First and foremost, I feel I must tell you all that I am a Beer Club Member. This isn't sponsored or anything, but that is one of the byproducts that happened because of the environment here. I come primarily for two reasons: the service and the beer. I typically sit in the bar area whether I'm staying there or waiting for a table. I've met waiters and waitresses that took a minute to recognize me, made and make me feel special. I get it, I'm a patron, we should all feel like that, but I REALLY feel like that here. I engage in conversation with them and it's mutual, just a great interaction. My mom, who wasn't too fond of BJ's prior, now enjoys it because she's also seen the real quality of this location and the people who work here. But you also want to hear about the food? I'm fond of a wing and salad combo, best of two worlds. What about the weekend prime rib special? Salad or soup, prime rib, and pizookie for about $35? Pretty solid to me. They've got options for everyone. Want to hear about the beer? They have a solid consistent variety with a rotation of partnerships or seasonals. Want to hear about beer club? About $35 every two months and you get a deep dish pizza ($33 value), appetizer (price can vary on app), pizookie (I don't know the price because I don't eat them too often), plus curated beer every two months, and deal on their beer in house. $35 gives you back so much more. Try the new Smores Pizookie, can't lose!
Davood and Caitlin were amazing was having a 0 star experience do to some bad people saying racist comments near me . Davood took my complaint seriously and took action immediately. Caitlin immediately greated us at our new table and was upstanding and positive. Adrian the manger also made us feel great about our experience. Food and drinks was also amazing 🤩
Been coming here for years but the menu has recently been upgraded and it's pretty dang good. I usually do the filet mignon with garlic mashed & Asparagus which is really a tasty combo. Today was a few appetizers & a lunch special....All was very good. After lunch I decided to try the Alabama Sunset cocktail 🍸 It was KILLER..... Fernando was our server and he was great....
BJ’s Restaurant in Valencia is always a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a lively vibe that’s perfect for both family dinners and nights out with friends. The menu has something for everyone, from flavorful appetizers to hearty entrées, and of course their famous deep dish pizzas. The drinks are well-crafted, and their wide beer selection is impressive. Service is consistently friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Don’t forget to finish with a Pizookie—it’s the highlight every time. Highly recommend BJ’s Valencia for quality food and great service!
Great experience! Food was perfect for after a long day. The waitress was so kind and considerate. Didn’t have to wait long.
This is the first time that my husband and I are eating here we're having an early dinner meeting up with some friends I'm having a New Orleans jambalaya my husband is having the baby back ribs in a Caesar salad everything looks good everything looks really delicious
BJ’s Valencia, California. We had a great dining experience with a server by the name of Amanda G. She was amazing. She was extremely attentive, funny and fun very natural. She checked on us enough, made sure we had everything we needed. Her personality was out of this world and she was able to handle multiple tables without you not feeling neglected in the process. She is a natural at what she does and I hope this review gives her some type of reward, promotion, bump in her pay etc.. I know that we are all uniquely made, she’s one that stands out. From a very happy and satisfied customer thank you BJ’s of Valencia and thank you, Amanda G!! -Kendall B.
Food was good. I ordered my usual. Vibe in BJs was good too. Better than I remember. Dessert is always a 10/10.
Our server George was exceptionally fantastic! He made sure we had everything we needed and his customer service was 10/10! Our food and drinks were excellent! The music and atmosphere was very upbeat. Definitely recommend this BJs restaurant to others! Great way to end a day at Six Flags with a good dinner and drinks!
Service is always great even when it’s busy. Food always comes out hot and quick. Their beer is great, this is a great place to watch games!
I ordered take out from the BJ’s in Valencia and it was great! The food was warm and it was neatly packed with napkins and utensils. Everyone was super friendly when I arrived and it was an overall great experience!
My wife and I live in northern santa barbara county. and about once a month we travel to Valencia CA. we have been coming to this location since it opened in the mid 2000s. And in that time they have upheld their excellent service, good atmosphere and good quality food and drinks. This has been our favorite spot since its right across the way from the Hyatt. Also during covid we were still able to take food to go which was very nice during that uncertain time. Its also a good place to watch major sporting events. during the world series the whole place was packed with Dodger fans. And everyone had a good time. Recently we visited and we spoke with the restaurant manager. And she was very down to earth and attentive to our needs. She is an asset to this restaurant and maintains its highest standard for this area. Thanks again.
Val is the absolute BEST!! Attentive and kind and really intuitive with her guests and timing and recommendations. I LOVE the happy hour here, and most of the service and servers are great…but Val…once again it must be said: is THEE absolute BEST. Request her if you come to this location!
BJ’s is a great place to take the whole family. The food is always delicious and service is always good. We will be back!
Had a pizookie!!! Always a pleasant interaction with Ashley in takeout. Her smile brightens the atmosphere at BJ’s. That one manager Adrian is pretty cool too.
Had the most amazing experience with Savannah! She was so kind, understanding and helpful. When my husband and I got our take out order, at the last minute I realized I forgot to order his pazooki. My husband was extremely angry I forgot and he told me that I never pay attention to his needs and wants. Savannah saw this and helped me out, saying she just forgot to put it in but it really was my fault. She covered for me and was so accommodating. Thank you Savannah at BJS for saving my marriage.
Had a great time dining at BJs. Our server George was really attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit.
Love this local BJ’s in Valencia! We especially love going for the $13 meal deal. The staff at this location are all so kind and provide great service.
I’d like to give a special shout out to Kim at the front desk I came in to purchase a gift card and she immediately took awesome care of me, explained all the gift card promotions that we’re going on informed me that I had rewards where I got a free Pazooki.she was just great from the time I entered to the when I left. As a Store Manager for 27 years, I can tell you, I would hire her. And I would have her in a training role for new hires.
Love when we come go get our Pizookie’s and have great service as well! Always love the food and vibes. Leanna was a great server, super efficient and sweet!!
BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is always my go-to for great food and amazing service. Consistently solid every time I visit. The $13 menu is an absolute must—great value and delicious options. If you’re looking for a place that never disappoints: must go, must eat, be happy. Thanks, as always, for a great meal and excellent service! PS… download the app to earn and save some dough!
Team members were warm and friendly. Excellent Food! Great vibes! The atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely recommend!
Went here for dinner with my mom and brother on a Monday night. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings, my mom got the sweet pig pizza, and my brother got the smokehouse burger. Our server was attentive and would smoothly check in if we needed anything and the food came out quite quickly The boneless wings were alright, a little mushy but a pretty good flavor. The sweet pig gourmet pizza was really flavorful and had a nice crunch. Also it’s 50% off some of the pizzas on Mondays, they have other weekly deals which I’ve included below. My brother thoroughly enjoyed his burger, and the fries that I stole off his plate were also quite well cooked and tasty. Used to come here as a teenager but it’s been 8 years since and I’m reminded why I enjoyed eating here before moving. Highly recommend!
My wife wanted to come here to celebrate her graduation lunch after the ceremony was finish. We didn't make reservations ahead of time so we decided to wing it. Our party size was 15 people but they were able to seat us right away with no issues. Our waitress was Natalie and she was wonderful. She was patient with us and friendly throughout our whole dining experience. My wife got her salmon with grilled asparagus and I got my tri tip with fries along with house salad since my wife wanted that as well. My wife also love their clam chowder in the sourdough bread so she ordered that as well. The rest of our party ordered different salad, steak and salmon. Everyone loved their strawberry lemonade, raspberry lemonade and this other strawberry cooler drink they had. Tip was already included since we were a big party but it was the right amount.
Caitlin and Davood are both amazing servers! We were dealing with some annoying guests and Davood moved us to a better section. Caitlin was very funny and made our situation a lot better! She was willing to get her manager to take care of the other guests, but we were more than happy to just have her say that. Adrian their manager was very nice as well! This review is for the service!
I ate here twice the same day. There were miscommunications with the kitchen twice and items were had ordered, which they were supposedly out of, arrived at our table. Hilarity ensued. And both times our servers (bartender Becky and Davood) made everything right. I was so impressed that I’m back again today at the same location with bartender Amanda!! UPDATE: during this trip, our party ended up dining here 6 times over the course of 5.5 days!! Needless to say, we enjoyed this restaurant very much. Pro tip: eat at the bar so you don’t have to wait for a table. Same menu as the regular seating area.
Service is awesome! The weekend steak is perfectly cooked for me. It can be compared to the expensive restaurant that I tried. The thickness and tenderness are perfect. A little bit under seasoned but it's totally fine. Just wished there was a shaker on the table. The wings are very tasty. The salmon is good, although I have tasted a better one from an Asian restaurant. Overall, this place is awesome! Definitely a 5 star class.
What a great place next to our hotel! Becky, Whitney, and Davood have been amazing, and we have gone back a few times as we are here all week for a conference. Great food, but they do appear to have a bit of a supply chain issue and they have run out of things like shrimp (major issue) and some specialty beers (minor). Service has been amazing and the food, perfect. Just the limitations on supplies being the only hiccup.

Great food and service had an awesome time. I LOVED the avocado rolls and the pizookie so much!!! Only thing is it was unclear what to do while waiting to pay but nothing to take stars off! Overall an amazing restaurant and I will be returning with my whole family!
I recently dined at BJ's Valencia and had a wonderful experience thanks to my server, George. He was kind, respectful, and attentive, greeting us with a warm smile and offering helpful menu recommendations. George's extensive knowledge of the dishes and ability to accommodate dietary preferences made us feel valued. His professionalism and positive attitude, even during busy times, contributed to a memorable evening. Overall, George's exceptional service greatly enhanced our experience, and I highly recommend him for anyone dining at BJ's Valencia!
Our visit to BJ's Restaurant was exceptional. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared. But the real highlight was the phenomenal service from our server, Leanna. She was truly extra attentive, anticipating every need, from instant drink refills to timely check-ins. Leanna's attention to detail made the entire dining experience superb. Thank you, Leanna! We will definitely be returning.
They have delicious food and drinks. I especially love their Happy Hour menu. It’s such a fun place to go watch games, especially Dodger games. The servers and managers are so nice and attentive. This is our go to place for great food, drinks & service.

Came here for their Pizzookie. We decided to go for their trio and had: White Chocolate Macadamia nuts, cookies and cream, chocolate. Liked all of them expect the cookies and cream, and in my opinion if it was a little bit softer it would have been perfect. Amazing service. Congrats guys.♥️
Came here to try the Meal Deal for 13 bucks and the happy hour. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and fast. Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good. The avocado egg rolls were decent but better with ranch than thr sweet sauce they serve it with. The chicken parmigian with spaghetti was good but nothing special. Needed a bit more sauce in my opinion. The Mediterranean salad with chicken was decent and seemed to lack as much flavor as I would hoped for. Then comes the pizookie for desert. I have never had one before and I was very pleased. I had salted caramel and my wife had the brownie. Nice way to end the meal. I would certainly suggest checking it out. All and all for 2 entrees, 2 appetizers and a speciality cocktail with tip it was 60 bucks which you just don't find often anymore.

The service is probably the worst you'll get, but the drink was FANTASTIC!! The food is soso depending what you order. Pizza it's great. The nachos are plain chips and if lucky a bit of jar cheese and a few pieces of meat. (You want nachos, I suggest going to The Back Yard). Strawberry lemonade tasted like tge strawberries were bad. Pizookie was overcooked and stuck to the pan. Service... the host/hostess is the best part (they are friendly and pleasant). It goes downhill after. I pay over $4 for lemonade and didn't even get a refill. You can't when the server doesn't come back or says ok and never brings it. I waited 20 minutes to order food and almost an hour to get it. No explanation or apology. I know places get busy, but it was not even the dinner rush and the restaurant was fairly quiet. My drink was perfect (hats off to the bartender)!!
Bjs Valencia: 10 minute wait until staff came to attend. No utensils provided on time. Entrée was good. Cooked as ordered with hefty portions. Appetizers were bland (Bjs Palmdale had better calamari). Ale was from the bottom. Hazy and full of yeast sediment. Please respect the customer and change keg. Tipped 20% because we care.

We went out to celebrate my niece’s birthday and were having a great time until we noticed our server didn’t seem happy to serve us. When my niece asked for a soda refill, the server came back and slammed the cup right in front of her face. That really upset me. I’ve been in her shoes before, and I would never treat customers that way. I called for the manager. My niece kept saying it was okay because she’s very kind, but I told her it was not okay—no one deserves to be treated like that. I explained to the manager what happened and asked that the server be removed from our table. He did so immediately and even gave us a discount, which I wasn’t expecting and wasn’t asking for. What bothered me most was the disrespect. I believe in tipping well when service is good, but she lost her tip that day. When I tipped the other server, I made it clear the tip was for her only. I don’t know if it was racism or something else, but no one should ever judge us by the color of our skin. I am a proud Mexican American who believes in good customer service, kindness, and treating people with respect. No one should ever be mistreated.
My daughter lives out of state and came home for a visit. Her favorite place for us to have a meal, and share family time is BJ's, so we thought we would choose BJ's for our family dinner. We went in about 4:30 and were seated fairly quickly, although it took about 15-20 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. When he did come over to greet us, he spoke to us as he chewed on a huge wad of green chewing gum that stuck out of his mouth as he spoke. He took our drink order and left. We waited another 15-20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and when he delivered them he took our order left. After almost 30 minutes passed when he came by and said "your food should be arriving soon". At this time, our empty drink glasses on the table, along with empty salad plates that he made no attempt to take away. He did not ask if we wanted refills for our drinks. We had to ask for refills as he walked away. When our food arrived it was good, but we ate with dirty dishes stacked on our table. Going out is costly, and we don't get to go out often and we really looked forward to this evening. Our bills was almost $250.00 and although BJ's is not a fancy steak house, I think it would be nice to have servers that are attentive to their customers. I enjoyed the time with my family and the food, but the service from our server was horrible.

The hostess who showed us to our seats had a very bad attitude and even walked away halfway. She didn’t leave the menu, and when I went to ask for it, her attitude was terrible. I tried to make a complaint with management, but they didn’t give me a satisfactory explanation. It was a very bad experience, and I will not be returning to this location Looked into the previous review from other customers, the key problem of this location is they don’t know how to treat customers and respect customers!
Food would've been better if it hadn't been sitting. I'm disappointed by the girls at the Pick-Up counter when I came in to get my order. They didn't great me and I awkwardly stood infront of them for 5 minutes while they talked about vaping and how well they could handle their alcohol. Eventually, the host/greeter came around and asked if I'd been helped. I explained I was waiting for pickup and she gave the girls at the Take-Out register a *nudge nudge*. They then asked for my name. I gave it to them and they said it will be out shortly. I waited for another 20 minutes or so until the girl at the Take-Out counter came up to me with my order saying "I'm so sorry, I didn't realize she brought your order over." Not quite sure how long the food was sitting, but it was hardly warm when we got it. I'm not one to post negative reviews, but I'm just shocked by how bad the customer service was at the front (excluding the greeter).

I CANT GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. Absolutely terrible experience. I waited 15 minutes before my server even came to take my order. When she finally did, she didn’t bring anything I asked for—not even basic table condiments like ketchup, salt, or pepper. I had to ask for everything individually, and it felt like an inconvenience to her. She clearly didn’t care about her job or the customers. The food itself was inedible. I couldn’t eat any of it. When I tried to offer polite feedback to another member of staff. I was met with a blank stare and a dismissive “ok.” No apology, no acknowledgment—just complete indifference. You could give this feedback to back of house. We understand it’s not A Michelin star restaurant, but you could at least care about the food that you’re putting out for people to eat. I didn’t bring this up to get free food or anything like that. I brought it up so that The staff could do something about it, but nobody cares. Absolutely horrible. It’s clear no one here cares about service or quality. I’ve had better experiences at small roadside restaurants in third-world countries. This place is just another disappointing, careless establishment. Save your time and money—go anywhere else. .
The worst experience ever at such a place. Today as we were enjoying dinner out , arrived at Bjs here in Valencia and ordered a sampler and came to find out and see that the mini burgers that come with it hade MOLD on the bun . Was a bit late on finding out because we had already ate one . So I told the waiter of the issue. He told call over the manager and she said she was sorry and offered a free ice-cream for the inconvenience LMFAO... I guess to wash it down. And plus the worst service, with no napkins, we hade to get up ourselves to grab silverware to start eating befor
This was one of the worse experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a LONG time. We made a reservation for 6:30, got there a little early and they said they were just setting up a table for us. Waited another 15 minutes for a table. No big deal. Caitlin L. was our server. She needs a smaller section and some retraining. We waited for a while for her to come to our table which was so close to the other tables that when the table behind us was sat we couldn’t even get out of our seats. When she finally came by, she asked for drinks and we asked if she wanted the food order as well and she said she’d start with drinks. Cool. She got our drink order and before leaving the table she asked for our food order. Why couldn’t she have just done that at one time instead of going around the table twice? Whatever… so she gets all the orders and takes over 20 minutes to come back with our drinks. We end up getting half of our tables food at the exact same time as the drinks. Then we wait an extra 10ish minutes to get the second half of the tables food. All the while we had no silverware. We asked our server, two other people….. nothing… the server said she had to track down the host… she can’t go roll some silverware herself and bring it out? we had two of our members of our party looking for silverware so the first half of the table could start eating before it got cold. Finally we tracked down some silverware just in time for the second half of the food coming out. I get the food wasn’t the servers fault, but the runners shouldn’t have brought out half the food if the other half wasn’t ready. The root beers come from a can, so when we ordered them, they were in glasses with no ice. We asked for ice and Caitlin slammed down the ice cups in front of us. Food was good but by this time everyone at the table was visibly upset and annoyed. She asked if we wanted any dessert and we wanted the pizookies but didn’t want to waste any more money at this place OR wait a ridiculously long time for it to come out. She brought the check out and we asked for the check to be split. She said she could only do it three ways and we said just split it twice. I make a joke it was going to take another 15 minutes for her to split the check. It was auto gratuity, which I understand for larger parties, but she 10000% did not deserve the tip she got from our table. Me and my mother in law went to the bathroom and they were so gross with, what I hope was water, all over the floor. I work at a restaurant. I am very understanding of short staffing issues and new employees, yet once again, this has been the WORST restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.
Welcome to my story of my BJ’s experience, where they gave me the opportunity, for the first time in my life, to send food back at a restaurant. When we arrived, we were told it would be about a 20-minute wait. It ended up being closer to 35 minutes, which wasn’t a huge deal since wait times are estimates. Once seated, however, it took seven minutes before our waitress came over, and in that time we only had one usable menu, the other was filthy, missing pages, and stuck together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The booth and table weren’t clean either, which already put us off. Our waitress was kind when she finally came, but by that time we were ready to order. My wife’s chicken salad was excellent and the kids’ tenders were fine (though the fruit was mushy and sad, if the grapes were at the point in my fridge they would be going in the trash.) Then came my ribeye steak. Cold, undercooked vegetables, the most depressing asparagus I have ever seen, and seasoning that tasted like the dry rub for a St. Louis rack of ribs instead of steak. It was honestly disgusting, and for the first time ever, I sent food back without ordering anything else. The manager did comp my steak, and insisted on giving us a Pizookie, which was thoughtful. Both the manager and waitress tried to make things right, but the overall experience, from the dirty menu to the cold, poorly seasoned meal; was just not what I’d expect from BJ’s.

We have not eaten at this location since it first opened. We were driving from about 25 minutes away so we did their online reservation on our way to the restaurant. When we got there we were told that it would be a 10 minute wait. The two ladies at the host desk were rude and it was almost like we were bothering them. Like they were having a conversation and we interrupted, because as soon as we walked away they turned to each other and went back to talking. No problem, we waited outside with about another 4-5 parties still waiting for their table. After about 15 minutes we noticed that everyone that was waiting with us was seated. We thought we should head in and ask. Three couples were walking in to the restaurant before us and was seated right away. The young man and two ladies at the host table knew that we were skipped and forgotten because of the looks on their faces when we walked up. They then bickered at each other about where to sit us. We followed the young lady as she took us to a long table that could seat about 12 and split the two tables about 3” apart and said to sit there. I asked if they would be seating others at the table next to us and she said yes. The table we were at wobbled like a teeter tooter. Depending on who had their hands on the table it would rock each way. So bad that my sons iPad would fall over. There was a booth right next to us that was open, so my wife went to ask if we could sit there. There was a large party behind us, and with the table being wobbly we thought we could just move over one. My wife went to the host booth to ask. When Colby the host came over, he said we couldn’t move over be cause there was no server for it. We mention that all the server would have to do is just turn around. Colby didn’t like that and became more rude than he was at the host desk. After thinking about it, my wife and I with our 2 kids thought it would just be a good idea to just leave before it got worse. As Colby walked away we told him we would be taking our business somewhere else. He said that’s fine and started to walk away. We asked for his name and the managers name who was on duty. He said Adrian. On our way out I asked another server if Adrian was available and he said it was a busy night and he would try to get him. I waited a couple of minutes and just left. Walking out past the host desk we were looked at rudely and I turned to them and said have a good night. Nothing was said. BJ’s, you have to do better. There are plenty of eating options in the city and we chose your restaurant to eat at. The front of the house is were it all starts and right away it was a bad experience. This is how you run your restaurant Adrian? We pay all this money to eat out to be treated like we are bothering you? People save your money and give it to a local spot were they care about your experience and want you to come back.
10/17/25 Updated Review: After sharing my disappointing experience at BJ’s, I was contacted by the restaurant. They personally reached out to apologize and took full responsibility for what happened. They also refunded our meal and gave us a gift, which I really appreciated. It meant a lot that they listened and cared enough to make things right. I could tell they genuinely wanted to improve and make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. While my visit was upsetting, their response showed good customer service and accountability. Thank you to the Lindsay/BJ’s team for following up and taking my concerns seriously. I hope future visits are better and that all guests continue to be treated with kindness and respect. I was very disappointed with my recent visit to BJ’s Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt overlooked. We were seated in an uncomfortable, noisy area, there were unsupervised teenagers who were particularly rowdy, and a child’s party in the same section, that is separate from the main eating area. We ordered appetizers, a sever brought some, but they were accidentally for the table behind us, but set them on our table twice. It was unprofessional, he didn’t apologize and just picked them up from our table. My family ordered salty food which caused them thirst, we wee never offered or given water. We didn’t get any refills on our drinks because the waitress never came back after our food was served. Throughout our meal, our waitress barely checked on us, while I noticed other families—particularly white families—receiving much more attentive service from other waiters and waitresses. As a Latina, this experience made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. My husband may not look like he earns $2,000 a week, so maybe the waitress assumed we wouldn’t tip well? It was sad to see that Valencia/Santa Clarita, has racist workers. I didn’t want to make a scene, because I didn’t want to embarrass my children, however, if Bella or someone who knows her reads this, can share with her, how unprofessional and rude her hospitality was during our visit. I hope BJ’s takes steps to ensure all guests are treated equally and respectfully in the future. I was upset and went to the front desk to ask the hostesses for boxes and the check, she was the only worker in the restaurant who offered satisfactory customer service.
