As a whole, Whataburger has never failed me. So good. So tasty.I typically dont write reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to the friendly staff, specifically the manager Richard. Very good energy. Checking on customers making sure they are taken care of. I told him I was thinking about ordering an apple pie when he came to check on me. He went to go grab me one and just put it on my table. I wasn't expecting that. Really cool gesture and a great business move because that prompted me to write this review. I love you, Whataburger and now I have much love for you, manager Richard.

This place is never messed up my order and has always had friendly service. It's Whataburger so you know you wait a little bit for fresh food definitely worth it. How to recommend them to anyone.

Ibright back a remake just to get 2 more remakes. It's sad yall can't get it together. Buns were black! I ordered grilled chicken fresh only meat got charged for whole sand. Very disappointed! This is why I don't like eating here. My Hasband loves wb but this is minotness! Everytime order!!!

The cashier was very kind and patient with us when my dad forgot his wallet. We got our food and it was phenomenal but they got the sticker for which sandwich had tomatoes wrong though.

Good service just that there's been a problem with the system in accepting Google pay so it's better to just order your food by online. If not it's a 24/7 fast food place. Especially, on Sundays it's a great place to meet after a good church service.

Food is always hot and fries are always fresh! The service here seems to be hit or miss though. Sometimes I sit for a minute, sometimes I sit for 15 before anyone answers the drive thru. Always friendly people and always get the order correct!

I have to say I've given out quite a bit of bad reviews over the past few years, but this location deserves the time and effort to put in an excellent review. This is by far not only one of the best Whataburger locations but probably one of the best fast food restaurants I've been to outside of chick fila. The service here is always professional. Food is fresh and fast regardless of whether the middle of the day or the middle of the night. I hate to use the senior adult, but this young lady at nite has absolute great customer service and is a joy to see in the drive-through as many young people could learn a lot about customer service from her. Keep up the great work....You're great efforts are definitely being noticed.

Whataburger is not what I was wanting for dinner, but I’m glad we stopped and dined-in. The food was good, but the service and staff were exceptional. They were friendly, they got the order correct. Keep up the good work!

Shake was thicker than that there snicker. No but seriously, thiiick, straw was worthless. It was ok though, gave me and dog time to burn our mouth with some freshly, fried to golden perfection, fries with the jalapeno ketchup. Life. No pictures, bc something about freshly made food won't last long. #BigBackActivities

Love this Whataburger they give officer discount and the manager is awesome he is bubbly and funny. Few employees need to go through customer service training while working the window but all in all great place for food.

When my wife and I came in for lunch today, spent 30 bucks ordered a number two cheese and jalapeños and onion rings and my wife had a Patty melt with fries and we ordered jalapeño ranch for our fries and our onion rings… And they gave it to us in a gravy cup, and whatever was in this gravy cup I have no idea, but I could tell you it was not jalapeño ranch or gravy, but it was thick. It was so thick. You could turn it upside down like a Dairy Queen blizzard.. AWFUL!!!! I love me some Whataburger, but OK gotta be honest. I don’t think I’m gonna be back to this location. This is not the first time I’ve been served crap and there’s just no reason for it.

A good restaurant to go to for a quality meal. The manager is very nice and attentive, the staff is friendly, and the food overall is good. This is an older establishment, but overall it is maintained decently. Service is a little slow and the wait will put you back about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day.

This is a slow location. All Whataburgers are generally slow, but that's what you get when things are made to order, so I do I understand.. but they are just much slower than most other Whataburgers. Their staff in generally very nice and friendly, you do get the occasional bad mood every now and then. The night crew is fun, but twice I've had to wait for an hour for my food in the evening, both times I tried to contact the store to discuss the issue and both times I was ignored. But all in all this isn't a bad location, my food is usually correct and fresh.

It's a decent Whataburger. It's pretty good odds you get pretty solid food. Fast service. And that they don't make it weird. Past couple times we drove through we ended up below expectations, but overall it's not bad. But, there are definitely better Whataburgers out there.

Food and service was great as any other Whataburger is. Even the GM personally came around the each table to make sure everything is ok. Staff were very friendly and smiling. The only thing that makes me to hesitate the fifth star, is the cleanness of the store. They need to take a little bit more care of this so they can get all the five stars.

Customer service was definitely not helpful I was the only customer with five workers around me and after about five minutes I had to ask to be served the atmosphere was not good with all but one of the workers sitting at one table doing nothing but talking along with the evening manager After the workers were sitting for awhile one worker did not replace his gloves but served a customer fries when the order was given at the front counter as you can see all the worker’s cups were left on the table in front of the front counter

Whataburger has been my favorite fast fiod joint since my Mom introduced it to me at the age of 9. She would stop by and buy us a burger for what was then a long. excruciating trip to Greenville Tx, - a meer 45 miles away. This restaurant in Seagoville Tx. reminds me of all the others, except for those I've stopped at in East Texas with the famous guitar display 's - They don't have those here. What they do have is the best fast food burger in Texas. Parking lot is clean, as well as the restaurant inside. Handicapped parking is available and the inside is accessable to handichallenged people. If your in the mood for a change of pace try the tasty onion rings. They are among the best you'll run across The Grilled or Spicy Chicken Sandwich is also an excellent choice and don't forget to order it with your favorite ingredients like Texas toast instead of the brioche bun, and montery Jack Cheese instead of the usual American cheese. Grilled jalapenos are hard to pass up and not available at most fast food burger joints.

I frequent this location often since I live in the area but tonight I was asked to give the drive thru a minute or two because of a previous order and ended up waiting 10 minutes until I decided to follow the 3 cars behind me and go across the street to Sonic. No one came back and asked me to wait a little longer, I even said hello a couple of times….. highly disappointed!

So my partner and I stopped in on our way home from a weekend trip. We needed to wake up a little and what better way than to stop for a Whataburger Patty Melt with a LG Sweet Tea for her and a Whataburger Jr with White Choc Raspberry Shake for me. So we decided to dine in so we could get out of the car and stretch our legs. I will say the dining area was clean and the workers were helpful . Food was a little salty and sweet tea tasted like it had lived past it's expiration date. The White Chocolate Raspberry shake literally was just a vanilla shake with a touch of something that was neither white chocolate or raspberry. At this point I'm still not totally turned off by this place until I decided to visit the LADIES ROOM. (Dark and ominous tones play in the background) It was atrocious! There was used tissue all around the toilet on the ground and vomiting out of the trashcan.

Visited just before noon on 2-1-28. Service was quick and courteous, food was fine. My main complaint was the bathrooms were terribly filthy. The mens restroom urinal was out of order and the only stall was covered in urine to the point it was a huge puddle taking almost all of the floor in the stall.

Please do what it takes to help customers have a better experience so they WANT to come back. Employees are fine, but 25 minute wait time is not good, ALSO not good is using old vegetables. No one should bite into a sandwich with a bunch of soggy & chewy fixings. Hopefully these things can be corrected sooner rather than later.

I own a salon across the Hwy from this restaurant so it’s so quick and easy to grab something to eat. I am giving 2 stars bc the last 2 times I have gone they gave me bags with food missing. So the 1st time they put the empty chicken strip carton in the bag, I didn’t realize until I got home, had to drive all the way back just for them to look at me like I was a liar. Then this 2 nd time they didn’t give me my fries with my meal. I’m so pissed bc I’m back at work and don’t have time to drive back up there. Their customer service is not good as well due to it being full of disrespectful nonchalant teenagers. I will not be eating here any longer. And will be advising my clients to go elsewhere.

Got skewered and talked down to after waiting patiently and more than a few feet back as the customer in front of me was translating for family fries. Got talked down to after not coming forward after saying no twice,after being asked if I've been serviced. More talking down to because I used my phone to pay but the systems declined. Went before and the service was horrible to customizing order and horrible with work ethic, hasn't changed after burning up inside. Wonder what it will take to revitalize and train.

This location is 5 mins away but would rather drive 20 mins away ( Terrell Location) because of the customer service and wait. We waited more than 10 mins on the actual speaker to order. We thought it was broken and said “hello”, a woman answered with “ wait a moment”. There was more than 6 cars behind us and the manager ( looks hispanic) was outside by the dumpsters just on his phone. When we pulled up to the window, it was a young lady, and she was on her phone as well. The manager is setting the example and not showing the importance of customer service and speedy service. The manager didn’t even step in to help the young lady or the Food line. On top of that we get home and our order is all wrong. This location needs to retrain the team and get a new manager to demonstrate the expectation.

Everything i go to this location the fries are not thoroughly cooked. Most locations they're crisp and cooked all the way. This location, doesnt. You can tell just by looking at them they're not cooked all the way. Never going back. I'd rather drive a little farther to Kaufman that always cooks them perfectly

Food was okay and the place was pretty clean. The manager JR behind the counter was very rude and short with us while we ordered, and was also being rude to his fellow employees. Even while eating we could hear him fussing at those poor employees, very unprofessional.

Never again! Girl at the drive through definitely was put out by having to help me. She made it real clear that she had better things to do. Heaven forbid that she would answer a question! She was willing to take an order but nothing else. I finally gave up, my son got a burger but I got nothing. I complained at both windows, no one cared. Getting the good took forever, no apologies. Worst Whataburger in Texas. I went to Wendy's and was treated like a welcome customer.

We ordered 1 plain biscuit, 1 biscuit with sausage and egg, & 3 drinks. It took 30 minutes to get the order - 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for 2 biscuits & 3 drinks. The car in front of us had to send their sack back because I assume their order was incorrect. When we said something, she looked surprised and just said sorry. 🤷🏼‍♀️ As we were talking to the cashier, there was another lady in a gray shirt, assuming she was a shift manager or something. She had to hear the conversation, but never said anything. We will never stop there again. It was ridiculous. Food was fine, tea melted the ice so we had to ask for ice.

This so called fast food restaurant is slow. Employees need to be better trained or if they don’t feel like coming in to work then stay home. It took more than 30 minutes to get two orders ready. I literally watch the manager have greasy gloves on his hands pick up trash off the ground and handled cash to a customer. Um that isn’t sanitary at all. Another time before girl took my order I waited 10mins for her to tell me we’re out of hash brown. I like Whataburger a lot but this location is the worst one.

This place is a joke, I waited at the counter for over 15 min before they took my order, my food took over 45 min, they weren't even crazy busy at the time. They had a bad attitude and did not even apologize for my wait time. Once I got my food and I reheated it because it was cold it was good but I will never return to this location... Ever!!!

Worst Whataburger I've been to there always getting my orders wrong never gets then right... I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru for a #1 on a Monday around 1pm. When I finally got to the window there was no apology for the long wait. Leslie S. handed me my drink and then my order. She gave me no straw for my drink and my food was cold as if it had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting. Best believe this is the very last time I visit here. I use to work here when I was a teenager and it’s sad to see how downhill the quality has gotten.

First time ever coming to whataburger. I've heard great things about them. Sadly this wasn't my experience. Placed our order with no issues. Sat down at a table and waited for our order. Several orders that were placed after ours had been handed out. We had to go up to the counter to figure out what happened to our order. We were told that is must have been handed out wrong. Oddly enough they give you a plastic number for your order to be placed on the table. Anyways when we did get our order nothing was hot or even warm. My boyfriends order was still wrong. The manager Brittany who came out was incredibly nice. Even wrote her name on the receipt for us to get a free meal when and if we return. Also gave us another banana shake. But the food wasn't up to par. Sadly to say we won't be back.

We love Whataburger but this location brings shame upon the Whataburger name. They constantly leave items out of our online order or they get the order wrong. Our last online order was supposed to be curbside pickup but my husband had to go inside to get it after waiting more than 15 minutes for someone to bring it out. When he went inside the little cashier was just standing there while our food was sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. This incident was the last straw and we won't be going back until we hear they've gotten better.

I go through the drive thru pay for my food. I get to the second window pick my order. There was some confusion with my order, It got straighten out. I get home and my order was wrong! I ordered a Pattymelt Combo. My burger was thrown together, I didn't have any sautéed onions, barley and thousand Islands dressing or whatever the orange spread is. I am very disappointed! I don't know if they have new cooks or what, but someone dropped the ball today! I would like for my order to be remade or either a full refund.

Food was cold, onions not grilled, cheese not melted on the two patty melts we ordered. We brought them back to the counter and they microwaved them and handed them back….definitely not made to order. And not our typical whataburger experience. Not crowded either so it’s not like they were slammed.

My order was messed up both time. First they forget the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions in the Whataburger jr then I used my rewards to get another one ave they forgot the BUN! Come on!! I'm highly disappointed at the level of customer service at this location & the food quality. I sat in the drive through watching the employees eat while they sat around chatting. They were all teenagers acting as if they had no supervision around. My burger had half a patty. I called the manager who was very polite and offered to remake the order which I appreciated. She mentioned she was in the office when it happened so that made sense as to why these teen boys were not working and eating instead.

I typically contact businesses before writing bad reviews and I tried with Whataburger also but received no response. This Whataburger is awful! They're slow and customer service is lacking. I went through the drive-thru early one morning and the person on the speaker said, "Whataburger". That was it. So I placed my order. When I got to the window she didn't acknowledge me but handed me a very overflowing drink which spilled on both of us. No apology and no napkins offered. After a few minutes, she opened the window and handed me my food with zero comment and again, no napkins. The food was so salty I had to toss half of it out. I've given this place numerous chances but I'm over it.

It should not take 30 minutes just to get breakfast at 2:20 in the morning! Then your drive through lady just talks on her phone and completely ignores you? I was almost late to work because of this shifts laziness.

Ordered food through the app to pick up curbside, i waited around 20 minutes then called the store to make sure it was being made where the lady on the phone told me it would be out shortly. Waited another 15 minutes and decided to go inside where i found my food sitting inside. 2 cars were in curbside for the app and we both had to go inside to get our food. Foood was good but if you’re using the app especially curbside it’s not worth it just go inside or through the drive through.

I love Whataburger. I don't like rude, slow, incompetent cashiers. Tonight, I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes with only one other car in line. The girl working taking orders continually told me to wait. On top of that, she was so rude I literally had to deep breath to keep from telling her off. On top of that, when we got to her window, she continually scratched her head, touched her face and ear while making drinks. I was so mad by the time we left. I was so discouraged because she was so rude; I held my breath. Someone who either manages this particular store or owns it needs to check in on the staff. Very disappointed in a place we usually love to go.

This place is horrible. First the put mayo on my friends hamburger then didn't put my chicken strips in my chicken strip mean. They gave fries and toast that was it. And my other friends burger was totally wrong , plus when I went to the bathroom all three males workers were in the bathroom with the door locked and when they opened the door they were hudled around the sink . This is by far the worst waterborne I ever been too. And then when we left they had some shifty comments to say to us as we walked out the door .

They couldn’t figure out how to get the coffee makers to work during breakfast which is completely unacceptable. And the breakfast sandwich tasted worse than typical whataburgers.

Waited at in the drive through for over 15 mins. The lady snatched the food bag back and proceeded to ask if had already payed, when I still hadn’t. Gave me my drink and proceeded to rush me to get my card. When she gave me my food, I turned to put set it down next to me, this lady threw the straw at my shoulder. When I asked her is she “threw that at me?” She acted confused and handed me another one NICELY. After all that, she gave me the wrong order, even after asking what I had order before all of this mess. Get it together lady.

The food was so so. The ice machine in the lobby had no cover, so all the ice was exposed . The whole lobby was nasty. The only bright spot was the girl waiting on us, her name was Penix. She was the shining example of customer service with a smile. She is a great asset to your company.

Dude was rushing me and then when I told him about when I got to the window it, he laughed at me. He was getting the order all screwed up and we finally got it straight. He kept asking if I was done, like 4 times. Rarely get good service at this location. Not sure I will be back. Spent $28 to get treated like that. SMH

I’ve lived in Texas for a very long time, and Whataburger is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, never and all my years have I’ve seen something like this before, I pulled up to my favorite restaurant, and saw sign on the door that said drive-through only, and then I went to the drive-through to only be met by two cones. Later I found out that the restaurant opens up at 9 AM and closes at 9 PM, and I also read some other reviews, saying that the hours could be staffing issues, but I’ve never seen Whataburger miss out on breakfast? 11pm-11am? the Whataburger pancakes,the sausage egg and cheese burrito, So many more of my favorites not served until after 9 AM ? this made me very sad, I truly love whataburger and I just moved to Seagoville Texas to find out that my local restaurant does not open until 9 AM and closes 9 PM!! I’m a morning guy and I love to eat breakfast, in most of the time it’s at Whataburger. just had to leave this review on how sad I truly am, that my local Whataburger doesn’t open up in time and also closes too early for me to enjoy. 😭😭😭

Never a good experience at this location. They’re always rude . They’re not open 24 hours. The last straw for me was this. Picture attached . Barely any sauce on my honey bbq chicken sandwich . Very disappointed.

Service was good but they need new cooks. Food is disappointing. Ordered a patty melt that was cold with 2 cold fresh slices of cheese (not melted). Tasted very lazy like they didn’t feel like working. I also ordered a vanilla malted milkshake and they put no malt in it. Ended up going to McDonald’s 🤷🏼‍♀️

3rd time ordering food here and again they managed to mess up the order. $14 down the drain. Got fresh fries no salt. Coke tasted flat. 2 cashiers keep arguing and management did nothing. Focus on my food instead of BS! What-A-Dumpsterfire should be new name. Not coming back again. Wouldn’t stop 2nd and 3rd time but it’s on the from work

I went through the drive-through with a free number one meal given to me by the manager for being a DoorDasher only then to be told, I couldn’t use it because it was expired. So I paid for the meal since it wasn’t meant to be and when I received my food, I only had half a container of fries, but I guess this was the punishment for using a free coupon that they were only going to serve me half a container of fries anyways. I had asked the lady at the window if there was ketchup in the bag and she said yes, so when I put my hand in the only thing I found was spicy ketchup, which I can’t eat spicy anything. So I had to turn back around to walk into the store to get my own ketchup. The fries were not hot on top of being half full. The service just was not what it used to be at this location. Maybe better for some I don’t know what I did wrong because all I tried to do was use a coupon that was given to me

Drove all the way home to find a burger without cheese and sauce, drove all the way back and showed them the sandwich and all they said was “can’t do anything without a receipt”. Just take the mis-made burger and remake it bruh, not that hard

I feel like this is one of the many stores who need very much improvement. When I order from here all their sodas are very flat!!! Food is so gross, fries over salted, lettuce taste old and inside of store always looks so dirty. I just feel like this is one of the stores you can just call pure lazy! It can use new management and better employees. It Sucks because we live in a such small town so places to eat are limited. And the ones we do have lazy people who make the food nasty. Like come on :/

I’ve gone to this location several times. They are constantly ending breakfast early. This morning I was told at 10:40 am that breakfast was already over. When it states on the menu it ends at 11. Multiple staff members have been rude and uncaring. I would avoid this location all together

I went thru the drive thru and was told to move forward for my food. I checked my order and I was missing a cookie. So I reversed and waited at the window while the heavy set young lady that was at the drive thru ignored the fact we were waiting there. She walked way and didn’t return. This customer service is awful.

This is the worst whataburger I have ever been too. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru . Then they didn't put cheese on my burger that I paid for. The lady was rude . And they were not very busy.. never going to this location again.

Come here a lot when I'm in the area. Today I made the mistake of ordering a salad. How can anyone mess up a salad??? Ask this location. Besides my salad being hot and limp, a 1/4 of it was black and I mean black as its gone bad black. I was able to salvage a few pieces of lettuse, the chicken and the egg. The rest went into the trash. Save your money and go up the street to the other pop place.

Sign on the door says drive through only. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to sit through the entire line at drive through??? this is the slowest service I have ever seen at any Whataburger. And of course it is burnt and I only got one piece of the two cheeses ordered! Avoid this location!!!

Terrible service I was waiting more than 30 minutes for my food to all the people they delivered their meals and apart from that I asked for the Monterrey Melt and they didn't put any slide peppers

Horrible customer service. Usually the one I go to and never have any complaints but I was greeted horribly by orange haired girl in the drive thru, and was on her phone the whole time with an attitude. Asked her to correct something from my order, complained and still didn’t do it right.

Paid over $10 for a philly burger. Not a meal. There was barely any sauce or onions. Employees touching chairs, their phone and the cash registers with the same gloves they use to make the food. They were using their phone while standing at the food equipment. Will not be back to this place

Highly disappointed. This used to be my go to spot but after finding out about the lack of support for veterans, I’ll have to find a new one. Whataburger is running a deal for veterans every Tuesday through December, but the location in Seagoville is not participating. Highly disappointed. Service matters.

Almost 10 pm and when I ordered the person taking the order was good and friendly but the one giving out the order was either new or still learning. Wrong order, long wait time, helped others while mixing up my order with 3 others and I wanted chicken but they gave me two burgers and a small drink. No curtesy fries or “ we’re sorry for getting your order wrong” from the guy who gave out the order. It doesn’t help

This place is dirty, the staff is sloppy in their appearance and work. They took over 15 minutes to tell us that our order was ready and had been sitting on the counter in the greasiest bag I have ever seen in my life. My sausage taquito was not wrapped and has half sausage patties in it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Whataburger. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

I mainly get the #13 tender meal, and this location ALWAYS gives me goofy size tenders. We just purchased some takeout and when I got home this is what I found out… 3 finger size tenders for $10. It has gotten ridiculous. The quality control seems to be inexistent in this location.

Customer service was excellent but the food is truly disgusting. We got the chili cheese fries and the chili and cheese were both cold and not even warmed up or melted. It was so nasty. The chicken strips I got were cold in the middle and not fully cooked. This place is a hazard!
