In 2022, my husband and I had a very bad experience. Today, after four years, we gave it a second chance, and all six of us agreed that the restaurant is five stars. The food was delicious, the service excellent... an ideal place for a quiet dinner. Thank you.

Review: Our recent visit to Bourbon Steak for a dual celebration of a birthday and an engagement was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we entered, the staff's attention to detail was evident, making us feel warmly welcomed and celebrated. The front-of-house team was attentive and ensured that every aspect of our evening was perfect. We were especially touched by the back-of-house team's effort, as they sent delightful surprises to our table, including a specially crafted dessert for my birthday. Their dedication to making the evening memorable was truly appreciated. Experiencing the evening from a guest’s perspective allowed me to see firsthand the pride and passion that goes into every detail at Bourbon Steak. The team should be incredibly proud of the wonderful atmosphere and dining experience they consistently create. It was an evening filled with joy, excellent service, and delicious food—a perfect celebration venue!

This was a splurge dinner for our family while on vacation, and it ended up being one of the best meals we’ve ever had! They were incredibly accommodating with my daughter’s allergy, which gave us such peace of mind. Alan was by far the best server — attentive, knowledgeable, and so patient as he walked us through the menu. We’ve been to other upscale restaurants where the vibe can feel a little off-putting, but not here. The entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. Amazing food, exceptional service, and such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend — we will absolutely be back!

I stayed a the Fairmont the week of thanksgiving and ate at the bar at Bourbon Steak three nights in a row. I've eaten at several of their locations around the country and they are always reliably good, but I think the Scottsdale location is the best I've visited yet. The food is good in all of them, but everything was just that much better here. I had their thanksgiving menu the first night (which explored a lot of the regular menu and was fantastic) and kept it simple with a salad and burger the next two nights. I was taken care of by Alysha and Kenny at the bar and both were very hospitable. I ate alone all three nights, but it still felt like I was dining with old friends. It is rare that a restaurant makes a solo diner feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

The wife and I stopped in for dessert and cocktails after visiting the spa. Bourbon Steak is always a must go when near by! The staff are always welcoming, professional, and polite. Kevin and Pilar and the Bar team (Kenny and Alysha) always do great work!

We had an outstanding experience at Bourbon Steak thanks to our bartender, Alysha. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Due to health reason I am not much of a drinker - Alysha had me covered with her mocktail creations which were incredible — they were thoughtful, balanced, and bursting with flavor. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much attention into non-alcoholic drinks, and she absolutely nailed it! On top of the amazing service, the food was fantastic. The burger was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. For dessert the chocolate mousse was the perfect sweet finish — creamy, decadent, and beautifully presented. If you visit Bourbon Steak, ask for Alysha — her knowledge, creativity, and warm personality truly elevate the entire dining experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Our experience at Bourbon Steak was amazing from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere was so nice and the food was phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly. The desserts were awesome as well. Devon really made our evening special. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great recommendations. He was consistently making sure that everything was perfect. Bourbon Steak is a must visit restaurant and I would recommend to ask for Devon; he is absolutely awesome.

Our dinner at Bourbon was outstanding. Our server, Derick, was fantastic. He truly takes hospitality to a new level and crafts a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine throughout the entire evening. The food was delicious, Chef Andrew does an absolutely incredible job in the kitchen, and each bite was better than the next. The mangers, Pilar and Doug, checked in on us and were so kind which made our experience even more wonderful. We highly recommend dining here!!

High end steakhouse. The steak was fine but the black truffle Mac and cheese and the beignets stole the show. Get all 3 flavours of the beignets, and try the bar too for pre dinner drinks. Good vibe The service was okay, i guess she had lotsa tables to wait on.

We had a business dinner December 1st 2025. The service was outstanding. The food however was extremely disappointing. Oysters were very fishy smelling and tasting - not salty or briny tasting, they were fishy as if they were past their prime. We notified our server and they asked if we would like to replace them with another order of oysters. This is a peculiar offer for a sub par food item. We ordered a tomahawk ribeye to split along with other items for our table of four. The tableside presentation tomahawk looked good and was cooked correctly, but was full of gristle and fat. There was only small portion that was edible. We ordered scallops and other sides to accompany the beef. Scallops were a bit undercooked and were basically tasteless. Martinis arrived cloudy rather than cold and crisp. They were not ordered "dirty". Wine service was adequate. Overall the price paid for a meal that was supposed to impress, this was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable performance. There are many far superior steakhouses just a short uber ride away.
