⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mendocino Farms – Valencia Absolutely amazing! You have to stop and try this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. I had a small issue with a previous order and called in — Malcolm answered and was so kind, understanding, and professional. He encouraged me to come in and speak with a manager, and when I did, I met Olive, who was just wonderful. She made sure my order was perfect and helped me get the sandwich I had been craving. Both Malcolm and Olive went above and beyond to make my day better. This is hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. Thank you, Mendocino Farms Valencia team! 💙

Food is great and you can tell their ingredients are really fresh. Didn’t know what to try but the man at the register Andrew F. helped walks us through the menu! Talked with what I assume was the manager for a bit as well. Overall great vibe, good food and friendly staff.

I love Mendocino Farms. I love the vegan banh mi. It is very flavorful and the tofu is really good. I also love the pickle potato chips that they have.

Hello, I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit today during the new menu launch at Mendocino Farms. The restaurant was extremely busy, with high volume and some understandably frustrated guests as the team worked hard to keep up. During this rush, Manager Olive provided exceptional hospitality and leadership. She personally checked in with me, offered a drink while I waited, and carefully verified that all of my order modifications were correct. Beyond that, she consistently supported her team—calling out orders, monitoring operations, and proactively engaging with guests who seemed upset to ensure they felt acknowledged and cared for. Watching her remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in such a high-pressure situation truly stood out. This is a strong example of what great management looks like in action. I visit this location often, but seeing her lead the team so effectively today was genuinely impressive. Please recognize her for the amazing job she is doing. She represents the brand exceptionally well and absolutely deserves recognition for her leadership and hospitality. Thank you.

Pretty nice place and a rather comfortable place to eat. Lemonade was nice and the workers were great. Not totally for me but next visit might change it.

I ordered the Peruvian Steak sandwich and it was average at best. I’m not sure why is called Peruvian it doesn’t remind me of any Peruvian food I tried before, lots of bread little bit of meat. My wife enjoyed her Turkey Avo Salsa verde sandwich. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this place too many better options imo.

How can such sandwich go out of the kitchen to customer looking like that, And i discovered that when i got home! I was hungry & too exhausted to return! We love the place & the food so please don’t ruin our experience everytime & do what it takes to keep your customers!

Last time I was at the store had the person go to the kitchen make sure they are aware of the change. And still order came out wrong. I think the main issue is the kitchen, it is a mess back there. Staff are nice, but back in the kitchen, not so Good, Jose, the kitchen manager he make the mistakes but never stand up for his mistakes just become arrogant about it. Sad that this branch is a mess like that. With the wreckless attitude I wouldn't trust the kitchen there.

I’ve been eating at Mendocino Farms for years. We order take out and delivery for company meetings on a regular basis in LA and OC. I placed a take out order in person today at the Valencia store at 10:30am for a 1:00pm delivery 2 miles from the restaurant. The manager told me I had missed the cut-off for delivery but since it was only a 10 person order he could take the order and deliver it himself. I appreciated the gesture and tipped $75 to show my appreciation. After waiting for an hour past delivery time I called the manager. He told me there was a mix-up and he would get it delivered and then call me to “make it right”. Eventually the food was delivered but several people had to leave and the order delivered was different than what we ordered. Half the food was wasted from so many people having to leave and I looked bad to the group. The manager never called back to “make it right”. I submitted feedback through the Mendocino website. I received a call from the store manager a few days later who said he was going to issue a refund and provide some type of credit for future catering but he didn’t follow through. This now seams to be the typical story where a great restaurant chain grows and loses quality and service the bigger they get. 6 weeks, 12 emails, several phone calls and voicemails and even filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will never order catering from Mendocino Farms again.
