear that our waitress was overwhelmed, but we remained patient and understanding throughout. We placed an order totaling around $120, including two plates of chilaquiles with chicken. Unfortunately, the experience took a downturn when our food arrived. The chilaquiles were served ice cold, and there were only three very small pieces of chicken on each plate. The salsa tasted off—extremely watered down and not what we expected. To make matters worse, one of our family members ended up with severe stomach pain afterward, which speaks to a possible issue with the food quality. We’re sharing this not to be negative, but in hopes that the restaurant takes this kind of feedback seriously. We love supporting local spots, but food safety and quality can’t be overlooked. Update Second attempt: Disappointing Experience at Cheesecake Factory – Valencia Location I decided to give the Cheesecake Factory another shot after a disappointing experience in the past, especially since a company had kindly gifted me a gift card. I figured, "Why not try again?" Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why I had stopped coming. My daughter ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, and when it arrived, the chicken was pink and semi-raw in the center — completely unacceptable. I ordered the Chicken Bellagio. While the chicken itself was cooked well, the dish was disappointing overall. The arugula was soggy, and the noodles were drenched in butter and incredibly salty — with little to no pesto, which is odd since the Bellagio is supposed to be pesto-based. It lacked flavor balance and presentation. On a positive note, our waitress was an absolute gem — kind, accommodating, and very understanding. She did her best to make our experience pleasant. However, the manager's approach was unprofessional and borderline condescending. When I raised concerns about the raw chicken, he tried to explain it away by saying it’s poached and "finishes cooking with the pasta." I’m not sure what culinary standard that follows, but pink chicken is dangerous, and I’m not about to end up in the ER over a bowl of pasta. I also mentioned the lackluster noodles, and instead of listening, he seemed more interested in making me feel bad for speaking up. I even offered him a bite to taste for himself — he declined. Yes, he did offer to remake the dish, but by that point, we were already an hour and a half into the meal, and I just wanted to leave. What made it worse was overhearing another nearby table also complaining about their food. It seems like something is off with the morning kitchen staff — whether it's a different chef or just a lack of oversight, the quality was far below standard. My advice: if you must eat here, avoid the morning or early afternoon. Maybe after 5 PM, you'll have better luck. As for me, I think this was my last visit to the Valencia location. If I ever get a craving again, I’ll be heading to Sherman Oaks or Glendale — at least there I feel like I’ll survive the meal.
