Peet's Coffee

As always except really good coffee! And as always exceptionally slow service, but I attribute this to management staffing skills than the actual staff themselves who are brilliant 👍🏽 and put in above and beyond the effort to compensate for management's lack of staffing balance 🤔

Pam August and Ella are great! Walked in with my dog and he got a puppy treat and water. They were super friendly and courteous.

Been a Peet's drinker for many years. This location has friendly service, awesome baristas and as usual, amazing coffee. Couldn't ask for more!!

The barista was knowledgeable and gave such a warming welcome. I had the cold brew black tie. It tastes delicious. It reminded me of a vanilla cold brew with sweat cream.

Excellent coffee, excellent service. Even the crowd feels a bit more intellectual. Did you know the owner of Peet's taught Howard Schultz (the CEO of Starbucks) everything hE knows about coffee? Love all the holiday lattes! Love the fresh coffee bean selection and even the merch selection. I've never had to wait long for coffee always less than 3 minutes. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating inside and outside. My parents live in Saugus and I still travel all the way here every morning to grab a cup of delicious coffee every time I am in the SCV. The only thing I could change: Build multiple Peet's around Santa Clarita! #ThePeopleLovePeets

A good place for a quick cup of coffee. Its best feature is that it's close to the bike path, just get off the path by T.J. Maxx and follow the road to the stop sign and Peet's will be on the right. If you park your bike next to the left wall you can keep an eye on it from inside. If you mention that they should put in a bike rack, we might get one.

My favorite coffee shop in SCV. I've been a Peet's coffee drinker for many many years. Staff is friendly and the coffee is top notch at this location. Highly recommend!!!

I love Peet's ...I just wish they didn't close so soon. I crave my coffee late at night for movie night. 10pm would be awesome :) I'd be the happiest 😭 STOP CLOSING SO EARLY! :(

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast on a recent trip to Santa Cruz. The shop has a convenient location in the central downtown area. The coffee drinks are well-made and Peet's beans make for a fabulous cappuccino. Service was warm and friendly. Overall, a great spot for an excellent coffee drink!

Awesome coffee! Had an iced latte and you can tell it’s good coffee and it’s not all milk as other places, you can taste it. I would say that if you are not into strong or dark coffee this one is pretty strong, I personally love it, but if you are not really into that, maybe ask the barista for a different roast or less strong coffee, they are awesome and very kind so they would definitely help you with that

the minute you walk in the door and receive the friendly greeting by the barista, you know you're in a good place. you will then be treated to excellent service by a staff which is not just well-trained, but who sincerely Love the product they sell & and clients they serve. and they Know about Coffee. in addition to the freshest and best selection of coffees from around the world, they serve the freshest and best pastries. I have loved this coffee for a while now, and I never got a chance to go to the actual store until this time. The staff was very friendly, and the drinks are made fast! And what can I say about the quality of the coffee? It is delicious. I totally recommend this place, as there is plenty of socially distanced room for people to sit and enjoy their coffee.

Peet's is my go to coffee place in the SCV. I used to work there while I was in school. The turnover is high but the current crop of baristas are great. Patrick is particularly to blame for the March towards better quality. His cappuccinos are perfect. I'm bummed that Major D isn't on the espresso bar any longer, but that's what happens when the corporate reins tighten.

The staff was awesome the drinks were on par with Starbucks pricing... But I hate to say that my drink was pretty bland that being said I was basic and only had a blended mocha frap. But I would go back.

I've told Google several times that I did not go here. I tried removing it again and I got brought to this rate page. I'm not trying to give them a low score for Googles error. I was only searching for breakfast and coffee while I was in the area. I did not go or order.

Too much attitude for coffee. They never have regular coffee brewed, and they make you wait "two minutes to brew a fresh pot", turns into ten minutes, and then they act like you should be grateful.

Immediately upon walking in, one staff member, Steph, rudely asked me and my group to “not block the door,” even though we were simply reading the menu prior to ordering. Further, our group’s orders were not accurate to our requests—one person somehow receiving a protein matcha smoothie instead of a strawberry smoothie, and another receiving a hot drink instead of iced. Quality of drinks and food itself were great; however, majority of staff were not friendly nor helpful. Steph, most especially, gave our entire group a problem. Would not recommend unless you want your morning coffee made with a side of attitude.

Don't get me wrong I love Peet's coffee! I used to live close to the Seal Beach location and they were fantastic! This one in Santa Clarita made me sad. The young man who was making the coffee would yell out your name with his hand to his mouth then turn around to give you your coffee after he has touched the top of it. I know COVID isn't as bad as when it started but it's still around. This guy needs to learn what cross contamination is, and on that note the other older much heavier man wipes the sweat from his head then uses his hands to get the pastries, I've watched both of these things happen over and over again. Gross!!! I was the third person in line and waited 35 minutes to get my coffee. The staff were slow moving and talking to each other. I won't be going back to this location. They need to learn some customer service skills.

Horrible horrible experience, Leslie at McBean location deserves negative stars if possible to give, maybe she was having one of the bad days but that is no reason to treat a customer the way she did ,loving Starbucks and Corner Bakery now more than ever, never ever returning to this particular Peets location ever. Never had such a bad experience ever in my life at a place like this, Leslie has scarred me for life.

(Before I start I want to say that I did not eat or drink here rather sat outside.) me and my friends were out skating nearby and decided to sit down at a table next to the stairs out side, yea we were skating it but that’s besides the point. They sent out an rude security guard who forced us to leave. We really weren’t doing anything and did not effect their business or anything there was no reason for the overweight rude security guard to kick us out for doing nothing.

The ice coffee I ordered was supposed to be ice coffee with oat milk but no oat milk whatsoever! My daughter’s drink the same. When the ordered two more croissants. Just needed to be heated took over 15 minutes and they weren’t busy. It was not a good experience at all!
