Can't say I got the food or got service went her today and there was a note of their door saying they didn't have fried stuff ask the worker there she said their fryer is done but try again next time

I've gone to this Taco Bell on and off for over two years now and customer service is usually great! I wish I knew the name of the two people in particular who I would always see at night after work awhile back so I could give them a much deserved shout out! I have a fair amount of modifications to my order which I'm aware can be annoying as someone who works in food service. I'm an ex vegan who's gone vegetarian as of recently and Taco Bell is one of the few fast food places near Seaford that can make a fulflling veggie option. I pay the extra charges and don't mind having to pull up to wait for my order. I feel that I always attempt to make sure that the workers know that they are appreciated. But as of recently, particularly the other night the lady at the window was obviously annoyed and made it known that I was an inconvenience by rolling her eyes etc. When I received my food there were a few things wrong but I didn't bother going back this time because of that. Once again I can understand being annoyed especially if there's a line but I didn't go near closing time and wasn't rude to her at all. Compared to the great service I experienced in the past, this was disappointing. *EDIT: I just went there again and they put beef on my veggie crunch wrap. I'd hope it's a mistake but if you don't eat meat I'd triple check your order before eating it. I usually do but I was very tired and it was dark in my car, I didn't realize until I had already eaten some unfortunately. I'm sure it was just a mistake but it's just really upsetting to me. There was also guacamole missing from both of my tacos which I dismissed and didn't bother going back for since everything else seemed right until this realization. I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon*

When asked about $5 box they said they didn’t have it no more and then when I ordered a cravings box that said $7 I was charged 10.99 and was told that the $7 price was for a burrito. 0/10 expensive will not come back to this location Edit: after stopping and examining bag I did not get everything that was supposed to be in bag. Definitely going to Harrington Taco Bell vs here next time for that $7 luxe box not 10.99 and I’ll most likely get everything I ordered

We paid over $30 for two people and we definitely didn’t get our money worth! This is supposed to be a CHEESY Gordita and it’s almost 6$ and I got barely any cheese and when I complained about it, they didn’t even offer to fix it. I had to pay for a tiny cup of nacho cheese sauce to make it edible and not just all shells! It was a waste of time and money! Never again!

Taco Bell is advertising a $7 box meal but if you go to this place it cost $9.99 for the same box because this is a Franchise Store. This place is out of Touch with the normal every day working people. Prices are WAY TO MUCH. I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE. PRICES are way, way to Much. WE WALKED OUT and never going back..

I forgot to ask for no sour cream on a meal for my kids, but when I got to the window I was only given two options: either throw the meal away or take it as it was. I wasn’t sure if the $2 difference would come out of an employee’s paycheck, or if they just didn’t want to remake the order. What made it worse is that there wasn’t a single customer in the store or drive-through, so there was no reason for the rudeness.

I went through the drive through to order a meal of 3 Doritos tacos and a chalupa supreme now I had also ordered 3 hot sauces and 3 mild sauce. When I get halfway down the road to get back to my job which I have half an hour lunch break for I discover I have zero sauces so I turn back around to go get it and the people that had served me did not show any sort of respect in the drive through or up front. They should not be in business for how they treat people. Complete disappointment.

last night i order a chicken quesadilla it was broken up and had pieces of hair like it fell on the ground and they just put it in my bag … i seen a black guy just took my fry’s out my bag for him to eat it 🤮 this women with this one tooth disrespectful giving me out my food with a attitude CANCEL THEM !

Apparently, after two sauce packets, even though you order $30 worth of food, but you gotta pay more for extra sauce packets then they have the audacity to try to round up the chains for some charity that they should be donating to

I'd would honestly love to give a review of the food of this place. But that's been done several times before by other reviewers. My biggest gripe is, the fact that I tried to get breakfast here a lot. During times when the restaurant says it should be open. Only to find the doors locked with people inside and no one willing to go to the window to take an order until after breakfast, before giving me the "we stopped serving breakfast" despite the fact they didn't even open for breakfast.

One of the worst service. Received two staled Mexican pizza during busy lunch hour. Waited 25min to receive our order first. Than when asked the manager that the pizza s are staled instead of making the order correct right away waited another 20min. When asked for refund since now the hunger has vanished the made the pizza quickly and guess what they were still staled so ended up throwing it away. Just ridiculous.

The food I did receive was a sopping mess of grease and my tortillas were falling apart before I could bite them. Something was left out of my order, and when I called I was treated with disrespect and no solution was offered other than to buy another item that was left out. This is 110% without a doubt THE WORST Taco Bell that has ever been in service and I hope with a passion they’re shut down for health code standards and inexcusable service

Visited location on Tuesday, June 29th at roughly 1 pm. Ordered a small lunch with a side of nachos. Drove home to find a dead insect in my nachos. Upon speaking to the female manager, demanded that the nachos be returned if I wanted that refund. Speaking from managerial experience and knowing that remote refunds are commonly done at other Taco Bells, the action done by this manager was in the wrong. Will not be returning to this location.
