Fantastico, fantastico. Non vi è niente che un ospite non possa volere. Cordialità, professionalità, cortesia e il personale carinissimo, soprattutto i ragazzi della piscina...ma anche il personale di sala...ma anche il personale del ricevimento. Beh Strabiliante Hotel, ad un bacio dal centro. Savelletri pur essendo una frazione di Fasano, è pulitissima, lucida ed ordinata. Se volete fare una fantastica vacanza andate al Hotel La Sorgente.

We stayed two nights in this lovely hotel. I had confused my dates when booking, and when I rang to explain, the reception staff very kindly accepted the rectification. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Dinner was delicious, and the dining staff very serviable. Room with sea and swimming pool view was a good size and clean. No beach, but ladder down to sea. On site parking free. 4 min walk to local fisherman's village. I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely worth considering if in the area, I don't understand the website that defines it as "sober" [only 43 rooms? and perhaps this is instead its asset BUT not the only one!) excellent, attentive and impeccable service (and not only in my sudden personal situation of infirmity) fabulous view and priceless swimming pool beyond all expectations (also the perfect cleaning 24 hours a day) - free internal parking, I'm told with future provision for electric charging - REALLY TO BE RECOMMENDED!

I stayed with my family for a week. If you want to truly unwind, this is the place. A unique, quiet, elegant property, an enviable location with an aphrodisiacal pool overlooking the vast sea, and guests pampered by a bar with umbrella service. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine, which also features live entertainment on Saturdays and several indoor and outdoor areas. The staff is courteous, smiling, and always available, ready to satisfy any need. The management is greatly appreciated, and in my opinion, it always makes the difference in these cases. From the young lifeguards to the dining room staff, reception, and housekeeping staff. Simple but clean rooms; I recommend those with a sea view. Parking inside the hotel is really convenient and comes with awnings. A strategic location for those wishing to visit the magical surroundings of the Itria Valley! We will be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!! P.S. The sunrises and the moonlight over the sea are breathtaking!!!

Spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a TV in the restaurant during the European Championship, and there were scales to weigh our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble. 🙂 The rooms were clean, and fresh towels were provided every day. The location is fantastic. The pool staff were happy to help you find a nice spot on a sun lounger. Breakfast was fine, but there wasn't much variety. After two weeks, I can't really think of anything to criticize. The staff made sure we had a wonderful two weeks here. To explore the surrounding area, I would recommend renting a car, which the hotel also offers.

Ottima struttura sul mare. La posizione è veramente incantevole con tramonti e albe da non perdere dalla propria camera vista mare. A truly quaint, clean place, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The room furnishings could be improved, as they're a bit dated (for example, the TVs are very small and not even smart TVs). The breakfast offered a very limited variety, with drinks served from vending machines. These are things that should be handled very differently in a 4-star hotel.

We don't consider it a 4-star hotel. The rooms are small, the bathroom dated. The wardrobe has no shelves, and there are far too few shaded areas outside. It's clean, has a beautiful location, and the staff are friendly (they speak little English). Breakfast is meager, with only bread. The restaurant is functional, noisy, and lacks any kind of ambiance. 3 stars is appropriate.

The hotel is very clean, tastefully furnished, and designed. The outdoor area is beautiful. The direct sea view is incredible. When we booked, we weren't aware of the size of the room. 18 square meters. It's quite small, especially since the 2x2 meter bed completely filled the room. The mattress is excellent. The bidet in the bathroom is a great feature. The hairdryer is a joke. The view of the complex and the sea is beautiful. The service staff is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful in every respect. We recommend renting a car; the service staff are also very helpful, as the small town is very far from any sights. The town itself doesn't have much to offer.

Our first experience of Puglia. The hotel was great. Clean, great staff. Rooms were a little small, not able to store 2 suite cases, and shower cubicle was unbelievably small. Took us a couple of goes to work out how to shower without opening the doors and turning shower off at every move. Town itself was very small, plenty of restaurants if you like fish and seafood, but limited otherwise. One recommendation, book at weekends. Plenty of locals using them. Really need a car here, limited transport, although taxi to Ostuni was reasonable.

Posto nella media. Molti membri dello staff sono davvero a modo e gentili. Ristorante assolutamente sotto la media, nella qualità, nelle quantità e nel servizio. Problemi alla fine della vacanza... qui non si segna nulla e si dice solo il numero della camera (errore mio). Non in sintonia col direttore. Per chi non è pugliese ci sta perché albe e tramonti a Savelletri sono davvero belle. Ma tutto da rivedere. Peccato

Posizione meravigliosa sul mare di Savelletri. Piscina molto bella servizio spiaggia da 5 stelle . Pulizia da 5 stelle. Camere standard da un buon tre stelle. Consiglio vivamente a chi ama location di mare. Consiglio camera vista mare e per amanti del relax e tranquillità.

L'obiettivo presso la struttura, era di vivere giorni di tranquillità e godere della location, come oramai faccio da anni. Purtroppo, questa volta, mi è stata assegnata una stanza posizionata accanto al vano dove sono posti i motori dell'aria condizionata di tutto l'hotel. Ho manifestato il disagio, non avendo riposato, per due notti, ma di tutta risposta ci hanno comunicato che altri clienti non avevano mai lamentato il problema. Ci aspettavamo, vista la struttura (4 stelle) un'accoglienza della problematica diversa.

First off, this is NOT a 4 star quality hotel. Rooms are outdated, breakfast was mediocre, WiFi is so slow that I just ended up using my own service. Secondly, the elder concierge man had a very strange demeanor. On the first night, I unfortunately lost my room key card. I went to him to request a new one and he looked at me in such disbelief and disappointment, you would think no one had ever lost their key card in the history of this hotel. He then proceeded to lecture me that he is giving me the last key, if I lose that one, then I would have to pay a fee. FINE, I explained 10 times that I understand the policy. Fast forward to day of check out, they ended up charging me for the lost key; 10 euros to be exact! Such a ridiculous amount. Trust me, look elsewhere.

Currently staying at the Hotel La Sorgente. Tonight is the second night of a two nights stay. This hotel is not of the standard of a 4 Star hotel. Parking is restricted, upon arrival I was told I was unable to use the car par until after 5pm. The reception staff are not welcoming, and are indifferent to customers expectations. There is no atmosphere in the hotel with an unfriendly feel to the place. Care must be taken when opening the room door as the handle is set too close to the door frame with potential injury caused to your hand/fingers. Rooms are basic with poor air conditioning and the use of plastic disposable cups. There is no kettle/coffee facility in the room. The wi-fi is very slow. Breakfast basic with minute bowls for cereals. The hotel also states a 10.00am check out!! This is not acceptable as worldwide industry standard check out time is noon with 11.00 acceptable! I challenged this with the reception. Due to a late evening flight I reluctantly requested to hire the room for a few hours more as it would have meant a very long day from 10am check out until the fight. Rates were shown for this facility. Upon enquiring at reception, I was informed the room was not available. However, checking on websites, the hotel does have vacancies aplenty! Appalling service from a mediocre unfriendly basic hotel that needs to up its game! Go elsewhere is my advice!!
