There'yre food such as nachos and potato soft tacos are freshly made. Everyday they have happy hour and during that time considering that the freezes there are usually about $3.00 they make it $1.00!

I won't say that Taco Bell is a culinary marvel, but it has a purpose and serves it well. For a place like this the start rating has to do more with consistency. Taco Bell, like many other fast food places is cheap and convenient with decent food. 5 stars because the restaurant was clean and the service was good, and the food quality was consistent with what is expected.

Delicious and super cheap... I can order a bunch of food and pay with the change left in my pocket... service is always slow, it takes a while to get the food. I recommend getting your tacos here. They taste authentic and delicious, I just wouldn't go there if I was in a time crunch.

This, this has to be; without question, the BEST Taco Bell I have ever eaten. The XXL burrito, was indeed, XXL. Everything in it tasted as though it had been made that morning. The seasoning was wonderful, the steak so tender. The tacos were also generous, and crunchy fresh. This place puts all other Taco Bell to shame. Absolutely would order again!

This Taco Bell is the closet to our home. It's also one we like going to as our order is always prepared in a timely manner. The employees here are very friendly and patient when you are ordering food. The drive thur moves at a good pace. On weekends it's a little slower then usual.

This fast food restaurant has plenty of tasty Mexican food. I love the burritos and my wife likes the tacos. If you sign up for the app, you will get offers of specials and save even more money. The staff is friendly and helpful. When you're not in the mood for a burger stop by Taco Bell and you'll be satisfied. If you don't want beef, no problem because they have plenty of food with roasted chicken.

The newly renovated location right across from Canoga High is a well needed restoration. That old place was so run down and well abused by high school students, which seemed for decades is now a modern-day taco bell. It's the closest taco bell to my house. I think they missed the visual presence from the street. The big sign and store are so far set back that it's very easy to miss as you drive by, i missed it twice, and i know where it is. The signage is very poorly placed for such a grest location on topanga canyon. With that said, i went inside, and they highly rely on unmanned kiosks to take your order. I stepped up to just get a snack and was perplexed how to order what we expected to order. , no onion , extra sour cream, or our own personal concoction we have become used to ordering for all these years. I find these kiosks are not user-friendly, and every fast food place that has one expects us to know how to use their propietary system , like we took training on using it and unless yiu est there that often i dont plan on learning how to be a cashier at taco bell. Fine, it's not that important since most of the patrons go through the drive thru anyway. It neds a Ai screen persona that you talk to and takes your order . It would be great if that in screen ai presence was of famous people taking the order . Imagine orsens well or tupoc taking the order. Or even the Taco Bell dog. But something you talk to insread of you . . pressing the buttons. The food was good and as expected from the simple items they have. It was hot, and it was actually correct now . I used to go home and have asked for no onions. It would have double onions, so that is something addressed with great success. It's funny, but you have to order how many taco sauces you want now, lol. All in all, good job cause it was well needed. It does have better technology and belongs in 2024. I like Taco Bell. Always have and am glad to see this 🙏 location back. I think ownership should really consider making thre sign mpre visiblr from the street that can be fixed, so do it. Got an order at almost midnight. This Taco Bell usually gets it right but this time my cheesy gordita crunch and chalupa supreme were cold an one was incomplete. I went back (very annoying to do at these times), and the manager was polite and gave me a refund. He said he'll communicate with his staff. They better improve. Kitchen: you're not the only ones who want to get home, have a nice meal, and maybe have a nap. I'll still leave 5 stars since this usually doesn't happen.

If you hate talking to people, get your tacos here. They've installed digital screens where you can order and skip that horrible, trauma inducing experience of actually having to talk to someone. I actually hate these screens, but use them anyway because I figure if I don't do it now, by the time every other place in the world has them, I'll be too old to figure out how to use them.

this taco bell goes through 5 star streaks for months then drops to 1 star quality other months. ive gone from eating here once a week to once every few months just to avoid the risk

Decent service.... Got my order 8 min after ordering which isn't bad. Food is good...what can I say.... It's not to write home about. Restaurant was cold.... Outside was 52 and it felt like 50 inside which is not good if service would be slower. Food would get colder.

I love burrito supremes. Do you know that you can always switch it up by asking for green sauce in the burritos instead of red, which is the standard menu ingredient? I like getting one of each sometimes.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is perfect, and sometimes you get an entire order that is not good. Last time we went, the cheesy roll-ups were filled with unmelted cheese (which my 4 year old cried about), the chalupas were cold and soggy, and my mango iced tea tasted like water. The time before that, everything was perfect.

It’s a Dollar Tree so nothing spectacular but the staff are nice and the store, as always, has cheap options since I travel a lot for work it’s one of the best places to get my tooth paste, spade, and a few snacks and so on. Overall 4/5

With a family in the car and all wanting something different the guy working the drive-thru was awesome. He was patient, helped us out with the kids describing the food as "the new one from the commercial"and even added to the order was we got to the window to pay.

Taco Bell has made recent improvements. Used to take - no joke - 20 minutes to get your meal here. I don't think they knew what "fast food" means. But they have it much, much faster now. Must be new management. Whenever I want Mexican but don't want to spend $12+ at a restaurant, you know I'm heading here.

Drive-thru. Food was hot. Watched the breakfast burritos get pressed. Quick service. Polite and professional. A little surprised at just how good the experience was as my typical experience with the Bell is not great. This however was stellar. I'm only taking a star off because the burritos were not very good. Not terrible, just had a strange taste to the flavor that I didn't enjoy. However, I think that's more of an anomaly IF you typically like Taco Bell offerings and generally speaking I do. I just don't order breakfast here and probably won't in the future but that aside, good trip the Taco Bell this morning. Well, don't trust their prices online. Apparently, we pay an upcharge for the whole California minimum wage standard and the prices on their app and mobile site are incorrect. This is your average Taco Bell, same as every other one everywhere else. It's reliable fast food and if you've ever been to one then you know exactly what you're getting.

Food was fine, typical Taco Bell fare. But this Taco Bell has to be the slowest I have ever been to. The extremely slow service is normal at this Bell. I frequent many different Taco Bells. This is the only one that is CONSISTENTLY SLOW. But I do love me some Taco Bell, so I will continue to endure their lack of speed.

This place is just fine for what you're expecting... cheap food that tastes pretty good. But the inside is always dirty. And the drive thru during any sort of busy hours always slows down to a ridiculous crawl. Don't bother trying to stop here to grab some food real quick for either lunch or dinner from there. Either go inside (but I can't garuntee that would be any faster) or go somewhere else. But again, cheap food, and the people working there are overall very nice.

Cashier and workers, Both seem like they were going to commit suicide. Food was normal and hit the spot but also the lights in the store kept going out on us. It was freezing inside the dining room on a very rainy day. Definitely didn't feel welcomed inside the store, but luckily it's Taco Bell and it still tastes good.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. Atmosphere? It's Fast Food- not Puerto Vallarte. I like taco bell even if I get indigestion every time I go. The service is 'eh' but I think that's because they're forced yo pay insane wages to teenagers. The food is generally thrown in a bag, and it's a 50/50 shot on whether they give you taco sauce.

There was food everywhere on the ground and tables, the bathroom looked like a bomb went off and the person who was supposed to take our order told us to go to the kiosk instead of helping us. My suggestion is to only come here if you are using drive thru. This specific location is not up to par on the inside. Always food on tables from previous customers and it has a very weird smell all the time.

They ALWAYS get the order wrong in late night drive-thru. 5 times we went in the last 2 months, 5 times items were missing from our order. Check your bags before you leave!

Multiple times since the quarantine has this spot let me down by forgetting the items. It's unfortunate because it's almost our go to. I get charged for my full order but miss some items in the bag. Still going to this spot regardless I just wanted to speak up this time.

I had dinner there on Sunday, Monday morning a came down with severe food poisoning. It's now Tuesday and I'm still not sure if I'm going to be able to work tomorrow. I will never eat from this establishment again.

I cannot recall ever having a good experience at this location. First off, this location ALWAYS seems to close early. I've visited several times, sometimes a couple HOURS or so before closing time, but have been disappointed numerous times. Tonight I went through the Drive-Thru a little after 10 p.m. & they were already closed. (Their hours say they close at 1 a.m. & there were 4 or 5 cars lined up behind me). That aside, the customer service is always severely lacking. From now on, if I'm really craving Taco Bell, I will drive across town to another location rather than return to this one.

This Taco Bell location consistently turns off all of the outside lights for the restaurant by 11 pm during the week. The sign on the street is turned off, the menu light is turned off and the name of the restaurant is turned off. The first time I went through the drive-thru, before 11:30 pm, I noticed that all of the lights were off and I had trouble reading the menu because it was so dark (there were no backlights on the menu) so I mentioned it to the cashier when I paid for my order and I was scoffed at by the cashier. It was an unpleasant experience but I decided to give them another try and again, the next time I went before 11:30 pm, all lights, signs and any indication they were open were turned off. It seems like it's more important to the night staff to intentionally drive customers away than to generate revenue and business for Taco Bell. Very disappointing management in the night staff.

Anthony on drive through is always rude AF. He literally tells you the amount, hands you change (the wrong change at times) and hands you your food. If you ask a question, he gets annoyed. It's fast food bro. I've worked a drive through before. It's not a lot to ask for someone to be friendly for a customer service job, it's it? food at this location is inconsistent, too.

They ran out of Mexican Puzza on the first day after the comeback.. After all the promoting the comeback of the Mexican Pizza for months,, you don't plan to at least a few day supply. Whoever runs this place should be fired. Terrible customer service too.

Worst Taco Bell on EARTH! Can't get your order right for the life of them! They are poorly managed and can't operate a business! Every visit comes to no surprise that they're out of something! One visit they're out of ALL cups except small cups and wouldn't provide any compensation for drink size difference. Once they were out of Mild Sauce, and they've been out of multiple different fountain drinks on several occasions. My favorite of all time was when they were out of HARD SHELLS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Who handles inventory there? Oh my goodness! I will NEVER go back to this Taco Bell! I'll just drive accross town to the other location! This place is a JOKE!

I asked them and for their manager and the manager just told me that their system was the problem. Well they should have told me beforehand! The night shift was annoyed by me trying to pick up my order that I had already paid for in the app, then made loud rude remarks after I received it and waited outside for my ride. To top that off the food was terrible, the crunchwraps I got had little to no meat in it. It was basically just lettuce and tomato.

Unfortunately the manager today was very unwelcoming and unaccommodating. My wife and our children went through drive through and she forgot to include a bean cheese burrito for a child on the order. She asked if she could add it at the pickup window and the manager had an extended discourse defending his position of why he wouldn’t “disrupt his process” . The extended discourse took longer than if he simply would have added the burrito like every other fast food drive thru . This would have showed empathy to the soccer mom and five kids and prevented a bitter taste . Be kind manager and realize that some people may require a little customer service excellence above the average situation

They have a hiring now sign on the door, but say they "don't need people". They have one bathroom that smells like something dead is in there and has smelt that way for weeks. Now, they withhold bathroom access. They say you have to "buy something", but I guarantee you there's no system in place for if you buy something at the drive thru or in the lobby and don't use the bathroom. The number of times people do that likely far outweighs the times they use the bathroom, whether they purchased something or not. On top of that, they refuse to fix one of their drive-thru card readers despite needing to and having the money, and they often get my order wrong.

I’m leaving this review because of repeated unprofessional behavior at this location. On multiple visits, staff have whispered, laughed, and acted immature while I was present. This has happened more than once, and it makes the environment uncomfortable as a customer. I’ve already addressed this concern with staff and management in the past, yet the behavior continues. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of who is ordering. I hope corporate reviews this location and provides additional training on basic customer service and professionalism.

I know it's a Taco Bell and not a gourmet restaurant but LITERALLY every order is missing items or completely wrong. Due to proximity I have sadly visited this place about 6 times. Always some mistake. Today's dilemma is a missing Chalupa & this giant piece of lettuce in my burrito that I specifically ordered with NO lettuce.
