We did the outside bar area overlooking the runway. I love aircraft so it was awsome to sit out and watch the action on the airfield. Over head misting system kept us comfortable in 93 degree temperature. Food was great.

If your private jet has just landed at the Scottsdale Airport, this second floor restaurant with a commanding view of the runways is a great place for lunch. Even if you — like me — don’t have a jet, you will really enjoy lunch here at this casual, light, and airy (and breezy if the folding windows are retracted) bistro, while watching jets take off and land and fantasizing about who could be on them. Sit on the inside side of the bar looking through the folding windows toward the runway, or sit on the outside side of the bar with your back to the jets. There’s also a long line of tables along the railing, looking down at the tarmac and the lines of idle aircraft. We sat at an outside table in the shade. It was a beautiful day but a little warm, so the misters were refreshing. The menu offers a selection of creative bites and well-executed standards. On this visit, my BLTA was excellent as always (toasted but soft bread and a Goldilocks amount of crispy, thick-cut bacon (the BLT is the world’s most perfect sandwich as long as the B, the L, and the T are in perfect equilibrium)). My friend loved his Reuben. But the highlight of the meal was the generous serving of house-made potato chips accompanying my sandwich. If you follow my reviews you know I will go to any restaurant that serves house-made potato chips. These chips were thin and crispy and golden, just as they should be. They rank among the best I’ve found in Scottsdale and Phoenix. If you HAVE just arrived on your jet, you probably just flew in for the $100 Burger, which is accompanied by champagne (Veuve), truffle fries, caviar, and the house-made potato chips. This place had the best brunch and great service. I got the omelette and added chicken and it was the best omelette I’ve ever had. The potatoes were different, but sooooo good. My husband got steak and eggs and he also said it was very good. My 3 y/o had the best time. I thought we were just going for the vibes but the food was excellent! The building is absolutely beautiful and parking was convenient.

Loved this restaurant! All the food sounded amazing. Got the wild mushroom king prawn pasta. It was spicier than I wanted but was delicious and the prawns were perfectly cooked. My husband got the green chili Mac was also delicious and well cooked. The staff was amazing and attentive and very patient with our extremely large boisterous party. Being at the airport really added to the ambiance. Would love to bring my sone back during the day to watch planes take off from the balcony.

Very unique bar and restaurant. If you're an airplane geek, it's the best place in town, but even if you're not, it's still a great place. The food and drinks are solid, and the service is excellent. Watching the planes come and go is rally entertaining, particularly the big private jets. Definitely a fun place to visit..

First visit today for Father’s Day!! The food and service was great! Oh, and the view never gets old. So fun to watch planes arrive and depart. Would definitely come back to sit outside when it’s cooler but the inside is bright and modern with its windows. Our server was friendly as well. The brunch menu had a lot of options. Food portions were great. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Volanti in North Scottsdale, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant is on the second floor of Scottsdale Airports Aviation Business Center and offers stunning views of Mcdowell Mountain and the private airport runway. As soon as I arrived, I was pleased to see that the restaurant had free covered parking across the street from the restaurant, making it convenient for guests. I made reservations on the Opentable App and was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. I started with a cocktail named "Here Comes The Sun," expertly crafted with Hanson's mandarin vodka, Mandala orange liqueur, passionfruit, and orgeat. It was the perfect way to start my evening. For my appetizer, I had their famous "Shrimp Tower" with Mexican shrimp, wasabi aioli, rice, avocado, cucumber, and soy caramel reduction. The dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. Moving on to the entrée, I had the "Volanti Burger" with Angus burger, aged cheddar, pickled onion, arugula, tomato, and chipotle aioli with a side of french fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and delicious. The overall experience at Volanti was fantastic. The views were breathtaking, the staff was super friendly, and the food and drinks were exceptional. I highly recommend visiting Volanti for a casual lunch or a unique experience with friends!

Brunch overlooking private planes and McDowell Mountains We went for a family lunch on a Saturday (brunch menu on weekends) to enjoy the views. Volanti is located in the Scottdale Airpark just east of Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland. Half of us ordered the popular reuben sandwich, which was a bit unique thanks to the addition of jalapeños in the dressing. Cocktails were refreshing. Brunch and lunch are very reasonably priced with dinner being higher end and higher cost. I bet it would be beautiful, though having dinner from day to nighttime as the planes come and go. We all enjoyed the brightly lit dining room of all windows. It was fun to step out onto the patio to watch the planes taxi out and take off. It was interesting to watch people being escorted from private and chartered planes and then escorted to a chauffeured car. I would love to return once the temps cool down so we can enjoy a cocktail at the bar with windows open or seated out on the patio. Special experiences: -Tuesdays and Wednesdays are Date Night. For $90 get two entrees and a bottle of wine. - Book a helicopter tour. For $795 (for 2, Additional for more) take a 20 minute flight over the valley. Beautiful location, you can watch the planes come and go with the mountains as a backdrop. Food was great and service was prompt and polite. Definitely a spot to go for anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations, or just a normal hangout. Will return for sure.

Outstanding location for a restaurant, quite literally a runway. Food was excellent, cocktails very good and nice waiter. Nothing to improve on. Highly recommend, we will be back soon!

Finally went here after wanting to go for a long time. Went this evening, on a Tuesday, at 4:30 PM. Just in time for happy hour, which ends at 5 PM. It wasn’t very crowded. We sat at the bar and the temperature was perfect. Even with the windows open and it being warm outside. Our drinks were strong and delicious. The food was absolutely delicious! The service was great. The vibe was chill and relaxing. The music in the background was perfect. Such a fun unique, place. Can’t wait to come back.

Our server, Gregory was the ultimate best! Our food; scallops, lobster Mac & cheese & burrata were delicious!! Highly recommend this place for special occasions. One of my best birthday celebratory restaurants.

The food was SOOOO GOOD! I got the meatballs and Reuben with truffle fries 😋😋😋😋 What a unique spot to grab a drink and watch planes on the runway, plus the view of the mountains all around is just beautiful. Highly recommend this spot and if you get a chance make it in for happy hour, killer prices!

We were searching for a Vietnamese restaurant and google showed this. It’s not Vietnamese cuisine more like a blend of american Mexican. The food is really good, and the location is great looking out to a private airport.

This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the aviation ramp watching airplanes. I had the BLTA and fries for lunch then went back for dinner a couple days later and had the Ahi Tuna bowl. Both meals were great!! I will definitely be back here.

This place is super cool, it's located on the second floor of the building where you can see the plane hanging from the sky. The food is great, the service is great and if you like planes you'll be sitting right above them. It can be loud at times, but it's only momentary. It's a really nice place for a date night or a special occasion. Park across the street, it'll say Reserved for Volanti, that's the right place. Walk across go up the elevator or stairs, and you will be at the hostess stand.

A truly cool joint, located at the Scottsdale air park. You get incredible food, wonderful service and the fun of watching planes come and go. The price points are exceptional and if you have a chance, sit at the bar and hopefully, Rachel will be working! Every other restaurant in town could take a lesson in superior customer service by stopping in at this gem. Thanks for reading

Fun but sophisticated all rolled into one! We went to Brunch early on a Sunday. The food was exceptional. Expecially loved the brisket and Sweet potatoe bowls. The tequila specialty drink was also perfected! We had a booth a bit away from the windows but still could enjoy the view of the planes. We walked outside to see the seating options for our next trip. Outside is a bit more casual (on this day) We will definately try the patio next trip. The staff was great too!

If you’re trying to think of a fun environment for breakfast or a lunch date, definitely go to Volanti. Great for kids to watch the planes taking off too. Food is excellent & craft cocktails are refreshing. Cool spot!

I’ve been here many times but I finally decided it was time to leave a review. Jaired and Stephanie are two amazing servers. Both so personable and efficient. Great food, I love the chicken salad with the tortilla strips. Always a nice time.

Such a wonderful surprise! Ate here for the first time ever and let me tell you, this is NOT your typical small-airport restaurant! This is more like gourmet Oshkosh! The service is second to none and watching the planes come and go makes the atmosphere what it is! They have a very nice non-alcoholic drink selection too for us pilots. My only complaint would be the Blackberry Refresher drink I had tasted like pickle juice and wasn't very refreshing. Everything else was top notch!

Dining at Volanti Restaurant in Scottsdale was such a beautiful and unique experience. Whether you're a local or just visiting Scottsdale, Volanti is a great spot for both the food and the unique aviation-themed view.

We had an amazing time with Jaired. Came to this restaurant after a long morning for a quick bite and he was extremely attentive, informative about the air strip, and had amazing service. We love the food here but the service makes it! Thank you Jaired and we absolutely recommend him!

Clay was an incredible server for brunch! He was extremely generous, attentive, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. We were celebrating Gabby’s 22nd birthday, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He has such great energy and charm that made our table feel taken care of the entire time.

My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at Volanti at the Scottsdale Airport, and it was such a wonderful experience. The ambiance was beautiful—romantic, elegant, and perfect for a special night out. They added thoughtful Valentine’s touches, including a fun photo booth, which made the evening feel even more memorable and unique. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly taken care of. I ordered the Saguaro cocktail, which was absolutely delicious, and the short rib entrée was just as amazing—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The pricing felt appropriate for a fancy dinner and overall experience. We had such a fun and romantic evening, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to check out their happy hour. Definitely recommend!

Very cool restaurant. Right on the airplane strip. We saw a bunch land and take off. And even saw 5 military helicopters land. They have indoor or outdoor seating. The happy hour has about 10 small food options to choose from. We got the sliders and the tacos. Delicious!

Brunch was delicious! Our waiters, Denzel and Nick, were very accommodating. Fun afternoon watching planes land and take off while enjoying delicious, freshly prepared foods. Can’t wait to go back for dinner. Perhaps during the week when they have Date Night. Only con, jet fuel fumes from JSX.

The burgers, salmon & salad were amazing! Also, the employees were efficient and well-mannered. Subsequently, veterans & active duties would love this place. Conversely, I didn't like the bloody mary. If you could skip the alcohol then better. Prices were not proportional to the taste. Sit outside to enjoy the view. But if you have hearing sensitivity then don’t.

We really enjoyed this place. The food was really good and the service was very attentive and timely. A great view of the airstrip though it can get a bit loud with all the jets taking off. Would love to come back at sunset for happy hour. There is also a viewing deck right by the restaurant that you can stand at the railing and watch all the planes take off. We will definitely be back.

Atmosphere is great, but the food was poorly executed. The French Toast was cold with equally cold syrup. $3 extra for a minuscule number of blueberries. For $20 for this plate, this is a disappointment.

We asked if we could be seated at a specific table as it was in a great spot out of the sun/heat but you could still have a good view of the planes taking off. They said no because that table was for bigger parties than the 4 people that we had. However a group of 4 people came in right after us and were seated at that exact table, so that was pretty frustrating.

The atmosphere is amazing, service was great but the food was terrible. Salad had tomatoes that weren’t ripe at all, steak was completely overcooked and I can make better mashed potatoes than what they served. Very disappointing.

My fiance and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and we were very excited as this restaurant has been hyped up by all of our friends. The host did print out the open table chit, but I find it odd that either no one revived it or maybe it got lost. Once we were sat we never were greeted, we tried to wave a server down but no one came by. It was not a busy night. There were many staff members on the floor, so we are unsure why no one was able to come speak with us. We waited 15 minutes then decided to move to the bar. Once at the bar we were greeted promptly and drinks were delivered it a timely fashion. The bartender gave great service. I’m not sure if it was a bad night on the floor or if this restaurant operates better during the day, but it was a huge disappointment. I also recommend adding a section to your website where people can directly email managment rather than writing a review. Because I do not think this reflects your establishment overall. However this was our experience, take it as you will.
